Derek

"So," Chris Argent sighed. "I don't suppose you have any idea why Stiles would frame us for murder, do you?"

"I didn't think Stiles was smart enough to frame us for murder." I told him.

"To be honest, I'm not entirely convinced that is why we are here." he said.

"What do you mean?" I frowned.

"McCall is going to come out here in a minute. Probably talk attorneys. Say you agree to allow mine to represent you." He told me.

"Why should I trust your attorney?" I retorted.

"Because I'm not calling my attorney yet." he scoffed. "I just want more time."

"To do what?" I asked.

"To find out why we're really here." he answered. I examined the handcuffs that bound me to the bench.

"I could easily get out of these, you know." I told him.

"So could I." Chris scoffed. "But I'm not interested in being a fugitive from the law."

"Well I'm not interested in being the victim to a seventeen year old possessed by a psychotic fox." I retorted.

"Just give me a few more minutes," Chris insisted. I started pulling on the handcuffs. "Derek." he hissed.

"Fine." I growled. "But if something happens, don't expect me to risk my life trying to save yours."

Andy

"Scott!" Aiden called. Me, Ethan and Aiden were looking at the stuff in the back of Stiles's jeep. Stiles was with his dad.

"You better look at this." I told him. Scott walked over to us. I handed him a roll of wrapping paper.

"This is the same wrapping paper we used on Coach's birthday present." Scott frowned.

"Isn't that Barrow's thing?" Ethan asked. "A bomb made from nails and bolts, disguised as a birthday present?" he asked, holding up a box of bolts.

"Where did it go off?" Aiden prompted. Scott's eyes widened.

"On a school bus." he replied. Scott raced over to Stiles's dad. I didn't bother listening in. Stiles's dad was on his radio immediately. When he was finished, Scott waved me and my brothers over.

"Come on," Stiles's dad said. "We've got to get to the school. Now." He hoped into his car, and he drove us back to the school. A huge crowd was outside the bus. I could hear murmuring from everyone. A student had picked up the bomb, and as holding it on the bus. We climbed out of the car. "Stay back, alright?" he told us before joining the other officers. Stiles watched anxiously. I have to take his mind of it or he'll freak out. This isn't his fault.

"Stiles," I said. He turned around to face me.

"Yeah?" he asked, his voice quivering.

"I know that this is a really bad time, but I need to ask you a favor." I said. "I wouldn't be asking if it weren't important." I added.

"What is it?" he asked.

"It's about Melody. Our parents came to town. Our real parents. They offered us a place in their pack, but we both refused. They took measures into their own hands. They took Melody's memories from her. She doesn't remember anyone from this pack. Not Derek, not Isaac, not Lydia, not Allison, not Scott. She doesn't remember you either."

"How I supposed to do anything if she doesn't even remember who I am?" Stiles frowned.

"Deaton says that you may be the only one who can help. He says that Melody has a connection to you, a connection she doesn't have with me or anyone else in the pack. Only you. Deaton thinks that you can use that to help Melody gain her memory back." I told him.

"If I can help, I'll do it." Stiles promised."After everything that I've done today, how can I not?"

"Stiles none of this is your fault." I told him. He looked back at the bus. If he had heard, he didn't show it. One of the deputy's was on the bus. He held something up so Stiles's dad could see. I narrowed my eyes. I could just make out what it said from where I was. It was a name tag. And it read Sheriff Stilinski.

"Oh god," I heard Sheriff mutter under his breath. "There is a bomb, but not here."

Derek

People started rustling around in a panic. I tried listening in on their conversations, but everything was too loud.

"What's going on?" Chris asked someone but no one replied. I could hear this weird noise among the other noise. It was a ticking, like a clock. But it kept getting faster. My eyes widened.

"Get down!" I yelled. I broke my handcuffs, and covered Mr. Argents back as the glass above us shattered. The bomb had gone off in the Sheriff's office. Glass shards and wood debris was everywhere. I could feel the glass shards digging into my back but I was fine. I could smell blood. Many of the deputy's were down. Most were injured.

"Derek," Chris breathed. "You saved my life. Are you alright? "

"I'm okay." I nodded slowly. Thank god they got Melody out of here before this happened.

Andy

"Andy, where are you going?" River asked when Me, Scott and Stiles started running towards Stiles's jeep.

"Andy, we don't have time." Scott insisted.

