A/N: I owe the readers of this story the biggest apology ever! Not only did I basically disappear for a month because it was crazier around here than I thought, but I didn't post the Tamaki chapter I promised everyone. I am so sorry. Here it is and I hope you like it. I want to say thank you to the many readers who suggested the following for Tamaki while Yumi was actually in labor.

Chapter 28 – Tamaki's Experience… Do We Call An Exorcist?

Tamaki was in a state of panic (yah, I know dear reader… you expected that). Every time his wife grunted or sucked in a deep breath, he wanted to ring the alarms and rush to the hospital. How had Mori handled this three times? He was barely functioning this first time!

"Stop biting your nails, you're going to put me on edge," Yumi snapped. She felt swollen, irritable, and the baby had just kicked her spleen once again. Add on all that a fidgety husband that looked as if he was about to call in the Black Onion Squad for backup, and she was ready to pop the baby out. Enough really was enough.

Pulling his hand away from his mouth, Tamaki looked down at his nails. He would need a manicure after this. It had become an unconscious, ungentlemanly bad habit developed since his wife entered her third trimester, and after yesterday's doctor's appointment… well, they had learned Yumi could go into labor at any point and time. They had already had three false alarms. Braxton hicks… more like torture for a new parent! Someone really needed to tell the baby if it wasn't ready to come out, do not pretend differently! He could just picture the twins already influencing his yet to be born son. That's it! "It all comes back to him!" The blond proclaimed to the now empty room, and as he fell back into his seat, he allowed his inner mind theatre freedom to do what it wanted (and dear reader we always know how that ends up).

Curtain rises on Tamaki's Inner Mind Theatre (applause)…

"Nekozawa-senpai, we need your help!" The twins demanded as they stormed into a dimly lit, black room.

It appeared to be the basement or dungeon area of an old castle or manner house. Black stone made up the walls and candles were the only light source. And was that a scream from the inner depths of the room?

Adding another log to the fire under his black cauldron, Nekozawa started to stir the bubbling concoction as he asked, "What is it this time? I didn't think I would see you so soon after cursing Tamaki with pregnancy."

"Oh yah! You should see him!" Hikaru guffawed.

"He's all big and round and waddling like a duck!" Kaoru snorted.

Looking at each other, the laughter rose even further as they exclaimed, "He will definitely go into labor anytime now!"

Kaoru wiped his tears away, "I really didn't think a curse of yours could make a man pregnant. This has been very entertaining!"

Smirking, Hikaru's eyes seemed to glow, "I will have to agree brother dear!"

"So what is it you want this time?" The dark prince cut through their enjoyment at an attempt at getting to the heart of the matter.

"We want you to make it so that we can talk to both babies before they're born!" They announced.

"Excuse me?" Nekozawa had power, but he wasn't a mind reader. What were they trying to do?

Sidling up on one side of their former senpai, Hikaru wrapped his arm casually around the curser's shoulders, "We want to be able to 'train' our unborn nephews."

Kaoru came up to the other side and mirrored his brother, "You know, just to give them a few pointers about the boss."

"Like how best to sike him out and completely mess with his head," their smiles were pure evil, and the light the shined in their eyes could only be compared to the very fires that engulfed hell (I know dear reader, so dramatic, but this is Tamaki's inner mind theatre. You can't tell me you expected something different). They were not the cute little devils any longer, they were truly demons doing Nekozawa's bidding now… or he was doing theirs… somehow a pact had been made between the three former Ouran students.

"Oh, I do believe I like that idea, and I have just the spell for it!" A dark laugh bubbled up and exited the blonde's mouth, echoing through the chamber. Another scream came from deep within the blackness.

Soon all three were laughing that menacing laugh and turned towards the unseen person in the room. Together, they stated, "Tamaki will never know what hit him." More laughter and soon the minimal light in the room started to dwindle.

Curtain drops on this presentation of Tamaki's Inner Mind Theatre (applause. Therapists are available inside the lobby)…

"NOOOOOOOOO! The twins can't have either of my babies!" Tamaki's blood curdling scream could be heard throughout the house (and probably as far away as Europe and the western part of the US and Canada, dear reader). Jumping out of his chair, he quickly looked around the room and when he didn't see Yumi, he tried to rip the door open, but it wouldn't budge. Someone had locked him in the study! Who would do such a thing? "The twins definitely and… I don't have time for this, I have to save Yumi!" Getting in position, he pulled back his leg and let loose, "Starlight kick!" Unfortunately, the door didn't open because he was pushing when he should have pulled and when he kicked the door, he put a hole through it and knocked it off its hinges. Further bad news would show that when he put the hole in the door, he also put a gash in his leg that needed stitches. This was the beginning of the end (ok, only kind of).

