Chapter 29: What even happened

Okay so first of all I want to say; HOLY SHIT YAAAAS I ACTUALLY WROTE ANOTHER CHAPTER!

and then I would like to apologize for not doing so sooner.

And finally; I need to tell you guys that this will be completely different from what you're used to... because I've changed, and with that change my writing style became different too. I also have fallen completely out of this ship. I am currently only in it for you guys... I've moved on to other ships, but I will finish what I started. My only motivation is you guys, and I can't stress how much your reviews matter to me. Your reviews is literally the only thing keeping this fanfic going, and they're my only reason for actually getting back to this story... I've felt bad every day that I couldn't get myself to continue on this, because I knew that you guys wanted more, and believe me when I say that I know the pain of an unfinished fanfic that you enjoy. (especially the whole "last updated 4 years ago" part... I am still waiting for some of those fanfics...)
I am so sorry for this...

[Ryan's pov…]

3 days left... (I think that's it... or maybe it's 4 days left... oh well I'll make it so that there's a possibility for there being a regular day with no mentionable events...)
I woke up with a killer headache.

No surprise there...

What I didn't wake up with however, was memories of what happened at the cursed party.

I groggily sat up and immediately noticed Felix sleeping next to me...

Naked...

Felix was naked.

Felix was naked in my bed.

I looked down, which was a big mistake, because there I was...

Felix and me were naked in my bed.

My mind was racing through all the things I could remember, just the slightest of memory would suffice, please brain! Just remember something! ANYTHING!

But no matter how hard I tried I couldn't remember anything past the start of the party...

Shit.

I tried slowly sneaking out of the bed to go and put some clothes on, because the last thing I wanted right now was for Felix to wake up. I wanted to know how much he remembered, but I didn't want to know at the same time. At least this way I could brush it off as nothing happened if he really didn't remember anything, just like me.

I successfully slipped out of the bed and found some clothes to put on. I didn't know whether I wanted to wake him up now or wait until he woke up by himself, or maybe I should wait until I manage to calm down my nerves a little...

Yeah that sounds like a plan...

I slowly crept downstairs and was immediately greeted by a scene I never thought I'd see...

I wasn't the only one with a lot of unanswered questions about the occurrences of last night's party, or rather I wasn't going to be for too long.

Because there, on my couch, was three girls laying in a bundle, hands everywhere.

After my initial shock I kind of just ignored the scene before me, because I have a headache, I can't remember jack shit, and I just want to go to the kitchen and get some water or something... maybe some sort of painkiller.

I'm tired.

I took some painkillers and sat down at the kitchen table while staring blankly into the wall, trying desperately to remember what happened.

After sitting there in silence for awhile I noticed that someone walked into the kitchen. I looked up to see who it was, slightly dreading it being Felix, because if he remembers and want to talk about what happened last night then I don't know what to do with myself. I am not mentally prepared for that conversation, but at the same time I kind of need it.

It wasn't Felix.

"Sooo... how much do you remember?" Amelia asked while joining me by the kitchen table.

"I remember the start of the party... and that's it..." I replied. My headache wasn't as bad anymore, and the painkillers didn't really start taking effect until an hour after you took them, so how long have I been sitting here staring at that wall? It didn't feel like it was that long, but the headache told a different story...

"Yeah... me too... or well, I remember until about halfway through I guess? I don't really know, I mean, how could I know if I don't remember how much time I'm missing?" Amelia pondered.

"Let's go over what we remember together, and see if we can fill in some of our blanks, because I need to know what happened." Kathrin said as she entered the kitchen and sat down next to us.

We started going through everything from the beginning of the party and I realized that I remembered more than I thought I did. I also realized that I had more blanks in my timeline than I had originally thought... most of the things that had happened was various drinks making their way down people's throats, and various games designed to make people drinking said various drinks like "Truth or dare" and "Never have I ever"…

"Oh shit... I think we confessed our undying love for each other or something somewhere down the line..." Kathrin slowly said.

"Wait what?" I asked, or it was more or less uttered in shock than anything else, because she was looking straight at me when she said it, and that didn't make much sense to me...

"I mean, I think... I remember the whole group cheering us on... I think we might have told them we were gay or something, because I distinctly remember the word pride being chanted... the memory is kind of foggy but I remember me and you Ryan being in the dead centre of attention." Kathrin tried explaining.

My mind blanked out for a while trying to comprehend what she had just told me.

Okay so calm down Ryan...

Most of the people at that party probably were just as drunk as you, maybe even more drunk than you judging by the story the three of us managed to scrape together based off of our collective memories of the party. Which means that they probably remembers just as much as you or less... then again; you knew this was something that might happen during this damn party nobody remembers. Well... knowing my luck Felix probably remembers everything...

Speaking of my luck...

Suddenly a wild Felix appeared.

"Gooooood morning! Come join us in our frantic attempt at remembering what happened last night..." Kathrin said, sarcasm heavily seeping through her plastered on commercial-like smile. Oh she was definitively pissed about not being able to remember more than she did...

"I was hoping you guys had more luck with the whole remembering thing... and why was Mir-" Felix started but stopped himself when Miranda just casually just strode over to the kitchen table and sat down with us... I am pretty sure we were all sitting there drawing blanks as to why she was even here, let alone why she was acting so casually towards us...

(This is the part where I could either stop the story here or continue it while torturing their and your souls... so which one do you want? More chapters and more torture or less chapters and less torture... I'm letting you guys decide, meaning the first reviews I get during the next couple of days decides the fate of this fic.)

And yeah That was it... I hope you guys enjoyed it even if it's completely different... please do let me know what you think.
