Epilogue:

I.A. stood at her window, a small dove on her shoulder. The bird loved the warm and comforting aura that the Angel gave off, as hardly any other Angel in Beyond seemed as perfect and pure as she was.

"I.A…"

The young Angel turned to face her father, her expression stern. "So, how is he? I know it's only been a few months, but don't you think he should've recovered by now?"

G.A. shrugged, letting out a small sigh from his lips. "I thought he'd recover by now also, but it seems the blood that M.E. mixed into his system will always be permanently in his bloodstream. He…He might not be the same, no matter what…"

I.A. fiercely shook her head. "No, I refuse to believe that. Killing Accusations will get better. We and everyone in Beyond will find a way! As long as he stays as this Damned Soul hybrid, the public will never accept him…"

"All we can do is pray…" G.A. said, putting one of his hands on I.A.'s shoulder. Even to him, a distinguished priest, his daughter was far cleaner than any Angel he'd ever seen, including himself. "Fate has a reason for everything…Including why that human's judgement has yet to be confirmed…"

The Angel slowly formed her hands into a fist at the mention of 'him'. "Father…Why is our Goddess condemning me so? She has given me a second chance at living, but at the price of everyone around me…"

"Now, now, don't go spouting things like that." G.A. reassured her. "You just need to calm down and breath. Mysterious Interruptions has a reason for doing the things She does, no doubt there…I'm sure Len Kagamine will be here soon. From what you told me about that boy, he will definitely be here soon enough. Just let our Goddess do her job, alright?"

"…I'm going for a short flight by myself, okay?"

The Angel's father returned his hand to his side and nodded. "Of course…"

I.A. put the dove down on the nearest perch before heading outside. The small bird cooed for its warm friend, but she ignored its calls and left the house.

In the air, I.A. beat her wings with little effort to glide across the sky. She loved just taking little flights like this since she had returned from the Demented Realm.

"Len…" She mumbled to herself, thinking of her now-gone friends. "Rin, Yuma, Yohio, Oliver…How I wish you would come to this Realm so we could meet once more…"

As I.A. continued with her stroll, she did not even think about the time. By the time she did, the twilight had already crept up upon the clouds. It's time to go home...Maybe K.A. got better in the time I was out…

Making a wide U turn, the Angel began heading home, her head low and eyes not caring to look at the beautiful sky around her. She didn't care for it with her mindset she had.

"H-Hey…Do I know you…?"

I.A. let out a small groan and refused to turn her head to the person she was speaking to. Ever since she had returned, people wouldn't stop asking for interviews or demonstrations of her powers, "Probably. I am Imperial Adversary, the turned Damned Soul. What do you want? A feather or something?"

"No…I-I just feel like I know you…I.A…?"

I.A. spun around, and as she did, the world stopped spinning.

Len Kagamine was no more than two feet away from her, fluttering his newly-acquired wings and having a bit of trouble in the process. "S-Seriously…I swear I know you…"

I.A. couldn't stop the tears from flowing as she embraced him. Her best friend had returned to her.
