It had been a good long while since they had been here in the city of Fairport. At a time Shepard would have re-considered even helping out the child of the ghost Alma. But now that has changed with everything that's happened under such a short time. It barely seemed like a day ago when she first met Ghost, back when he had gotten two very important people killed.

Shepard had wanted to kill him for all the damage he's done but something kept keeping her from doing so. At first it was questions. She had sought the help of her old comrade Liara. The asari helped the N7 operative, but in return all Shepard had really done was just dig her own rabbit hole. From being a renegade former Spectre, to a woman investigating a confidential mystery behind the identity and origins of one man who neither name or history.

It wasn't until she along with her crew and friends were under fire by a mysterious group of mercenary like group known as Nightcrawler and their enigma like leader by the name of Kruger. It had turned out that this mysterious character was tied to Ghost as she and her team called Him. What it was that bound both men together and towards Shepard she couldn't understand. All she could muster from the information obtained from her encounter was that all of this had something to do with a un-dead phantasm entity known only as Alma

Sonar Squad, a group of inexperienced marines who weren't capable of handling paranormal threats became of more use than previously expected. Having obtained information and eluded the enemy, Shepard learned from a data file that her questions would all be answered somewhere on Mars.

Another player in all of this, an aliases known as Danny, is secretly working with Shepard. Claiming to be able to answer all her questions and deliver important information. Regarding what she could not understand but knew that it was important if it meant Danny secretly contacting her and her alone.

Lastly their is the matter of Paxton Fettle. An insane ghost similar to that of his mother who craves nothing more than chaos and death as well as a war he sees in his dreams. He holds close ties to his eldest brother Ghost and often intimates Shepard. Mentioning something of her being the one who will carry on the 'Family Legacy'. It didn't take a total brain to understand what his and his mothers intentions are. Carrying on the bloodline of the Wade family. Shepard huffed a laugh to this.

Just try it. She thought in the back of her mind. She wasn't like Michael Beckett who was helpless and cornered by Alma. If ever Shepard came into being in such a predicament she would be sure to use her gun on herself. From what Miranda told her, the Third Child was along with its mother capable of almost plunging the universe itself into Armageddon.

Not only that but since Ghost was the only living Wade, Shepard knew for a fact that he would never even consider carrying on such a cursed family name. Let alone with Shepard. Only a complete psycho fuck minded crazy like Fettle would consider this.

Alma had also treated Shepard differently. As the red haired experienced fighter recalled whenever the child apparition of the red dressed girl was around she always seemed friendly with Shepard.

But not too friendly.

The little bitch still scared the holy hell out of Shepard, at times the 30 year old woman had trouble sleeping at night. Looking into those ungodly powerful golden eyes of a disturbed child spirit who's been tortured all throughout her life with powers of a goddess unsettled Shepard.

It was scary knowing something like her even existed. Ghost, demons, monsters, all of it was real. Her old bed time terrors from when she was a sleeping farm girl were true. And it was a secret group like F.E.A.R. that kept the boogeymen away.

Not even her N7 status could reach anything further than them being a secret group of the former U.S. government spec-ops from 2001. It took Miranda and a load of help from Liara to uncover the rest.

First Encounter Assault Recon or just F.E.A.R. was disbanded after an incident involving a former operative. Who this operative was, was none other than Kruger.

Supposedly he was responsible for F.E.A.R.'s downfall and for attacking Shepard. as well as forming the mercenary band known as Nightcrawler.

And now that Shepard has acquired all of this information, it is up to her to decide whither or not she should finish whole mess with getting involved in a espionage case such as this has already cost her two dead team mates, a raid and over taking on her ship, horrifying dreams and more.

Like hell she's going to let this all slide.

Friend or no friend Ghost is a part of her team now and he wants to see it all come to a conclusion. The end is near and now the time has come to conclude one more fight for freedom and protecting the galaxy.

Antichrist. Shepard thought as she remembered the project involving the Third Child. She is on Mars. In a hibernation sleep just like how her brother was. Kruger could have 'woken' her up by now, but not. Why? Another question itching the brain. Another piece of the puzzle waiting to fit.

