Me: Okay. Lucy right now is brainwashed to the enemies' side and hates her friends.
Lady Of The Crimson Ravens: *Huff* Like that's not obvious.
Me: *Le wild anrgy nerve appeared* Anyway, here's another chap, please enjoy.
Lady Of The Crimson Ravens: Aaaarrrgghhh... This fic just went with Lucy goes bat-shit theme. I'm outta here! *runs for the door*
Me: Oh no you're not! *drags her back* You made me write that PART and your blaming me. No one in there right minds would be okay after that.
Lady Of The Crimson Ravens: Alright, alright. Jeez. Same drill folks. Just go read ahead and skip this.
Lucy just smirked at the suffering she caused to her previous friends. The violence and their face in utter pain and helplessness made her more elated. But some of them were winning. And she didn't like losing. She was now powerful beyond her imagination. She was not weak anymore, there was nothing to hold her back. Finally, she could show it to her ex-guild mates. It was time to end their hopes… Their lives.
While the Fairy Tail mages were concentrated on their battles, she drew another black key. She had become familiar of her keys, she felt the difference between each keys as her finger brushed the cold metal. Lord Len had told her that he had turned her keys to be more obedient and stronger. And he was right, her spirits were very friendly even though they were made for fighting. All their powers wasted because they were rarely used for fighting. By making them war loving creatures, they were able to exercise their magic. Mold them better by mercilessly killing all her enemies, whether they were weak or not. Quietly, she waved behind her back the black key on her fingers and whispered on it. "I open thee, Gate of the Lyre. Lyra." The smoke mingled with the clouds of dust from the explosion of Laxus' attack. The flash of light was covered by her and the light of the fire and lightning. The sound of the doorbell was drowned by the sound of Virgo's digging and clashes of magic. The spirit put a firm grip on her right shoulder as she slowly emerged from behind her. "Play something special and ear-popping for dragonslayers, so special that only they can hear it."
With a nod, she held her turquoise-colored harp and took a deep breath. Suddenly, she released a high pitch note, so thin and high, it made the sensitive ears of the dragonslayers' almost bleed. Her fingers strumming the chords made it worse as different ear-piercing high frequencies assaulted their offended ears. The noise made all of the conscious slayers cover their ears and fall on the dirt-filled ground. The agony was unbearable for them, they cringed, writhing in pain in a fetal position. The sound puncturing their brains repeatedly, but Lucy just stood there unaffected. Dark satisfaction etched on her face as she savored every waking moment of their suffering. The sound was so sharp and high, the vibrations shattered the ice encasing the crab spirit. When all of the slayers had fallen, she snapped her fingers. Little creatures had deftly flown up in the dark moonlit sky. Mina, Gray, Freed, Gajeel and Laxus looked up as the moon revealed to them something unexpected. A flock of exceeds crowded the sky, surrounding them. Bows and arrows in their hands, they floated in the sky. Their expressions were heart wrenching. They looked like they were in great suffering, sorry, dull eyes looked back at them as they readied their bows for a final attack.
"Von voyage." The dark stellar mage grinned like a Cheshire cat, her voice laced with demonic glee and held up her right hand. Abruptly she stopped. Eyes wide in surprise, she staggered back. Her spirit beside her grew frantic and supported her to stand, stopping her from making any more of the diabolical sounds. The three summoned spirits in the battle field hastily went to her side.
"Got ya, cheerleader…" Bixlow coughed as he gained a small part of his consciousness back and was fighting his eyelids from dropping.
She looked at the conscious wounded mages and in front was a fallen, arrow-pierced totem and a destroyed visor. "Fuck." Behind her was an arrow, the same as the arrows they have given the exceeds. They were poisoned, the cure only known by her Lord Len. It will kill her within two hours. If she didn't leave now, she wouldn't make it back. She gritted her teeth in uncontrollable rage as she realized, a retreat was in order. A fucking retreat! Oh, how she loathed the very word. Hell, if she's going to die, she was going to drag all of them to hell with her!
"No you're not." A creature in the shadows behind her hissed. "You're going back immediately. I cannot fail my masters by dragging your dead body back." The creature stepped into the light. It seemed to be a person with pointed ears. Three large scars were on his face starting from his left forehead to his right ear. His eyes were emerald green, hair cobalt blue but looked like the hair of porcupines that reached to his ankles. He had a cloak covering his body from their sight.
Thinking quickly, she turned behind her and tried to reason. "But, the lords need my little Pyre right. Let's take him-"
"I'll handle it. You need to go back now. The poison will take effect witihin two hours. If you don't get back by then, you'll die like the rest of them. So, instead of wasting your time killing them, it's better if you start moving. You only have minutes to spare."