"The bomb is at the Sheriff's station. I have to go." I said quickly.

"I'm coming too." he told me.

"No," I shook my head.

"Andy, I'm not giving you an option. My dad is there." That's right. River's dad is a deputy.

"Come on." I told him. We leaped into Stiles's jeep and followed behind his dad. We raced into the station, but it was too late. River searched frantically for his father, calling his name. Stiles's dad was calling for ambulances. Most of the officers were down. Some of them with only minor injuries. Some of them were hurt pretty bad.

"No!" River cried. He bent down next to a deputy that lay on the floor. He was still breathing, but barely. Stiles went to River's dad's side.

"Scott?" he called. "Andy?" Me and Scott bent down next to him.

"Dad!" River sobbed on his dad's chest. River's dad lifted his hand weakly and run it through his son's hair, which only made River more hysterical.

"Can you do something?" Stiles asked. "Anything to make it easier?" We knew exactly what he meant. Scott grabbed River's dad's hand. I watched Scott's veins turn black.

"River," the deputy stuttered. River's dad look up at Scott gratefully before he head fell back. Blood was dripping from the corners of his mouth. His head fell to the side, and his heart stopped beating. Scott released his hand. River continued to sob.

"Boys," Stiles's dad said. "Get out of here."

"I'm staying." River shook his head.

"Stiles, Scott, Andy, go." Sheriff Stilinski insisted. We stumbled to our feet. Kira came running behind us.

"The Oni," she said. "They are coming." she told us.

"Stiles, we've got to get you out of here." Scott hissed. We got Stiles into his jeep.

"We've got to take him to the animal clinic." I told them.

"The animal clinic?" Kira frowned.

"Yeah," Scott nodded. "The place is lined with mountain ash. Like my house. It will buy us some time."

"But they can get through it?" Stiles said.

"Eventually." Scott nodded.

"Nobody has any better ideas?" Stiles asked hopefully. No one said anything. "Okay, sure. Animal clinic it is." We drove in silence. By the time we reached the door of the animal clinic, the Oni had already arrived.

"Stiles, get inside." Scott hissed, throwing the keys at him. Stiles caught them and ran for the door. Scott growled, releasing his claws. I shifted. Ready to fight.

"Kira, get inside!" Stiles called. But Kira ignored him. Scott and me ran at them, claws out. Kira through animal cages at them. Somehow, she got a hold of one of their swords. One of them swung at me, but I leaped out of the way. I looked back just as the sword pierced Scott's body.

"Scott!" Kira cried. She ran, knocking the Oni away from him. Stiles came running outside.

"Come on, get him inside. Get him inside." he said. We helped Scott inside. I closed the door behind me. Scott leaned up against the table. Kira tried to get the sword out of his body, but Stiles came up behind her. He grabbed her hand tightly and she squealed in pain. Stiles smashed her head on the table, knocking her out.

"Stiles?" I said slowly, backing away. I knocking over some empty jars. "Stiles, what are you doing? Stiles, don't. I thought you were going to help me." Stiles walked towards me, and smacked me hard. I fell to the ground. That's not Stiles. Stiles doesn't have that much strength. I groaned in pain.

"You mean help you with your sister?" he laughed." No. I think I like Melody better this way. No memory of any of them. Ruthless for power. She'd be a great partner. And we've already got that bond," he chuckled.

"Stay away from her." I sputtered. He kicked my hard in the gut, winding me." I watched him walk up to Scott. He dangled his fingers on the handle of the sword, toying with him.

"It's okay." he told Scott.

"Please don't," Scott said. "Stiles, please." he pleaded.

"It's okay." Stiles repeated. he grabbed hold of the handle in his hand. He placed his other hand on Scott's shoulder and twisted the blade. Scott cried out in pain. "Does it hurt?" he asked him. "Look at me." Stiles said. "You should have done your reading, Scott. You see a nogitsune feeds on chaos. Strife. Pain. This morning you took it from Isaac. And then you took it from Coach. And then from that boy's dying father. All of that pain. You took it all. Now, give it to me." Stiles's voice changed. Almost if it weren't Stiles at all. It's not. It's not Stiles. It's an evil thing possessing him. "You really have to learn Scott," he laughed. "You rally have to learn not to trust a fox. No, cause their tricksters. They'll fool you. They'll fool everyone."

