Unbreakable loyalty

Tsugaru sighed leaning against the wall. It was if there was only one room in the large apartment. His mother was still unconscious on the bed, he was sitting against the wall by the bathroom door with Psyche glued to his side. Izaya was sitting on the bed clutching the puppy that was his brother. Tsukishima was by the window with a wolf nuzzling his side and his aunt trying to keep him in control. The god had left to the address Izaya had given him.

That left his twin brother who was tied to the end of the bed looking a little eviller than he had last seen him. His eyes glowed red with a faint black aura surrounding him. The newcomer with a similar dress sense to him. It was creepy seeing how each of them took after their mothers. The snake that was Kanra was curled on his mother's chest.

"Saika-san, what happened to my brother?" For now they had gagged him under Saika's instructions. By doing so she had revealed her own weakness. Soul mates or not he didn't entirely trust the other Oriharas. Hibiya treated Delic like a slave and Izaya had tricked Shizuo into mating with him.

He's being consumed by his power.

"Is there a way to fix it?" Tsukishima asked. All of them kept their gazes locked on the paper in Saika's hands.

Shizuka was the one who purified me. She could do the same for Shitsuo.

"And to do that you need Celty-san with her head attached, correct?" Izaya asked his fingers stroking Shizuo's fur. Tsugaru felt a stabbing in his chest seeing the look on his aunt's face. There was something between her and the owner of the head.

"Tsu-chan, what's wrong?" Pysche was gazing at him head tilted slightly to the side. The blond smiled ruffling the rabbit demon's ears. "Mm, that feels good. I'm tired." Tsugaru sighed finding his hands full with the small bunny fast asleep.

"So cute." His youngest brother smiled trying to get closer if not for the deep growl from the wolf. "I still like you best, Roppi-kun." Tsugaru smiled seeing how much fun Tsuki was having. It was as if the demon's presence was helping the naïve angel grow up. He wasn't sure if his brother had noticed yet but even in a room full of angels and demons he wasn't being shy or stuttering as much.

"Sakuraya, what are you doing?" The pink eyed raven hadn't looked away once from Shitsuo.

"I'm thinking. The loyal one won't disobey."

"Mm. You think you can do something? Wait have you bound him yet?" The fox demon turned away. "You haven't?"

"No. I haven't. Make sure no one leaves the room." Tsugaru watched as his brother was untied and lifted over the raven's shoulder. "Don't worry, I won't hurt him." The fallen angel went to stand. "Your twin will be fine." Hearing that he sat back down. He had Psyche, it shouldn't be a surprise that his brother had someone. The door closed. With a sigh Tsugaru shifted in front of the door stopping anyone from leaving.

Shitsuo flailed his legs kicking wildly as he was carried away from his brothers. His arms were tied behind his back, his hands useless to remove the gag that kept him from using his power. "Stop struggling." Even with his great power he couldn't disobey Sakuraya's words. His limbs locked in place leaving him limp over the demon's slim shoulder.

As soon as he had the gag off then he was free to do as he wished. Although he was happy that the demon was unharmed, it didn't stop him from the route he was going down. It looked like each of his brothers were paired off with their mates and it looked like his Shizuo was a dog. Shitsuo was slowly lowered onto the sofa, his crumpled jacket slipped from his shoulders.

"Do you trust me? I can make this better." Slim fingers hooked under the gag loosening it from his mouth.

"I don't need your help." The blond turned away even as his heart thrummed strangely in his chest.

"Your eyes are glowing red. Let me help." The demon hovered over him a mere centimetres between them. "Shitsuo, I'll make it all better."

"No. I have power now. Do you know what its like being helpless? To not feel anything? I have so much in my head right now." His voice was bordering on hysteria as he spoke trying to contain the emotion bubbling inside him.

"Shitsuo, I can show you how to control it." The blond blinked staring up into serious soft pink orbs.

"Y-you haven't ordered me?" The demon's fingertips brushed down his cheek.

"No. I want this to be consensual. Trust me, Shitsuo."

"Disgraceful." Hibiya muttered next to him. The two of them were walking though fallen debris. Above them the sky was a mass of purple blocking out any sign of night and day. Light purple shard fell like rain landing like snowflakes on his shoulder. "My kingdom is falling."

Delic found himself staring up into the mess that somehow seemed beautiful. They had yet to bump into any of the loose angels or demons that were at war. A hand locked onto his wrist pulling him to the right, out of the way of a large arrangement of glass shards. "Oh. Thanks." Snatching his wrist free Delic kept his eyes on the ground watching where he was going.

They kept to the outskirts pretending to be human to anyone that looked at them. Delic kept his wings out of sight and the demon's ears were left to Hibiya to hide. "Hm. I do not like to see my possessions damaged." The fallen angel reached up touching his mark. Possession. Was that all that he was? Cold golden orbs fixed on him, Delic looked away moving his fingers to his hair.

"I need to check on my club." Testing their bond he managed a few steps ahead before feeling a mental tug.

"That filthy place? Out of the question." Delic closed his eyes breathing deeply.

"Hibiya-sama, that club is my home and the only thing I can call my own." The demon stared at him before striding away forcing him to catch up. He hated being honest, it wasn't him at all. However he was linked to a proud, egotistical and paranoid demon.

"Are you coming or not?" Delic paused seeing the tell tale wings, some angel, some demon. He would probably get away with it since the only ones he knew were demons and the most influential ones were vip members in his club. The Oriharas were the most known demons in the human realm. Hibiya wouldn't go around unseen. Catching up his arms looped around the raven's shoulders. "What are you doing?"

"Change into your animal form. You know you won't get through Ikebukuro without being recognized."