*che*"Gate Force Closed." She spat with vehemence and all her spirit disappeared. Without any support, she fell but the newcomer was fast enough to catch her before she hit the ground.
"Exceeds!" he commanded with a booming voice, every exceed in the air turned to him, awaiting his orders. "Carry the queen back." Half of the exceeds in the air flew to Lucy and took her to the sky to the direction north from where they were. He looked up to the remaining half and pointed to a blue exceed with pink snout that wore a red polka dotted blue-green shirt and green pants. "You! Take the dragon, the rest of you, carry me back." With a snap of a finger, everything he ordered was done. The Fairy Tail mages were left on the bloody ground, struggling to keep conscious.
The youngest of the group woke up with a splitting headache. She groaned as she carefully sat up. Everything was moving, her vision woozy. Gradually, the blur disappeared and revealed a horrific scene. Everyone was wounded and lying on the ground. She scrambled to get up but the world spun again and she fell on her butt. The smell of sweat and blood invaded her nostrils and coughed as dust mingled with air.
"Wendy…" she whipped her head to the direction of the voice, it was Freed, battered and covered in coppery smelling blood. "Arrows… Poisoned."
She gasped and nodded. The young healer tried to stand on wobbly legs but to no avail. The concussion she had received was far worse than she anticipated. It was affecting her coordination. And it might have affected my magic manipulation too. Anxiety and panic was starting to set in. If a healer had a difficulty on measuring and manipulating their magic, there was a possibility that the patient would end up much worse and the healer to die a slow and painful death. But if she doesn't heal them quickly, her nakama's might die. So, with all the strength left in her, she willed her legs to move until something poked at her thigh. Wondering what it was, she rummaged her pocket only to remember something. She pulled it out and in her hands was Cana's card. She activated it, hoping against hope they respond quickly, afraid for her friends than her own life.
The distress signal was connected to two people: Porylusca, the aged healer, and Doranbolt, the teleport mage. Alarmed by the sudden activation of the cards, both immediately prepared with haste to leave. Doranbolt had teleported to the healer's house. She was already ready with a bag of different ingredients for potions and cure. A nod of acknowledgement passed between the two and both silently stood beside the other. The dark haired mage put a hand on the elder's shoulder and teleported to where Wendy was by using the link of the cards.
They didn't really know what they expected to see, but what appeared before them was something they would have never expected. All of them, the powerful mages of Fairy Tail, lay bleeding on the cold, hard ground. The place was a wreck, holes and craters were scattered everywhere, thick trees had unnatural holes in them and one was bent out of shape. Blood had mated with dirt to create muddy soil. The old woman set off to work and healed the sky dragon first. Once that was done, she examined the poison in the arrows while the little bluenette healed her comrades that were starting to get pale. The teleport mage had helped cleaning and assisting the seriously wounded and helped with the bruises.
The poison was something the experienced healer could not believe herself. The poison within the arrows was thought to be only in myth because the main ingredients should have been extinct by now. She was at loss, the cure for this was also part of the healers' myths. Her eye twitched in annoyance. She was annoyed because there was nothing she could do to help. Everyone knew she was annoyed by humans, but nothing annoys her more than being helpless. Not having the answer in a dire situation was something that gets under her skin. After identifying the poison, she forbid the sky dragonslayer do anything against the poison. The poison spreads faster and more deadly if magic tried to fight it. It was an anti-magic poison, if magic was used to heal the infected, it would only make matters worse. The patient's soul would be engulfed and become a mindless creature of the shadows. And the mage that tried to heal the patient with magic will be infected and share the same fate. Only a naturally made cure could stop it. The little girl nodded in understanding and just tried to heal the flesh wounds and blood loss.
"Um… Hello… Nya." a shaky voice cooed behind the old woman.
"Who's there?" voice hard and demanding. Her old eyes squinted through the darkness, trying to find the potential threat. A familiar scent wafted on her nose. Her eyes grew wide as she remembered the scent. A scent she hadn't smelled for quite some time now. A scent that she only remembered smelling in Edolas. "It's been a while…." A scowl deepened on her face. "Nadi."
"Yes. It has been hasn't it? Nya." The voice responded in a melancholy tone. From the bushes hands with black and white fur appeared to reveal the owner. The light of the moon dissolved the shadows and shown the sad exceed.
