Warning:
This Chapter of Total Drama Return to the Island contains scenes of extreme stunts performed by imaginary teens, Swords, tridents, Chariots, Interns, Horses, A plotting duo, Foot injuries, bears, and sailing ships. Do not try any of what you read here at home. Seriously, you could get really messed up.
Chris Mclean stood on the dock of shame with his usual cocky grin, the weather was clear and it was a beautiful day out with a light lake breeze keeping the temperature at a very nice level. To make things better several very nice and well built individual sailing ships were docked with worn ropes that were somehow holding them there.
"Last time on Total Drama Return to the Island!" Chris started with a wave of his arms, "We decided our final eight have been having a very stressful time lately, so we brought their relatives in, and most were disappointed. We brought Luke's bratty sister, Pete's girlfriend's dad, Spader's overprotective mother, Terrance's annoying sister, and John's military obsessed mom. Unfortunately Winter and Teresa didn't have annoying or rude relatives so we brought their parents in. Oh and Jill's parents didn't return the Email so we brought in fan favorite Helga's father, who could only speak German. That was funny. Terrance got stuck in a Well, Jill was kidnapped by Ezekiel, Pete robbed Spader of Immunity, John needs to be on Heavy antibiotics now, Winter was under the control of a food monster, John's mother broke her ankle, John was beat up by a gigantic beetle for a rope, and even Spader had a nasty yell at his mother. Also I may have given away the existence of Sly to the rest of the campers. But in the end Pete after stealing from Spader was backstabbed by Spader and he was eliminated, and just when the campers finally thought there was a reason to plan for the next elimination I sprung a surprise secondary elimination on them, and their visitors got to vote, this resulted in Jill playing her idol and Winter getting the short end of the stick. Yeah Winter's gone, did I forget to mention that. Sorry to any Spader and Winter supporters but they won't have any contact until Spader gets eliminated."
Chris approached a boat and gazed upon it with a sadistic light in his eyes.
"Of course the final six doesn't mean we're about to let them off easy, no we plan on making things even deadlier." Chris grinned winking at the camera, "Stay tuned for Gladiator battles, Boat racing, and the old fashioned all out Chariot brawl. Right here, right now on Total Drama Return to the Island!'
Theme Song: I wanna Be Famous
A camera pokes out of a tree, lights fall from a tree branch, and a camera pops out of the confessional toilet.
Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine
The camera pans over Chris talking on the phone while his interns spoil him before flying up to the cliff.
You guys are on my mind
The camera jumps off and lands in the water where John holds his breath and looks nervously at a bunch of little sharks before a tentacle grabs him.
You asked me what I wanted to be
Luke and Billy are paddling a canoe before the tentacle bursts from the water capsizing their boat and flinging John into the distance.
And now I think the answer is plain to see
John stops mid air and falls to the ground.
I want to be Famous!
The camera pans to the forest where Winter is silently reading a book before John falls on top of her causing her to freak out due to the water and run strait into a tree. While Cole laughs from nearby before Summer punches him in the face.
I want to live close to the sun
Terrance is playing a video game on a makeshift raft while Theodore glares at him before the raft falls off the waterfall.
Well, pack your bags cause I've already won.
The camera pans to Jill loading a crossbow on the log before Terrance lands in her hands and she shoots the bolt in surprise while Theodore falls down the falls.
Everything to prove nothing in my way
The bolt hits the confessional causing Spader to pop out and look around before noticing Vanessa waiting in line which makes him scream and slam the door shut.
I'll get there one day
The camera enters the mess hall to where Chef is pulling Sticky buns from the oven before Clyde swipes them. Chef trips him and the Sticky buns land all over Mona who screams in rage.
Cause I want to be famous
The camera pans over to where Pete and Greg are playing cards and Pete obviously has an ace in his sleeve. Kai then snatches it without him noticing. The camera then pans outside to where Emily and Teresa are talking before it cuts to Alexa fixing her makeup.
Nanana'nanaana nana nana
Next to Alexa Patrice is literally drooling before the camera cuts to the water where Helga is standing up to her waist fighting Fang.
I want to be, I want to be; I want to be famous
We then cut to Julia who waves at the camera before a firework shoots from her pant leg and sets the dock on fire.
I want to be, I want to be, I want to be famous
The camera then zooms into the fire before backing out to show Winter and Spader about to hold hands before Julia pops up and throws a rock directly at Spader's face.
(Whistling)
The camera zooms out while Spader rubs his eye showing every camper whistling and the sign that reads Total Drama Return to the island comes into view before John lands on it painfully causing the camera to black out.
Girls cabin
Jill and Teresa were lightly breathing as they lay bundled up in their covers. Silence was the only word to describe the room which both girls thought was creepy due to having a camera in it, but seeing how Chris just loves footage of rude wakeups the camera had a large white board under it with an image of a covered camera with a giant crossed out mark over it. Speaking of Chris.
CRASH!
"WHO'S ATTACKING?!" Jill demanded sitting up with a grappling hook and hunting knife in hand.
"Jill what are you doing with a grappling hook?" Teresa demanded.
"Using it as a safety weapon." Jill replied lowering her weapons.
"Those two words don't fit together." Teresa deadpanned stretching her arms and grunting.
"Well may as well find out what lord idiot wants." Jill grumbled walking to the door in her pink camouflage pajama pants and her I love Teddy Bears T-shirt with pink lettering and brown teddy bears imprinted on it. Teresa followed in her pajamas consisting of blue nighttime shorts and a blouse.
When the two walked outside they were greeted by the horrifying image of Chris wearing a toga standing next to a massive gong.
"Why are you wearing a toga next to a Asian instrument?" Jill asked.
"It makes loud noises, so shut up." Chris replied glaring at her.
The boys cabin door opened and Terrance stumbled out.
"Where's everyone else?' Chris demanded.
"I'm an elected representative since everyone else sleeps in their underwear or less." Terrance replied rubbing his eye.
CRASH!
After the massive gong stopped ringing Chris picked up a Megaphone, "GET UP! NO ONE CAN SLACK OFF!"
Luke and John exited the cabin shirtless but wearing pants while Spader walked out in a full set of clothes.
"Put some shirts on!" Teresa yelled elbowing Jill and pointing at the two boys.
"SILENCE!" Chris yelled through the Megaphone, "IT'S CHALLENGE TIME!"
"But we haven't eaten breakfast or showered or talked enough to fill the first part of the episode up." Terrance protested.
"They didn't bathe in ancient Rome." Chris replied lowering the Megaphone.
"Yes they did." Jill replied motioning with her hand, "Why do you think they were known for bathhouses?"
"And what does ancient Rome have to do with an island in the middle of Muskoka?" Pete asked.
"Maybe the upper class roman citizens could bathe but for today you're all slaves." Chris explained with a sadistic grin.
"... Isn't that illegal?" Teresa asked cocking an eyebrow.
"ZIP IT!" Chris yelled, "Today's challenge will consist of three parts, every single one having to deal with something a slave in ancient Rome would do."
"Build stuff?" Pete asked.
"No, Drive chariots, Work boats, and kill one another in a brutal display of violence for the civilians amusement." Chris explained, "And by civilians I mean me, chef and the interns."
"So when do we eat?" John asked.
"After you get dressed of course." Chris explained.
"Fine, be right back." Jill replied turning around.
"No you don't." Chris replied, "Today you'll all be wearing Gladiator outfits."
"If we're fighting isn't that dangerous?" John asked.
"Yes." Chris nodded, "So you aren't wearing Authentic outfits but they'll still be armoured and everyone gets a different colour so we can tell you apart from a distance."
"Okay, but I'm not wearing anything too revealing." Jill stated.
"Jill and Teresa will be given appropriate coverage of the chest, is that fair?" Chris asked to which the two nodded, "Champion Spader!"
"Uh, yes?" Spader replied not sure what this meant.
"You have been assigned the colour blue, wear it with pride." Chris exclaimed as a white tunic that looked authentically Greek was tossed at him, it was only distinguished by the blue on the beltline, besides that it was quite plain, "Also you get this Roman helmet because safety first."
With that being said an intern plunged a silver roman style helmet with a blue plume onto Spader's head, the thing was too big and would likely fall off if they were racing chariots.
"Thanks." Spader replied as the helmet fell down and covered his eyes.
"Champion Jill." Chris announced, "You have been assigned the colour pink."
"Wouldn't it be better if you used the primary and secondary colours since there are six of us?" Jill asked, her reply was having the tunic tossed over her face before an identical helmet to Spader's but with a pink plume was thrown at it rudely so he promptly fell over painfully.
"Champion Johanna." Chris continued.
"JOHN!" John yelled.
"You have been assigned the colour red." Chris explained, "Hopefully you don't meet the wild bull's we have here."
"Wild Bulls?" John asked in panic before he was handed a red belted tunic and red plumed helmet.
"Champion Luke and or Sly." Chris read, "You have been dubbed the gladiator of yellow."
"Sly?" Jill asked.
"I think he's running out of jokes Teresa whispered to her.
"Really Chris?" Luke asked in anger.
"Yes Sly, now be gone!" Chris exclaimed as a yellow belted tunic and yellow plumed helmet were shoved into his hands roughly.
"Why does he keep calling Luke Sly?" Terrance asked John.
"I don't know." John cringed remembering what Tania had told him yesterday.
"Teresa, you are the champion of green." Chris announced as a Forest green belted tunic and Plumed helmet were handed to the girl, "Wear it with pride."
"I'll wear it with embarrassment." Teresa replied with narrowed eyes.
"All good." Chris nodded, "And finally Terrance shall wear purple."
"What shade?" Terrance asked before a deep purple belted tunic was thrown at him, "Aw it's wrinkled."
"Don't care." Chris replied, "Now get changed and meet me in the mess hall!"
"Someone's rushing the challenge today." Teresa muttered.
"What did you expect?" Jill asked walking into the cabin , "It's Chris and we're nearing the finale."
CRASH!
"That one had no reason for it." Chris stated as he dropped the mallet, "I just felt like hitting it again."
