When they pulled up to Carly's, Leah had taken half her bottle, so Lulu took her out and began to burp her as Johnny opened the door to the back seat and took the bottle from Lulu and grabbed the diaper bag, "I'm sure we'll need this." He said as Lulu held Leah against her shoulder with one hand and allowed Johnny to help her out by the other.
"I hope she's here." Lulu said as she knocked on the door, then continued to pat Leah on the back just before she let out a burp, Lulu looked to her daughter and giggled a little, "Goodness kid."
Carly opened the door, took in a deep breath and smiled, "Look at you, a little family." She said, taking Leah from Lulu, "Come in."
Carly walked over to the couch and Lulu followed as Johnny shut the door behind them, "Be careful, she just had half of her bottle." Lulu said
"Here's her bottle." Johnny said, handing it to Carly, then sitting down in the chair in front of the fireplace.
"You're not going to fight me to feed her?" Carly asked
"He was the one who got up with her last night." Lulu said
Carly looked back to Johnny, "Wow, going for father-of-the-year, huh?" She questioned
"If he keeps this up, he gets my vote." Lulu told her
Carly laid Leah out on her lap, holding her head in her hand and gave her the bottle, "I think you're twice the size you were the last time I saw you."
"That was only a few days ago Carly." Lulu reminded her
"I know, but it seems like forever." Carly replied
"Lulu!" Morgan squealed as he came down the stairs and jumped in his cousin's lap, "I missed you."
"I missed you too." Lulu wrapped her arms tightly around Morgan, "Have you been practicing up on Guitar Hero?"
"Yeah, I bet I can beat you now." Morgan grinned, getting up in her face
"Oh, I don't think so." Lulu said, knocking her forehead to his.
"Hey Morgan, look what I have." Carly said
Morgan hadn't even paid attention to his mother until now, he looked from Carly to Leah, then to Lulu and grinned, "Is that your baby?" He asked
"That's my baby." Lulu smiled back at him.
"Do you think we could get one of these, Morgan?" Carly asked
His smile widened as he nodded his head, then stopped, "Is that a girl baby?" he asked
"Yeah, she's a girl baby." Carly laughed, "Her name is Leah."
"I want a boy baby." He replied
"Why would you want a boy baby?" Lulu asked, "You don't want a little sister that you can protect and take care of?"
"I can take care of her." Morgan pointed to Leah
"Well then here, hold her." Carly said, pretending like she was going to hand Leah to him.
"No way!" He squealed, causing Leah to jump before Morgan jumped up.
"Hey, we have to be quiet, you scared her." Carly said, cuddling Leah close to her.
"Sorry Leah." He said before scrambling up the stairs, causing them to laugh.
Lulu looked to Carly, "Are you guys trying?" she asked
"I guess," Carly replied, "we would both love to have a baby, but we're not dwelling on it, I guess you could say. We would be happy either way."
"That's a good outlook, there's no use in stressing out over it." Lulu said
"I still can't get over how beautiful and perfect she is." Carly told them
"Aww, thanks." Lulu smiled, "We're pretty crazy about her too."
"If you guys make babies that are this pretty, you should have a whole soccer team full of them." Carly said
Johnny let out a snort, "Is this seriously what you guys sit around and talk about?" he questioned
"Well, we usually talk about you, but since you're here, we can't do that." Carly replied as she sat the bottle on the coffee table and put Leah up on her shoulder to burp her again, "But are you guys thinking about having more kids?"
Lulu and Johnny exchanged glances, "Well, we haven't really talked about if we wanted more or not." Lulu admitted, "I mean, if we do, we'll probably wait until after the wedding, at least."
"Of course, you don't want to be walking down the isle with a pregnant belly." Carly added
"But I think a soccer team is out of the question." Johnny replied
"So when is this wedding?" Carly asked, continuing to pat Leah on the back
"Well, we were telling Lucky we haven't really talked about it, I mean, we know we want to get married and we will, but we have a lot going on right now and I know a nine hour plane ride, then a night of sleep before going to three different houses in a matter of a couple of hours is a lot for Leah to take in all at once. I just don't want to rush things." Lulu replied
"You should wait until she starts walking and she could be your flower girl. Oh, she would be precious." Carly said
"Maybe not that far down the road, Carly." Lulu stopped her
"Well, she could be walking in seven or eight months and we're going to need at least six to plan the wedding." Carly said
"How about Johnny and I will discuss that and then we'll get back to you?" Lulu suggested
Carly sighed, "I can't help it, I'm so excited for you two." She said, cradling Leah in her arms, "And you too Miss Leah."
