You guys are everything. The reviews were the nicest and it lighted me up. Thank you! Seriously, this fanfic is for you guys and receiving reviews like these.. it just makes me the happiest ever. So please, continue on doing that. Even if it's just one word describing my story.

**** SEASON 3 SPOILER ALERT ****
I just saw a sneak preview video of Season 3 on tumblr and it was EVERYTHING. In the video you see where and how Oliver asks Felicity on a date AND you can see the beginning of the date. Felicity is sexy looking and the look on her face when Oliver walks into the restaurant is perfect. His smile responding to her look on her face is the cutest ever. Also, Ray Palmer is mentioned in it as a real other option for Felicity (which I do not want to happen), but as much as I hate it, it does make me excited! A LOT MORE is discussed in the video, but these were the Olicity highlights. So if you haven't seen it yet, go check it out!

CW OWNS IT ALL.

Enjoy

"NO! FELICITY!"

The entire industrial hall went silent. Nobody had the tendency to say a word. Diggle had Laurel in his arms as she silently sobbed in shock and Diggle himself was looking blankly at the ground. The police officers that had come along with lieutenant Lance all held their breath. Lieutenant Lance slowly lowered his gun, keeping his eyes fixated on the scene in front of him.

Oliver dropped his bow and arrows, thereupon an echo filled the hall. He stumbled up to Felicity and kneeled down. He immediately pulled out the syringe he had shot at her and threw it into the direction of Lance. Then with one hand he grabbed hers instantly and rubbed it with his fingers, his other hand cupped her face. He couldn't control himself and his entire body started shaking.

"Fe-felicity." He let out in a whisper. He shook his head in disbelieve and squeezed his eyes shut. But after a split second he snapped his eyes back open and he gazed around the hall, allowing the people around him to look him in the eye before he yelled.

"SOMEONE CALL 911."

Oliver stopped his gaze at Lance. Lance swallowed as he noticed the devastation written on Oliver's face. It was then that he realized Felicity wasn't just only the smart IT girl slash amazing hacker to Oliver. Felicity meant something more and he could read it in Oliver's eyes perfectly. Lance wanted to apologize, he wanted to say something, but he had no time to do so as Laurel ran into his arms and he wandered his attention off to her.

Oliver looked back down at Felicity. He let his hand touch her forehead and he softly shoved away some hair out of her face.

"Felicity" He whispered to her again. "Stay with me."

He bent over her tiny body to give her a soft kiss on the forehead, rght after, he felt a hand on his shoulder.

"Oliver. They need to take her away." Diggle's voice said in the distance.

Oliver snapped out of his focus on Felicity. He looked up to see the paramedics waiting. Oliver frowned and looked at the spot Lieutenant Lance had been standing with Laurel. They were gone. Apparently, some minutes had gone by without his notice.

Diggle let out a sad sigh and nodded to the paramedics. He placed his free hand on Oliver's other shoulder and pulled him away from Felicity.

"No.." Oliver whispered as he watched the paramedics place Felicity on a stretcher. "I need to go with her. I can't lose her again."

Oliver tried walking back to Felicity, but Diggle was firmly holding on to him.

"Let them do their work." Diggle said quietly.

"I can't lose her again, Dig." Oliver said as he turned to Diggle.

"You never did and you never will, Oliver." Diggle said in return. "When you talked to her back then, she reacted. That meant something. And I'm absolutely sure that right now, the doctors will do everything to keep her alive."

"SHE'S SLIPPING AWAY."

Oliver and Diggle turned around to the stretcher immediately.

Two people were holding the stretcher, someone else was checking Felicity's heartbeat and the person who had raised his voice was giving Felicity resuscitation. Both Diggle and Oliver were nailed to the ground.

"CLEAR." One of the doctors shouted and a loud sound followed, but Diggle and Oliver couldn't see what happened next as the paramedics hurried their way out with Felicity.

Diggle and Oliver were still silently standing. Both staring at the corner Felicity had disappeared behind. Both thinking absolutely the same thing. "Is she going to survive?" But neither had the nerve to ask the question out loud.

"Excuse me Mr. Diggle.. and Mr.. erhm.. Arrow." An officer appeared. He seemed in his early 20s with his hair smoothly brushed to the right and his dimples present without showing a smile. In his hand he was holding a notebook and a pen and you could tell he was nervous due to his shaking hands. The young officer also only looked Diggle in the eye, which probably meant he was scared of the Arrow.