Shepard closed her eyes and clenched them in their eyelids. She re-opened them and found herself back at the tea shop she had been sitting at.

On the ground to her left where her left booted foot was sat a bag of items she had bought while here. One thing the woman couldn't help herself with was spending money everywhere she went. It was an old girly habit she could never be rid of.

Old habits never die I guess. The woman thought. She looked down at the blue colored tea laying still as a lake with a lemon clinging to the side of the cup. Shepard took the lemon and began to suck out all the face squeezing lemony goodness.

She then took the cup and downed what was left of her tea. Which wasn't much due to it only being a quarter full. Standing up from her seat she began to walk out of the tea shop. taking with her the giant sized bag of goods she purchased. A few data chips of books, and a squid for her aquarium.

Shepard did enjoy the simple things.

She took in her surroundings of the metropolis of Fairport. As old as it was it was still a city with good history as any other place similar like Los Angles or even New York.

I wonder where I can find the others.

Shepard pulled out her omi-tool and began to dial up her xo. Obviously Miranda was showing Ghost the old Fairport memorial. Good thing Shepard wasn't there to see the angst. She had grown tired of all of everybody elses problems and wanted a moment of herself. She could understand the emotions and psych trauma of others but even so it was all depressing to her. However it wasn't like she didn't care, after all they are her team and friends, especially after all they've been through. It's just that no one ever bothered to ask her questions.

How do you feel knowing two years flew by and everybody just forgot your warnings as well as what you did for them?

So your parents were killed by pirates along with your siblings and all your friends. You wanna talk about it?

What's it like knowing that a guy you liked had to stay behind and die while you went to save a gunnery chief and a whole squad of Salarian STG soldiers. Did you ever regret such a decision between the needs of many compared to the needs of one?

Selfish, that's what everyone else is. You help out with issues that people go through and they never return the favor. Sometimes Shepard regretted being the one who had to be the hero all the time.

It was a fight that seemed pointless and at a lost. No matter what she does, the Reapers will come, they will kill billions and they will drive all sentient life into extinction. But yet here she is, fighting on as a beacon of fools hope.

How much more time do we have till they come? The woman asked herself.

None of these people here have any idea of how badly all hell is going to break loose. Alma was a problem dealt with by a single small group of special forces. Shepard and her ship crew were a mixed mashed group of wild cards who fought synthetics and colossal sized machines of death.

When you look at it, they both seemed almost alike. One specializes in saving the galaxy and taking down giant ancient machines of death and mindless pawned former Prothenes.

While the other combats the supernatural and prevents god like beings who so happen to his family from ripping apart all of reality.

Maybe having Ghost isn't such a bad idea. Yeah the guy has been a burden, but he's been in this situation before. A soldier like him would be capable of handling the rising storm. Hell if they had an army of him then things would be even brighter. But the reapers were giant in comparison to any organic. So even with an army of super soldiers, the Reapers would easily annihilate such a force.

No mater how one looked at it, they were all screwed from the beginning. A Predetermined fate since discovering the Mass Relays.

Shaking off these thoughts the woman began walking down the street. Ignoring all else around her. She kept her eyes on the path before her and watched as people moved in waves right past her. It was better to focus on the 'now' than on the 'when'.

It has been proven in human culture that when one sets out with wild dreams they are laughed and mocked at. But when they succeed they are praised and adored. The same could be said for Shepard. Only problem is, is where to look for the answer in stopping the coming war?

"Shepard?" Came and Australian accented woman over the com buoy Shepard wore whenever leaving the Normandy.

"Miranda where are you?" The incognito woman asked her XO.

It was almost time to get back to the ship. They've been out all day, day has went by and now night has come.

"Oh we're at the Arbrum district. Shepard, Ghost want's to show us something please come as soon as possible."

What could he be on about?

"Alright fine I'll hail a cab. Over and out."

Well it will help keep her mind off and away from the gloominess of total death. Shepard walked to a transport and paid for the cab to take her to said location of Miranda and Ghost.