Confessional
Jill: Well looks like i'll be having fun today, Chariot races are my thing seeing as I kicked everyone's butt in the hunger games challenge, The sailing I haven't done but who knows I might rock at it. But hand to hand combat? Are you kidding me? I have this one in the bag.
Luke: Really Chris? You've taken to calling me Sly now? Just freaking great!
John: (he smells his armpit and recoils in disgust before picking up a stick of deodorant and rubbing it in his pits.)
Boys Cabin
"Was underwear invented by the time romans ruled most of Europe?' Terrance asked out loud.
"Just wear your god damn tighty whiteys." Luke responded flatly, "No one wants to fight a guy going commando."
"I'm just trying to be authentic." Terrance replied.
"Authentic is gross." Spader pointed out, "Now wear some underwear, not wearing pants is bad enough."
"Is there a rule against wearing pants?" John asked, "Because I don't want to wear a dress."
"Tunic." Terrance corrected.
"Bless you." John replied.
"This is demeaning." Spader grumbled.
"I bet Winter would like to see you wearing this." Luke smirked.
"Don't talk about that." Spader replied in a deadly quiet tone.
"Just saying." Luke replied putting his hands up defensively.
"Can you guys stop arguing?" John asked politely, "I'd like to get going."
"But we don't have our toga's on." Spader replied before noticing Terrance and John were already done and were simply waiting for the other two to finish.
"You guys can go." Luke stated.
"We'd rather travel in a large group so we don't look so ridiculous." John replied.
"You won't the girls have them too." Luke explained.
"Riiiiiight." John nodded before the two exited the cabin.
"Hurry or Chris will make us have a penalty." Spader ordered as the two quit butting heads and quickly got changed.
Confessional
Luke: So I've been getting some strange looks from the guys, I think they finally figured it out but are to afraid to acknowledge it.
Spader: So I'm a bit upset that I couldn't ask Winter out before she was eliminated, but my mother approves so i'll be asking her out closer to the finale or whenever I do get eliminated.
Terrance: So apparently no one knew if underwear was invented yet so I just wore it anyway. My parents sometimes compare me to Sheldon Cooper due to what I sometimes talk about and behave like.
John: I look ridiculous in this thing, at least I got red which actually looks somewhat like real Roman garb. Oh my god i'll never hear the end of this at school this fall.
Camp
"So where exactly are we supposed to go?" Jill asked as she leaned on her trident.
"I can't believe you held onto that from the Hunger games Challenge." Teresa muttered as she stressed with her Tunic, "Why is this thing so tight?"
"Because it's built for men and or girls with a small bust." Jill replied motioning to herself.
"Are you making fun of the fact I'm more developed?" Teresa demanded.
"Maybe." Jill replied before Terrance and John exited the Boys cabin, John was so short his tunic went down past his knees like a dress. To say the least it looked embarrassing.
"Hi John." Teresa greeted, "Nice dress."
"Zip it." John ordered with an angry glare.
"Don't bother him guys, we're all technically wearing Dresses by that logic." Terrance explained.
Jill and Teresa exchanged a look before bursting into laughter.
"So we're the only ones not cross dressing." Teresa giggled.
"But weren't all gladiator slaves male? That technically means you're cross dressing." Terrance replied smugly.
"He always finds a loophole." Jill shrugged.
"Plus the miniskirt was invented to be worn by men." Terrance added.
"Just stop talking before I vomit." John ordered as he tried to pull the tunic upwards to make it look more natural.
The snide remark was interrupted by Luke and Spader exiting the cabin, Luke was far too slim and his tunic hung off him like a second skin. Spader however had a tunic that seemed to fit just right.
"Did I end up with John's?" Teresa asked, "Because this is far too tight."
"When you go shopping for tunics just as for one with a bigger bust cavity." Terrance replied.
"That's not what I meant." Teresa replied trying to hide the tightness of her tunic from the other three guys who were far less oblivious.
"So Chris never specified where we have to go." Luke stated, "Any ideas."
"The chariot track." Jill replied picking her trident up and resting it over her shoulder, "Where else would we have a chariot race?"
"The forest." John replied bluntly.
"Chariot track it is then." Teresa nodded as the six set out for their next challenge.
Confessional
Jill: Oh Teresa, doesn't she know that only perverted fan boys care about her wearing a tight outfit?
Teresa: I hate wearing this thing, I mean I don't have a big bust but this outfit makes it look like I have a big bust.
Terrance: I think I missed something.
Chariot Track
"Well you guys do have intelligence." Chris smirked as the six campers walked onto the track, "Especially Jill."
"WHAT! She gets to use that?" Teresa demanded.
"It's from the time period so I'll allow it." Chris replied with a wave of his hand, "Now who's ready to lose a few limbs?"
...
"Okay then, you all remember the chariot race from the Hunger games challenge." Chris started with a lot of nodding from the contestants, "Today you'll be riding chariots but the focus isn't to go three laps, it's to take out all your opponents, and I mean all of them."
"So five opponents." Jill nodded.
"No, Jill nine." Chris grinned motioning to where the interns all dressed in garb similar to the contestants but with grey, they were also wearing protective armour and had weapons even better than Jill's.
"Now to prevent Chest based trauma, you'll all be presented chest plates as well as shoulder protection, your goal today is to be the last contestant standing, you'll be fighting each other an the interns." Chris grinned, "You'll also be riding individually."
"Is it horses pulling the chariot this time?" John asked.
"Yes." Chris nodded pointing to where the chariots were lined up, "Acid spitting, egg laying, two headed horses to be exact."
"Great." John groaned.
"You'll all be presented weapons based on your performance at finding keys yesterday." Chris explained, "That means Terrance gets the best, followed by Jill, the Teresa and Luke will have identical weapons, Johanna will get the worst, and Spader gets nothing."
"Blame Pete." Spader muttered.
"Terrance as the winner yesterday you get an entire collection of spears, two nets, a trident, and most importantly, this net launcher." Chris grinned holding up a gun loaded with a net.
"Uh how is that fair?" Luke demanded.
"He won yesterday so he gets the best stuff." Chris replied, "Jill along with that trident you brought, you get this armoured boxing glove to use when passing people, a second trident, two nets, and a spear."
"Cool." Jill grinned as Chef handed her the glove, it was slim and made of metal, likely to bruise the skin and maybe break smaller bones.
"Teresa and Luke, you two get a trident and a net each." Chris explained tossing a trident to Luke, "And finally Johanna gets a spear, children's size."
"I'm not a child!" John yelled, "And stop calling me that!"
"What Johanna?" Chris asked.
"YES!" John exclaimed waving his arms around wildly.
"Well go get in chariots people we don't have all day!" Chris ordered, "Well we do but I want to sit in my Jacuzzi for a few hours."
Confessional
John: I dare one of you to send me fan mail labeled for Johanna, I freaking dare you!
Terrance: Cool, I'm fully loaded and ready to kick butt.
Spader: Nothing, not even a slingshot and rocks! How am I supposed to win this one again? Once again Pete I thank you for yesterday.
The campers and interns were lined up at the start ready to start causing injuries. The interns were in the back of the group while Jill and Terrance were at the front side by side, All the eyes of the horses were covered and it would take a minute or two to get used to the controls.
"Hi guys." jill waved using her gloved hand just to threaten people, "I'm joking, I won't use this to hit you guys."
"That's a relief." john sighed.
"Your chariots however." Jill mumbled so no one but Terrance could hear her.
"When you hear my massive gong ring you may start pummeling one another." Chris explained from where he standing next to the racers, his gong had been moved somehow and he was holding his drumstick in hand, "On your marks, get set...
CRASH!
Jill whipped her reins and took off before anyone else while Terrance followed a bit slower and got passed by Luke and then Teresa who were trying to catch up to Jill. Spader got a bright idea and sped his chariot up next to Terrance's, he then scooped a spear out of the other chariot and barreled past.
"HEY!" Terrance yelled, "That's cheating!"
"No it's not!" Spader grinned having a little trouble controlling but he was evening out.
John was screaming as nets and spears were hurled past him by all four interns who seemed to be ganging up on him, it didn't help that his mutant horse heads kept fighting one another and making his chariot jeer around.
"HOLD STILL!" Jesslyn ordered as she missed with yet another Spear which John ran over causing his chariot to veer and make him avoid another net.
"That's it." Jeff growled pulling his chariot up next to John's, Raj followed suit and John had two chariots on either side, he dodged a punch from Jeff's armoured fist only to be grabbed by Raj and have a net shoved over his head dislodging his helmet.
"I CAN'T SEE!" John yelled as he tried to untangle himself so he could remove the helmet covering his eyes. However he wasn't quick enough and his chariot overturned and he was flung to the ground roughly, "Ouch."
John was then promptly hit in the gut by his horse's hoof.
Confessional
John: I'll be perfectly fine, however I am on three different types of painkillers... (John smiles and fall forward causing the camera to go to static)
"John's out!" Chris announced as the interns got ready to take on their second victim: Terrance.
"Faster!" Terrance ordered his horse but it just slowed down even more.
"here comes the pain!" Jesslyn laughed raising her fist.
before she could hit Terrance a net tangled her up and she was dragged off her chariot by the rope tied to it.
"Take the interns out first!" Jill ordered as she whipped past still holding the rope.
"Uh-oh." Jesslyn groaned before she was dragged five feet and came untangled from her bonds. Jill still had both her ropes.
Get her!" Jeff ordered as Wallace and Raj took off after Jill at quite a quick speed, "Terrance is mine."
Terrance grabbed his net gun and launched the preloaded one at Jeff, he whacked it away with a swing of his trident and continued to pursue his foe.
"Spear." Terrance muttered grabbing a spear and throwing it at the intern, his aim was thrown off when he ran over a spear that was lying on the course so he missed Jeff completely and instead pinned Teresa to the side of her chariot.
"Smooth move!" Teresa yelled angrily.
"Sorry." Terrance apologized.
As Teresa tried to remove the spear that was embedded in her clothes she felt a tug on the chariot and noticed extra weight was on it. She looked down and saw Jesslyn climbing aboard.
"Oh heck no!" Teresa exclaimed whacking her head with the butt of her trident.