Making her way quickly back to the study after hearing her husband's terrified scream, Yumi found him on the floor crawling on his belly towards her… well, he was actually trying to keep as much weight as possible off his stomach, and she didn't know why. She couldn't even imagine what was going through his head (and quite honestly dear reader, she didn't want to try), and all she could do was stop, cross her arms, lift her brow, and wait for his explanation, "Tamaki, what happened?" Looking past him, she could see the wood on the floor. Now she understood why Kyoya had to fight the face palm.

"Yumi! Oh thank kami you're safe! How's the baby? Is he safe? Did the twins or Nekozawa get him?"

"What are you…?" Unable to fight the feeling any longer, she face palmed. She just couldn't help it, her husband just naturally caused this sort of reaction.

"They were going to cast a spell or curse that would allow the twins to talk to our babies!"

"Babies?" Last she checked, she was only carrying one baby.

"We need to protect them!"

"Them?" That's it! Her husband had completely lost it.

"Of course them!"

Shaking her head, she looked past him again and that was when she saw it. A trail of blood leading from the room to Tamaki. Now it all made sense. He was delusional due to blood loss (actually dear reader, if that were the case, what about the other times?). "Tamaki, we need to get you to the hospital," Yumi declared running up to her collapsed partner while yelling for someone on the staff to get the car brought around.

The butler heard the commotion and came running and decided that it was once again best not to question anything in regards to Tamaki. He got his employer to his feet and out the front door with the mistress of the house following closely behind. "Would you like me to come as well, Yumi-sama?"

"No, thank you. We should be alright. There will be orderlies and nurses that should be able to help us at the hospital," she smiled as the door closed and then collapsed backwards on the leather seat. Tamaki kept things interesting, and that was an overly proven fact.

It turned out the former Host Club president needed to get nine stitches in his leg at nine that night, and as soon as the doc finished sewing up his patient, Yumi grabbed her stomach and declared it was time… and this time it was not a false alarm.

In this situation after his previous theatrics, one would have assumed Tamaki would have been a basket case, but anyone who thought that would have been wrong. Standing up out of the wheelchair he had just sat in, he turned it over to his wife and then calmly, but quickly, walked her over to labor and delivery. The doctor and nurses tried to take over, however, he refused to turn over his wife. It mattered not that his leg was injured and freshly attended. This was his wife and he would stay by her side… no matter what.

Yumi was shocked. This was not what she had been expecting. She had sent a text to Kyoya and had already readied the follow-up email telling him to get the extras ready for Tamaki, but out of everyone that had had a baby thus far, unexpectedly Tamaki Suoh was the calmest of the hosts. Total opposite of how he had been acting and how he had acted when the others were having their babies. Was he an alien? Body snatchers? Possessed? Yah that would explain everything. Maybe there was something to this whole Nekozawa curse thing.

Arriving at labor and delivery, Yumi was checked in and taken to her room, and once again her husband remained by her side showing more maturity at the moment than… well since ever. She had never seen him behave like this. It was amazing. Definitely possessed. She would wait to call the exorcist until after the baby was born.

As soon as she was settled and in bed, Tamaki pulled out his phone, "I need to call the others."

"I sent Kyoya a text already and told him to call every…" Yumi stopped when a strong contraction hit her. When it had finally passed, she continued, "He is supposed to call everyone."

"Alright," Tamaki smiled down at his wife and brushed back her hair, "How are you doing? Do you need anything?"

"I'm ok. Looks like we will be parents soon."

"Yes, it does," he said as he leaned over and kissed her forehead, whispering, "I love you. Thank you."

Their moment was spoiled when Yumi received a text message and she laughed; however, that laugh turned into a sharp intake of air indicting another contraction was hitting her and it hurt.

He waited until it had passed, never removing the hand she had grabbed from her grip. It hurt like the dickens, but if his wife could endure childbirth, then he could endure the prospect of a broken hand, "Who was that?"

"Kyoya. He's downstairs and on his way up. He asked if I needed help with you."