"Not everyone." Deaton said, injecting Stiles with something in his neck. Stiles fell the ground. Deaton pulled the sword out of Scott.

"What was that?" Scott asked. "Was that a cure? Is he okay now?"

"The fox is poisoned." Deaton told him. "But it isn't dead. Not yet." Deaton came around the counter, and help me to my feet. Someone else came in.

"Stiles?" she frowned. "What happened? Is Stiles alright?" she asked. She bent down by Stiles's side.

"Melody." I muttered. "What are you doing here? Do you remember him?" I asked hopefully.

"A little bit." she admitted. She turned to Deaton. "Derek says you might know a way to get my memories back." she said hopefully.

"I do." Deaton nodded. "But it involves Stiles."

"What happened to him?" she asked.

"I poisoned the fox that possesses him." Deaton told her. "He'll be himself for a while, but not for long. Scott, you should head home."

"He'll be okay?" Scott asked.

"He'll be okay for now." Deaton confirmed. Scott sighed and nodded. We watched him leave.

"Andy, you should go home too." she told me.

"No," I shook my head. "I'm not leaving. I'll wait with you. I'm going to be here when you get your memory back. I'll wait with you until he wakes up." I told her.

"Andy, I'm going to need your help for this next part. Melody, wait here with Stiles." Deaton told her. I followed Deaton into the back room. "Grab that side of that tub," I did as he said and we carried it back to the other room. He had me carrying bags of ice over to the tub. Next, we filled the tub half way full with cold water. "Start pouring the bags of ice into the water." he told me.

"Why?" I asked, dumping the first bag into the water.

"You're not going to like it," he warned, unloading another bag into the tub.

"What am I not going to like?" I narrowed my eyes.

"In order for Stiles to get her to remember, he's got to talk to her subconscious. We've got to slow down Melody's heart rate. A lot."

"How slow does her heart rate have to be?" I frowned.

"Nearly dead." Deaton told me.

"You're sure it will work? I don't want to put her life in danger for nothing." I hissed.

"It won't be for nothing." Melody insisted. "I'll do it. I don't want these holes in my memory. I want to remember the pack. I supposedly had all these great memories with them, and I don't remember any of it, thanks to them. I want to know what they made me forget." Melody helped us pour the last bag of ice into the tub. I touched the water and immediately pulled my hand back. Melody has to be underwater. Its going to be freezing. Stiles groaned from where he lay. Melody went to him, and helped him. He looked weak. He held his head as if he had a headache.

"Stiles?" I asked. he lifted his head.

"Andy?" he frowned. "Where am I?"

"You're at the animal clinic." I replied. We waited for him to gain his strength before filling him in on everything.

"I'll do it, but Doc, are you sure I'll be able to?" he asked.

"Yes." Deaton nodded. "Andy and I can not talk, or it will confuse her. But you've got to try and make her remember everything once she's under, Stiles."

"But how?" Stiles asked.

"Ask her questions about it. The memories are there, they are just subdued. Try describing to her what happened. Start with the night you found her and Andy in woods."

"Okay." Stiles nodded. "I'll try."

"Ready, Melody?" Deaton asked.

"Ready." she nodded.

"Andy, you'll have to hold her in the water." Deaton told me.

"Okay." I nodded. Melody took a deep breath before climbing into the water.

"Oh god it's cold." she shuddered. She took three more breaths before going under. I reached into the freezing water, holding her there. She squirmed for a while, but then stopped. I let her go and she floated to the top. Her heart was barely beating. Deaton nodded towards Stiles.

"Melody?" Stiles asked. "Melody can you hear me?"

"Yes." Melody replied quietly.

"It's Stiles. Listen Melody, I want you to go back to the night you and Andy were shot."

"I don't know when that night was." she told him.

"Just picture it in your mind." Stiles told her. "Picture you and your brother crossing the road at night and going into a forest. Do you see it?" he asked.

"Yes." she muttered. "I see it. Andy and me are in a forest. It's quiet. Something is wrong. I feel pain in my side, and now I'm on the ground. i was shot with something. Andy gets shot too. Someone is coming." she whimpered. "I can hear them getting closer. Andy's breathing is slowing down. They are going to kill us."

"What happens next Melody?" Stiles asks her.

"I howl for help." she answered.

"Does anybody come to help you?" he prompted.

"I don't know." she told him. "I hear more people coming. They're talking loudly. The ones who shot us run. But more people are here. A man and two boys. I can't see their faces. I can't make out what they are saying. One of them comes close to me, and then everything is dark."