His tail, thin and rectangular which was used to be spotless was covered in dirt, mud and feces. His large, black, rectangular head were full of scratches and lash marks, with a portion below his nose that used to be white was now brownish in hue. The Nadi the pink haired mage knew was always fussy about being clean, he used to have a black jacket with three golden buttons and a light colored turtleneck beneath it. He also used to wear dark yellow pair of pants, and small brown boots. But now, he was a train wreck to say the least. His jacket had tears and wears on his sleeves, scars decorated his arms. His three shiny golden buttons lost its shine and covered in dried blood. His favorite turtle neck was ripped to make a bandage on his left leg. His yellow pants were covered in mud, human waste and blood. He looked thinner and dark circles formed under his eyes perfectly round eyes, bruises and scars accompanied his small white eyebrows, as well as pink ears, and two whiskers on each side of his face. His pants were dirty and torn with lashes showing off his lash marks and his boots were full of rips and holes. The only thing that didn't change in him was the usually shaking of his arm back and forth continuously although it wasn't as enthusiastic as before. His scent reeked with a mixture of death, decay, feces, blood and sweat.
"What happened to you?" the shocked old woman asked as she surveyed the once happy and proud exceed before her.
He just smiled a sad smile and turn to look at the wounded mages. "You should put your concern to those who need it most, Poly nya." She followed his gaze and grief started to crawl in the spaces of her heart. "I see, you've become a doctor…. Like you always wanted nya." The exceed slipped his hand into his pocket, catching the attention of the healer. "This is the antidote for the poison nya." He said as he pulled his paw out, holding a vial with green liquid. "A drop should do the trick nya." Her eyes grew wide in bewilderment, raising them to meet the exceed's eyes. Unspoken questions held within them. The sad smile still on his face, he approached the woman, took her right hand, staring at it intently, and laid the vial down on her palm. Her hand automatically clenched the cold fragile bottle. "I stole it nya." He looked up to see sorrowful eyes full of unshed tears. "You promised you will never cry nya." The woman nodded as the image of a younger her, smiling happily, and the exceed doing a pinky swear. She sadly nodded with a rueful smile. "I should head back with the others nya." He said as he caressed her wrinkled old cheeks. Wings sprouted on his back as he started to float.
Misery stabbed her heart as the exceed slowly floated out of her reach. She couldn't take it. She had to stop him knowing what awaits him was more suffering. On impulse, her hands shot out, hugging the exceed tightly trying to pull him down to the ground. The exceed looked down patting her head to assure her it was alright. "Don't go!" her voice was trembling as she hugged the black cat tighter. "We can help defeat them. J-just. Just stay. Please."
"Let go nya." His voice was soft and consoling. "They would know that someone stole the cure, and if I don't take the blame, an innocent exceed will be harmed again. I can't let that happen nya." Anguish was in his voice as memories of other exceeds being tortured and killed played back on his mind. He kissed her hair. "It's okay nya."
But her heart told her not to let go. That if she did, she would lose her most beloved childhood friend. The only one she allowed to call her Poly, the only one she had the courage to talk to, about her dreams, her worries and heartbreaks. "I'm sorry Nadi." The woman that had been known as ruthless whispered.
"Sorry for-" He wasn't able to finish what he was about to say when his eyelids grew heavier and everything went black.
The exceed slumped his huge head on her head. She didn't mind the wet tears on her hair, or the heaviness of his weight. She sighed as she laid the exceed on the ground and caressed his face one last time. She stood up, the cure on hand, and went where the others were.
Lucy's vision had blurred, sweat was uncontrollably pouring on her porcelain face. Why did the lords chose an underground cave to be their hide out? She was burning and the closed environment didn't do her any good. Sharp Danielle had been assisting her to walk all the way down to her lords chambers while he was holding the tail of the dragon on his other hand. The Hispanic man was right in his calculations. She had only seven minutes left until she was pass the point of saving when they arrived. The long winding tunnels and hallways, and the speed they were trekking had cut her time into three minutes. Her insides burned and twist, the pain yet to make an appearance on her face. But it was evident she was trying to fight it with sheer will power. Her teeth grinding themselves as she concentrated to walk as fast as she could. Finally, they reached a twin metal doors. Sharp knocked and announced their arrival. The sound of metal scraping the hard ground bounced all over the place. Feeling conscious, she pushed the man to stand on her own. She did not want her lords to see her as weak.
The dancing light from the candles illuminated the room, the smell of wax curled and spiraled within. A smile of innocent bliss appeared on the stellar mage's face as the soft glow of the candles caressed the two figures within the room. One sat on a chair, chewing his favorite food, peacefully reading a book on his hand, an apple on the other. The other one was standing by the table, mixing potions after potions, making the liquid in a large flask he held on his left change colors.
