"I have to go," I stated out loud as I grabbed my leather jacket and stood up.

"What? Sherry, where are you going?" Stefan tried to stop me and I could feel the Mikaelsons' gazes on me. I was still surprised that they'd decided to stay here with me. I thought that they'd be celebrating their reunion by now.

Kol and Rebekah had managed to convince Klaus to release Elijah so they were all present now except for Finn. According to the reactions I'd received from the siblings, my guess was that Finn was their least favourite sibling.

"I think that Sam and Dean are in trouble," I told him the truth, "They haven't picked up my phone since I've tried calling them."

"I know, but aren't you supposed to wait until your backup reaches here?" He asked.

I sighed, sitting down again with my head in my hands, "I am. I just can't stop feeling like there's something wrong."

Looking over at John, I felt that feeling of dread creeping back up inside me. "How about I sit here and you go wait outside?"

I nodded my head agreeing with him, "Thanks for being here Stefan." I was going to continue thanking him but Stefan didn't let me continue.

"You know that you don't have to say that to me," Stef said, putting his hand on my shoulder, "I'll do anything for you."

I smiled and nodded my head. I knew that, and Stefan knew that I would do anything for him too.

So I walked out and thanked the Mikaelsons instead, surprised at how decently they were behaving. They hadn't hurt a soul in this hospital or anywhere else either.

"You do know that I was just boasting when I told you that I drank him dry, love," Kol remarked, "I was actually planning on getting some information out of him, so I wouldn't have killed him anytime soon."

"Well, I'm glad you didn't kill him," I mumbled with a sigh, "I don't think the Winchesters could take anymore losses."

"And what about you?" Elijah asked.

"What about me?" I raised my eyebrow answering his question with another question.

Elijah gave me that small, charming side smile that only he could give and said, "Forgive me if I am wrong but I have noticed that you seem on edge and different than when we last met."

"I am," I told him honestly, "It's been a very long week and I feel like I haven't slept for a month. Add to that all the drama that I've put up with, and I think I need a vacation from all of this."

"Wasn't that why you ran away?" A familiar voice echoed through the room and when I looked up I saw who it was.

"Lockwood, my man," I grinned, standing up and walking towards him.

"Sup, girl," Tyler asked as high fived, "Never thought I'd see you again."

"Well I was going to come back," I started off.

"Yeah you can stop right there," Another familiar voice greeted me, "with the lies."

"Jeremy!" I practically pounced on him, "What are you doing here?"

"I decided to tag along with Ty," Jeremy replied with a shrug, "and I'm not the only one."

I stepped back in shock as I saw Caroline and Bonnie walking towards us and mumbled a 'no way' before going up to hug them. But like Jeremy had mentioned before, he wasn't the only one who'd decided to tag along.

I could hear Stefan's surprised gasp right next to me.

"Damon?"

"Elena?"

"Stefan?!"

A/N: Alright you guys. Here's another chapter! I figured that I couldn't leave this story with the amount of chapters that it has and decided to round it off to 30 chapters. So the next chapter will be the last one for sure and after that I'll work on the sequel for this. I know that updating has been slow for this fic and it's gotten confusing sometimes but I've worked it all out now. I hope you've enjoyed this story so far and are looking forward to the last chapter as much as I am!