"That isn't doing anything." Jesslyn growled as she finally got completely on the chariot, "This is my chariot now."
"nope." Teresa replied yanking on the reins so hard the horse came to a complete halt and Jesslyn was flung over the front and landed in the mud beside the track.
unfortunately Teresa was now at a complete halt and her horse snapped the reins and ran off.
"HEY!" Teresa yelled dislodging the spear, "Get back here!"
"And Teresa is out." Chris smirked.
"NOT FAIR!" Teresa yowled.
"Fair smair." Chris waved off.
Confessional
Teresa: That isn't even a word, what kind of idiot is Chris anyway?
Jill continued to pass her competition while two of the interns followed, whenever they would weave between people they'd try to knock them off their chariots but instead of continuing to focus on them they'd give up quickly and go after Jill.
"I'm going to need a distraction." Jill muttered as she came up right behind Spader and an idea formulated in her head, "Sorry Spader!"
"For what?' Spader demanded before a net was thrown over one of his horse's heads. The thing panicked and turned right around charging at the two interns.
"AHHH!" Wallace screamed as his chariot collided with Spader's and the both of the boys were flung into the mud.
"That's two more down." Chris grinned as Spader was hit on the head with a chunk of wood and fell over, "I love my job."
Jeff was still chasing after Terrance and Terrance's horse had finally begun to move a speed faster than steamroller.
"GET BACK HERE!" Jeff yelled as he threw a spear and it embedded itself in the wood next to Terrance.
Terrance lifted the Net gun up and launched his last net, Jeff knocked this one aside as well and laughed not realizing it had just been caught in his wheel and was picking up anything that was stern across the track.
"You're mine." Jeff smiled before a spear got caught in the net and it smashed through all the spokes on the left hand side of the wheel and with a painful lurch the chariot fell to the ground and began grinding in the muddy course before Jeff was thrown out and landed on his back.
"YES!" Terrance cheered before a net entangled him, "hey!"
"Sorry." Luke apologized snatching several spears and stealing Terrance's trident before whipping his horses into going faster and taking off with his prize.
Terrance's chariot came to a halt and his horse escaped the reins before he could even do anything.
"Darn!" Terrance muttered sitting down angrily.
Confessional
Spader: I don't blame Jill, the point of the game was to take one another out, but she took Winter out so she's... Dead meat.
Terrance: LUKE! Argh why didn't I see that coming, I was too wound up in the fact that I beat an intern when he clearly had the upper hand.
With only three chariots still racing the time between them falling had fallen exceptionally far, Every single rider was taking shots at the others whenever they could. however it was clear who was taking the hardest beating.
"STOP IT!" Rajesh yelled as he ducked under Jill's fist only to have a spear thrown by Luke almost nail his foot.
Jill swung again and missed just as Luke pulled up on the intern's other side. Both campers had the exact same idea and leapt off their own chariots and into the intern's.
Jill tried to punch Raj and he ducked so she nailed Luke right in the face and Luke kicked up and hit Rajesh in the crotch.
"My biscuits." he squeaked before falling right off the chariot.
Luke and Jill exchanged a look before two spears clashed and they tried to beat the other out.
"Give it up Luke, we all know I'm better at sword fighting." Jill exclaimed.
"Never! what if you screw up or something." Luke argued, "What it could happen."
"Well if it'll be that then, let's fight!" Jill exclaimed breaking the sharp end off and holding the staff up to Luke's face.
"Bring it on!" Luke yelled as the two prepared for an epic battle that wouldn't be matched by anything.
"What's that?" Jill asked pointing behind Luke.
"Huh?" Luke asked before he was whacked over the head and fell out of the chariot.
Confessional
Jill: He fell for that? I mean really! What is that the oldest trick in the book, I seriously thought he'd just try to hit me and I'd use my blocking technique to disarm him but he looked?!
"Seeing as how Jill once again beat everyone in our violent challenge, she wins the advantage in part two." Chris explained as everyone else looked upset that their biggest competition would be getting another advantage.
"Thanks Chris." Jill nodded, "What is my advantage anyway?"
"You'll see." Chris grinned, "In the meantime Chef has cooked you lunch."
"Yeah where was breakfast anyway?" Terrance asked.
"You try cooking when all the food supplies got turned into a monster yesterday." Chris growled, "Chef had to shop locally."
"There are no stores here." John replied.
"Exactly." Chris nodded before picking up a megaphone, "NOW GET YOUR SORRY BUTTS TO THE MESS HALL BEFORE THE FOOD MELTS THROUGH THE FLOOR AGAIN!"
The six campers took off quickly and John's helmet fell to the ground in the rush.
"I love this thing." Chris sighed kissing his megaphone.
Mess hall
The six campers stood at the window between the kitchen and the dining room staring at the food Chef had just put on it.
"What?" Chef demanded as Luke's jaw dropped.
"Is that supposed to be green?" Jill asked.
"What did you go shopping in a Dr. Seuss book?" John demanded.
"I had to harvest them myself, Now take your darn breakfast sandwiches and sit your butts down!" Chef ordered angrily.
"But why are you serving breakfast for lunch?" Spader asked.
"NOW!" Chef roared making all six camper grab their food and rush to the tables.
"this is going to suck." Spader muttered as he was about to sit down next to John but he was stopped by Teresa grabbing his arm.
"Just going to talk to him for a few minutes." Teresa smiled as the other four looked at her curiously.
"What could be so important we can't hear it?" Jill asked suspiciously as the three guys nodded.
"Winter." Teresa replied.
"Okay." Jill nodded, "I'll let it slide."
Teresa pushed Spader to the other table and sat him down.
"What couldn't Winter tell me?" Spader asked.
"This isn't about Winter Spader!' Teresa exclaimed quietly, "We are two against their four."
"Last time I checked it was you, Jill and Terrance vs. Me and the guys." Spader replied making Teresa put her face in her hands in frustration.
"Okay, think about before we hit the merge, what was your alignment?" Teresa asked.
"The Wicked Weasels." Spader replied before it hit him, "Wait are you implying the other four are going to plan to take us out?"
"yes." Teresa nodded.
"Then why the heck did you leave them alone together?" Spader asked motioning to the other table.
"Not important, this is the plan, we have to take out a falcon tonight, preferably Terrance or Jill." Teresa explained.
"Duncan seemed to do okay by himself with five other people from the other team." Spader stated, "He was only taken out for being a threat."
"That was season one Spader, wake up and smell the roses." Teresa growled.
"The food smells like bad breath actually." Spader replied.
"Spader, We are outnumbered." Teresa growled.
"I hate to disagree but I don't think they feel like plotting today." Spader replied, "They'll be looking to take out the biggest threat, also known as Jill and Terrance."
"And who's the second biggest threat?" Teresa asked.
"Oh that's easy, that's you." Spader replied.
"Let's say Jill goes tonight and I go tomorrow, that leaves three really tight guys and you, you go home." Teresa replied, "We need to work together."
"Let's see where the cards fall first, you can't play a hand you don't posses." Spader argued, "If Jill wins I'm voting Terrance, If Terrance wins I'm voting Jill. Here's hoping Jill wins, Terrance goes home, then we continue to target Jill and the final four is you and me vs. Luke and John."
"Fine, but remember that we need to keep each other updated." Teresa stated.
"Understood." Spader nodded, "Let's get back to the others before they notice your wild arm waving."
Confessional
Teresa: Spader doesn't seem to get that you need a developed strategy, we need the playing field to be even when the final four comes along, I'll advance my game by advancing his.
Spader: Everyone's formulating a hit list right now, mine is Terrance, Jill, Teresa. Final three is my alliance and all I have to do is win immunity and I can choose who'd be easier to bring to the finale.
"Is anyone else feeling sick?' Luke asked as the four former Falcons sat waiting fro Spader and Teresa to return.
"No, because I haven't eaten anything." jill replied as she bent the spoon she'd been given back and forth waiting for the cheap metal to snap when she did it too much.
"You're going to starve that way!" Terrance exclaimed.
"I'd rather not puke my guts out and be even hungrier." Jill replied, "We only have to put up with five more days of this at the most then we'll be feasting on Steak, ribs-"
"Corn." John smiled.
"Salads made of lettuce." Luke added.
"Fruit." Terrance smiled.
"And Pizza." Jill concluded as all four smiled in happiness at the thought of real food.
"Sorry about the wait." Teresa apologized as Spader climbed into the seat between John and Luke while Teresa sat next to Jill, "What were you guys plotting, I mean what were you guys talking about?"
"Food." jill replied.
Confessional
Teresa: She couldn't come up with a better lie? Really?!
So what was so important we couldn't hear about it?" Terrance asked.
"Private business between Spader and Winter." Teresa replied taking a bite of her sandwich and recoiling at the taste.
"Careful it tastes like my grandmother's wine." Luke warned.
"You drink wine?" Jill asked.
"No but if my mom dumps it down the sink whenever we get some then it must be bad." Luke replied, "Apparently she doesn't do something properly and it end up tasting bad r something, I personally am not going to risk ever trying it."
"So what's up with you guys?" Teresa asked pushing her food away.
"Just trying to get over screwing Winter out of the game." Jill replied as she finally snapped the spoon and threw the pieces over her shoulder, "I wish it hadn't come to me playing that idol but I wanted to keep competing."
"No one blames you Jill." Teresa replied.
"That's what you think, I bet there's at least one forum out there that wants me dead!" Jill exclaimed creepily.
"That's why I love her." Terrance grinned, "It's never boring."
"What do you guys think the fans think of us?" Luke asked.
"I have no clue, they probably want me out since I'm not really good at the game." John replied with a sigh.
"They probably love me." Terrance explained, "Kind of like how people love those weirdos in cartoons."
"Since I caused Winter's elimination they may resent me for the next few episodes but they'll get over it eventually." Jill shrugged, "But people forgive and forget."
"I literally have no idea what people think about me." Spader sighed, "I don't really talk to that many people so I have no clue what will happen."
"People are probably split on me, they probably hate some things and like others." Luke sighed resting his face in his hand.
"hey don't feel bad, we like you." Terrance smiled.
