Hey ladies and gentleman. I deeply apologize for how long this took. I've... Had some problems lately, facing myself those sorts of things. I apologize again but let's get started.

Painting the Town
In the middle of the night, Fuyuki city was left bare. Not a soul dared to stir or leave the comforts of their homes. Years ago, a serial killer walked the roads and still years later his influence was still felt. But one man walked the streets, ignorant or perhaps uncaring of the way the unspoken rule.
The man was a rather dapper gentleman dressed in a brilliant white button up suit with a crimson upturned collar. An expensive grey scarf was wrapped around his neck further proving the man's apparent wealth. Black dress pants, shoes and gloves showed an even greater look at the man's wealth, perhaps even a glimpse of being a self made man. On top of his orange hair was a black derby with a red band and a black feather. The way it looked on top of its perch was simply immaculate.
Finishing off his clothes was a grey, white handled cane that had a bizarrely red end. The way he held it was rather relaxed yet the way his visible green eye scanned the street proved he was anything but relaxed.
The moment he had arrived in town was simply a disaster in his eyes. Once more he was stuck working for a witch, one far weaker then his last employer but a witch nonetheless. She had however apparently given up the rights to order him around to her brother. The boy was less then dirt in his eyes but might be a fun distraction if sent in the right direction.
Right now however, he was simply looking around the city, seeing if there was anything to actually see. And if he ran into any trouble. Well, anything he couldn't beat, he could just escape from. After all, he wasn't an expert thief for nothing.
The sound of wind catching something across the sky caught his ears. Looking up, he caught sight of two people in red. One a young girl with black hair and the other and older man with silver.
"Just what is it with kids and red?" He asked himself as he raised his cane. From the end of the accessory, an aiming reticle popped up. With a light squeeze of the handle, a blast of red was shot from the end lighting up the night sky.

As Rin watched the world below her, her eyes caught sight of a fast moving flare headed towards her and Archer. "Archer!" She shouted as the man summoned a blade with his free hand. He hurled the sword towards the projectile and watched as the fragments fell towards the earth below.
Archer's superior eyes quickly caught the man responsible as he mockingly waved at the pair. The servant of the bow wasn't sure how the man knew he had been spotted but that did not matter now. "Rin, over there. We have a Servant."
"Do you have an idea of what class?" Rin asked, unable to spot the man as the duo propelled away from the area.
"Assassin or Rider I suspect." At the girl's questioning look, he elaborated. "That wasn't magic that was sent at us. I'm not sure what it was but it wasn't magic. If I wasn't summoned as an Archer I would suspect that class."
"But since you were that removes it." Rin continued. "Did he have a weapon?"
"Oddly enough, he used a cane." A confused look set itself upon the Master's face.
"A cane?"
"The end was open and had a reticle on it. It's why he might have classified as an Archer. And he didn't look insane so he isn't a Berserker."
"Thus leaving Rider and Assassin." As the two soared though the air, a thought caught Rin's mind. "If we head back can we find him?"
"Doubtful, he's probably long gone by now."
"Then we will have to defeat him the hard way."