"How dare you! I am the great Hibiya Orihara. I do not hide from anyone." Delic shook his head when a group not to far away turned at the sound of the cosplay prince announcing his name as loud as he could. Seeing a light from their fingers the blond picked the demon up over his shoulder and began running. "Put me down."

"Punish me later or whatever. If we're still alive." That didn't stop Hibiya from flailing wildly.

Shitsuo couldn't stop his heart beating loudly. He felt overwhelmed and anxious trying to keep his eyes on everything Sakuraya was doing. The demon was disrobed leaving his surprisingly toned form pressed against him. His hand was clamped over his mouth to stop him from saying any commands that he would regret. He didn't quite know how he had lost his clothes but there they were piled up on the floor.

Sakuraya hadn't given him a single order since they had begun. The only thing the demon had done was kiss his exposed skin. A splayed hand slid along his stomach. The blond flushed watching as it went lower between his legs. "It feels strange."

"Your body is heating up. Your heart beating quick enough to make you dizzy? That's all normal. I promise it'll feel really good." Shitsuo nodded letting the raven continue. "Let it all go. There's nothing wrong with it. I've seen and felt plenty in my time. I'll share it all with you." The blond blinked seeing something he didn't understand in the demon's eyes. He didn't know why he wanted to thread his fingers through the short raven locks but he did so anyway feeling the soft silky strands.

"I-I feel like this is intimate and maybe we shouldn't do this with everyone in the next room."

"That's embarrassment. This is natural." The angel glanced at how they were positioned. Both of them naked with the raven pressed between his legs. This was natural? The front door rattled before the handle moved. "Then again there are interruptions." The fox demon muttered reaching for their clothes.

Just as he was partially dressed with his shirt on, the door opened. Sakuraya was still naked covering him from view. He could still see the intruders as they entered. A blue eyed raven and a headless woman. So this was embarrassment? Shitsuo could feel their eyes on them, even though the woman had no eyes. "Hear me n-" Sakuraya's hand clamped over his mouth.

"Oh. Sorry." The blue eyed raven averted his eyes leading the headless woman into the bedroom where a loud scream sounded. Most likely it was Tsukishima. Wait was that a head in her hands?

"We should be okay now." Sakuraya smiled shrugging off his kimono. Shitsuo had enough.

"Here me now. Dress." His clothes were back on him warming his body. Pushing himself up the blond left the apartment and the fox demon behind. Lifting his hand the black mist covered his right hand. "Here me now. The door stays closed." Seeing the handle rattle but remain still, Shitsuo turned and ran. He had almost forgotten the fox demon was a trickster. He wasn't giving up his power for anyone.

Saika turned around stroking the blond's hair. Her nephew had passed out from the sight of the headless woman. She wished that she could do the same. Unfortunately she had seen plenty not to be scared easily. Especially when that someone was your past lover and maybe soul mate. "Saika-sama, I've brought her. It seems things are more complicated than I thought."

The god seemed pleased with himself taking a step back as the headless goddess was led into the room. She was just as beautiful as she remembered her. The black jumpsuit was new and different from the white frilly dresses they used to wear. The head although unattached seemed to be attached. Sparkling eyes blinked and for the first time in what felt like eternity she heard Celty speak. "...S-Saika."

"Saika-san, would you like some time alone?" Izaya asked politely. The smart ass demon already seemed to know everything. The oracle with no connection to anyone and her the wildcard goddess with no written future. If only they hadn't met she wouldn't have to deal with the pain. But if they hadn't, Shizuka would have never had children.

Leaving the young unconscious angel to the over protective wolf, Saika stood slowly moving to the door. The handle rattled under her hand. "Let me try." Tsugaru pulled on the door. "Its locked." Her son barked in the demon's arms.

"There's no lock on the door. It looks like Sakuraya failed." Saika let her shoulders droop instead going into the bathroom. Celty followed after her closing the door. She didn't have the pen or paper with her meaning this was going to be a one sided conversation. It was strange seeing a stump where the woman's head should be. Instead there was a strange puff of shadow. Her gaze dropped to the head.

"...Saika. I'm sorry." Strangely enough she had been expecting to hear those exact words. She could see the confusion lingering. When Shizuka had cut off her head she had severed Celty's memories. It was only natural that she had found someone else to love. She had no right to interfere with that and apart from what she was about to do, she wouldn't interfere again. Shaking her head she took a shaky step forward taking hold of Celty's head.

Gently she lifted it placing it carefully on the puff of shadow that seemed to swirl. Covering the distance between them Saika pressed her lips against the soft surprised ones. A spark flared between them, something like syrup slid down her throat. "Saika." With a groan she found herself pinned against the door, Celty deepening the kiss. It felt good. Nostalgic but not meant to last.

"Celty." She spoke for the first time since her power had been sealed. Unlike Shitsuo she didn't have a key word or a key phrase to keep her power in control. "Go back to whoever you love now." Her words were not to be disobeyed. Her shoulders were released, the bathroom door opened. Closing the door quickly Saika groaned sliding down the door, head in her hands. It was okay. Celty had been the way to break her curse. That's all the kiss had been. It was for her family. Now that she was back to her old self she could wake up Shizuka, turn Shizuo back, stop Shitsuo and stop a war. Losing her lover to someone else while she had been sealed was no big deal.

Outside the door she could hear scratching and knew it was Shizuo. His barking grew louder. Saika remained where she was. Something wet brushed at her hand. Lifting her head the puppy took the chance to jump in her lap. Stroking his fur Saika smiled knowing who had teleported her son into see her. Tsukishima was gradually getting the hang of controlling his power. It didn't change the fact that they were running out of time.