"Do you remember what happened after that?" Stiles asked.

"No." she told him.

"Imagine waking up in a strange room. Andy is beside you. You hear footsteps coming into the room, and you move closer to your brother. What do you see?"

"Four people." she answered. "I recognize two by their faces. Derek. And Stiles. I don't know the other two. Derek says they are Scott and Isaac. Isaac is mean, he says we can't look after ourselves."

"What about Scott?" Stiles asked.

"Scott doesn't say much. Derek sends Isaac and Stiles away. But I'm afraid of him."

"Afraid of who?" Stiles asked.

"Derek." she answered. "I'm afraid of him because he is an alpha. He leaves the room. And Scott asks me why I was afraid of him. I tell him he's an alpha. Andy tells him about Ethan and Aiden, two omegas from our old pack. Scott tells us they are in town, and now we want to leave. Derek comes back in. He's been listening the whole time. He says we could be in his pack. Says that he could help us with Ethan and Aiden. Andy doesn't want to. He still doesn't trust Derek. But I want to. I convince Andy to join."

"Now what?" Stiles asks.

"Now I'm somewhere else. Derek, Scott and Stiles are making plans. There is another beta there. Peter is his name. No one trusts him, so I don't either."

"What are Derek, Scott and Stiles making plans for?" Stiles asks.

"Two members are missing." Melody tells him. "Boyd and Erica. Stiles knows where they are. They plan on breaking them out. Peter tells them that they are already dead. Derek doesn't want to believe it. Andy tells them that he'll help. I stay behind, with Peter and Stiles. Stiles is nervous. He doesn't understand why they chose to lock Boyd and Erica in a bank vault. Peter and him argue, but Peter stops. He wants to know what the walls of the vault are made out of. They are made out of hecatolite. It spreads the moonlight. It's a full moon. When Derek, Andy and Scott break into the vault, Boyd and Erica will be stronger than usual. I try to call Andy, but he left his phone behind. Andy comes home after. Says that Erica is dead, and that there another girl in the vault with Boyd."

"Who was that other girl?" Stiles said.

"Her name is Cora. Andy tell Stiles and me that she's Derek's little sister. Stiles wants to talk about something else. He asks us our last names. We tell him that we don't have one. We talk about our pack for a while, but I get tired. I fall asleep against Stiles. When I wake up, I'm in a bed. Andy isn't there. I walk out of the room, and Derek is fighting a girl with no shoes on. She's got long toenails."

"Her name is Kali. Do you seen anyone else?" Stiles asked.

"I see my brother." she tells him. "And Derek's sister, Cora. They are fighting."

"Each other?" Stiles says.

"No," Melody shakes her head slightly. "They fighting a man."

"That's Ennis." Stiles says to her. "What else?"

"I try to help. But Ennis knocks me away. I hit my head, and everything goes black." she explains.

"And then what Melody?" Stiles's voice echos in the room. "What is next?"

"When I open my eyes again, they are gone. It's just Andy, Cora, Derek and me. Derek is really weak. Cora and me help him to the couch."

"Is that all?" Stiles asks,

"Isaac comes." she frowns. "Derek tells him he has to leave. There isn't enough room for all of us in the loft anymore. Cora is here now, Derek tells him. And me and Andy are here. There is no room for Isaac. Andy gets mad at Derek. He tells him that it isn't fair that he kick out Isaac and not us. Isaac was here first. Derek ignores him and walks away. I don't know what happens next." Stiles looks to me for ideas. I pull out my phone and text him. He nods after reading and continues.

"Picture this, Melody. Picture Derek, Boyd, Scott, Cora and Peter making plans to go against Ethan and Aiden without you and Andy. They think your little kids and you'll just get in the way. They don't want you there. But you and Andy are listening. You are hearing what they are saying. What happens?"

"Andy is mad. He wants to fight. We go anyways. Andy and me are hiding in the shadows. Our pack is fighting Kali, Ennis, Aiden and Ethan. Isaac and Scott got Ethan and Aiden separated, and Isaac is about to kill Ethan. I don't want him to kill Ethan. I run, and I knock Isaac away. Isaac is angry at me now. He knocks me over, and Andy goes at him. Aiden is coming. He's angry. Ethan was supposed to kill us, but he didn't. Deucalion is coming over too. He's angry. But not at us. At Ethan and Aiden. We were supposed to be dead. Aiden wants to prove his loyalties. He's going to kill us. He's going to kill me and Andy, his own little brother and sister." Melody panicked.

