Turning his head every which was Roxas came up with nothing but a sore neck; there was no way he could just wiggle out of the blindfold. And the more he moved the more he wondered if someone else was in the room with him. "Hello?" he asked in a hushed tone, listening intently for any sound. But there was nothing. "Well what the fuck…" he grumbled.

His heart was already thudding in his chest, spreading an achy feeling to his ribs but he focused away from the pain as much as he could- which wasn't very hard. Instinct kicked in and Roxas' mind quickly chose a side- fight or flight? Sure the choices didn't really fit quite right at the moment, but they made sense to Roxas. Either come up with a game plan and spend his time thinking about it or fight and fuck the plan and just try to escape before anyone showed up.

Slowly, and ever so carefully, Roxas rolled onto his back, not knowing if anything lay behind him or not. Quickly he realized he was lying on a bed. He felt for the edge but came up empty handed, then again he didn't venture very far- because, after all he was still blinded. Kicking his feet he slowly inched toward, there had to be an end of the bed that way, and if there wasn't that meant there was a bed post, and a bed post meant something to help get the binds off with.

With his luck there was a bed post. Slowly he pushed his hands down to help push his butt off the bed and raise his feet. It was easy at first, till he had to keep his legs up and bent out at an awkward angle. Soon his feet just kept falling to the bed and Roxas was working up a sweat. He just couldn't get the binds around his ankles to catch on the bed post. In all his struggles he realized he had no shoes- socks, but no shoes. And no shoes meant for a more painful escape. If he could ever get the damned ties off.

He also learned there was a wall or something not too far from the end of the bed, his feet had occasionally touched it- scaring the Hell out of him at first- but when nothing happened he found it again and felt around on the wall for a few seconds. Then he got his mind back on task when there was no chance of anything helping him on the flat surface.

And with another try, lifting his feet up, pushing them over the post only to pull them back to him, he finally had success. Pulling his feet the bind caught and Roxas quickly, but carefully, pushed it down, and trying to force the small spike like object into the knot and hopefully set himself free. But before he could pull it too much and even try to get free he heard a noise. Holding his breath he froze, and the noise continued and Roxas realized it was lock being unlocked.

Struggling Roxas threw away his plan and scooted back up the bed, laying on his side quickly and holding his breath as the door opened. Footsteps echoed but Roxas couldn't pay enough attention to know how many people, instead he was trying to slowly let out his breath and slowly bring in a new one to make it look as though he was still sleeping. But he was still out of breath so it was harder than it sounded. His lungs shook inside his chest with his restraint and he began to feel light headed, his lungs ached and then he heard the voice.

"Did he awake yet Riku?" a male voice asked. Roxas hid behind the sound as he took a quicker breath.

"He stirred a little bit… but I don't think so," the voice was deep but not rough, giving Roxas the idea that 'Riku' wasn't very much older than him. And then he could feel his face turn red as he realized 'Riku' had been in the room with him when he had tried to untie his feet. Before he could think about it much more another voice spoke, followed by the sound of a card deck being shuffled.

"Have fun waitin' here Riku?" the voice was deep just the same but also heavy with a British accent. There was no response Roxas could hear but the British man spoke again, "Really? I left you a deck," there was mumbling from another man and Roxas took another deep breath through his nose.

And this time around he was able to smell something, it was a familiar smell. One he remembered smelling quite a lot, it wasn't a bad smell but it wasn't something he wanted to huff. That's when he remembered what it was- spray paint. Someone had been spraying spray paint in the room, and recently. Roxas rolled his eyes at himself for his strange knowledge.

The voices were different but they were all from men, they continued to bicker and the British man asked 'Riku' if he wanted to play a card game and even though Roxas could hear 'Riku' tell him no the man started dealing the cards anyway. He turned his head a bit, his body was shaking- he could feel it, and he knew that because he was shaking so visibly they would soon learn he was awake. He tried not to move.

Move.

Roxas had laid on the bed at Axel's while Aqua stayed by the locked door. Wasn't it his bed too though? He had moved into the redhead's place already, so wouldn't have been his and Axel's bed? Then again… he didn't know when he was going to be able to make it back so for now it was just Axel's place… Oh God Axel.

Axel had no idea where Roxas was- Roxas had no idea where Roxas was. The pain that ached in his heart hit hard, Roxas had just gotten back to be the redhead- he was just allowed to be with Axel and live that happy life he'd always wanted. And now he was here, where ever here was.

