Orginally I wanted to end this in the next chapter, but because it takes me so long to write I'm going to breakdown the orginal setup of the last two chapters into more so you guys can read them faster. Hope you enjoy this latest chapter.

Disappear

"What!?" Natsu yelled taken aback.

"Are you serious?" Gray questioned with his eyes wide open in shock.

"Is that even possible?" Erza wrapped her hand around her chin thoughtfully.

Bolt leaned against the wall, staring at everyone that was in the main room of the house. Lucy and Layla were still fast asleep. "It's possible. I can base the spell off of Fairy Song and send all the remaining members of Crime Spree back to our time at once."

"Well why didn't you do that in the first place then?" Gray questioned.

Bolt sighed. "It's not that simple. I first had to finish fingering out the spell fomula for Fairy Song, now I'm going to have to figure a proper way to allow all the different legal guilds to be apart of the spell too." He rubbed his hand through the back of his hair while he spoke. The young wizard then opened his eyes halfway, shifting them to the side. "On top of that I have to make the fomula reach over all of Magnolia. That will take weeks to do, but it doesn't matter it's our only optiton."

"Says who? We can beat them," Natsu shouted, balling up his fist.

Bolt directly focused on Natsu. "We've barely survived up until now. Have you forgotten me and my sister can't use our full power here. Not only that, despite the Crime Spree members we've sent back we still have several powerful wizards still here including five other S class wizards."

"We can take them," Natsu shot back.

Bolt shut his eyes. "I'm sick of your stupity. We barely survived against one S class and you kept bitching about my sister ending one of their lives so we could survive. Sending them back in one go is our only optiton to keep everyone safe or would you prefer to risk the lives of everyone in Magnolia to prove your point."

Natsu glared at Bolt, shaking in rage. He bit down on his teeth as he lifted his fist by his face.

"Enough, Natsu." Laxus stepped in front of his son with his arms folded across his chest. "Get started on the spell as quickly as possible we can't afford them to keep coming after us like this and I don't want them to get to Lucy."

Natsu's rage subsided when he thought about Lucy. She had almost been killed that day by that mage, Angel. If she had been hurt even more who knew what would have happened to the babies inside of her. Knowing Lucy she would only blame herself even though it was their job to protect her.

Natsu looked down in rage, but not at Crime Spree or the Dreyar twins he was anger with himself. Lucy was his best friend other than Happy and he had failed her. He thought about the different fights with Crime Spree and besides kicking the losers' asses he hadn't been much help. That didn't sit well with the young dragon slayer. He was Natsu Dragneel of Fairy Tail he was supposed to take down anyone who mess with his guild.

Bolt nodded to his father and left the room. Laxus then looked back at the others. "As for the rest of you get some rest. We'll going to have to find a new place to keep Lucy since this place has already been compurmose. Freed place protective runes throughout this place for the night."

Freed placed his hand under his chest and gave a bow. "I've already done it, Laxus."

Laxus smiled and nodded knowliingly. "Good. Then I'm heading to bed." He left the others to go to the master bedroom that Lucy was staying in. He slowly opened the door to see Lucy resting. The young blond bombshell really resembled their daughter with one big difference. Lucy was the woman he loved while their daughter was the sweet girl he wanted to keep safe.

Laxus entered the room as sliently as he could and shut the door. He then proceeded by removing his jacket and dropping it to the floor as he headed toward the bed. He made it to the other side of the bed that Lucy wasn't resting on. He lifted his shirt up over his head and threw it to the ground before he got into the blankets to lay beside his future wife.

Wanting to protect her even while he slept he moved closer to the celestial wizard. He wrapped one arm around her waist and took up a spooning position. His noise fell into her beautiful river of golden hair that he smelled as he fell asleep against the greatest woman in the world.

Over a week had past since the Angel incident and they decided to keep Lucy under the personal protection of Makarov himself, but Lucy simply refused. Instead Layla decided to act as her mother's bodyguard.

After that Laxus had decided to go on a dangerous mission with his team while Bolt went off to make changes to his ulitimate spell. However before then he moldfied the spell on Layla so she could speak about the S class wizards, but only if a fairy tail wizard ran into them was the best he could do, do to not fully understanding the magic.

Team Natsu then decided to go on a mission. The group travelled up a grssy hill toward the village they came to help. Lucy held the help flyer, reading it over. "So this town has been having trouble with a wizard that's been making trouble until houses disappear."

Erza looked back at the blond. "It seems that way."

Natsu laughed confidently, slamming his fist into his hand with a small sparks of fire coming out. "Ha, ha this jocker got nothing on us."

"Unless he's from Crime Spree," Gray responded. "We shouldn't underestamiate who we're dealing with until we finish sending them all home."

"That's a wise descion." The group looked forward to see a large, buff shirtless man in the middle of the grassfield. "Greetings, it's been awhile Layla."

The man that greeted Layla sent a chill down her spine. Her eyes grew wide with fear as her entire body trembled in the man's prescense. "That's Dix."

Erza eyed Layla. "Dix?"

"An S Class of Crime Spree," Layla answered.

A chilling shock went through the entire group that Dix simply smiled at. The man had his arms folded across his massive chest with his Crime Spree guild symbol on his right shoulder while on his left was his S Class symbol. "So which one of you is going to disappear first?"