Diggle and Oliver both stared at the young officer and the officer cleared his throat immediately as he figured they were waiting for him to talk.

"My name is Max Sandro by the way.. and ehm, I know a lot has happened.. and I surely don't want to bother you anyhow.. but I have to fill out this form and they say it's really impor-"

"Can you get to the point please." Diggle said, interrupting officer Sandro and trying to fasten the conversation as he really wanted to drive Oliver and himself to the hospital Felicity had been taken to.

"Right.. excuse me. So, what happened? I mean.. who was it you were fighting against? I need names."

"Grayson Sanchez and a woman named Paige." Diggle answered.

"Where can we find them now?" Officer Sandro asked while writing down Diggle's information. However, Diggle stayed quiet after the second question, knowing that Oliver had been the one who'd last seen Grayson and Paige. And to Diggle's surprise, Oliver answered the question, with his Arrow voice on.

"Down the long hall at the end. They're dead."

Although, the answer did come out a little harsh and cold, with absolutely no feeling or pity for the two dead people at the end of the hall, it didn't really matter. Though killing is certainly never the solution, Diggle could understand it'd been the best choice to kill them both and he was glad Oliver had made that decision.

Officer Sandro looked up to take a peek at the Arrow, but immediately looked back down to his paper when he saw the Arrow's gaze almost burning through him. He started writing again and he bit his bottom lip in concentration and shame. Shame that he had dared to look the Arrow in the eyes.

"Okay." He mumbled a couple of seconds later as he placed a dot at the end of the sentence he had written. "Last question.. and please don't get me wrong or anything.. but.. whose side was Felicity Smoak on."

Oliver growled in frustration and started heading to the door. Diggle sighed and told officer Sandro she'd been on their side all along and walked away too.

Officer Sandro wrote down "Team Arrow" behind Felicity's name and then let out a loud sigh in relief as he watched the two tall and strong build figures leave the building. He couldn't believe he'd just survived talking to the vigilante of Starling City. Officer Sandro rubbed his forehead, wheeled around and walked over to his colleagues waiting at the other side of the industrial hall who were looking at him in awe.

Oliver stormed into the hospital and ran up to the receptionist sitting behind her desk. Oliver was wearing a pair of jeans and a simple grey cardigan. Most of his bruises weren't visible and the ones he had on his face were covered up thanks to Diggle. Diggle had insisted on taking Oliver back to the lair first to get dressed and cleaned up, because storming into a hospital as a bruised up Arrow wouldn't have been the best idea ever. And to Diggle's relief, Oliver had agreed.

But now Oliver was in the hospital, looking down at a receptionist who was too busy paying attention to her own nails than to the man in front of her.

"Sorry, but where can I find Felicity Smoak?" Oliver blurted out.

The receptionist looked up. She was chewing gum and couldn't even face him with a decent smile. For all he knew, the woman probably couldn't smile for anything. However, that wasn't any of his concern at the moment.

"Felicity Smoak." He repeated to her. She nodded and turned to her computer to type Felicity's name into the database.

"Let's see.." She mumbled as she read what was on her computer screen. "Okay.. well.. she is in surgery right now and she'll be done in.." The woman checked her watch and looked back at the screen. "Oh.. now. She is done right now and will probably be brought to the fourth floor. Room 423."

Oliver nodded. "Thank you." And he walked off to the elevators. However, the receptionist jumped up.

"But Mr. Queen.. You're not family. You're not allowed to go to her room." She yelled.

"No, we're family, trust me." Diggle said loudly as he passed the receptionist's desk and followed Oliver into the elevator. The receptionist stared at both men until the elevator doors closed and broke the staring spell.

"Thank you." Oliver said softly.

"Anytime." Diggle said.

Oliver pressed the button of the fourth floor and the elevator started moving up.

"Lyla is here too." Diggle suddenly said, breaking the short silence.

"What?" Oliver asked as he turned to his partner.

"Lyla, she got really sick yesterday night and she's on the fifth floor.. she's fine now though and the baby too. But she's too exhausted to do anything. So all she has left to do is rest, but I'd like to-"

"Go. I'll be fine." Oliver said, not needing to hear the rest of the stuff Diggle had to say.

Diggle nodded and placed a hand on Oliver's shoulder.

"I'm just one floor away."

A beep was heard, Oliver weakly smiled and exited the elevator.