But the memory continued.

Roxas had settled back into the bed, which pained him but he hid it because Aqua was watching him intensely, and the last thing he wanted was for Aqua to start babying him or something. He hadn't planned on sleeping, but rather resting and just waiting for Axel to return. But his body still hurt and the memories of what Saïx said and did were still in his mind and Roxas wanted to just not deal with them. Slipping into a sleep Roxas pushed away all pain and thoughts.

And then he was startled awake. His eyes shot open as he heard a crash sound, there was a thud and a scraping sound and when he managed to sit up a little Aqua was no longer by the now open door. Instead there were two men in the house and one was walking towards him. The only light was coming from the bulb above the stove and it barely allowed Roxas to see anything. There was a light touch on his chest and he followed the fingers up to the man behind them.

A man with pink hair gently pushed Roxas back down to lay on the bed, there was no force behind the fingers and to keep it that was Roxas didn't fight. He looked up to see the other man walking to stand beside the first. It was the slate haired man that he had awoken to while he still lived with Cloud. "What're you…" he was hushed when the short man signaled for Roxas to hush by holding his finger to his own lips.

"It'd be best if you just cooperated Roxas," he said quietly. Roxas' eyes shifted from the man still barely touching his chest to the man standing beside the bed. He calculated his chances…

Without much thought he rolled onto his side and caught himself on his feet, pain wrapped around his torso and almost caused him to collapse to the ground. With one hand wrapped around his ribs, and the other on the wall, he leaned into the set plaster and forced his feet to move. He opened the door and tried to shut it but a hand slid in and very easily held the door open. "What the Hell…" he whined to himself, "Just go away…" The pain in his ribs was increasing quickly and it was stealing his breath away.

Roxas hadn't taken any more pain medication, nor had he taken any for his little addiction. And it was proving to be a mistake as soon as he began to actually do things. "Go away," he repeated, his voice not sounding threatening at all. He knew he wouldn't be able to win in a fight- not in his condition, but that was okay, because all he had to do was hold off till Axel got back. That was it- he just had to stay safe till Axel showed up.

"Roxas, we known you're hurt," the dark haired man said from the other side of the door, "We don't want to hurt you anymore," He continued to lean against the door, but his socks were causing him to slide as the pink haired man pushed slowly against the door. Roxas could only manage to hold his weight against the door, all his other strength was forced on keeping him standing rather than shoving the door shut. With his heart beating so sporadically and his breathing not helping anything, the entire situation was doing nothing but putting him in more pain.

Heat flashed across him as he rested his back against the door, turning his body like he had to roll off of the bed had been a big no-no. It twisted his broken and fractured ribs in a way that hurt even his muscles. He whined as his body began to slide to the floor, but he couldn't focus on staying on his feet. The pink haired man continued to slowly push the door and when there was enough space he slid into the room and slowly shut it. The door closing caused Roxas to slump even further, his eyes had shut before the man entered the room and only then did he open his eyes.

Slowly he looked down, his arm clutched his ribs tight and his breathing was becoming heavier and heavier. "Roxas," the man said in a smooth voice, "Are you going to cooperate?"

Roxas shifted his eyes and looked up at the man, he could feel the sweat on his face, "I don't think so," he said with a grunt, sitting up a bit. He had meant to stand up but his body stopped before he was even half way there so he just rested against the door with a better posture.

"I thought so," the man said with a smirk, he pulled out a cloth and a bottle with the label peeled off and the cap colored black. He dabbed the cloth in the liquid before attaching the lid to the bottle again and setting it off to the side, "Let's do it the hard way then," and then he shifted on his crouching legs and became extremely close to Roxas.

"What," before Roxas could say anymore the man was reaching towards him with the rag, Roxas' arms shot to next to him and he pushed himself to sit up more, moving himself towards the wall and away from the man's hands. Roxas' mind clicked on what he was trying to do and he used as much force as he could to push the man. The man's weight was shoved off center and he had to catch himself on the toilet, Roxas used that as a chance to grab the door handle and pull it open.

But it was quickly shut when the man stood behind Roxas and, from behind, pressed the rag over his mouth. Roxas dug the nubs of his nails into the man's forearm with little success. Punching his elbow back he managed to hit the man in the thigh and free himself. Turing around he faced the man, hoping to strike him again, but the man was already crouching again and pinned Roxas against the door with the rag over his mouth. Roxas' arms pushed against the mystery man, struggling to breathe fresh air but the struggle part of it was catching up to him and weakening him with every fighting muscle.