The ground around Dix trembled, lifting up a rock pillar beneth him so that he stood above the faries. He gazed down at the group of five wizards plus Happy like they were bugs. "Don't tell me you're all cowards?"

Natsu balled up his fist with a furious look in his eyes. "The only one who's going to disappear around here is you." The dragon slayer lit his fists on fire and leaped up after the Crime Spree wizard. He let out a frience battle cry.

Layla stuck out her hand. "Natsu, wait. You don't understand you can't touch him."

Gray had a serious look in his eyes. "He's an S Class so of course he isn't going to be easy."

"No, I mean you can't literally touch him," Layla shouted as she stepped forward. "If you do you'll fade away from existence in five minutes."

"Wait!?" Natsu yelled while in mid-air.

"Still want to hit me?" Dix questioned.

Layla pulled her whip off her hip and lashed it forward. The sparkly blue whip flew through the air, wrapping around Natsu's ankle. Layla pulled on it to bring Natsu back to the ground.

"That's a smart stragedy," Dix said. "However, how long can you avoid me?" The young shirtless wizard took up a sprinting position. He launched himself off the pillar toward the group.

"Everybody move," Layla shouted. She released Natsu from her whip's grip, grabbed her mother and ran. The other members of the team also leaped out of the way of the man coming down like a comet. As soon as Dix landed the earth beneth him scattered and lifted.

Gray slammed his fist into the palm of his hand. "Ice Make: Lance!" Several lances blew out of a magic circle in front of him.

Natsu lifted his hands up. "Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" He swung his arms forward, sending waves of swirling flames forward.

Both attacks hitted Dix square on. A cloud of dust rose up around the S Class wizard as the group watched from their different positions. "Did that get him?" Gray questioned. The dust soon disappeared to reveal that the Crime Spree wizard was perfectly fine after the attacks.

A dark smile appeared on his face. "Was that supposed to do something to me?" He lifted his head with an excited look in his eyes. "Was that really your best shot?" Natsu and Gray looked at the sight in shock with their teeth clench. "I'm going to make you all disappear."

A burst of water shot out in front of Dix, blasting him back into the pillar he previously created. The water stopped with the magic circle that created it disappeared. Layla held her tortoise shell shield out in front of her with Lucy behind her.

Layla's eyes were hidden behind the shadows of her hair. "This is the real reason you want to get rid of Bolt and me. We have magic that can counteract their S Class wizards." She lifted her head so her eyes could be seen. "That's what I found out the night you six attack me."

Everyon looked at Layla at the shock revlation.

Dix slowly started to lift himself out of his broken pillar. "That's right. I knew we should have just killed you, but Cindy just wanted to have some fun. Still even though you and your brother have magic that may affect us you still aren't strong enough to defeat us with it yet."

"It's a precaution so we can never defeat you."

"Exactly." Dix had a giant smile of inshanity on his face. "That's why you're going down." The wizard's entire body glowed like it did the night he and Layla first met.

"I'm not alone."

"What can these fairies do?" Dix questioned. "When they don't have any magic that can affect me?" The man charged toward Layla.

"Don't underestimate Fairy Tail." Layla let go of her shield with one hand and suck it out down to the side. She requiped to have the White Tiger's wind sword in her free hand.

"That won't save you."

"They're not for me. Erza, Gray!" She threw the shield toward the ice wizard and the wind sword toward the requip wizard. Both of them successfully caught them. "Use them and you can fight."

Dix continued to charge toward Layla. A flash of light went by Dix. A gust of wind flew in front of him, blowing him back. The glowing wizard rolled back before regaining his ground.

Erza who had changed into her flight armor landed on the opposite side she was previously on after the attack, holding firm onto Layla's sword.

Dix started to get up again when Gray leaped up into the air and held out the shell shield. "Ice Make: Ice Pillar!"A magic circle appeared in front of the shield that shot out an ice pillar that smashed Dix into the ground. Gray flew back and landed on the ground.

A strong wave of gravity shot over the pillar, shattering it to pieces. The ice shards rained down around the glowing wizard. "It's hitting him, but not by enough."

"Then we'll just have to put more power into the weapons," Erza stated as she pointed out the sword.

"Natsu." Layla ran up to the dragon slayer, getting his attention. "Here." The young blond presented him with her phoenix gloves. "With these you can…"

"Forget it."

"Huh?"

Natsu glared at her. "I don't need your weapons and I don't want your help not after last time," Natsu hissed.

The words of her future instructor cut Layla to the core. Her eyes opened wide and a cold sweat ran down her face. Her breath also became unsettled. Her hands that held the gloves trembled.

"I'll beat him myself." Natsu pounded on his chest.

"Natsu, Layla, watch out!" Erza warned.

Layla began to turn around when Dix had leaped through the air toward them. He let out a loud battle cry. He slammed the palm of his hand into Layla's face that sent her crashing to the ground behind Natsu to the dragon slayer's shock.

Layla's body had gone limp. Everyone on Team Natsu stared at the sight in horror. "Layla!"

Tears formed in Lucy's eyes. "No."

Natsu's heart sank at the sight.

Dix stood tall in front of Natsu with a proud smile on his face. "In five minutes that girl will no longer existence."

The gloves that Layla held out for Natsu now lied on the ground beside the young king summoning wizard.

Through the sky lightning and screams traveled.