"You wouldn't if you knew everything." Luke sighed.
"Don't put up with put downs." Terrance stated happily, "If part of your brain is bullying you just kill it with an imaginary sword."
"I don't even know what you started talking about." Luke replied.
"Well you see-" Terrance started but was interrupted.
CRASH!
"You heard the gong, lunch is over, get your butts down to the dock of shame pronto!" Chef ordered sticking his head out of the kitchen window.
Confessional
John: What do my fans think of me, Do I even have fans, I really didn't think I'd have any until my daredevil career took off. But hey maybe some kid out there will send me some mail, or maybe a bunch of kids. I dunno, but if I was watching this show I'd want me gone too.
Luke: I'm pretty sure fans hate Sly for being a stupid, rude, carbon copy of Mal. (Note that I actually published this fic before All Stars was aired and that Sly has no ties to Mal in any way.)
Jill: So far I've won an advantage, Kicked butt, and set myself up for victory, but victory is bittersweet. If I win immunity Terrance is definitely on the chopping block. Teresa may be my ally but she's no idiot. I just have to keep winning and me and her can remain tight.
Dock of Shame
Chris leaned against the sign for Wawanakwa waiting for the campers to show up, Jesslyn was hastily setting up the finish buoy for when the contestants finished.
"Are you sure boat racing was something Romans did?" Jesslyn asked.
"No but it's good for ratings, it's like how Disney made Pocahontas an adult it just works." Chris replied.
"Whatever." Jesslyn muttered.
Their conversation was interrupted by six people wearing Tunics.
"Absolutely great timing." Chris grinned before turning to the water, "INTERNS HAVE YOU FINISHED CHUMMING YET?!"
"No!" Wallace yelled from a boat in the lake.
"That's it, STEVEN CHUM THE WATER!" Chris yelled.
"Who's Steven?" Jill asked.
Luke shrugged and turned his attention back to Chris.
"During the Roman period they conquered much of Europe. But before they conquered the north they had to conquer the Mediterranean." Chris explained in a very excited manner, "This region was said to be home to something called the Sea of Monsters, a Greek myth turned Roman. In this treacherous Bermuda triangle-ish area monsters roamed, the second part of your challenge is to use these small sailing ships to navigate our water obstacle course."
The campers turned their heads and noticed the water off the shore about two hundred feet away was a sea of pointed rocks, towers with interns perched on them, and random ripples that's showed something lurked beneath the waters.
"We've stocked our course with all the Wawanakwa favorites, Psychotic killer man eating sharks, Stinging Jellyfish, A completely repaired Sea monster." Chris grinned as the robot monster Izzy had been Driving was dumped into the water, "Fang, A giant octopus, and snapping turtles. Won't this be fun?!"
"... No!" John exclaimed, "Not at all!"
"I don't know how to sail." Luke protested.
"Silence!" Chris ordered, "Last boat standing wins, we won't even teach you how to drive, and if you just sit there the interns in our towers will shoot with the ever popular leech."
"This is inhumane!" Terrance exclaimed.
"All of you signed a contract allowing it." Chris replied holding out a large legal document, "This is perfectly legal here, so long as you don't die we can't get sued."
Silence.
"any questions?" Chris asked as hands raised up all over the place, "No? Then get to your boats!"
Confessional
John: Sea of monsters? Does that even sound like somewhere I'd even consider going? The forest is dangerous enough for someone like me!
Terrance: The sea of monsters was always an awesome place to read about, no one knew where it was but it likely had the same problem as the Bermuda triangle, Methane coming from the earth's crust, it makes the water green and causes mist, not to mention it makes water lighter so boats just sink in it!
Teresa: This Lake of monsters is exactly what I've been dealing with all season, BRING IT ON!
The six boats were actually easy to control, the driver simply had to pull on two ropes to turn the boat right or left using the sail. it was cheap for sure but it was at least controllable. Each boat was marked with its driver's colour and the boats were sized to make it easier for each camper to steer with John's being the smallest and Terrance's being the biggest. Every boat had been piloted to a particular spot in the lake where the entrance to the pointed stones sat like a kid's mouth missing the two front teeth on the lower jaw.
"WHO'S READY TO GET MAIMED OR SERIOUSLY INJURED?!" Chris yelled through his megaphone as a speedboat driven by Wallace pulled up next to the small sailing ships.
"I'm not, what's my reward for winning the last part of the challenge?" Jill asked with a smirk.
"At the end of your run we'll bump your ranking up a spot." Chris replied, "So if you're one of the final two boats we'll just stop the challenge and you will get first pick of weapons in part three."
"Cool." Jill grinned happy with her reward.
"If I die, will you recover my body?" John asked.
"Possibly." Chris replied, "I see it as anything that falls in the lake is mutant food."
"You're sick." John muttered turning back to the controlling ropes of his ship.
"Well is that all the complaints because I'd like to start this challenge." Chris exclaimed, "On your marks, Get Set, GO!"
The six campers opened the masts of their sailing ships and the boats began to move forward slowly. In particular Teresa's took off quickly.
"HA HA!" Teresa laughed as she passed through the hole in the jutting rocks and began her first turn, however her boat began rocking and she noticed something she hadn't seen from shore, in the middle of the course was a giant whirlpool that sucked the water downwards, even if you stopped your boat would be sucked into the rocks and smash open, "Oh god!"
Teresa began steering harder to the left as Luke and Jill entered the course at the same time and noticed the whirlpool.
"Holy mother of god is that freaky." Luke groaned as he began steering towards Jill harder and she steered away so their boats didn't smash one another open. The last thing either wanted was to be sucked to the bottom of that whirlpool.
The wildlife however seemed okay with the spinning vortex of terror. Mutant seagulls had begun to gather on the sharp rocks and even on the Hull of John's boat.
"SHOO!" John screamed as he entered the course behind Spader but the birds simply squawked in annoyance.
"John don't provoke them!' Spader ordered.
"How?" John asked making Spader turn his head and notice one had landed on his head, "They have paralyzing venom don't they?"
"Just don't make any sudden movements." Spader replied, "Just focus on steering."
"Actually you should focus on steering." John replied as Spader looked ahead and veered his boat to the left narrowly avoiding a bunch of sharp rocks.
"This isn't so bad." Luke stated as he passed Jill and maneuvered his boat right behind Teresa.
As we all know it's bad luck to say that, luckily for Luke bad luck gravitates towards John.
As if his words had summoned it the robotic lake monster rose from the water right behind John and roared, this caused all the seagulls to go ballistic and begin flying around in a panic.
"WHY ME?!" John screamed as he ducked under a seagull that knocked his helmet into the water.
"Chef you can go back for a while, this should be enough." Chris smiled as he spoke into a walkie talkie.
The Sea monster sunk back below the waves but the seagulls continued to freak out some hitting each other midair.
Teresa had pulled far ahead of the others and was passing under the first tower which had an intern with a leechball gun perched on top in case anyone stopped their boat, however the next obstacle was what stood between the chef and victory. She had the simply complex task of somehow navigating across the whirlpool.
"Uh, how am I supposed to do this?" Teresa asked hesitating before she began her movement through the watery deathtrap.
The pull of the water was exceptionally hard, it didn't help that there were sharks swimming in it either as if the water didn't affect them. Teresa didn't know how to navigate whirlpools but she assumed she'd have to circle a few times in order to build up enough momentum to escape. So that's what she started to do.
Unfortunately that whirlpool was about to get a little crowded as Luke entered the rotation and began trying to steer out not aware that he needed momentum.
"Luke, try going around a few times." Teresa suggested as Luke was pulled dangerously close to the middle of the whirlpool.
"Okay." Luke nodded taking her advice as he passed a large rock and began following Teresa around. However those sharks weren't taking kindly to him being near them and with a huge lurch the boat began rocking as they began smashing their heads into it.
"Are these boats wooden or metal?" Luke asked nervously.
"I dunno." Teresa shrugged before Luke's boat shuddered again and began sinking.
"They punctured my hull! How?" Luke demanded as his boat was drawn closer to the center of the whirlpool.
"What part of mutant sharks don't you get?" Teresa demanded as she pulled her boat sharply to the right and exited the whirlpool just as Luke's went under carrying him with it.
"Hey Chris is Luke going to be okay?" Spader demanded as he passed under the intern tower.
"He'll be fine, Chef will eat him." Chris replied as the metallic sea monster swallowed the boy whole and continued on its merry way.
"Ew." Jill gagged before she entered the whirlpool and went directly near the center before she took off across the other side in a matter of seconds.
"How did you?" Teresa demanded with a gasp whipping her head around to stare at her opponent.
"I know how to sail these types of things." Jill shrugged before her boat rear ended Teresa's, "Sorry! Too much momentum!"
Teresa grinned and lowered her masts slightly causing Jill to bump into the chef's boat again. One boat was sure to take more damage and the delicate hull of Jill's boat would likely be on the sorry end of the deal.
"What are you doing?" Jill demanded as Teresa snickered.
"I'm avenging Winter!" Teresa exclaimed, "This won't hurt our alliance will it?"
"Not at all!" Jill replied.
Confessional
Jill: Yeah, yeah it will! What do you think you can go through a game punching someone and not get any response?! At some point the person is going to hit back! I hit back!
Jill smirked and lowered her sails lightly before noticing a small dent in the rear of Teresa's ship.
"Hey Teresa!" Jill called.
"Yeah?" Teresa asked before Jill rammed her boat and the pointed hull of the Knight's boat smashed a gaping hole in Teresa's ship just as the two reached a wide corner and Jill begun passing her as the boat took on water.
"Won't strain our alliance at all!" Jill exclaimed in a sarcastic voice before continuing.
"Should have expected this." Teresa sighed as her boat begun to sink faster and faster.
Meanwhile at the whirlpool Terrance and Spader were circling widely like Teresa had, Terrance had much more momentum and was almost done while Spader was about a minute behind him. John however was moving very slowly as all the seagulls had landed on either his boat or him, if he moved to much they'd likely bite him and he'd be out for the count.
"EASY DOES IT JOHN!" Spader exclaimed as he passed the entrance to the whirlpool, "EASY DOES IT!"