"Relax, it's just a memory. You can't be hurt by the past. What happens now?" Stiles asked.

"Derek." she breathed. "Derek stops him. He tells us to run, but we stay. We don't want to run anymore. We want to fight. We help as best as we can. And then I see it. Derek and Ennis. They are too close to edge. No!" Melody cried.

"What happened?" said Stiles.

"He fell. Derek fell over the edge. He's not moving. Derek is dead." she cries.

"Now what?" Stiles continues. "Melody." he says when she doesn't answer. "Can you still hear me?"

"We go back to the loft." she says quietly. "Just me and Andy. No one else comes. But then I hear something. Someone is here. Andy goes first. I follow him. It's Derek." she breathed in relief. "He's alive. He's here."

"So Derek is back now. Now what happens?"

"I come out into the main room. It's filled with water. Andy leads me somewhere dry, and Boyd turns the electricity on. The alphas are coming. Boyd and Isaac have a plan. But they turn the main power off. The plan won't work. The alphas come. They have a hostage. Derek has to fight alone, or my brothers will kill the woman. Andy tried to get them away from her. He taunts them. Aiden is chasing him, but Andy is quicker. Andy isn't paying attention. He doesn't see Ethan behind him. Ethan claws him from behind, and Aiden claws him in the front. They let him fall the the ground. He isn't dead, but he's hurt. Badly. the electricity is back on. Boyd, Kali and Derek are electrocuted."

"What happens?" Stiles asked.

"My brothers grab Derek's claws, and Kali throws Boyd onto them. Its too late to do anything. Boyd is bleeding badly. He dies in front of Derek. Derek leaves. Cora, Stiles, Peter and Andy are all sitting in the main room. Peter is telling them a story. It's about Derek. How his eyes changed. They were golden, but they changed blue because he killed a girl named Paige. He his first love. My eyes are blue. Cora asks why. I telling her about my pack. They make us kill somebody when we turn ten years old. I'm upset. I see the man that I killed. I hear his screams. Stiles tells me not to be afraid. He tells me that it isn't my fault."

"Melody?" Stiles says softly.

"Yes?" she asks.

"Now what? What else to you see?"

"I'm in the hospital. Andy is getting worse. He's not healing. Something is wrong. Cora is in the hospital too. She's also not healing. Stiles is there. He goes to go find his dad. I can't help but listen. Stiles tried to tell him the truth about everything, but his did doesn't believe him. Stiles is upset. He says his mother would have believed him. I leave alone and go with Stiles. We go to the school. A teacher is going to be sacrificed. We hear Lydia scream. It hurts. We find her in a room. Jennifer, the hostage from the other night, is trying to kill Lydia. Stiles's dad is there. Jennifer takes him. It's her. She's the one killing people. I don't know what's happening now."

"Melody, you're in the loft. With me and Scott. Derek is there too. What are telling him?"

"We tell him that Jennifer is the darach. He doesn't want to believe us. She comes in, and tried to lie. But Scott has a plan. He has a jar in his hand. Mistletoe. He's throwing it at her, and she transforms in front of Derek. Now he believes us. She's laughing. She says we can't kill her. She's saying that if we do, Cora and Andy will die. Stiles's dad won't be found. We take her to the hospital. There's is a storm. The hospital is evacuating. Only two patients haven't been taken yet. Andy and Cora. They aren't there. The twins have them. They want Jennifer. But she gets away. We get Andy and Cora and we're running. We can't hold them off for long. Me and Peter have to distract them. I don't want to stop fighting, but Peter makes me. We get out through the laundry chute and go to the ambulance. Andy, Cora, Scott and Stiles are there. Scott goes out by himself to find his mother. Isaac comes with a car. We help Peter get Cora and Andy in it, but Stiles runs off. I go after him. He's upset. Guardians. It means that the darach is going after parents. He wants to warn Scott. But it's too late. She already has Scott's mom. Scott leaves with Deucalion. Stiles finds Derek. He's unconscious in the elevator. Derek leaves with the others, but Stiles and me stay."

"Do you remember what happened?" Stiles asks.

"No." she answered.

"Your in the waiting room at the hospital, with me. The police arrive."