"Lord Kin! Lord Len!" she said in a loving tone as she kneeled on one knee in front of them, her pain was momentarily forgotten. Sharp had also kneeled, but he did not went any farther than where she kneeled. He was three steps behind her. Her lords had forbidden it, because it meant that they have placed themselves at the same or higher stature than their queen. "The deed is done." Out of her pocket, a pearl white orb glowed against the light of the candle. Both of the men stopped what they were doing to look at her. They went near her, smiling like proud parents, they took the orb and examined it. "We have, *soundless deep breath* also retrieved something you would love." She glanced back to her companion and nodded. He nodded in acknowledgment and raised the still unconscious dragon for their lords to behold.
*gasp*"The dragon…." Kin breathed out in disbelief, his brother went back to his table and came back with a teal colored liquid and a dropper.
"Sharp, open his mouth." Len ordered in a stern voice. Sharp nodded and held Pyre by the jaw, his tail dangling down to the ground. His hold pried the soul dragon's mouth open. "With this, he's going to sleep for a while."The velvet masked man drop at least three drops of the teal liquid on the dragon's mouth. It slid into its throat, the crimson masked man had brought a special cage of gold and placed the sleeping dragon inside.
The longer haired sibling set the cage to the ground, seconds later the cage was engulfed by shadows and disappeared from sight "Good work Sharp." The porcupine haired man bowed at the compliment. The crimson haired man crouched and rested his crimson hand upon her cheek. The cold and smooth surface of the talon soothed her face. She purred and leaned on his touch. "Excellent job, Queen Lucy." A smile of endearment was drawn on his face, until he noticed something different from her. Sweat had formed on her forehead, now that she was this close to him, he could hear her breathing. It sounded like she was controlling her breathing so it would appear normal, but it was evident to him that she wanted to breathe faster, deeper. "Lucy, are you alright?" His expression changed into worry as quick as a flicker of a candle.
The corrupted stellar mage wanted to say she was fine, a little tired from the mission. But before a word went pass her lips, a cough blasted its way out of her mouth. She closed her mouth tightly to force the cough down. Her eyes automatically shut at the pain of it. She felt her heart was being squeezed and pushed down along with her other organs. It would be rude to cough at her lord while they were having a moment, however there was something wet that had managed to escape the side of her lips. Embarrassed, she quickly opened her eyes to see splash of blood on her lord's face. She was about to apologize, but when she opened her mouth, blood leaked out of it. She bowed her head down in utter humiliation before her lords rather than the pain of having her organs twisted, stabbed and torn.
"LUCY!" both brother shouted in alarm and Kin ran to her as quick as he possibly could. "What happened?" Kin demanded at their lieutenant.
"She fought with the Fairy Tail mages. Bixlow had transferred one of the souls of his dolls to an arrow that missed the sky dragonslayer. He made it fly behind her and struck her on the back." The man still looking at the ground explained.
"How much time had passed?" Len's voice was stern, cold and terrifying for some reason that sent a chill down the emotionless man's spine.
"Only one minute is left before the poison takes full control over her body."
"AND YOU FORGET TO MENTION THAT BEFORE YOU ENTERED! WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP HER?!" Kin roared like a wild animal at the poor lieutenant. A hand shot up and tugged at his baggy pants.
The woman in his brother's arm painfully croaked to explain. "My fault… I forbid...*Gasp* Tell…. Urghhh….Forbid help…. Want *grunt* show I'm strong…. Want…Gaahhhh! Make you proud." The velvet haired mage's eyes softened as he kneeled beside his brother and petted her hair.
"We already know you're strong. What makes you think we chose you to be our queen?" he smiled tenderly. Turning to his brother he told him to find the antidote. His brother nodded and gave her to him.
Fear started eating him as he rummaged every cabinet, every drawer he had for the cure. Len had hastily shifted vials after vials, flask after flask for the green liquid. Finally remembering where he had placed it, he ran to the wooden shelf attached to the cold, rough stone wall. The box sat idly, dust gathered on top of it. He swiftly took it and placed it on the wooden table. Pushing the other bottles to make room for the box. He deftly opened it with one smooth movement. His fingers brushed at the corks of the bottles creating a tinkling sound that somewhat calmed him until his hand brushed on a missing case. The cure was missing, he felt an icy cold rush go through his body. "NOOOO!" He roared shaking the entire room. The younger of the siblings started to nervously pace back and forth, his hand anxiously combed his hair back, biting the tip of his talons as he wracked his head for solutions. He growled as he pulled his hair, suddenly he remembered that he hid an extra somewhere. He turned to his brother that cradled their queen in his arms. "Kin, sway her in your arms. The movement should slow down the poison." His brother obeyed as Len bolted out of the room running past several doors down the dark halls.