"Mom, can we go get something to eat?" Morgan asked, coming back down the stairs.
"Only if you'll hold Leah and let me take your picture." Carly said
"No." He replied sternly.
"Please," Carly asked as Morgan came around the couch, "She isn't eating anymore."
"Okay." He answered reluctantly
"Sit down next to Lulu, I have to get my camera." She said as she stood up with Leah still in her arms and went over to the desk in the corner.
"Mom, hurry up." Morgan said sarcastically
"Okay you're going to have to hold her head up," Carly came over and carefully placed Leah into Morgan's arms.
"Her head is heavy." He complained
"Here, I'll help you." Lulu said, placing her arm under Morgan's to help him support Leah's head.
"Okay now Lulu, you lean in." Carly told her as she held up the camera to center it.
"Oh no, I'm not getting in the picture." Lulu said
"Yes you are, now lean in." Carly demanded causing Johnny to chuckle.
When Lulu finally gave in, Carly snapped the picture, "Can you take her now?" Morgan asked Lulu.
"Yeah, I'll take her." Lulu said, carefully taking the baby from his arms before he got up.
"Okay now Johnny, get over there with your fiancée and daughter." Carly said, Johnny looked at her in shock, "Don't look at me like that, we don't have all day."
"Come on, if I have to, then you do too." Lulu told him as she patted the empty spot next to her on the couch.
"Fine." He said, going to sit down next to Lulu, he put his arm around her.
"Perfect." She smiled before taking the picture.
"Okay, now I need one with my two favorite girls." Carly said, causing Lulu to groan, "Johnny, will you take it?"
"Sure." He said, trading Carly places
Carly leaned in close to Lulu and smiled before Johnny snapped the picture, "Would you guys like to join Morgan and me for lunch?" She asked
Johnny and Lulu exchanged glances again, "It's up to you." He told her
"Actually, I think we may go back to the Metro Court, Nadine and Spencer are there and I don't want to overload Leah." Lulu said as she stood up, "Maybe sometime this week though."
"It's a date." Carly smiled, grabbing her purse
"You're more than welcome to come by the suite anytime though." Lulu said as they all began to walk out of the house.
Johnny took Leah to put her in her car seat and Morgan went to Carly's car as Lulu stopped to talk to Carly, "I just want to thank you again for all you've done for me." She said
"I'm honored to be part of your life Lulu, there's nothing that made me happier than seeing you grow up and now getting to be part of Leah's life and see the same for her." Carly said, "She is so lucky to have you and Johnny for parents because you two are going to make great ones."
"Well, she's pretty lucky to have her Aunt Carly in her life too." Lulu smiled, "I just hope I can be as great of a mom to Leah as you've been to me."
Carly pulled Lulu into a hug, "I love you sweetie." She said, "I'm so glad you're home and safe."
"I love you too." Lulu replied, "I'll see you later."
"Whose truck are you driving?" Carly asked as they began to walk to their vehicles.
"It's Lucky's, Johnny had us in a limo and I decided it wasn't that great for a baby, so I asked Lucky to let us borrow his truck." Lulu explained
"Makes sense." Carly said before getting in her car.
"When are we going to see your mom?" Johnny asked as Lulu climbed into the passenger seat of the truck.
"I don't know, visiting hours are over at five this evening and it's already noon." Lulu said, as they pulled out of Carly's driveway, "We can go to the suite and rest for a little while and go later or we can go tomorrow while we're out shopping for a car."
"It's up to you." Johnny replied with a yawn.
"Aww, I know you're tired." She said reaching over to grab his hand, "We'll wait until tomorrow."
"Does it not wear you out when you're getting up with her at night?" He asked
"After a couple of weeks you get used to it." Lulu laughed, "I still get tired and worn out, but it's not as hard as it was two weeks ago."
"That's good to know." Johnny replied
"But I don't want you getting up with her every time she wakes up." Lulu said, "I really appreciate you doing it last night, but you're going to wear yourself out if you're up with her all the time."
"It's no big deal, I don't mind." Johnny told her
"You won't be saying that after a few nights of doing so." Lulu replied