"Rider!" Said Servant rolled his eyes as his pseudo Master stormed up to him. "What do you think you are doing!?"
"I went for a walk. Is there a problem with that?" He asked.
"Yes there is!" Shinji shouted, annoyed with the man's attitude. "You are my Servant and you don't go for walks!"
"Technically, I'm your sisters Servant." Rider remarked, enjoying the look of anger that crossed the boy's face. "Besides, I wanted to see what this place has to offer. And talk about a boring city. No gangs for miles."
"And that's all you did?"
"Shinji, you'll know what you need, when you need to know." As the boy shook in rage, Rider was beginning to understand why his last boss liked saying that. "Besides, it was only a girl in red and her Servant."
"As long as you didn't get... WHAT!? What do you mean a girl in red and her Servant?"
-Line Break-
"Well, if it isn't my friends from the other night." Rider said from across the school courtyard, a small grin on his face that only grew as his enemies scowled at him. By his side was his pseudo Master, the idiot brother of his true Master.
"You again." Rin frowned as she glared at him. "I assume he is yours Shinji?"
"Correct, Rin." The arrogant lad smirked. "Rider here is on my side, but of course it's not to late to make an alliance between us. What do you say?"
"I say, Archer." With that, the red clad man lunged forward, twin scimitars forming in his hands.
"I told you they weren't going to listen." Rider sighed as he stalked forward ignoring the glare his Master sent him. Twirling his cane within his hands, he quickly bought it up to block the opposing Servant. "Can you explain something for me, Archer. What is with you hero types and the color red? There are others you know." A glare was his answer as Archer backed off.
"I can't answer that." Was all Archer said on the matter before he struck again. With every slash, Rider blocked while being pushed backwards. His opponent's strength quickly became overwhelming and broke through his guard, slamming a hilt into his chin. The force of the blow sent Rider flying before slamming into the ground.
Wiping the blood off his chin, Rider frowned. "Watch the suit alright. It costs way too much to get cleaned." Lifting his cane again, Rider allowed the aiming reticle to appear as he took aim at his opponent.
Flares of red soared through the sky as Archer weaved through them, the shots missing him by mere centimeters. As one shot collided with the ground in front of him, Archer leapt into the air using the dust as a smokescreen.
Having an idea on what was to occur next, Rider took aim at the dust cloud and fired another flare. As the projectile neared its target, the attack was negated by a single slash. "What? Oh don't tell me." Rider frowned as Archer reappeared, a broadsword in hand. With every shot, Archer cut through them causing the attacks to fade. After landing, the Servant of the bow slashed upwards, launching the well-dressed man into the air before slamming the hilt into his gut sending him flying into the school.
"Rider!" Shinji growled as his Servant was defeated. The mocking smile on his rival's face just deepened his scowl. How was he supposed to get his magic now if his Servant was defeated in the first battle?
A rumbling sound from inside the building caused all eyes to turn to it before a wall exploded. As the rubble fell, a large machine of grey stood. The machine was a bipedal mech with large guns attached to its sides. On its arms was a symbol of a red laughing face, almost like what one would see on a jack-o-lantern.
"Can't believe I have to use this so soon." Rider's voice echoed from within. "But now I'm glad we fixed the microphone function on this thing." With that Rider took aim.
Flares of blue were launched from its guns. As Archer went to slash through them, they exploded launching the Servant back. From inside the mech, Rider laughed as his machine lumbered towards his foe.
Dropping his broken sword, Archer recalled the scimitars from before and charged towards his opponent's feet. His slashes collided with the machines feet doing little damage with each blow. Lifting his foot up, Rider slammed it into the earth. The force of the blow launched Archer back towards Rin and Shinji.
"I suggest you move Shinji," Rider spoke with an unseen smirk as he unfolded the weapons on the mechs shoulders. As the weapon emerged, missiles were launched towards the three.
"Rider!" Shinji screamed before cowering between his hands.
"Rin!" Archer shouted as he grabbed his Master and lunged out of the way into a roll. As the duo stopped, Archer looked at her. "Are you alright?"
"Never better." She scowled as she watched the missiles collide with Shinji. A small sound of a mirror breaking could only just be heard through the explosion. As the dust settled, her eyes widened as her foe was nowhere in sight.
"Looking for him?" The duo in red turned their heads towards where the mech was. In its place was Rider and his Master, the latter being knocked out and held by his collar by a woman.
The woman was rather short only coming up to Rider's shoulder yet the smile she gave the two sent a small shiver up their collective spines. Her hair was pink with white streaks on one side and a deep brown on the other, almost like ice cream. She was dressed in an outfit similar to Rider's but with pink and chocolate browns intermixed. In her had was a pink and white umbrella with rather lacy designs covering the outside.
"Well, it's been a pleasure team red, but I think it's time to go. Neo, if you would?" As Rider tipped his hat towards the two, the woman known as Neo bowed before them, her brown and pink eyes staring at the two. Not about to let them get away, Archer charged, a katana in hand before slashing at the three. As his blow connected, the three seemed to shatter away as if glass or a mirror had been broken.
"I'm afraid they are gone Rin." Archer stated as the broken image faded away.
"I can see that Archer." Rin said as she approached where the trio once was. In their place was a small card with Rider's symbol on it. Written in fine ink was a single name.
Roman Torchwick
-END-
Rider Roman Torchwick. I originally was meant to do a request and I apologize deeply for not completing it. But I had to give back to something or more accurately to someone.
As we are all aware, Monty Oum sadly passed away. I used Yang before but I felt I... I guess I realized I haven't given back to the man who created such amazing ideas. I decided that the best thing I can do is dedicate this chapter to him. Thank you Monty for inspiring so many of us. This one is for you.
Ok, so why Roman? Classy villain is classy and probably my favorite RWBY character. I know the Paladin mech has the White Fang symbol on it normally, but there is no way Roman would allow them to have any part of his legend. I do hope I got his character right, if I didn't I once again apologize.
Any questions or requests send them in (and they will be done. I can assure you all.). Thank you for reading and please review.

Charisma is the natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. A rare talent, and an ability inherent to Servants of the Saver class. It is said that a rank of B in this skill is sufficient to lead a nation as its King.
While a well known criminal in his world, Rider was able to convince most through his silver tongue that he wasn't all that bad. At a particular part in his life, Rider convinced a group of terrorists who detested him to join forces to take down the people who hated and mistreated them.

Atlesian Paladin-290 "Off the Shelves Early": B
A large machine created by great military might. Rider managed to steal several of them to hand out to terrorists and used one himself to chase down his enemies. It appears as a large battle suit that contains numerous weapons such as guns and missiles as well as scanners to detect movement. It also has superior strength and speed compared to its design. While its defense is amazing, it was not made to fight human opponents and may struggle against them.
Neopolitan "The Right Hand Woman": A
Rider's right hand woman and his top enforcer. A master of illusions and wields her parasol with amazing grace and speed yet able to defeat even the strongest of opponents. It is rumored that she is mute but perhaps she prefers not to speak until the time is right