"Lieutenant Sharp, you are dismissed." Kin hissed through gritted teeth as he continued to sway the paling beauty in his arms."But make sure, we do not see you within three days, or I would personally feed you with all the shit in this place, break every bones in your body, rip and tearall the muscles attached to your bones, let you watch Len's demonic beast eating your dick and organs, and use your skin for my infernal puppets."
The faithful servant bowed and went out the room. He knew if he talked, his master would just be more agitated than he already was. It was better if he would go with it than go against it. He had no doubt that his master would not hesitate to do all of those threats. He needed to get out of the two siblings way.
Len had ripped every bag, scratched every surface of everything he laid his taloned hands on. He had looked every corner, every cabinet, drawer and bag he could fine but nothing. Time was running out, and he still couldn't find it. He had the urge to kick the bed but went against it as he reasoned that he might have hidden it there and might break the bottle. A thought popped into his head. He went to the shelf of books of his brother and pushed it to the side until it revealed a small crater behind it. A small flask of green liquid was occupied the center of it. He hastily grabbed the bottle and ran to back to his lab.
She was starting to convulse, dread started to poke him everywhere, in his heart and in his mind. Her heartbeat was alternating fast and slow beats making it harder to breath. Tears were stinging on her eyes. Her eyes were dilating and contracting. Just 30 seconds have been left. She kept swallowing, refusing to scream as best as she can.
"I found it brother!" Len skid to a stop in front of the door. He quickly opened the bottled while his brother made her still as best as he could. With steady hands, a drop of the liquid slid on her throat coating her uvula and continuing down her throat. She coughed loudly, and then gradually she grew quiet, her color returning to normal and so was her breathing. Both of the siblings let out a sigh of relief, the crimson haired man stood and settled the bottle down on the table, corking it shut, then went back to crouch in front of the two. With a shaky hand, the blond stellar mage lifted her hand and settled it on Len's cheek. Her thumb rubbed on his skin.
"Forgive me Lord Len." She smiled weakly at him. "I soiled your face with my blood." She turned to the man cradling her and with her other hand caressed the velvet haired cheeks, doing the same thing she was doing with Len's. "Forgive me Lord Kin, for making you raise your voice."
Both of the siblings chuckled at her, with Kin's free hand, he squeezed the hand on his face and whispered to her seductively. "No I won't. You know how I hate raising my voice. You will be punished." He took her sweet lips in his, nibbling on her lower lip making the mage in his arms moan in pleasure.
"Me neither. I'm going to soil your face too, *chuckle* with my cum of course." Len whispered huskily against her wrist, placing a hand on her hand for a better access on her wrist. He started to open mouthed kiss her on her pulse. She squirmed in response and grabbed a handful of his hair. "It's time for the kings to teach their queen a lesson."
The long haired alchemist mage chuckled as he heard their queen sighed in bliss when he released her mouth, placing butterfly kisses down her throat to her cleavage. "Yes. A pleasurable lesson…."
Their queen slept soundly between the two dark mages, a silver blanket covering their private parts. Her breathing was short and calm, a little ragged from their little activity. The blond beauty lay naked and sweaty. Her right hand had been made a pillow by Kin along with his left hand, while the other was made a pillow by Len along with his right hand. Both of them were gliding their bare fingers at her exposed glistening skin as they enjoyed the afterglow of sex, their breaths slowly changing to normal.
"A vial of the cure was missing." The apothecary mage stated to his brother as his fingers ascended to the female mage's throat.
Kin glance up to his brother, his tone was serious as what his brother tried to indicate."And you suspect it was stolen. By whom?"
The short haired sibling's hand started to crawl under the blanket, his hand laid his palm on her flat stomach, the stellar mage sighed in content. "My guess. One of the exceeds found allies on the Fairy pests and will lead them here." His hand slithering up under one of her breast.
"Good thing we have the power of premonition on our side." The alchemist hand started to wonder underneath the blanket of their queen, traveling south and played with the tuft of blond hair making the sleeping beauty's breath draw shaky. "We'll set a trap for those fools and start the ceremony as soon as possible." The siblings chuckled darkly as their plans begin to unfold. No one could stop them, now that they have everything they needed. They slept in sweet bliss, with their key to their success in their arms.