"One of them is talking about Stiles's father. How he drinks. Stiles tell him that we were in the elevators the whole time. There is a name on the door. It's Argent. We go to the school, Lydia is there. Stiles gets a text from Isaac. Jennifer took Chris Argent, Allison's dad. She's got all three parents that she needs. Lydia draws a tree. It's the nemeton, where they are keeping the three parents. I leave and go back to the loft. Cora is better. Andy will get better too. I go to him, but he asks for Derek. Ethan comes into the loft. I tell him that I won't let him get to Andy. I listen. There are six of us, but only five heart beats. Andy!" she cried. "He's dead! He's heart stopped beating! He's dead!" she whimpered.

"Melody." Stiles said softly.

"He's dead." her breathing increased. "My brother, he's dead. He's gone." she cried.

"Mel," I started but Deaton covered my mouth. He shook his head. She has to go through thinking I'm dead all over again. Only this time I see her reaction.

"Melody, its just a memory. You can't be hurt by a memory. What happened after Andy's heart stopped beating?"

"Ethan left the door open. I can't stay here. I run. Cora yells my name but I ignore her. The only person who has never abandoned me is gone. I'm truly alone. I see Jennifer. I want to kill her. I want to kill Aiden. I want to kill Ethan. Aiden and Ethan will be looking for Jennifer. I tell that I want to help her kill the alphas. She lets me join her. We go back to Derek's loft, and we fight. Jennifer kills Kali. She kills Ethan and Aiden too and then she disappears."

"What else?" Stiles prompted.

"My phone is on the table. I grab it before I leave. Jennifer will be looking for Deucalion. If I find him, then I'll find Jennifer. I'm calling Scott. He's with Deucalion. I ask him where he is. I tell him that I'm lost. He's teling me that he is on the Beacon Hills preserve. I go there, and I hide. I'll wait until the perfect moment. The lunar eclipse is happening. I don't have any power. I'm waiting. Waiting for the fifteen minutes to be out. Scott was talking to Jennifer. Said he was going to let her go. I come out of my hiding spot once Scott moves out of the way, claws out. I don't hesitate to slice open her throat. I had to kill her. She killed my brother, she deserved it. Derek wraps his arms around me, and I feel a little better. I hear his voice. I must be imagining it, but then I see him. I run to him. I feel his body next to mine, I can hear his heart beat. He isn't dead." she breathed. "Andy is alive. Andy isn't dead."

"Is that all?" Stiles asks.

"No," Melody tells him. "Andy walks into our room. He's upset. He's saying that Derek is leaving. I'm walking out into the room with him, and there he is. Cora is beside him. They've both got their bags. Derek is prepared. Without even saying goodbye. He's telling Andy that he is going to come watch him play basketball. Derek walks with us to the park. I sit down on the bench, and Derek leans up against the fence. Andy walks over to the group of boys playing ball and plays with them. When Andy is done, Derek is already gone."

"Derek is gone, whats happening after that?" Stiles says.

"I don't know." she mumbles.

"You and Andy are in the loft. Me and dad walk in. Do you remember it now?"

"Yes." she mutters. "Sheriff Stilinski says that we can't live on our own. We've got to live with Stiles and him, we've got to go to school. He says that he put our last name down as Hale. I go to school. I don't talk to anyone all day. I keep to myself. I go home, but no one is there. Sheriff is at work, and Stiles and Andy are at school. Andy is home now. He's going to the park to play basketball. I'm going to go with him, just to watch. Andy's friends are here. I sit down on the bench. Someone comes up to me and asks to sit down. It's a girl from my old pack. Maddy. She's taunting me. Provoking me. Calling me weak. Andy comes over, and now she's different. She's acting different."

"Melody, what's happening now? What do you see?" Stiles asks her.

"I'm alone again, in the house. Andy comes home. I ask him what he told Maddy. He says he told her that we were injured in the forest. I want to meet up with Scott. He says he'll meet me. I find him at the school."

"What do you say to Scott?" Stiles asked.

"I tell him that I don't trust Maddy. Andy and me told her that we were injured in the forest, but she somehow she knew that we had been shot," she sounded confused. Maddy knew because she was the one who shot us.

"What next Melody? You have to keep going." Stiles insisted.

"I go to the high school. I don't like the other one. I don't get included in the pack's plans at the other one. I'm angry."