As Spader encouraged John Terrance broke loose of the whirlpool and made his way towards where Teresa was gloomily waiting for the Chef driven sea monster to show up so she could get off her barely surfaced wreck.
"Jill?" Terrance asked.
"Jill." Teresa nodded.
"Of course." Terrance smirked rolling his eyes.
Terrance began to catch up to Jill and noticed the next big obstacle in the way. what seemed like two large rock walls that had a very narrow space between them, anyone not trying to control well would wind up scrapping the side of their boat open. Jill seemed to have no trouble though, as if she hadn't standardized herself as the biggest threat already she was now almost clear of the rock walls.
"How is she so good at this?" Terrance asked himself glancing back to see Spader following him while John circled the whirlpool with sharks trailing behind him and birds all over his boat.
Confessional
John: Truth be told I think the only reason I didn't go down first was because I have experience with boats, my dad and me used to go fishing before he became my principle... and old. I'm not kidding there or making fun of him either, he's ten years older than my mom.
Spader gulped as he stared up at the next obstacle looming over him. Terrance was managing his way through it with a wobble but it was clear he had enough skill to make it through without ripping off titanic. In the water below the two boys were ships that the interns had tried to pilot through the craggy coast but had failed, so even if you did crash the water would eat you up and await its next victim.
"Easy it does it." Terrance muttered as he entered the most narrow part of the area and heard the crack of a rock falling down into the surfaced trench, "Is someone up there?"
As if to answer his question a head popped up from the top of the cliff, it was an adorable racoon face.
"Toxic waste didn't turn everything into a blood hungry beat I guess." Terrance shrugged before a second head popped up, then a third, and a fourth, and so on. after a few seconds there were like twenty heads and they began to snake out into the canyon. and by snake I mean they were attached to long reptilian necks that must have been twenty feet long each. Suddenly the mutant racoon wasn't looking so cute.
"What is that?" Spader demanded before all twenty heads fixed on him.
"Be quiet!" Terrance ordered, "It didn't bother Jill so if we make no noise it will leave us alone."
True to his word the beast just stared at them as they quietly made their way through. Too bad Spader was too distracted by it and his boat hit the rock wall with a loud crunch.
All twenty heads made an aquatic roaring sound before descending and beginning to rip Spader's mast apart.
"They're after me!" Spader yelled before covering his mouth, all twenty heads were focused on him and they didn't look amused.
"KWAAA!" They roared in unison before one snatched Spader's helmet and he abandoned ship while the monster tore it apart.
"Looks like Spader's been attacked." Chris smirked as he looked at the destruction through a pair of binoculars, "But somehow John is still alive in our deathtrap of a obstacle course.
"I think Jill's about to enter octopus territory." Wallace stated and Chris giggled femininely before turning his binoculars back onto Jill.
Confessional
Terrance: Jill's awesome, I mean what girl have you known that can handle medieval weaponry and fight mutants for money?
Jill was in a wide area free of any obstacles whatsoever. It seemed like a relaxing pool where half goat half fish mutants sat on the rocks and gazed at her with dull eyes. It seemed too safe to be true, and as a matter of fact it was.
The first thing she noticed was the bubbling around her boat like something underwater was releasing all it's air. The warm air emitted by them made the wind in Jill's sails stop altogether and she was tuck smack dab in the middle of a lake.
"This can't be good." Jill sighed and true to her word a giant tentacle rose from the water, then another, and this continued until a head emerged in front of Jill. The last time she'd seen this it had tried to kill Cameron, and now it was going to try to kill her.
It's first move was to try and pick her up with its tentacle. However Jill was prepared and drew her sword slashing the end of it off.
"Back off foul demon!" Jill ordered poetically.
This just pissed the monster off more and instead of letting Jill slash it apart in an epic climax it smashed her boat and flung her into the water near the shore of lake Wawanakwa.
Terrance emerged from the canyon at this exact moment and drew the beast's attention.
"Aw man!" Terrance yelled as it smashed its body down in the wake and caused a massive wave to move towards Terrance. When it collided water and pieces of boat were flung everywhere after being smashed into the rocks. Terrance however smacked right into John, knocking him off his boat and making them both land in the water with a epic splash.
"AWESOME!" Chris cheered as his boat rocked lightly in the aftershock from the wave, "You all suck as boat drivers!"
Confessional
Teresa: And you suck at hosting!
Chrisiseum
The six campers were all dried off but still damp looking. Teresa's hair was frizzy and John's helmet would drip water every few seconds, but this didn't stop them from being bored looking as Chris sat in his throne being served fruit juice in a hollowed out pineapple.
"Welcome fighters." Chris grinned before taking a long sip of whatever he was drinking, "Are you ready for an all out brawl?"
"NO!" Everyone yelled.
"Zip it!" Chris ordered, "Today's challenge is a simple tournament to determine if you win immunity or not, you'll each engage in five battles, one against every opposing competitor. The winner of the most rounds gets immunity tonight, and you may want to try your hardest seeing as where you end up today determines a advantage or disadvantage tomorrow."
"So we just have to win the most battles?" Jill asked.
"Yes." Chris nodded.
"Cool." Jill grinned looking at her opponents with narrowed eyes.
"So who's fighting first?" Luke asked nervously.
"That shall be determined by my mystic random generator phone app." Chris stated, "Er I mean by my authentic roman magic mirror!"
"That's a German Fairy Tale!" Terrance explained.
"Don't care!" Chris yelled, "However for winning the last challenge John gets first pick of weapons!"
John turned and watched as an intern dragged over a weapon rack that contained many pieces assorted weaponry and armour that were either dull or didn't have sharp ends, no one would be hurt... Probably.
"Uh Chris there are Norse styled shields and English short swords in this weapon rack." jill stated.
"Well you see a gladiator battle isn't exactly fun when all the fighters are basically naked and have to stab each other with knives and nets so we added stuff like Whips, Longbows, Paintball guns, a EMP, and my personal favorite... HOOKS!" Chris exclaimed, "So try not to mutilate one another with this military grade weaponry we may have stolen from a museum."
"I'm getting the knight's armour." John stated walking to it and pulling it down, the armour was built for a taller person but John simply wore the chestplate and put chain mail on his legs.
"John remember to get something you can carry." Jill suggested.
"Why should I listen to you?" John demanded.
"I know weapons." Jill replied.
"... Right!" John exclaimed waddling to a nearby sword and picking it up before grabbing the Trident and finally a Norse shield, he looked like something kids would create if they broke into a museum and started messing with the displays.
"Champion Jill Select your attire!" Chris ordered as Jill approached the rack grinning before grabbing the glove she'd worn earlier and strapping it all up her forearm and flexing her hand, it was simply a band of metal encased in leather that would make her punches hurt but still allow her to hold a weapon. Seeing as she already had the armour Chris had supplied she skipped that section and started testing the weight of swords, eventually she settled on a heavy bladed one and moved on before picking a lightweight shield.
"That's all your picking?" Luke asked.
"I want to be agile don't i?" Jill asked him.
Champion Terrance!" Chris announced, "Choose your weaponry!"
Terrance grinned as he picked up the net and then moved along to the body armour grabbing the only armour meant for the shoulder.
"Why does he look so happy?" Teresa asked Jill.
"It's like a gladiator game is my guess." Jill replied with a shrug, "He's never really acted like this before."
The two girls glanced at the boy who had just picked up a bow and was collecting all the arrows.
"I didnt know he knew how to use a bow." Jill commented, "He says he hates ranged weaponry."
"Terrance is a strategic player." Teresa replied, "It's likely he has a plan up his sleeve that even we can't understand."
Terrance grabbed a knife and finally a roman shield and walked back to the group with a silly grin plastered on his face.
"When you battle him attack quickly or the range will get you." Jill explained to Teresa who nodded in understanding.
Confessional
Jill: I'm no idiot, Giving Teresa advice on beating my boyfriend may have seemed weird seeing as she's likely trying to get us apart but look at it this way, Terrance told me he sucks with ranged weapons, he also told me he is an expert with knife fighting due to those years he'd use sticks against his friends when they pretended they were hunting legendary creatures. The Bow is a dud, he wants a quick and unplanned attack so he can easily beat them with the knife. So yeah i want to see who falls for that.
Spader looked over the dwindling rack of weapons, there were no shields left and most of the remaining weapons looked either too small or would be hard to attack with.
"So what am I supposed to use?" Spader asked.
"Find something." Chris replied with a shrug.
Spader gulped and grabbed a helmet that would cover his face before grabbing a spear and the lighter of the two remaining swords, nothing else would fit his weight category so he simply walked away and stood there with barely any materials.
"Well let's see what i can use." Teresa ginned grabbing the last bits of armour which consisted of a a sleeve of armour and a chest plate that looked Japanese. Among everything was also a katana, which was hidden well but Teresa noticed it and grabbed the weapon quickly, and finally she grabbed a small crossbow that had only three darts.
"Why didn't i notice the Katana?" Terrance asked himself smacking his forehead.
"Be afraid." Teresa grinned walking to the group.
"Okay Luke, go for it." Chris edged.
The only things left were a large and heavy sword, a slingshot, and military grade leechball weaponry that looked like it was about to fall apart.
"Maybe." Luke cringed grabbing the gun which fell apart and sprung leeches all over him.
"That must suck." Teresa cringed as Luke picked up the heavy sword and slingshot and walked to the group with a sigh.
"Let's see here." Chris muttered pulling out his phone and tapping it a few times, "Round one will be between Spader and Jill!"
Spader's eyes widened at the sound of this.
Confessional
Spader: I knew I'd have to fight her eventually but right now?! In the First Round! WHY?!
Jill: Spader is about as stable as a limp noodle in battle, and trust me that unlike Helga in the Super Smash Bros Challenge I do not get cocky and I always expect the worst outcome!
Round 1:
Jill stood on one side of the arena and Spader stood on the other, both stared each other down and readied their weapons. Neither made the first move.
Jill tightened her grip and Spader eyed up her Leather bound arm before copying her.
Jill cracked her neck and Spader tried to do the same but his helmet prevented.