The ride wasn't long, but it did take her several minutes due to traffic.

Once the cab dropped her off at the location where the Origin facility had once been located she was greeted to the sight of Ghost and of Miranda.

Shepard paid off the cabie and watched as the driver flew off and then turned to her comrades. She was half curious about why they were here at such a deserted looking location.

"So what's going on? Why are we here?" Shepard asked questioningly.

"This place was once where my mother was held for all her living life. And this place is also where I set her free mistakenly." Ghost said with almost regret in his voice.

"I want to put the memories to rest. I need to see this place from the inside. Like an old child's nightmare that has to be faced." ghost explained.

"You want to lay to rest some personal demons?" Shepard asked not understanding what the middle aged man was coming from.

"I just want to see this place one more time. I need to look at the memories of this place and walk down its halls for a final time. After this then we can leave Shepard. And then I promise you that we can face Nightcrawler stop Kruger and then you can do with me whatever you'd like." Ghost explained. Melancholy under his voice.

"Very well. In that case lead the way." Shepard said as she pointed to an old shanty building.

The old origin facility. The household of Alma Wade. The place where her vengeful reign took place. The building wasn't at all how Ghost had remembered. Everything was refurnished. Cleaned even. this wasn't the old lab that was once destroyed. Someone came through here and fixed the elevator to the place.

As soon as Ghost had set his foot at the exact place where he had saw Norton Mapes get shot at, an immediate flashback placed fourth into his mind. Memories of a bleeding fat bastard asking him to destroy the facility, and of a dead Spencer Jankowski. "Your not who you think you are." Ghost repeated with a whisper the words spoken to him. He closed his eyes for only a second and remembered a memory of his childhood.

He was playing with his younger brother. They would shoot guns at each other and laugh as they fell down 'dead', as well as times when they would color with the crayons and markers given to them.

"Ghost you okay?" Miranda asked.

"Yeah, fine. Let's just keep going." He responded as he turned to the automatic door to the right. Someone had been through her already. Why would there be power in an old place like this if someone wasn't here? This is what Ghost thought.

Things didn't seem to add up well with one another.

"Shepard this is an old abandoned facility no one and I mean no one other than F.E.A.R. and Armacham know about this place. yet still their is power running. Notice these doors how they open up. The generators down here were completely blown when I caused this place to self-destruct." Ghost established his theory.

"He is correct Shepard. This doesn't add well. Let's stay alert." Miranda said.

"Yeah your right. don't get careless and keep your eyes peeled." Shepard explained as she regretted not bringing her pistol.

Just as Ghost, Shepard and Miranda both came out into the long bridge like pathway to the inner sanctuary of where Alma was concealed, all three came to a halt.

Just before them stood an abnormally fat male with orange hair and holding onto a bag of chips. He was making a disgusting eating sound that sickened Miranda.

"Good god who eats with their mouth open like that?"

"You've got to be fucking kidding me." Ghost said with annoyance.

"Yep, betcha never saw this one coming." Said none other than Norton Mapes.

"Just how the hell are you even here!" Asked Ghost pointing a finger to the ginger haired obese man who posed nothing but problems for the special forces soldier.

"Hmm. I'm not telling."

Mapes I will beat the fat out of that shit stain you call a face if you don't answer me in the next five seconds. Thought Ghost as he glared at the obese trouble starter.

"To be fair you owe me an explanation." Mapes countered as he continued eating away, making disgusting eating sounds as he gulped down without a care of his manners.

"Just who are you?" Miranda asked not knowing the man before her.

"This asshole here was a major pain in the ass when I was investigating Armacham a century and a half ago. This piece of shit is one of the reasons why Genevieve Aristide was capable of alluding the authorities." Ghost explained.

"Explain who you are and what your doing her, now!" Shepard commanded as she eyed the man before her, her eyes carefully tracing him for any kind of weapon or any tool he may use to call in to whoever he may be here with.

"Um...names Norton and...I'm just here."

