DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN OURAN IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM
"We saw her go into high class apartment shortly after leaving but she has yet to come out," one of the guards told Kyoya over the phone.
"What's the name of the building?" asked Kyoya.
"Peten Towers," said the guard.
"Thank you," said Kyoya. He started slipping through his tables carefully until he happened upon something that sparked his interest.
"Hmm I thought that name sounded familiar," he muttered.
"What sounds familiar Father?" asked Yasha.
"Oh the place your mother is at happens to be the same home as her boss Katsuro Hikizuru," said Kyoya.
"Why would that be important?" asked Han.
"Well considering he was the last person who saw your mother last before she apparently up and left," Kyoya explained, "And it's a well known fact he's done things to her at the work place that's less than appropriate. So the mere fact that Miss Nabikasu is heading into the building he lives in might suggest he has something to play with this whole thing." He got back onto the phone, "Have you seen the man leave the building?"
"Yes sir and one of us did fallow him. He headed to a pharmacy," said the guard.
"Hey, they got a hit on a card registered to your mother," said Seina, "My dad said they traced it to a pharmacy where someone bought a baby DNA home test and pregnant women vitamins."
"And this was all on our mother's card?" asked Kotoko.
"Why would this man be buying things like this?" asked Seina.
"We shall soon find out," said Kyoya, "I want you kids to stay here. I'm going down to the building myself. Yasha see if you can get more hard core proof your mother's boss was using her card."
"Yes Father, but Father, please don't do anything crazy," Yasha tried to ask of his father.
"Son, you mistake me of someone of our circle whom deliberately makes a fool of himself," said Kyoya before heading out.
"Welcome Master Ohtori," said the guards when Kyoya arrived at the building.
"Thank you, has he returned yet?" asked Kyoya.
"Not yet," said the guard, "Oh here he comes."
"Excellent," said Kyoya walking up to the front door of the building right as Katsuro came closer towards the front of his building. He nearly fell over scared when he saw Kyoya standing there.
"Hello Hikizuru," said Kyoya calmly.
"Oh hello Ohtori, How have you been feeling lately with Haruhi gone?" he tired asking without his voice shaking.
"Hmm not too bad," said Kyoya, "So, it looks like you've been doing some shopping."
"Uh just some stuff, stuff you wouldn't be too interested in. Stuff for a single bachelor you know," Katsuro tried to say as did his best to get around Kyoya into his building.
"Oh I don't know about that, I'm currently single, and you obviously know a thing or two about living a bachelor life to the fullest. Perhaps I should take some a page from your book about how to live bachelor life to the fullest," said Kyoya grabbing the man by his arm, "So what would be in that bag?"
"You want to tap into your bachelorhood already even though Haruhi's barley left?" asked Katsuro confused.
"Well it wouldn't hurt to live it up a little until she comes home," said Kyoya. "So are you going to share?" He let his other hand casually grab the bag.
"Uh no, I think its best you not get too into it for when Haruhi comes back," said Katsuro trying to pull away. As he did, Kyoya pulled back harder on the bag, ripping it and letting the contents fall out. Inside was indeed the DNA home test and vitamins Haruhi's card had reportedly bought. Kyoya slowly picked them up.
"I'm curious Hikizuru, why would you happen to have these?"
"It's nothing!" Katsuro shouted as he tried to get his things back. Kyoya managed to keep him at bay as he looked the items over.
"Hmm you know what's funny Hikizuru? I was able to find out that someone used Haruhi's personal card to buy these things at a pharmacy not too far from here," he said.
"Wait what?" asked Katsuro.
"Yes, Haruhi was buying these things herself. It's a funny coincidence don't you think, that you yourself have this after she bought this?" asked Kyoya still keeping the man at bay.
"Yeah life is funny that way," said Katsuro.
"You know what else is funny?" asked Kyoya, "Some of my men happened to see my old secretary coming into your building, the same one I had sent on vacation to Hawaii."
"So?" asked Katsuro.
"So, last time I checked she never even lived in this building and there's no one here she could be affiliated with, well other than you of course," said Kyoya.
"Ohtori, I don't know what you're getting at but you're wasting your time!" said Katsuro. At that Kyoya pushed him into the wall.
"I hardly call this something seeing as how the mere fact you have the same objects Haruhi's card was used perches at the pharmacy not too far from your building here! So the only conclusion you either know where Haruhi is or you stole her card after she fled from my home, which I find hard to believe seeing as how she left with her purse apparently!" he snarled.
"Think what you want. I'll just claim coincidence," Katsuro confidently said to Kyoya.
"Sir," said one of the guards walking up behind him. In his hand he held Kyoya's tablet, "Your son just sent something to you."
"Hold him please," said Kyoya.
"You are so going to pay for this Ohtori!" Katsuro warned as the guard re-pinned him to the wall.
Kyoya hit the link Yasha had sent him and saw it was a security camera that showed Katsuro walking into the pharmacy, and buying the items from the bag, at the same time the card was recorded to be used. At no point was Haruhi seen.
Kyoya calmly walked over to the man with the tablet.
"Alright my good sir, I'm only going to ask you this one time without pain," he said, "Where is my wife?"
"I don't know," Katsuro kept insisting. Kyoya nodded at the guard who was holding him who nodded back and started to drag the man into the building.
"Keep one man out here guarding the door," Kyoya ordered some of the other guards as he fallowed the other men inside.
They dragged Katsuro up to his high up apartment where one of the other guards managed to get Katsuro's keys out of his pocket.
"Scan out, and see what you can find," Kyoya ordered.
"Hey you can't do this without a search warrant!" Katsuro insisted.
"Well then I should think you have nothing to worry about if we find anything," said Kyoya,
"All I want to know is where my wife is and try to get her to come home with me. This could go a lot faster should you be kind enough to oh I don't know tell me where she is!"
"How much of the man do you think Father will leave even if they don't find anything on Mother?" Han asked as his brother and sister continued to do some of their research.
"Enough to set an example to not mess with our family and those we care about," said Yasha. "Hmm yes, this is looking very interesting," said Kotoko.
"There's a vacant apartment across from Mr. Hikizuru's and apparently he's recently started making a payment on it," said Kotoko.
"Is he hoping to move next door to it?" asked Han.
"It doesn't look like it," said Kotoko, "I'm curious what he is using it for. Can someone please get me my phone?"
"Uh yeah sure," said Seina handing it to her.
"Can't you just accept the fact that your wife doesn't want anything to do with you at the moment?" Katsuro asked over and over again as Kyoya's men kept looking through his apartment.
"Because I don't believe it, not for one second," said Kyoya. Just than his phone went off again, "Yes hello, oh hello Kotoko. Really, right across the hall, Thank you dear," he said before handing up, "So who's in the apartment across from you Katsuro?"
"I don't know, why would I?" asked Katsuro.
"Because you're renting it at the moment, Need a little more elbow room?" asked Kyoya.
"I don't have to tell you anything!" Katsuro insisted loudly. Kyoya cleared his throat and one of his men started searching Katsuro and finding another key.
"Here you are sir," he said handing the key to Kyoya. Kyoya immediately headed out of the apartment and over to the other one.
"Where are you going Ohtori?! You have no right to go exploring that apartment!" Katsuro said trying to go after Kyoya. However he was held back tight by the guards.
Kyoya opened the door and immediately heard his secretary's voice coming from the living room.
"Katsuro," she said, "Did you get the stuff?" However it didn't take her long to realize that it wasn't Katsuro coming into the room. It also didn't take Kyoya long to notice something missing from Junko's body.
"Miss Nabikasu, you seem to be missing your so called baby bump."
