Context: Phineas and Isabella are 15. This story is not connected to any others.

I'm apologizing in advance for my descriptions of kissing. I've never actually kissed a girl before (yes, I'm a guy) so I have no idea what it's really like. I'm going totally off descriptions from other fanfics I've read.

Make-out Misadventures

They hadn't exactly expected it to happen when they sat down to watch a movie. After all, they'd only been dating for a week.

It started when Phineas leaned over and kissed Isabella on the temple. She looked back at him and smiled, and returned the temple kiss. A minute later, he pecked her again, this time on the cheek, and again, she returned it. Feeling a little braver, he kissed her on the nose. She giggled and leaned forward to reach the end of his pointy nose, placing a kiss right on the tip.

And then he went for her lips. Sure, they'd kissed before, but Phineas felt like he had to work up to it. It started with a few quick pecks, each evoking a giggle from Isabella. And then, somehow, it escalated into the couple's first real make out session.

The movie completely forgotten, they wrapped their arms around each other tightly and locked their mouths together. Phineas didn't even remember at what point his tongue had found its way into Isabella's mouth or when hers had entered his, but it didn't really matter. Their tongues circled around, each wrestling for supremacy. Isabella seemed to gain the upper hand, so Phineas focused very hard on fighting back, working his tongue harder and pushing against Isabella's lips more forcefully.

After about a minute, Isabella broke the kiss, her arms still around Phineas's shoulders. "Phineas?"

The way she'd pulled away so quickly had Phineas worried. "Yes?"

"Can I ask you a question?"

Phineas's eyes widened and his brow furrowed. "Um...sure?"

She looked him dead in the eyes, and in a completely serious tone asked, "Are you trying to eat my mouth?"

Phineas's expression changed from concerned to pure confusion. "What?"

"Are you trying to eat me?" Isabella repeated.

"No...why do you ask?"

"Well, you keep biting my tongue..." she explained slowly. "I think you're trying too hard or something, because your teeth are rubbing up against mine."

"That isn't supposed to happen?"

"No, Honey, it's not."

"Oh. Sorry," Phineas said, lowering his eyes. "It's not like I have a whole lot of kissing experience...or, you know...any at all."

Isabella leaned closer again. "Neither do I, but I'm telling you, you're trying too hard." She leaned so close that her lips actually brushed against Phineas's as she spoke. "Here, just...watch. I'll show you what to do."

Phineas opened his mouth a bit and met Isabella's. He tried very hard to pay attention to what Isabella was doing, the way her lips moved, the way her tongue slid around his. Wanting to feel like he was doing something, he squeezed her tight, trying to pull her closer so their bodies were pressed together. She responded by tightening her grip on him, as well. After about thirty seconds, she broke the kiss again, tugging on Phineas's lower lip with her own.

"Wow," Phineas gasped. "That was awesome."

Isabella smiled. "Thank you."

They pecked each other on the lips a few times, still all smiles.

"Now you try," Isabella said.

"Okay."

Their mouths met again, and this time Phineas ventured forward with his tongue. Only a few seconds later, Isabella made a gagging sound and quickly pushed away from him.

"What? What's wrong?" Phineas asked, panicked.

*cough* *cough* "I think you just licked my uvula!" Isabella choked out.

"Really?"

*cough* "How did you even reach all the way back there? Seriously, how long is your tongue?"

"Pretty long." Phineas stuck out his tongue. It hung down his non-existent chin halfway to his neck, which was about four inches.

Isabella's eyes widened at the sight. "Good LORD!"

"Yeah..." Phineas sighed. "I've got a perfectly triangular head, a super-long tongue, and..." He laid back onto the end of the couch. "I'll bet you didn't know this: you can't tell unless you look really, really closely, but my belly button is actually a decagon, not a circle."

Isabella laughed. "No it's not!"

"I'm serious! It totally is!"

She crept closer, climbing on top of him, leaning on his chest and looking up into his eyes. "Are you forgetting that I've seen you without a shirt before? Like, many, many times since we were kids?"

"I know. We've done a lot of water-themed projects over the years. But I'm serious. You can only tell if you're looking at it dead straight-on."

Isabella pulled herself up further, leaning over Phineas's face. "I don't believe you."

"Fine. Don't believe me. But it's the truth." He punctuated the sentence with a smug smile. Isabella stared him down, trying to make him flinch, but he just kept smiling up at her.

Finally, she couldn't take it anymore. "Grr. You win." She backed up and lifted up the hem of his shirt a few inches. She leaned close to his stomach and squinted. "Son of gun...It's a perfect decagon."

Phineas laughed. "And you thought I was kidding."

Isabella pounced on her boyfriend again, her lips landing against his. He wrapped his arms around her lovingly. "Whadya think? Should I try again?"

"Sure. How else are you going to learn?"

He chuckled. "Good thing I've got such an awesome teacher." He punctuated each adjective by pecking Isabella on the lips. "Such a fun-" Kiss. "Gorgeous-" Kiss. "Sweet-" Kiss. "Teacher." Suddenly his eyes widened, and then he started laughing.

"What?" Isabella asked.

Phineas made to sit up and Isabella rolled off him so he could. "I just had..." He didn't finish his thought as he reached behind the couch for his electric guitar. There was no one else at home, so he cranked up the amplifier loud. He muted the television, and then he began, moving his fingers along the strings with seemingly impossible speed.

"What's this?" Isabella asked, not recognizing the tune.

Phineas smirked but did not reply. As loudly as his voice would let him, he sang the lyrics of Van Halen. "I've got it bad, got it bad, got it bad...I'm hot for teacher!"

Isabella laughed so hard she fell off the couch, a sight that made Phineas start cracking up, too, to the point that he couldn't even play the guitar. He set it aside and sank to the floor, leaning against the couch. Isabella sidled up beside him, and they each draped an arm around the other's shoulder, leaning against each other until they managed to stop laughing.

"Never a dull moment when I'm with you," Isabella said when she'd caught her breath.

"Is that a good thing or a bad thing?"

Isabella just closed her eyes and pulled him in for another kiss.