"Not a good enough answer, we asked what your doing here now explain yourself." Miranda repeated Shepard's command.

"Wow someone's being bitchy." Norton bluntly said as he downed the remainder of his chips.

"What did you just say." Miranda said in am angered tone.

"Well your being pretty mean. And I don't think I have to tell you anything least explain anything to you three jerk-offs." Mapes then turned around and began walking towards the elevator that would lead down to where the vault was located.

"Tell you what if you do me a big favor by re-powering this facility I'll explain everything to ya. What'ya say?" Mapes smirked a fatty smile at the three.

"Mapes I'll tell you-" Ghost was saying in an angry, almost growl like tone but was cut short by Shepard who interrupted him.

"Okay. We'll turn the power back onto this place. Just give us some time." Shepard said agreeing to Norton Mape's deal.

"What the hell Shepard? You can't be serious agreeing to this, this piece of shit!" Ghost was furious.

"Ghost listen, whatever beef you have with him can be cut short for now. You've been here before so you can help turn the power back on." Shepard ordered.

"Listen Shepard something isn't right here, why is he even here how the hell did he survive for so long without even aging this doesn't add up!" Ghost raised his voice.

"All your questions will be answered if you just turn on the power jack. Come on, we don't have all day." Norton kept smiling.

"Goddammit. Fine. But you two keep an eye on him. I'll try and turn the power back on while you two stay here. And don't let him out of your site. He's a crafty bastard." Ghost explained as he turned to leave.

Ghost walked off towards the long almost infinite pathway towards the inner network of controls and machinery that powered up the vault.

Miranda watched him go and from examining him she could tell there was almost an unsettled score between these two men.

She wanted to bite, but felt that this strange character will just give a snarky remark. Miranda didn't like him much either, there was just something about him that gave off an uneasy feeling of alarm. But still she was in no position of authority here. Which is what she hated.

"Just what's your name, give us that at least." Shepard asked.

"Names Norton. Ya can call me that." He explained as he laid back on the rail. Shepard quickly thought about how funny it would be if his over-sized weight would give in and he would tumble backwards. She would like to see the splattered remains of him if he really did fall over.

"So what's the deal between you two. I usually look after my people. Least you can do is enlighten us on the subject." Shepard questioned.

"He's an asshole is what he is. Ya gotta realize that by now." This was all Norton said.

"He's a dick, but he's no asshole. He's helped us out a bit in the past in some time spots. So he's responsible for his actions and to mention he's allied himself with us. He's become a somewhat invisible member of me and my team." Shepard explained.

"A real ghost. We knew nothing of him, same could be said about him towards us. He was... foreign." Miranda explained, she quickly thought back on the nickname given to him by Shepard.

"And why'd call him Ghost. Names pretty stupid." Norton gave out his opinion as he continued laying back.

"Well we didn't know anything about him for one, so that pretty much made him a ghost. We did everything we could and nothing could come up regarding him. As previously stated he was ghost. Plain and simple." Miranda put into detail of her comrade.

"Well what's your opinion of him. Do you honestly believe you can trust him? You know he's very self-destructive. He's a real pisser that one. Not to mention this, but his whole family are a bunch of wacko's." Norton still hadn't forgotten that time when Harlan Wade had shot him in the stomach region that night when all hell broke loose in Fairport.

"We kinda found that one out. So how much do you know about him?" Miranda asked, nostalgia coming back to her when she first read about Ghost true origin when she found those confidential data caches about project Origin.

"Well you should know he's a freak of nature. But I guess after being with him for a bit you kinda found that one out already. Also ya gotta know the guys nothing but bad luck. People who are with him usually always end up dead. Either by his own hands, or by his totally psycho bitch mama and brother."

Shepard clenched her fist. She could never forget what happened to Samara and Zaeed. Both of them were killed because they were trying to kill Ghost. Ghost got Zaeed because he was defending himself. Samara was killed because Fettle couldn't allow Ghost to die. Come to think of it, would they had all died eventually? Garrus, Tali, Jacob everyone? Would Alma had slaughtered them all if they ended up turning Ghost into the authorities and or killing him? No doubt. So what does that mean? The only reason they were putting up with the silent yet deadly super soldier was because he and his family could kill them all blindly if they dared get in their way?