"Why are you angry?" Stiles asks.

"Andy didn't tell me about the plan to help Malia. No one did. I was left out. There is a man at the school. We're trying to find him. We can't pick up his scent. There is nothing. I'm in my room. Lydia and Stiles are home. I go see them. They're talking about Barrow, the man from the school. Stiles says he'll go back and look all night. We go back to the school. Stiles has an idea. We go to the chemistry room. I can't smell anything. Not even Lydia or Stiles. We wouldn't have been able to catch his scent. He covered it up with chemicals. There's numbers on the board. A formula. Lydia writes letters beside it. They say Kira. We got to Kira's house. Scott is there, on the ground. We wake him up. He says that Barrow that took her. He's at the power sub station. We go there. Scott finds Kira tied. Barrow electrocutes her. She sucking the electricity up through her hands. The police are questioning us. We tell them what happened and they let us go. I go home. Andy comes into the room. He's in a hurry. He says he's going to a party. That I have to go too. He says it is in Derek's loft. I go with him. Maddy is there, and Andy's two friends from the park."

"Did you go to the party?"

"Yes, but I don't stay. The music and people are too loud its hurting my ears. I go to my old room. There are people in there, but I kick them out. I'm all alone now, in the dark. The light isn't working. I hear this noise. It's strange. I turn around. I'm not alone anymore. There are five dark figures. They came out of the dark. They look right at me. They have bright yellow eyes, like a firefly. I try to scream for help, but I can't make a noise. One of them grabs me, and stares into my eyes. I can't do anything. I'm scared," she whimpered.

"It's just a memory," Stiles says softly. "You can't be hurt by a memory."

"They go away, but everything is still dark. Andy comes into the room. I try to talk to him, but I can't. He says something, and then I feel pain in my arm. The healing process kicks in. I'm in Andy's arm. I don't feel scared anymore. I hear a howl. It's Derek. He's back. Everyone is gone when we go and see him. Only our pack remains. Ethan, Aiden, Maddy and Kira are there too. There is a mark behind our ear. They left it there. I'm tired. I fall asleep on the couch, but I wake up in my room. Andy isn't there. I go out into the main room. Derek is there. He's talking to two other people. They see me. Derek tells them I'm not Melody, but it doesn't fool them. They say they are my parents. They want me to go live with them. I don't want to. I don't want to go. I want to stay with Derek." she mumbled.

"Do you leave with them?" Stiles asks.

"No!" she tells him. "They leave. I leave after them, to warn Andy. I see Maddy. She's with Andy's two friends, River and Kai." I frown. I didn't know about this. "She's telling them to come with her. Telling them that if they do, they will be just as good as my brother at lacrosse. They don't want to. She leaves them there. I follow her. I need to know what she is up to. She goes to a dark alley. My parents are there. They are angry. Maddy was supposed to bring River and Kai, so they could turn them. Andy would join the pack if his best friends were in it. I'm found. They found me. They are going to kill me." she muttered.

"Melody, it's a memory." Stiles insisted. "Now what?"

"I'm caught. There is no where to go. They take me to my parents. They want me to join them. I don't want to. I like my pack. I tell them Derek will find them. They laugh. My mother walks behind me. I can feel her cold fingertips on the back of my neck. I howl for help. Derek will help me. He'll help me. He's going to help me," she trailed off.

"Melody?" Stiles called softly. No response. "Melody? Melody can you hear me?" She still doesn't answer. She has started to sink in the water.

"Deaton?" I asked, my breathing increasing.

"Get her out of there." he says. Stiles and me plunge our hands into the freezing water, lifting her out. We carry her to the table. Her eyes are closed and her heart beat is really slow.

"What's happening?" I panicked.

"She'll be fine." Deaton sighed in relief. "We just need to wait for her to wake up." I frowned, thinking of something.

"What if it doesn't work?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" Stiles scoffed. "She remembers. She just told us everything. It had to have worked."

"Deaton, Melody gets her memories back at night." I pressed.

"We'l just have to wait for her to wake up." I nodded, and walked over to Stiles.

"Thank you." I told him.

"It's the least that I could do," he said softly. "After everything that I did," he was cut off by Melody's gasp. She was coughing up water. She's awake. Now we'll see if it works.

Well, here it is. Another chapter. What do you think?

Do you like Melody better as the innocent little girl, or the power-crazy werewolf?