"Why would he ask an outrageous question like that?"

Her jaw dropped open. Did her husband really just ask that? "Maybe because you have been a bit psycho lately? And given your track record with the other deliveries…"

"What?"

Shaking her head, Yumi rubbed her stomach, "Nothing."

A knock at the door called their attention and Tamaki called out to his best friend, "Mon Ami! Thank you for coming!"

"Tamaki?" Kyoya pushed up his glasses and gave his friend a questioning look. The last thing he expected to see was a composed blond sitting next to his wife's bed and holding her hand as his thumb stroked the back of it. He really did have the padded room, straight jacket, and drugs on standby. Had someone used hypnosis on him or had something else happened? "How's your leg?"

"Nine stitches mommy," the blond grumbled. "But at least we were already here when Yumi went into labor."

"Do I need to go and check on other patients? Will the hospital remain standing?"

"What do you mean?"

Yumi decided she needed to chime in, "Actually Kyoya, he has been like this since I told him."

Studying his friend momentarily, Kyoya finally asked, "Did they have to give him a blood transfusion? Hypnotherapy? Pain meds? Anything?"

"Nope. They numbed the spot and gave him some ibuprofen. That's all," Yumi shook her head as she explained.

"So what caused the cut?"

Yumi still had not heard what happened and turned to her husband.

"Ah, well you see mommy… the twins and Nekozawa… they were trying… and then I woke up and Yumi… and I was locked in the room… I kicked it open, but my foot went through…" Tamaki answered brokenly staring at the ground and refusing to meet the eyes of either person in the room.

A moment of silence and then, "WHAT?" Followed by Yumi gripping Tamaki's hand hard and waiting out a contraction.

Kyoya, more adept at speaking Tamaki than Yumi, inquired, "Let's see if I got this straight. You had another one of your wonderful crazy inner mind theatre dreams that had something to do with the twins and Nekozawa cursing you or Yumi or the baby. You woke up and couldn't find your wife and then went to open the door. Did you pull it open or push on it? Anyway, it wouldn't open, so you tried to kick it open and cut your leg, damaging the door in the process. Is that about right?"

"I was locked in the room mommy!" Tamaki whined in defense.

"Did you push or pull Tamaki?"

"I don't know? I'm sure I… pulled?" His answer sounded more like a question as he studied the door behind Kyoya.

Simpering, the Shadow King pushed up his glasses again, "You probably panicked and pushed instead of pulled."

"Did not!"

More would have probably been said on the subject, but the doctor had arrived to examine his patient. Instead of staying in the room, Kyoya told his friends, "I will go inform the others that everything is miraculously alright in here and there is no need to worry. Yumi, you have my number in case something comes up."

"Why would she need…?" Tamaki began to ask and was interrupted.

Kyoya cut him off, "Because you are not the most calm in the best of times and I firmly believe the shock will eventually wear off. Not even I was this calm during Nobuko's delivery. If Mori and I can't pull it off, I don't believe you can either." Although true, he was in actuality only teasing his friend.

As it turned out, no one needed to worry. Tamaki was the perfect gentleman during the whole delivery and acted calmer than any host before him. How he had managed that, no one knew. Some speculated divine intervention, possession, alien invasion… the list was endless (especially dear reader when you got the twins involved in making the list). He cheered on his wife, encouraging her when needed, letting her squeeze his hand, wiping the sweat off her brow, and when it was over, they were both holding the newest Suoh in their arms, Shoichi (soaring first son) Suoh.

When Tamaki entered the waiting room 17 hours later to pass on the good news, he found a priest waiting for him, "Why is there a priest here?"

"We called him for the exorcism," Hikaru and Kaoru informed their leader, but they were unable to hold a serious face for long and soon started to snicker.

"You two doppelgangers! That is not how you behave in a hospital! If you keep this up, I won't let you see my son! Actually, after what you did with Nekozawa, you aren't allowed to lay eyes on him. You're banned from his life!" Tamaki ranted, fire coming out of his mouth as he chased the redheads around the small waiting area.

"And there's the Tamaki we know and love," Kyoya sarcastically declared, a smile forming on his face.

Giggling, Haruhi added, "Any other way and it would be just too weird. Hey do you think the twins called a real priest?"

Everyone around them sweat dropped because when it concerned the twins, it was all together a strong (very strong) possibility.