It made Shepard feel uneasy. She didn't like the idea of fighting an enemy that was not only dead but also infinitely more powerful than any mega-ton bomb or giant colossal sized cruiser. And to think people over a hundred years ago actually believe they could control the Wade family.

Good god had we not let him join us, would his brother or mother had just...

Shepard stopped herself she didn't want to think about it. It made her stomach feel uneasy. Even with her biotics, her N7 training, and an almost endless supply of weaponry that could challenge an army, nothing could match the god like power Alma possessed.

Would he had turned out like them had he not been around other people? Would he had joined his family if he hadn't made friends in the army and commit himself to his orders by his commanders? Yeah he's a weapon who does whatever ya tell him, but it was better having him an enigmatic sociopath than a psychotic like his brother and a vengeful being like his mother.

"Well your right there, but still I'm certain, no positive that he's changed."

"You really think bringing him back here would make him see things differently? Think about it princess. After he's done with whatever it is your doing do you believe he'll stay with you guys?" Norton said as he pointed a finger towards her.

"What's keeping him from leaving you losers."

Ghost felt a large case of nostalgia as he walked down the former halls of the underground base that harbored his mothers vault. He looked around for a bit and noticed the control panel where he had once operated on trying to bring power back to the vault's elevator.

Ghost could remember hearing Betters voice as he repeated what he had read from a file he uploaded to the intelligence operative. After hearing the truth of Alma being only a little girl when Armacham put her into a coma and surgically impregnated her in her teens Ghost felt anger and disgust towards Armacham and even more resentment to them all after learning she was in truth his mother.

It was strange being her all over again. Just looking at all of this one could tell that someone put a lot of effort into rebuilding this place. He could tell just by looking at the dim lighting as well as the power to the mechanical doors. everything was re-polished.

Why is there power to an old forgotten place like this? And why bring this place back from the dead? Something's up.

Ghost looked behind his back, his paranoia getting to him. If anything F.E.A.R. taught him during his initiation, it was to always check your back. Because not all your enemies are human.

Werewolves, vampires, ghost, demons, evil spirits from alternative dimensions. All of this hidden underneath the noses of mankind. And fought by a select group of human beings exposed or born into the underworld of what is only known as the supernatural to the normal everyday life.

He didn't believe it of course at first until he was give files regarding different incidents all over the world. It was only in 2001 under the Bush administration when this became an actual threat to all of national and international security.

Hell a terrorist plot could usually take the lives of dozens, but a psychic terrorist can take the lives of hundreds. Ghost remembers one file he read up on regarding a man who could actually talk and communicate with demonic entities. He was so close to actually destroying half of London, but F.E.A.R. was there to keep that from happening.

Unknown heroes taking no glory in what they achieve, mostly getting a pat on the back.

His thoughts leaving his memories and focusing on the task at hand, Ghost took a look at the controls before him. His attention taking notice of the various buttons that have been taken out and replaced. All of this hardware was new, he took quick notice of that, the lighting was an addition too as was the power coming back to this lab.

"It's you."

Ghost paused in his thinking and froze.

"Your back."

He slowly turned his head around and took in the sight of the person before him who should have been long dead.

"Your alive."

Jin.

His thinking was a blur as all he could do was observe his friend and the bloody smudge in-between her stomach.

"John...you gotta help us."

John...a name given to him as a substitute to him not having one,it was a title Jin came up with when he had arrived into F.E.A.R. and her learning he didn't really have a name.

"We're stuck...we need you to help us." Jin was smiling yet at the same time her face bore an agony.

"Ghost listen carefully, you have to shut off the power to this place. It's what's keeping us here. You have to help us Ghost. Please."

"Jin...what...what happened?"

"I'll explain everything."

