The honeymoon was completely perfect and gorgeous. I had always wanted to go to Greece and so when Edward told me he was sending us as a gift to me I almost could breathe. The cities were so small but that made them seem all the more intimate, life was so wonderful. Seventeen years later life was still bliss. When Derik and I got back from our whirlwind honeymoon we settled ourselves into the Cullen family.
Derik turned out to be the best husband in the entire world, not that I didn't know he would be. He was also the perfect father to our now seventeen year old daughter. Izzy was full of life and had the biggest heart I had ever seen. Even though she wasn't a blood relation to any of them she always carried a small part of each of the Cullen's with her in her personality.
She was vivacious like Alice, and she was very aware of other's emotions like Jasper. She was also sporty like Emmett, flirtatious like Rosalie; humble and sweet like Bella, and serious and content like Edward. She truly had Esme's beautiful heart, and Carlisle's wisdom. But I also saw a lot of Zac and me in her.
She had beautiful blue eyes just like her father; she was also very funny and caring like him too. Izzy was also a natural bookworm just like her mother. She also had my hair, nose, ears, and lips. She reminded me so much of myself when I was her age. Most importantly I told her every day how much her father loved her and how much she meant to him.
Izzy was also a Daddy's girl. Anything she ever wanted, which wasn't much, she would get just by batting her beautiful blue eyes. She loved Derik just like he was her real father, and in all ways that counted he was. He did teach her how to ride her bike. He was also there whenever she needed him. He was the best Dad in the world, and seeing him with her made me love him even more. Derik was truly a natural parent. Izzy also loved all the mythical creatures in her life, well all accept one.
"Izzy," Edward called. "Isabella Rose will you please come here at once?"
"What is it Uncle Edward," twelve year old Izzy said sweetly even though she had a mischievous look in her eyes.
"Did you hit Jacob with a baseball bat again young lady," he asked looking very cross.
"Uncle Edward I'm sorry," she said pouting. "It's just that I was reading Eclipse again, and well I got a little bit mad. Besides he said that it would be okay." Izzy was always reading. She especially loved reading the Twilight series even though it was a little advanced for her. None the less we couldn't pry them away from her.
"I did not," Jacob protested. "I was just sitting here with Megen when the little demon child came running in here with a bat."
"You said it in the book," Izzy retorted.
"Is your name Bella," Jacob growled.
"Yes, it is," Izzy snickered.
"Izzy I thought we took the books away from you," Edward said now trying to hold back laughter. "It's not nice to hit the mongrel with a baseball bat."
"Yeah Iz remember that's what your Uncle Emmett's for," Jacob scowled.
"Watch it pup," Izzy said angrily. She hated it when anyone insulted her family. She especially hated it when Jacob did it. But truthfully she hated anything that Jacob said; his voice was just so annoying.
It was now five years later and I couldn't believe that my baby girl was turning seventeen years old today. We decided to celebrate by having lunch and a party in the park. The entire Cullen Clan plus the pack plus Jason, who Carlisle appointed to take over the Voultri, were there along with my human family and friends.
"Izzy just one more shot," Alice fussed. "Come on sweetie you only turn seventeen once. Smile for Aunt Alice."
"Aunt Ally please," Izzy begged. "You already made me sit through a three hour make over now can I please go to my party."
"Alice let up," Jasper said trying to calm Alice down so Izzy could escape. "The poor kid is never going to be able to enjoy the party if you continue holding her hostage like this."
"Just one more sweetie," Alice said glaring at her husband. Alice took one more picture and finally released my daughter who came running over to me and Derik.
"Daddy," she said running behind Derik. "Please make her stop. She's driving me crazy.
"Baby I know but I promise she's done now," I reassured her pulling her into a hug. "She is letting you go for the rest of the day. Or at least that's what she's thinking now."
"Thanks Mom," she said returning my hug. "You guys are the best. This party is really incredible."
"Having fun Izzikins," Emmett mocked sweeping my daughter up by her feet.
"Uncle Emmett," she whined. "I thought we had this discussion already. It's Iz or Izzy, not Izzykins."
"Or Belly Bellz," Edward said retrieving his niece from her crazy uncle.
"So Edward gets to have a cutesy wootsy nickname for you but I can't," Emmett complained. "Don't you love your Uncle Emmy anymore?"
"Of course I do," Izzy said hugging her giant uncle. "Please don't be so sensitive though. Don't make me start calling you Auntie Em." We all began laughing while Emmett sulked off into a laughing Rosalie's arms.
The party seemed to go along wonderfully. Vampires, humans, and werewolves all were enjoying the company of each other. Everyone and everything was perfect until Alice and I both got the same vision. Alice looked thrilled while I looked horrified. I tried to stop it but it was too late, this was happening regardless.
"Izzy come on play Frisbee with your Uncle," Emmett said tossing her the Frisbee sending it right past her head and into the hands of a complete stranger.
"Is this yours," the stranger asked ogling my daughter. He was about six foot four with dark bronze hair and he was completely gorgeous.
"Yeah it is," she said shyly. She began to blush and they both began to laugh.
"I'm Edward," he said extending his gleaming hand out to meet my daughter. It was a rare occasion but the sun was shining in Forks today. Edward was obviously a vampire.
"I'm Isabella," she said taking his hand and looking completely dazzled.
"Bella," he breathed. "I love that name." they continued to stare at each other lovingly, and the rest as they say is history.
"Oh no," I groaned. "Here we go again."
The End, or should I say the beginning for the new generation of Edward and Bella?
Oh I'm so sad. I can't believe it's all over. Okay guys I have a proposition for you. If we meet the goal of fifteen to twenty reviews then I will post a never before seen bonus chapter. Thanks guys, I hope you liked it.