His arms began to fail him and the pink haired man pressed the rag harder against his face while cradling the back of his head, compressing his face to he had no choice but to breathe in whatever was on the rag. The sickly sweet smell filled his nostrils, his lungs began to hurt from the lack of good oxygen but Roxas cared less about that as the room began to become fuzzy. His racing heart slowed and his eyes started to blink more often, he tried to fight and keep them open but he was losing.

As soon as his eyes shut for good the rag was taken away but it was already too late for his conscious mind. Roxas couldn't remember anything after that moment- he was knocked out and now he was panicking just the same and again he could do nothing.

There was more- he remembered opening his eyes another time, a shiny light in a dark small area- but before he could focus on it much more he was snapped back into the present.

Fingertips tapped and dragged across his cheeks, the sudden contact caused the blond's heart rate to spike. Unsure of what the fingertips were doing- Roxas shot his head back as instinct. Except Roxas' flinch caused him more pain than he thought, he finally managed to find the end of the bed when he shot his head back and the crown of his head bashed off of a very hard wall.

A voice laughed at him before muttering, "Idiot," the voice wasn't 'Riku's', nor was it the British man's. When he heard the man insult him under his breath his instinct wanted to take over yet again- but that had proved to turn out negative the first time around so instead he bit the inside of his lip. He wanted to shoot a quick reply but when he took the time to think for a moment he realized it was best he kept quiet- after all, he was bound and tied in the middle of who-knows-where with who-knows-who.

The voice Roxas had come to understand as Riku's, spoke, "Vexen…" he said in a passive tone, "He scared…" the man made an annoyed grunt and the speaker changed his words. "We're lucky he's not crying and begging to go home… just… take it easy."

There was a pause and then 'Vexen' responded, "True," he sighed, "Sit up," Roxas could tell that was directed to him and slowly tried to. The muscles in his stomach wouldn't contract like he needed them to because of the pain in his ribs- that thanks to his moving became more of a throbbing than an ache. Not only was he unable to because his stomach muscles wouldn't cooperate but he also couldn't use his hands to help him, so he didn't get very far.

'Vexen' made an annoyed noise and with an irritated sigh shot his hand to grab hold of Roxas' upper arm and he manhandled the 16 year old. Dragging and pulling the blond to the side of the bed quickly, Roxas bit his inner lip but a cry of pain still left him. The man's tight grip didn't leave but he also didn't continue to yank Roxas around anymore, so Roxas used the moment to catch his breath, his eyes squeezing shut behind the blindfold in an attempt to will the pain away.

"Everything in order?" the man said in front of Roxas, there was a grunt from behind him and a light slap like noise followed by a chuckle. "Luxord?" the man said in an impatient tone.

"Huh?" he stopped chuckling for a moment, "Yeah- all set."

"Don't move," Vexen said as he let go of Roxas' arm, hands pushed Roxas' head down roughly and began tugging on the knot behind his head. With no gentleness the man ripped the knot apart and pulled it away from Roxas, taking a few pieces of Roxas' hair with it, but the blond bit his lip again rather than making any noise. His eyes were still squeezed shut, but slowly he opened them, keeping his head tipped down.

He was wearing the same clothes he'd been wearing when Axel and Aqua picked him up off the street; he was sitting on a bed covered in a pale yellow sheet, looking at the floor his feet were just inches from touching- a dark gray blue carpet spread out a few feet in front of him. Before he could take any detail in about the linoleum that was just beyond the carpet a pair of legs obstructed his view. Following the black jeans up he found a white long sleeved shirt and a man with hollow cheeks and long blond hair, his ice eyes stared emotionlessly back at him.

"It's hard to imagine Sephiroth having a child who looks like him," he spoke over his shoulder, never taking his eyes off Roxas. Roxas looked over the man's shoulders to see a dim light fixture on the wall above a man with short blond hair, a hand of cards in front of his face.

"Chances are he takes after his mother," the man said with a heavy accent- that one must have been Luxord. Roxas' eyes shifted up to stare back at Vexen.

"I wouldn't doubt it," he grabbed Roxas' chin, "What color are your mother's eyes?" He asked as if he was not just curious to know, but dying to.

The blond took a moment to answer- debating his options. "Your guess would be as good as mine," he said in an even tone. Voice hushed just so he'd be able to hide the shaking.