It was in the fall of 2027 when they had begun to apprehend the very people who had been the cause of the whole calamity. A field medic and an operative of First Encounter Assault Recon Jin Sun-kwon had helped lead a team of SFOD-D operatives through an Armacham hide out located in the south pacific ocean. The place had once been the site of an oil rig, but was turned into a hide out for the board of directors.

Deep below in the ocean water was an underwater base similar to that of the oil rig but was built to house expensive yet vital experimentation regarding the case files of projects Origin, Harbinger, and Perseus. the operation had been in progress since spring early that same year.

Through the months of training the team that was going in consisted of Twelve F.E.A.R. operatives and thirty eight SFOD-D operatives.

As the both teams of the Army's special forces first landed upon the old rig, they immediately came into fire upon Armacham PMC's. The total estimate was of nearly one hundred and twenty seven. The information when arriving however was proven false with a total of nearly two hundred and eighty.

However experienced the private contract soldiers were, they stood little to absolutely no chance compared to the US special forces paranormal division. Upon landing casualties were none. Thanks to the aid of three Apache attack choppers and ten black-hawk helicopters.

The troops landed with safe ease. Armed with a variety of fire arms from lead, to slug, to laser and energy based weaponry, the teams cut through all defenses. Teams Point Break and Guard Dog safely made it through and secured the top side of the refinery while teams Specter, Banshee, and Nosferatu infiltrated the inner sub water facility.

When deep under the oil rig and within the safety dome of Armacham's last base of operations, the infiltration teams came under heavy resistance with what could and rather was the last remnants of the Replica forces. During the infiltration casualties were taken. Upon arriving three SFOD-D soldiers were killed under an attack wave of the elite super soldiers with one F.E.A.R. operative being incapacitated due to a sever injury.

With great strength and a mixture of luck the forces were able to suppress the brutal force of the Replica units. The three teams were able to push on and demolish every resistance met.

In the deepest confound spaces of the underwater dome, laid the package. The last living member of the project known as Origin. They had no real name for him, but they would sometimes often dub him with different names. In this case he was known as the 'Package'.

What became of his sister was mystery due to the child being put into a foster home, not even the men and women in the teams knew what became of the Package's baby sister. All except one woman who saw too it the child would be taken into care.

Jin Sun-kwon had finally reached the very man who helped her survive the Fairport Crisis. But there was a problem upon finding him. His body, his whole consciousnesses was on a life support system that kept him from leaving. If any attempt of taking him off his life support was made the whole facility would close off and a permanent self-destruct would initiate. In other words. Move his body, and everyone in the dome including him would be killed.

It turned out that the ones who knew the only way to turn off the machines without killing everything within a eight mile radius had killed themselves upon arrival of the US Special Forces. It would have appeared that they knew when the army arrived that there would be no escape.

The government would receive no custody of the people who were behind such a tedious case with such horrendous roots. Instead the army felt best to search for whatever they could find that was of confidential value which was very little due to Armacham throwing all documents into the furtherance of forever lost truth.

'What was the cause and point of it all?'

Jin thought. 'To make a new breed of human beings with god like power? Or was it for the most oldest and cliche of reasons. Money?'

All truths were lost, all reason and evidence died with the people who couldn't face their crimes. And so, everything was left buried and lost. But not forgotten.

For some reason. Jin had an urgent tendency to return to the city that had been left devastated. She returned to the old facility of Origin and believed she could find answers. Only to meet a gun in the dark by an unknown shooter.

Although killed, Jin would be stuck in her own personal prison.

Although some demons can be exorcised, they don't always stay in the bottom pits of whatever hell exist. For sometimes their furry is so strong that it can tear open doors to the living world.

He blankly stared at his long dead comrade unknowing of what to say. She had been dead and stuck all this time, some other force was keeping her spirit trapped here like a prisoner.

"Jin..." Was all he could say to his friend.

"Its been a long time...but here you are now. I had never actually believed you'd live as long as you did yet here you are." She said with a melancholy smile.

"What happened why are you here?" He asked her wanting to know why her spirit was stuck in this awful place that should have been longed forsaken and forgotten.