"The little bugger is copying me." Jill muttered to herself before drawing her sword and readying her shield. Spader copied her stance but held his sword with both hands, his one weakness was his greatest defense and it looked like he had no clue what was about to come.
With a lightning fast reflex Jill darted to the left and began to circle Spader who just shifted and followed her but Jill suddenly changed direction and came flying at him giving him a good shove with her shield that knocked him to the ground and drove the air from his lungs, before he could even regain his bearings Jill's Sword flipped his helmet off and was pointed at his throat.
Jill took a look up at Chris who gave her a thumbs up and Jill lowered her sword and helped Spader up.
"Jill wins the first round!" Chris announced as Spader rubbed his butt with a cringing face.
"Sorry about that." Jill apologized as they walked towards the bleachers.
"It's all good." Spader groaned.
"Round two will be between Luke and John!" Chris announced as the two boys looked up upon hearing their names.
Confessional
John: Let's hope Chris doesn't release any surprises into the ring this time, Revenge of the Island's finale scared me!
Luke: I'm not sure if i need to engage John, He's pretty clumsy and will probably take himself out wearing all that armour.
John and Luke stood at a distance sizing one another up, John was over armoured and Luke was under armoured. Both had advantages and weaknesses.
"Try not to trip John!" Teresa yelled.
"I'll try!" John replied before he was interrupted by Chris.
CRASH!
"Oh look it's time to fight, stop staring and start hitting!" Chris ordered shooting glares at the two boys.
"Sorry about this John." Luke sighed picking a rock up and firing it at John with his slingshot. What would have normally bounced off harmlessly unbalanced John so he fell in the dirt and began rocking like a turtle trapped on its back.
"Well that was anticlimactic." Chris commented as Luke walked over to John and pointed the sword at his neck with a lot of strain. Chris waited a few seconds untl Luke's arms started wobbling before giving the thumbs up.
"I hate this game sometimes!" John yelled in rage.
"It's your own fault for selecting so much armour." Luke replied.
"I guess." John shrugged as he was helped up.
"The next round will be between Terrance and John!" Chris announced.
"But i just fought!" John complained.
"No you fell over, there's a difference." Chris stated dryly.
Confessional
Terrance: John should be an easy target, his strengths lie in defense but he lacks speed, dexterity, power, and basically every other important thing. He's like a Golett!
John: Okay Chris is kind of right, I'm not really the best at fighting, i tend to trip and injure myself more than my opponent. Just look at the smash bros challenge!
"Okay boys whenever you're ready." Chris explained, "But if you don't go quickly i'll be forced to release a mutant racoon into the arena, and no it's not the twenty headed one, and he likes canned food!"
John gulped as Chris gazed at him happily.
Terrance spared no time charging at John who dove to the side when Terrance passed, however Terrance turned on a dime and tackled John to the ground wrestling his sword from his hand and flicking his helmet off with the tip of his knife before holding it to the boy's neck and looking up at Chris.
"Can someone else fight, John is boring!" Chris exclaimed.
"HEY!" John complained but Chris ignored him and gave the thumbs down.
"Chris we can't legally kill them here." Chef stated from nearby.
Chris sighed and turned his thumb upwards as the two boys stood.
"Good fight,." Terrance nodded.
"GOOD?!" John laughed, "I suck!"
"Indeed." Chris replied, "The next fight will be between Terrance and Jill."
"Awesome!" Terrance laughed while Jill stood up and marched into the arena as John exited it.
Confessional
Jill: Terrance is a wildcard, he isn't a repetitive person, what he did to John is probably the opposite of what he'll do here, he has a strategy I'm no idiot.
Terrance: Time to see if my knife tactic will work properly, Jill is the least likely to fall for it but i have to try.
"Just because we're dating now don't expect mercy in this battle!" Jill taunted as she took a fighting stance.
"I won't." Terrance grinned notching an arrow and aiming it at Jill's head, if it hit it would be painful but wouldn't break skin.
Jill began moving to the left and Terrance did the same and both circled an invisible point with their eyes narrowed and weapons raised. They continued in this circular patter for a while with neither faltering once but with a sudden movement Terrance let loose his arrow and it flew past Jill with what looked like good aim. Jill dove in with this opening shield first and Terrance slung the bow over his shoulder and grabbed his net with his shield hand and his knife with his other hand. Jill dove forward and smashed her shield right into his and missed his foot by an inch with her shield, Terrance quickly threw her off before throwing the net which Jill knocked aside with practiced ease.
"You're better than I thought." Jill commented.
"I've had practice." Terrance shrugged driving his knife forward but having hi whacked aside by Jill's shield before she bashed it into his face knocking him back. Terrance wasn't done however and jumped to his feet circling towards Jill who was standing over his knife.
"Try it!" Jill dared.
"I will." Terrance replied pulling his bow off his back and notching another arrow.
"BACK OFF JILL!" Teresa yelled.
"That will only prevent me from winning." Jill replied coldly as she stared down Terrance.
The two stared for a few seconds before Jill darted forward and kicked the net Terrance had thrown at her at the boy's feet expertly tangling them before she darted in and slammed her shield into his knocking him over before pinning him and holding the sword over his heart.
"And Jill wins another battle!' Chris announced as Jill raised her arms in triumph while Terrance stood and collected his weapons.
"Great." Teresa sighed, "The more she wins the less chance we have of eliminating her."
"Our next battle will be between Terrance and Spader!" Chris announced.
"Three in a row?" Terrance asked.
"I haven't even competed yet!" Teresa exclaimed angrily.
"Be happy you have an advantage." Spader stated as he climbed down into the arena while Jill took his seat.
Confessional
Terrance: My battle with Jill was a bit exhausting but i'll make due, Spader isn't very armoured and that helmet reduces his vision in trade for protection, I'll use that to my advantage.
Spader: Terrance is the master of strategy, so I should be wary, however he is tired from his battle with Jill so maybe I can win... maybe.
Both boys stood opposite one another, Spader gulped as he drew his spear in hopes that he could counter Terrance's ranged attacks. Terrance on the other hand readied his knife behind his shield, Spear throwing wasn't quick in the least.
"Ready? FIGHT!" Chris announced and Terrance took off running directly at Spader catching the boy off guard and allowing Terrance to leap at him. Spader ducked and Terrance flew right over him and rolled for a few feet before popping back up and taking a defensive stance.
"I didn't sign up for this!" Spader yelled.
"YES YOU DID! PAGE SIX PARAGRAPH NINE!" Chris yelled, "Some people just can't read contracts can they?"
Spader tossed the spear which missed Terrance by a long shot and Spader drew his sword in hopes of defending himself. However Terrance charged forward and smashed Spader's sword arm away and held the knife to his chest before looking up at Chris thinking he'd won.
Spader didn't have any of that and swiped Terrance's feet from under him. Terrance rolled and popped back up before slamming full force into Spader with the shield disorientating him and knocking him to the ground.
Spader's helmet was flung off and a knife was held to his throat before he could even react.
"Terrance wins again!" Chris announced as Terrance bowed and smiled.
"Tied with Jill again.' Terrance smiled before helping Spader up.
"Champions John and Spader take the field!" Chris announced.
"Am I ever going to get to fight?!" Teresa demanded angrily, "At this rate i'll be fighting five times in a row."
"It's all luck." Jill shrugged.
"Quiet you!" Teresa growled.
Confessional
Spader: Maybe I can win this one, Fighting isn't exactly John's Forte.
John: Fighting isn't my thing, for some reason I'm always clumsy unless using a piece of sporting equipment
John waddled into the arena still weighed down by all the armour he was wearing while Spader picked up his spear and strapped it to his back before drawing his sword.
"Gladiators ready?" Chris asked looking at the two, "Okay then let's get this show on the road."
"We didn't even respond!" John complained before being knocked over by a whack from Spader's sword that sent the metal wrapped daredevil tumbling a few feet before he landed on his butt.
"I will win this for Winter!" Spader exclaimed.
"I didn't even do anything to her!' John exclaimed before Spader landed another hit that bounced off the chest plate harmlessly.
"Oh yeah, Armour..." Spader trailed as John drew his sword and held his mighty nose shield aloft.
"Victory is mine!" John exclaimed but the armour was too heavy and combined with the weight of the sword made the boy fall onto his back.
"This is lame." Chris commented, "FINISH NOW OR I RELEASE THE RACOON!"
"Please don't." Spader pleaded before John kicked him in the shin and he dropped his sword and clutched his shin in pain while hopping around.
"You're done once I stand up!" John threatened as he thrashed about.
"Dude give up." Spader exclaimed, "You're stck.
"I'm not stuck!" John growled before pausing, "Can you help me up?"
Spader sighed and flicked his helmet off before holding his sword to his throat.
"Spader wins and John loses!" Chris exclaimed, "Our next match is between Jill and John."
"SERIOUSLY!" Teresa yelled in anger, "I MEAN SERIOUSLY?!"
"You aren't alone." Luke stated dryly.
"You've at least fought once!" Teresa argued.
"Someone's cranky." Luke commented.
Confessional
John: ... May god have mercy on my soul and not blame me for stealing cookies when I was younger, they were delicious... And that's why I took them... I don't know where I'm going with this, just please don't let me die.
Jill: John was praying! Do I scare people that much? Cool!
John stared at Jill wide eyed as she casually leaned on her sword as if she wasn't worried about anything at all. It was unnerving.
"You can attack any time you want to." jill stated.
"it's a trap!" John exclaimed.
"How is this a trap?" Jill asked.
"I don't know, it just is!" John growled pulling his visor down and cowering behind his small shield.
"Pathetic." Chris commented, "Jill get this over with!"
"Do I have to?" Jill whined, "It's just too... Easy!"
"Don't care, fight or the racoon attacks tin can man!" Chris threatened slamming his fist on the arm of his throne.
Jill muttered about her host before marching over to John and whacking his unstable armoured body to the ground and planting her foot on his chest.
"Jill wins another battle!" Chris announced with way too much enthusiasm.
"Yay!' Terrance yelled which made the crowd look unamused.