Fingers tightened their hold on his chin and pulled him a bit closer to the man's face, "He said you had a sharp tongue," Roxas thought there was little to no sassiness in his tone but apparently Vexen thought there was. Then again… the blond had a tendency to say smart ass remarks so he could've lost the ability to hear the sarcastic tone at all.

"Keeping that mouth shut may be in your best interest," he said as he walked away. Roxas bit his inner lip to do just that.

When the man walked away Roxas took his chance to look around the room. There was a small round table in front of him, with the British man sitting with his back to the wall and a silver haired man sitting across from him. Both of them had cards in their hands and neither looked over at Roxas. Slowly he looked behind himself to see a giant window covered in something black- he'd have to remember that later- he looked forward again, ahead and to the right was a set of cabinets that went around the corner and out of his view. There was another window above a sink- but it was also black. Straight ahead, on the other side of the table, was a door- with simple everyday locks.

Vexen snapped his phone shut and walked back into view, "We'll be leaving," he mentioned to no one in particular, "Riku- keep an eye on him." Glancing down at the silver haired man as he said it Roxas could tell the man was just an asshole. The British man threw his cards down face up and had a smirk on his face, Riku laid his cards down as well and the man thanked him for the game before standing up and leaving the room with the long haired man.

Meanwhile Roxas continued to sit with his tied feet dangling off the side of the bed and his arms still tied behind his back. He watched as the silver haired man collected the cards and placed them together in a neat pile before standing up and heading around the corner and out of Roxas' view. Leaning forward a bit Roxas looked where he had disappeared and then up at the door, and a few times over again- debating the chances he'd have of escaping.

Before he could get his feet on the ground though he heard the man speak, "I know what you're thinking," the silver haired man returned into Roxas' view, "But don't." he said calmly, "It's your first day… you've nothing to run away for yet." The man walked over to Roxas and stood in front of him. "I'm Riku," he said in a calm, deep, voice.

Studying the man Roxas didn't know what to say, the man seemed serious and honest- like he had nothing to hide- and Roxas wasn't sure if that was good for him yet or not. Slowly he nodded his head.

"Roxas," he replied. He was pretty sure Riku already knew his name but Roxas already could've guessed that the silver haired man was Riku- so he figured he'd return the polite gesture. Riku nodded before turning back to the table. Grabbing all of the cards he straightened them and returned them into their small box. "So uh… Riku," Roxas figured he might as well try something. "Do you think you could untie my hands?"

Riku stopped what he was doing and looked up at Roxas, without a word he walked over and untied Roxas' hands. With his hands now free Roxas looked up at Riku in surprise, rolling his stiff shoulders slowly as Riku continued doing what he had been- leaving Roxas free handed and able to escape if he so choose to.

Looking at the bandana that had been tied around his ankles, which now rested beside him on the bed, Roxas knew something just wasn't right. While he watched Riku he tried to piece together what was going through his mind. Roxas was pretty sure he'd just been kidnapped or something- he was bound but at a simple request he was just let free? That didn't make sense.

"Um…" he started slowly, "Okay, Riku- another question…" the man hummed to acknowledge him but otherwise remained silent. "Can I," the words caught up in his throat for a moment, "Could I go outside?" and to surprise him even more- Riku nodded his head yes. "I can?" he instantly stood up, but then Riku spoke.

"Yupp, you're welcome to leave whenever you wand- you're allowed to go for a walk or to try to escape." And there was that word: escape. Roxas was utterly confused.

"So if I can just leave- then why was I just tied up?" his voice raised a level and the shakiness evaporated.

There was a long pause before Riku spoke, "You… You're not… aware… of your situation… are you?"

"Of course not! How the Hell am I supposed to be?" he threw his arm as if to demonstrate something.

And again there was a long pause, "Why don't you come have a seat," he gestured to the chair beneath the light fixture. But Roxas didn't move, "I'm not here to hurt you Roxas…" he said softly, "Come over so I can explain everything to you…"

Hesitantly Roxas walked over and sat down, just as the man did.

"So why am I here?" the blond questioned when Riku remained silent, "And where is here?"

"Sephiroth," Riku finally spoke, "Your father… has been doing business with Vexen," he went to go and explain who Vexen was but Roxas really didn't care- he already knew who the man was so he ushered Riku to continue. "Well… Sephiroth hasn't been able to pay lately… he struck up a deal with Vexen. Your father gets a year supply of drugs- to be picked up weekly- in exchange for you…"

"What?" before Riku could clarify Roxas started shooting out questions, "How long do I have to stay here? What the Hell am I supposed to do?" his questions began to blur, "Fuck that- he can't… sell… me- I'm leaving," before he could get out of his chair Riku was in his way.