He fastened his steps in the long hallway as he looked into every room, searching for a sign of Felicity, but she wasn't in any room he had walked passed. He growled and turned his back to the wall to lean against it until a bed caught his eye and he saw a familiar blonde lying on it. Two nurses were pushing the bed and taking it to room 423. Oliver didn't hesitate but followed them into the room.

The nurses carefully placed the bed next to the window and made sure all the machines were turned on and attached to their patient. One nurse turned her attention on Oliver and she started smiling politely.

"I guess you're family?" She started.

Oliver nodded yes.

"Okay then I'll have to tell you something about this."

She began as she comfortingly touched Oliver's upper arm.

"Miss Smoak was in a serious, critical condition when she got here and her chances of survival were minimum. She had 30% chance of survival to be exact. Nevertheless, you can see she held onto those 30%. Miss Smoak is brought into coma, but we cannot tell you how long she will stay in it and if she'll ever wake up.."

The nurse swallowed a little to search for the rest of the words to use.

"After surgery and observation we stated she'd have to wake up within a week if she wants to survive and that is actually unlikely to happen. So even though she survived surgery, there isn't much of a chance for her to survive her coma. I know this is a lot to take in, but.." She grabbed a form out of her pocked and handed it over to Oliver. "If she doesn't wake up within a week, you'll have to make a decision whether to shut her body down immediately after the week or to break off her life support. The last option can give her maybe.. two days extra to live."

Oliver grabbed the form from the nurse and clenched his teeth. The nurse gave him one polite smile again before motioning her colleague and herself out of the room.

Oliver exhaled loudly after the door had closed behind the two nurses. He couldn't believe what he'd just heard. Felicity had one week left to release herself from her coma or she'd be pronounced dead.

Oliver shoved the form into his pocket and slowly walked over to Felicity. He grabbed a chair and placed it next to her hospital bed. Felicity was lying completely still, her arms were resting next to her body. Her chest was going up and down in a slow rhythm. The monitor behind her was making decent beeps as to reassure everyone in the hospital her heart was still working and she was still alive.

Oliver closed his eyes as he listened to the beeping sound of the monitor. He was happy to hear it beeping, happy to know that she was still with him. That she was only drifted off in a deep and peaceful sleep, at least, he hoped she was in a peaceful sleep. But though she was still alive, a strange feeling in his gut was present and it was making him sick. He had to talk to her, now or never.

"Felicity.." He slowly whispered. "Sometimes I wish I had never asked you for help at the very beginning. If I never had, you probably wouldn't have been lying here right now, fighting for your life.. And I feel so stupid. I feel so stupid that you have to fight this out on your own. This time I cannot help you. I can only sit here and look at you. And I'd be lying if I told you that didn't worry me, because it does. Not because I think you can't fight this on your own, but because I feel like the world is trying to torture me for good by taking you away from me and I feel like that is not in your control."

Oliver opened his eyes and grabbed her hand in both of his hands and raised it a little. He began to gently draw circles on her hand palm by softly using his thumbs.

"But I'm also glad I got you involved in all of this, because I got to meet you. I got to meet the wonderful you and I'll be forever grateful for that. There aren't many people who can make me smile in situations I can hardly make myself smile, but you can. There aren't many people who can convince me to do otherwise when I make bad decisions, but you can. There aren't many people around who can make me do good, who can make me believe in myself, but you can. And no one has ever showed me love as you have."

Oliver looked up from her hand and stared out the window, narrowing down the clouds rising to the sky. Sun was shining bright, lighting up the beautiful shaped clouds.

"I have to smile when I'm around you, I can't really help it. And I have to be better when I'm around you, I can't really help it either. I'd be nowhere without you. Felicity, I'm actually not quite sure if you can hear me but you've been incredible. You really came through for me."

He sighed and paused as he watched the sun appear from behind the clouds. He bit his lip and glanced down at Felicity's face. He placed one hand on her cheek and held it there.

"Remember when I said I loved you." He whispered even quieter. "Well.. I shouldn't have said that. I should have just showed you. I should have just kissed you.." He frowned at himself in frustration. "But I didn't and now I never will."

His last words choked him up and he pulled his hand away from her cheek. He leaned back in the chair and grabbed her hand even firmly now, not wanting to let go. Exhaustion was kicking in and he closed his eyes. He focused on the beeping sound and was satisfied with the still controlled beeping rhythm that was hearable.

But then the beeps slowly disappeared into the distance as he finally drifted off to sleep.

THE END.