"Our next match will be between Teresa and Jill!" Chris exclaimed.
"Finally!' Teresa smirked marching onto the field as John waddled to the stands with his armour creaking.
Confessional
Jill: Besides Terrance I know this will be the only battle I may lose, don't take it as being cocky, just look at the facts, Luke, John, and Spader.
Teresa: Jill's been fighting and I know for a fact that beating her will be no simple feat!
The girls took their places and Teresa whipped her katana out and began walking in a circular pattern to Jill's right, she was clearly sparing no time in letting Jill decide a strategy. Jill's response was to raise her shield and draw her sword, an odd move seeing as she seemed like much more of an offensive attacker.
"What are you up to?" Teresa muttered to herself as she drew nearer and nearer to where Jill was crouching with her sword hanging out from behind her shield.
Jill just sat there and Teresa leaped forward kicking the shield, Jill pushed back and managed to launch the girl backwards. Teresa landed on her butt and looked up to where Jill resumed her defensive posture, what was she doing exactly?
Teresa stood and began circling Jill. Jill never once wavered in keeping her shield pointed at Teresa. Thinking on her feet Teresa darted forward and tried to duck under the shield, Jill made a move to repeat the block from last turn and Teresa grinned in glee.
Too bad Jill was armed with a sword.
The shield came crashing down on her and she was knocked to the ground before Jill whipped her sword towards the cook's throat. Teresa rolled out of the way and bounced to her feet expecting Jill to resume her defensive stance and instead had a shield hurled at her stomach before Jill crashed into her with a ton of momentum making her fly backwards and slide across the ground.
"I'm not done yet!" Teresa panted as she stood up and staggered over to her opponent.
Jill shrugged and slugged her over the head knocking her to the ground hard.
"Sorry." jill apologized before holding her sword to her opponent's throat and winning yet another battle.
"Our next round will be between Luke and Terrance!' Chris announced.
"Cool!' Luke grinned marching into the arena with Terrance right behind him.
Confessional
Sly: Luke thinks this is a game, let's see what happens if I break gamer boy's arm! Oh I'm done with taking the back seat, this game is mine!
Terrance: Oddly enough I'm having fun with this challenge, I only have to fight Luke then Teresa and I'm home free! Final Five here I come!
The gong crashed and Sly began circling Terrance, although Terrance thought Luke was in control. He whipped the heavy sword out and began scraping it on the ground which confused Terrance.
"Dude what are yo-" Terrance started lowering his defense but Sly darted in and slammed the butt of his sword into Terrance's helmet denting it and making the gamer crumple to the ground.
"He won..." Chris trailed as Jill dashed to the arena and knelt down next to Terrance.
"Are you okay?" Jill demanded.
"If by okay you mean having a splitting headache, yeah I'm fine." Terrance grinned, "Nice play Luke!'
Sly didn't respond.
"Luke!" Terrance repeated.
No response.
"Luke?" Terrance asked.
"Stop calling me that!" Sly exclaimed before covering his mouth.
"Why?" Terrance asked confused, "Isnt that your name?"
Sly began laughing and walked away.
"If I give you a multiple choice question will I get a straight answer?" Terrance asked.
No response.
"What was that about?" Jill asked.
"I dunno." Terrance shrugged.
"Our next match will be between Teresa and Spader." Chris announced, "Any questions?"
"Can I just forfeit to avoid injury?" Spader asked.
"No." Chris deadpanned, "Get to your places.
Confessional
Spader: I'm not strong, I know I'm not strong, I'm not fast, I also know that, but I'm patient so i'll let her come to me.
Teresa: I need to blow off a little steam from Jill beating me, sorry Spader but you're that punching bag!
Teresa was moving the exact same way she had with Jill, like she couldn't sit still, so Spader rocked back and forth on his knees hoping he could block her. The key word was hoping. Teresa spared no time in charging forward in a zigzag pattern that was hard to follow so Spader just raised his sword and held it in front of him. Teresa however went for his legs and swept them out from under him. Spader rolled and held his spear aloft to try and block her only to have her slice it in half and kick the part tipped with the point out of his hands.
"I'm not giving up that easy!' Spader exclaimed rolling at her feet and knocking her face first into the dirt before popping back up just as Teresa jumped to her feet and began circling again. Her cheek had a nasty looking scrape on it that would probably still show weeks later.
"Dirty trick Spader, Dirty trick." Teresa growled with her eyes narrowed.
"I'm just trying to defend myself!" Spader exclaimed before Teresa charged and he did the only logical thing anyone in the situation would do... Scream and run.
Teresa may have been faster but Spader still stalled his own defeat by running away for a solid three minutes before she tackled him and won the round. Chris didn't seem impressed with her strategy in the least however.
"What was that?" Chris asked.
"What?" Teresa asked.
"Why didn't you just shoot him?" Chris demanded with a glare.
"Because I don't want to cause permanent damage." Teresa replied.
"Whatever!" Chris exclaimed, "The next battle is between Luke and Jill!"
"My final match." Jill grinned.
Sly grinned when she said this.
Confessional
Sly: It's like she was inviting me to break her neck! So I tried!
Jill: Luke's been a little off the last few hours, maybe he's had way too much sun. Or maybe that comment Chris made last night has actual meaning, is Luke suffering from a split personality? Hard to tell but I may as well try to exploit it for clarity.
Jill stood with her feet firmly planted and her shield and sword in hand as she stared down Sly. Sly narrowed his eyes and stared right back with the sword aloft. Luke would have had trouble but Sly seemed smarter than him.
"So who's going to make the first move?" Jill asked narrowing her eyes, "Because my boyfriend needs avenging."
With that being said Sly suddenly realized that maybe almost smashing Terrance's skull in wasn't such a hot idea when he was dating this psycho.
"Bring it on girly." Sly grinned.
Jill suddenly darted forward and Sly raised his sword ready to deal another smash to his opponents skull but when he dropped it Jill's shield caught it and she kicked him hard in the chest so he lost his grip on the heavy steel blade and fell to the ground with a thud. If he hadn't rolled out of the way the match would have been over there but Jill's sword cut a slice in the ground where his head had been.
"Get back here you little Gollum!" Jill yelled charging at him and giving chase. Seeing as Sly had no weapon he began backing up and tripped over his own feet allowing Jill to point her blade at his heart and win the match.
"Now that's more of a battle, Jill swept through all of you!' Chris smiled, "So she wins immunity tonight."
"So we don't have to battle anymore?" Spader asked hopefully.
"No, as I said earlier where you place today gives you an advantage and or disadvantage if you're still around tomorrow." Chris replied, "So the games continue."
"Great." Spader muttered.
"Next up it's Teresa vs. Terrance." Chris stated, "So get to your positions."
Confessional
Terrance: Time to see if Teresa tries to go in for close combat or stay away, either or this will be a close battle.
Teresa: I have confidence that if I get too close Terrance won't be able to use that bow, who knows what tactics he's devised for me.
"So want to give up now?" Teresa asked pointing at the massive dent in Terrance's helmet that was making it hard to wear.
"Nah." Terrance replied throwing it to the side and drawing his bow, "I still got you right where I want you!"
With an arrow pointed at her Teresa quickly decided a ranged attack wasn't the best option seeing as Terrance had a shield with him and could block her crossbow darts. So she darted in ready to overpower the only weapon he could use up close, his knife.
Little did she know that she was actually walking straight into a trap and the moment she got close enough Terrance whipped the net out from behind his shield and captured her in it before leaping forward and holding the knife at her throat while keeping her in place with his knee.
"Win." Terrance commented before standing up and walking over to everyone else with a big smile.
"Whoa." Teresa commented as she unwound the net, "Didn't expect that."
"Terrance has won three of his five battles bt it's not enough for immunity." Chris announced.
"My bad." Jill smirked waving her arm in dismissal.
"Or next match will be between Luke and Spader, try to win this time Spader." Chris explained.
"I beat John." Spader protested.
"And Teresa smashed your spear, now get to that field!" Chris ordered, "I have a date with my Jacuzzi later."
Confessional
Sly: Spader the apparent fan favorite might just be going home with injuries today.
Spader: Luke is my friend and all but he's been really vicious the last few battles he's been a part of, it's not him.
Spader and Sly stood opposite of each other both with their swords in hand staring one another down, neither had any other tricks up their sleeve and this would be a full on sword battle.
Sly gripped his sword tightly and started moving forward raising it with both hands, Spader followed suit but only used one hand to keep his sword up, the two clashed in the center of the arena and both swords clattered and caught on each other.
"WHAT?!" Sly demanded trying to loosen his sword but Spader was a step ahead of him and kicked his shin, "AURGH!"
"What is up with you Luke?" Spader demanded as he tried to get the upper hand by pushing his sword forward.
"Are you literally so dumb you haven't figured it out yet?" Sly laughed.
That pissed Spader off and he dealt the holy grail of cheat shots by kicking Sly in the crotch.
"ARRRRGGHHH!" Sly screamed falling to his knees just in time for Spader to push him over and hold the sword to his neck.
"So Chris was telling the truth, there are two people in that head." Spader hissed, "Which one is in control now."
"Smart one aren't you." Sly grinned standing up and dusting himself off, "Names Sly."
Sly held out his hand for a handshake and Spader took it only to have Sly pull him forward and sock him in the face.
"Dude!" Terrance exclaimed, "What was that?"
"Payback." Sly replied, "For figuring it out."
Terrance looked confused while Teresa and John looked shocked that Luke actually did have Dissociative identity disorder.
But revelations would have to wait seeing as Chris was running the show.
"Teresa, John, Fight now!' Chris ordered.
"But we just found out that!' John exclaimed.
"Do I look like I care?" Chris asked, "Because it will be good for ratings."
Confessional
John: Tania was telling the truth? That stoner was lying so much I just assumed that was a lie too! My god I've been staying in the same cabin as a jerk like that, and I had no idea.
Teresa: Twist ending! Did not see that coming, but I can't worry about it, I need his vote to take the power couple out, then he gets my vote.
It was clear the two fighters were distracted and Chris seemed annoyed by the fact they were so he took matters into his own hands.
CRASH!