"Let me finish Roxas," he said gently, and slowly Roxas took a seat again. "Okay," he started once he was sitting in his own seat again. "The deal is for you to stay here for a year… as for what you're supposed to do- I don't know yet."

"So what's your part in all this?" the blond grumbled, already planning his escape.

"Luxord is my boss," he didn't sound too upset about that, "He's my way of life, he supplies me with money and housing and I just do what he tells me. Luxord and Vexen are currently partners," he sounded extremely upset about that. "I only answer to Luxord- unless told otherwise," he clarified, "And well… Luxord apparently goes way back with Vexen and he doesn't really trust you with Vexen, so you've been put in my care." He paused to make sure Roxas was still following along.

"Basically I'm your overseer. I make sure Vexen doesn't harm you or treat you too harshly- but I can only protect you when you're with me. You don't have to except my help- you can go out and do as you please," Roxas was now hanging on his every word, "But once you leave my sight I'm no longer responsible for you and," he shrugged, "I can't protect you."

There was a long pause as the information sunk in.

"So…" the blond stared at the table, "I'm stuck here," he looked around the extremely small 'house', "For a year," he pointed at Riku, "With you- but I can leave and escape whenever I want, but if I do I'll be left to deal with Vexen by myself?" When Riku nodded Roxas continued, "So what happens to me when Vexen tries to take me away from you?"

Riku answered the question like a pro, "Unless Luxord tells me otherwise then I'm supposed to do everything I can to stop Vexen."

Another long pause filled the room, "You," he gestured to Riku again, "Are supposed to protect me from Vexen?" there was a nod so Roxas kept speaking. "No offence or anything but you seem like you'd fight the same as me against Vexen…"

The silver haired man understood where the conversation was going, "I'm trying to protect you Roxas," he seemed almost like he was begging the blond, "Unless I'm by your side- don't leave this complex- if I'm not by you then Vexen with automatically assume you're trying to escape and he may seem like a real pleasure, but don't test him…"

And yet another pause, Roxas stood up as he spoke quietly, "I have to try… I have too much out there to not try for…" He wanted the silver haired man to protect him- to help him escape because he honestly couldn't just be expected to sit still when the door was pretty much wide open. He was just taken and sold- and then calmly told so, and was now being told he could go if he wanted but he'd have to fend for himself. "I've spent my whole life fighting to survive… I'm not going to stop now…" he continued to beg with his eyes for Riku to help.

"Yeah…" the man said calmly, "You're free to try… Vexen won't kill you- not while Luxord's with him…" he stood up, "If you do get caught you'll be brought back here- and my job will still be here. When you get back I can still protect you from Vexen, if you want," but Roxas didn't plan on coming back. Instead he nodded his head, and ran to the door, slowly opening it and peaking outside.

Riku pulled out his phone and sent a text to Luxord, he knew Roxas wouldn't get far but at least he could hope he'd survive after Vexen grabs him.

Roxas looked up and down the hallway, it was carpeted with the same material inside but when he looked around to the ends of the hallway he could tell it opened outside. There were no doors that he could see other than neighboring rooms on his left, he continued down the hallway slowly, his heart racing in fear that one of the doors would open and Vexen would step out. After passing almost 4 doors he came to the end of the hallway.

There were metal grate stairs that went down and Roxas learned he was on the second- top- floor of what looked like an old pink retro styled motel. He peaked around the corner, checking if there were any 'Vexens' or 'Luxords' out in the parking lot before he was left open on the stairs. Quickly he scanned around but he saw no one, beside or in cars, and quickly- almost holding his breath- Roxas ran down the stairs. Metal stairs, he learned, hurt on semi bare feet.

Once Roxas was at the bottom of the stairs and now underneath the hallway he had tip toed down, he crouched by a car and scanned around again. There weren't very man cars in the parking lot, Roxas counted 4 in the small space- and it was a disadvantage to him. He had less to hide behind, but with his racing heart, shaky limbs, and quick breaths Roxas realized he didn't care- he would just run for safety. They were by a road and he noticed cars continually going by so they had to be in or close to a town or city.