"There is something here...its like an entity of some sort. I've tried to leave, honestly. But there is a barrier that keeps me and some others here."

Ghost as is his newest name which was dubbed to him by his newly allied comrades, only looked at her perplexed. He didn't know how to assist Jin, she was dead now and a spirit trapped in an accursed limbo.

"John you have to defeat it, or else I'll never leave here. Please I know you've done so much for me, you've always been there when I needed you. But this time things are different John, I've been stuck here for god knows how long. I just need your help this one last time. I don't want to stay here another day. Please." Jin begged.

Ghost only looked at his comrade, if she was here in this cursed underground facility for roughly a hundred and a half years then that can mean only that Norton from back near the entrance was an entity too. It made sense if one put their head together.

But how can he free Jin? Would defeating this other entity that's keeping her and Norton stuck here really free them both? It seemed like this was the only theory to really consider at the moment.

"Jin your certain that there is something here that is keeping you stranded?" He asked her.

"I've eliminated all other possibilities long ago, that and the thing that lives down here sometimes wonders around I see it sometimes but always hide away from it. For some reason it tends to leave us alone. But even still the feels it gives off are enough to frighten me."

"I saw...I saw a man at the entrance you know him?"

"He's told me his name was Norton, I recall that you kept having run ins with him when we both started that mission in mid August remember John?"

"Yeah...I just wanted to know if you knew him."

Ghost thought up of something else to ask, and a thought came into mind.

"I saw Norton eating chips earlier. What was up with that, if he's a ghost like you than how the hell does that make sense?"

"I've rendered a conclusion stating that he and I are stuck in what can only be called as an echo. Meaning we die repeatedly over and over again in our exact deaths... forever until the echos can be broken." Jin explained.

So does that mean Norton's fat ass died off of eating chips?

"So you've been dying over and over again for this long? How come no ones ever bothered to free you. What about F.E.A.R. surly they must have at least considered looking for you?"

"Ghost after so long in the agency I just left. I wanted to settle down after all that we went through. A whole year in a city gone to hell. Can you believe we were even lucky enough to survive the first month? We could have ended up dead in any moment of the day. Hell I was afraid of even closing my eyes with everything that was happening. And then Holiday dies saving us...Betters goes MIA. Spen...we never even found out what happened to him." Jin looked down with sad glittery eyes.

"We've been through hell, we really have. I entrusted you with Alma's kid believing you'd take of it. But...I never expected on being followed by Armacham." Ghost mentioned thinking back on how he gave his baby sister to a woman who had given him orders to kill her. He trusted her to do the right thing. He explained what he could to her. Leaving out the part where he was related to the 'monster'. Maybe Jin kept the kid alive because she didn't want his sacrifice to be for nothing. Maybe that's why she kept the young baby girl alive.

"Everything went up in flames when I told our superiors John. Armacham's stocks suddenly stopped, agents all over the world immediately came down on them like a storm of investigators."

I really believed that you were dead. I had actually considered it to myself that there was no way you'd be able to escape even though you were one of the best." Jin explained how she felt after the Fairport Crises.

"Why'd you come back here Jin, what were you hoping to find?" Ghost asked.

"I was hoping to find out if there was any reasoning behind it all. I wanted nothing more but closure on everything. How Fettle went insane, why'd Alma's own father turned her into what she was, what was the need for cloned soldiers and psychic commanders."

Maybe there doesn't need to be a reason to why people do things. Maybe that's just the way human beings act because of how one person is treated and so they must treat everyone with the same pain they received. Or maybe its because when people are afraid of something they cannot understand, that fear is what makes them into the monsters we see." Ghost said remembering deeply of his mother and his brother's torture and psychological damage from Armacham.

Jin smiled a crack smile and with a hallowed voice said. "That just might be right."

Skullface: I've returned and now I'm dead set on finishing this story before my school life is over in the next month. Hope you've haven't been disapponted in this return chapter and sorry for the hiatus.
With this said and done I'm hoping I won't disappoint you in finishing this. See you all at the end of this wonderful jouney I've been through.