"FIGHT!"
CRASH!
"FIGHT!"
CRASH!
"OKAY WE GET THE MESSAGE!" Teresa yelled in anger.
"Then FIGHT!" Chris yelled.
"fine!" Teresa exclaimed before she plowed into by John who bounced off harmlessly and landed on his back like a turtle again.
"WHY?!" John demanded as Teresa won in a matter of seconds.
"And that leaves..." Teresa trailed before a rock hit the back of her head and Sly grinned at her.
"Me." Sly smirked, "What are you going to do princess?"
Teresa turned around crossbow in hand.
"Ooh I'm so scared!' Sly taunted before the dart hit his forehead leaving a nasty bruise.
Teresa marched over and picked him up by the shirt.
"Where's Luke you brat?!" Teresa demanded shoving him against the wall.
"Somewhere inside, I dunno, haven't heard from him in a while." Sly shrugged, "Maybe I made him disappear."
Teresa punched him and he slumped to the ground unconscious.
"I really hate that rat." Teresa grumbled shaking her fist.
Camp
Teresa, Spader, and John sat at a picnic table in the center of camp with a deck of playing cards. They were all silent and simply continued their game. It was obvious that they were all upset about Luke's alter ego.
John placed a card down and sighed.
"Something on your mind?" Teresa asked breaking the silence.
"Who do we vote for?" John asked putting his cards down and sitting back, "We have the power couple and Luke's alter ego, who do we eliminate?"
"What's a better strategy?" Teresa asked.
"It's always strategy with you isn't it?" John demanded, "Why can't you just perform a vote morally, what if this Sly character hurts someone else?"
John pointed at Spader who cover the black eye Sly had given him with embarrassment.
"I don't feel safe." John exclaimed.
"John, trust me, Luke's a good guy." Spader stated, "We can try to figure out what triggers Sly, like how Mike-"
"You do realize this is a mental disorder!' John exclaimed, "Not every patient has the same cure, Sly isn't brought out by anything, he just shows up then goes away!"
"John we can try-" Spader started but fell silent.
"What?" John asked before turning around and seeing Luke standing there, "Hi Luke."
"What are you guys talking about?" Luke asked, "It sounded intense."
"N-Nothing of importance." John stammered, "Just the vote."
"I thought the plan was to take out the power couple." Luke stated, "You did discuss this with everyone."
"Yes but Terrance is our friend unlike someone today." John grumbled making Luke confused before he shrugged and sat down.
"I know it seems tough but those two are a solid vote of two, they're dangerous." Luke explained, "What happens if one of us goes and someone decides to buddy up with them?"
"You're right Luke, but there are only six of us and we all get along." Teresa explained, "So it's getting really hard to decide who goes and who stays."
"I guess." Luke shrugged, "Let me know if anything changes then."
"We will." Teresa nodded as Luke stood and walked away.
"I'm scared." John stated when Luke got out of hearing range, "What if he really hurts someone?"
"We'll only have to put up with him for one more challenge." Teresa explained, "Is that okay?"
"... I guess." John sighed, "I'd rather go all the way than stop here and lose tomorrow."
"There now you're using that noggin!' Teresa grinned.
Confessional
John: I'm not convinced that Sly isn't dangerous, when we let him stay I assure you we'll regret it, but Teresa does have a point, four votes is better than two.
Teresa: John is always sceptical, I think that could be a threat later on, I've noticed he doesn't play strategically but instead uses what he thinks is right, good in the early game but here it isn't such a good thing.
Spader: I'd like to vote Sly out but then Luke would have to go without an explanation. I think it would suck to lose for nothing you did wrong.
Boy's Cabin Porch
"Well I'm screwed." Terrance stated as he watched ants crawl across the ground in front of his cabin.
"No you aren't." Jill replied, "Stop talking like that."
"Look at the facts!' Terrance stated, "Four to two, I must accept the odds."
"You don't have to." Jill replied, "You could always look for a way around them."
"It's who I am Jill, I'm a pessimistic person, the worst possible outcome is what I always think about, and really that isn't such a bad thing." Terrance explained, "This way I'm never disappointed with the outcome."
"Well then I'm going to miss you." Jill sighed, "Would you prefer a clean sweep?"
Terrance nodded, "It's for the best, John or Spader might waver and we'll just go through this stress all over again, I didn't expect to win and I'm glad about where I finished."
"Good to know." Jill nodded, "You'll be cheering for me?"
"Definitely." Terrance nodded, "Who else would I cheer for?"
Jill just smiled at him sadly.
Confessional
Terrance: This could very well be my final confessional of the season, you know looking at this outhouse again, it really is a staple of Total Drama, and I'm one of the few people to have ever used it. Lucky me.
Jill: My boyfriend is still my enemy in the game, he's right, I should vote for him, you saw him today and we all know he's kind of a threat this deep into the game. Well played Teresa, you forced my hand tonight and no I won't be letting it go.
Bonfire pit
The final six sat around the campfire with varying amounts of stress on them. John looked absolutely distraught while Teresa looked calm and collected but the odd twitch of her eye gave away that she was secretly nervous. Luke looked upset and Spader looked bored. Overall everyone looked like they might be ready to leave except Jill who had conveniently won the Challenge.
"Well it's been a long season." Chris smiled, "All of you have had victories and loses."
Some of the campers shifted nervously.
"Mona, Theodore, Billy, Vanessa, Emily, Cole, Alexa, Helga, Greg, Kai, Patrice, Clyde, Summer, Julia, Pete, Winter, and finally one of you will join the fallen as the seventeenth camper to be eliminated." Chris explained building suspense, "With two wicked Weasel's left are they the targets? There are only two girls left, are they the targets? Or is it Terrance and Jill because they're dating? Or heck is it Luke because he's also two people?"
"DUDE!" luke exclaimed.
"We know Luke." Teresa stated.
"Oh..." Luke trailed looking suddenly scared.
"Tonight I have five marshmallows and only one of you will be without it, but first the vote." Chris announced, "Luke you're up first."
Confessional
Luke: They know, Great, just great, I'm voting Terrance because I want to win and earn the money to afford someone to help me with Sly!
Teresa: I'm voting for Terrance, he's a threat, the only bigger threats are me and Jill, and Jill's unavailable and I want to win.
Jill: Terrance wants me to vote for him, but is that right? I mean he wouldn't do it to me so why should I stab him in the back like this... (Static cuts her off)
"When you don't receive a marshmallow you must immediately walk the dock of shame, board the boat of losers and leave Total Drama Island Forever!" Chris announced, "And you can't come back, and there are no idols!"
The campers all turned to Chris intently.
"The fist marshmallow goes to... Jill." Chris stated tossing the marshmallow to the knight.
Jill caught it happily and looked around at the others sad one would be going.
"Teresa." Chris continued as the last Wicked Weasel's girl caught the marshmallow with the upmost happiness, "Spader."
Spader stood and had the marshmallow thrown at him so he simply sat down after it bounced off his head and onto the ground he just sat down.
"John." Chris grinned flicking the marshmallow at John's forehead before turning to Luke and then Terrance, "This is the last marshmallow of the evening boys, one of you has overstayed your time here, I can finally say that the final marshmallow of the night goes to...

... Luke." Chris concluded tossing the final marshmallow to the boy with the split personality, "Terrance boat of losers is that way."
"I had fun." Terrance concluded standing up and waving to everyone before turning to Jill, "Win for me."
"I will." Jill nodded before leaning forward and kissing him. They probably would have stayed like that forever if Chef hadn't grabbed Terrance by the collar of the shirt and dragged him away.
"Bye!' Jill called as Terrance waved back before he was tossed in the boat roughly and Chef climbed aboard.
"Farwell guys, don't kill one another!' Terrance suggested before the boat disappeared in the rising fog and it would return with one less passenger.
"Get some rest." Chris ordered, "Because if I have anything to say about it tomorrow is going to be absolutely brutal."
The remaining five gulped before walking back to camp.
Camp
The final five were on the trail towards the crossroads when Luke started laughing.
"What are you snickering about Luke?" Jill asked, "Terrance is gone."
"Exactly." Luke grinned, "And guess who's in the drivers seat."
"Sly." John guessed.
"Yes, and you just made me a member of the final five." Sly grinned, "I'll do anything to win this game, and if you get in the way..."
He made the slitting of the neck motion before laughing cruelly.
"Oh I will have the million I will." Sly grinned before marching to his cabin laughing.
"Pact to get him out?" Spader asked.
"Agreed." Everyone nodded.

And so goes my beloved gamer, truth be told I didn't like writing for him until I started taking his stereotype to advantage, my purpose with this character was to be completely different from Sam, I achieved that no? But yeah Terrance was one of my favorites, he was like the ultimate geek/nice guy, actually if I had to compare him to anyone, Sheldon Cooper, yeah the whole oblivious thing was hilarious to write. People complained that he and Jill weren't together that's how perfect they were, and mostly because Terrance was believable, you wanted him to succeed and to win but I'm pretty sure everyone knew deep down that he wouldn't win. Terrance was kind of that person you would have seen win if the final five didn't exist and specific members in particular, instead of changing who he was to make friends he simply drew them in with his odd habits and way of thinking. Overall a great character and I'm happy he made the final six, even if he would've done awesome in the next challenge.
Who doesn't like gladiators? I had this challenge in mind since the start, I wanted an all out chariot race with gladiator fights that just encompassed everything I love about ancient Rome and you know what I think this chapter might be the last super long one, it was fun to write, the reason it was slow to come out was because I hit a patch of writers block halfway through the boating part, however I didn't waste my time there, guess what I finished? My first chapter of Total Drama Boney Island, Publishing September First 2014. It's got Hterophobes, a over the top religious jerk, Tania and Katharine, and even a girl with extreme ADHD! So if you like my writing now it's even better there. So see if you have time and check it out once Summer comes to an end!
Terrance, Winter, and Pete need fanmail, so send some in people, it always appears in story and I give you credit for it, ask your fav characters awesome questions, oh and don't forget to vote on my poll while you're at it!
See you guys next time with another awesome chapter of Total Drama Return to the Island!