Roxas smirked to himself, Riku didn't understand that Roxas had spent a great deal of his life escaping and hiding. He frowned as the thought remained- he may have hid and escaped but he was still trapped in the life so he obviously hadn't done it well enough…

Looking up at the motel he contemplated going back upstairs, at least up there he could be protected- Riku told him himself. His gaze shifted around the car to the passing vehicles, but he had to try. Axel popped in his head and without thinking Roxas stood up and ran towards the road. There was no way he was going to wait another day to be next to the redhead- he didn't want to wait for his life to start anymore. He was tired of always thinking, "Oh- once I turn 18," or, "Once I get a job," or, "Once I get away," he was tired of waiting for his life to get better.

Axel was his chance and Axel was all he needed- he wanted to fight for something other than survival for once. He was going to put everything on the line now because he wasn't just going to keep letting his life pass him by. Roxas wanted Axel, and with that a better life- and he was ready to fight for that because he needed Axel like he needed air. He was going to fight to breathe.

Pumping his limps faster and faster Roxas ran towards the road, till he was steps away from it, stopping quickly he looked up and down the road- and just like he thought they were by a city. Running left he kicked his feet as fast as he could, the sidewalk was making the soles of his feet throb so slowly he began to run on the thin line of grass between the sidewalk and road. He kept his eyes on the tall buildings- because where there were hordes of people, there were cops. And cops meant Roxas could go to Axel. First Cloud, but from there he could go to Axel.

He swallowed and took a deep breath with his slightly refreshed throat. His lungs were killing him, as were his ribs and Roxas was ready to cry.

Roxas hadn't noticed till then that he was in pain. His ribs throbbed and nothing was stopping the pain. He slowed his pace a bit but that did nothing. "Shit," he cried, he picked up his pace again. It was going to hurt whatever he did so the least he could do was run full force and get as far as he could before he was found.

"Axel," he mumbled to himself, which was the reason he was moving his body faster and not worrying about breathing. It hurt too much to bring in air so he slowly began to stop- his head was getting lighter and lighter but Roxas didn't care because he just had to keep going. There was an intersection and he was forced to stop as cars sped by. Hunching over Roxas choked for air, his knees felt like they were going to give out and he was sure he'd be able to move once he was okay'd to cross the street.

Glancing behind him, to see how far he'd distanced himself from the motel, he found a car stopping in the road and out stepped a man, Roxas squinted his eyes for a better view. And that better view allowed him to see Vexen stalking towards him. "Oh- shit," Roxas threw himself backwards, turning around and catching himself on his hands as he ran down the side of the road rather than crossing it like he had planned to. Glancing behind him he saw Vexen running just as fast after him, turning back around he squeezed his eyes shut for a moment as he willed his body to move faster- mentally cursing his short legs.

He came to another crosswalk but this time it said he was free to cross so he didn't even bother to slow down. Instead he sped up- he hoped he could cross and Vexen would be stuck on the other side. Of course Vexen could cross even if the cross walk's light was red- Vexen was free to J-walk- but even if he did that didn't mean the cars would stop for him. Roxas remembered that grasp Vexen used to sit him up and drag him towards the edge of the bed- that grip was enough to bruise Roxas and the blond was sure Vexen wasn't even trying.

Roxas glanced back for a moment to see Vexen was almost within arm's reach of him, facing forward Roxas' heart jumped out of his chest. The car Vexen had stepped out of was now sitting in front of him, blocking him, and Roxas was caught himself almost too late. His hands smacked into the car as he caught himself, his body following suit as his momentum caused him to almost completely body slam into the car. With his hands still on the car Roxas tried to turn himself and continue running but Vexen was right behind.

The blond deliberately slammed his hands into the blond, squashing Roxas between Vexen's force and the metal car. A cry of pain flowed from his broken ribs and out of his mouth, his eyes shut as he almost blacked out- from the pain, lack of oxygen, and over all exertion. Before Roxas could do much of anything his hair was grabbed, he was pulled away from the car, only to be thrown through the newly opened door. Vexen followed him into the backseat. Roxas moved to open the opposite side door but the long haired blond wrapped his arm around Roxas, his arm went over one shoulder, across his chest, and under his other shoulder- locking the blond tight against Vexen's side.

Trying to turn, Roxas gasped for air, his limbs ached and his ribs made it all worse. He wheezed as he tried to pry the hands away but they went nowhere.

"You'll learn better than to try and run from me again," the man hissed in his ear, squeezing the ribs he knew to be broken as he stared at the front windshield, watching the road as Luxord drove back to the motel.

I'm alive! Sortaaaaa!
