They say it was nothing short of a miracle. Fox McCloud lived, walked away from an accident that should have been nonetheless fatal. The medics couldn't understand it and medical science couldn't explain it. If they had to guess, the medics would say that his brain suffered too much trauma and forced the body to shut down, or that the force of impact his body made with the truck exploded his vital organs on the inside. Regardless Fox McCloud did not have a pulse when the medics got there, and was pronounced dead with good reason. But he came back, he came back from the dead and has moved on from that since then.

It had only been a few days, but they were a very confusing time for those around him. You would think to believe that the vulpine would question why he was alive, or how he was so cheery after a near death experience that quite frankly should have claimed his life, but he wasn't. The ones confused were his friends, and not himself. He was all smiles and cheery, it was clear someone was looking out for him up in the heavens, a guardian angel. Fox remembered everything from his time in the afterlife, and he hadn't forgotten the new lessons he learned about life. But his friends were more than clueless, about him and themselves.

Miyu now fully realized that her obsession with Fox was flat out dangerous, and she avoided him if nothing else for his sake. However that didn't stop Fox from trying to keep their bond strong. Miyu realized that his death was sealed from the very beginning, when she suggested the contest for his heart and in the end it cost him his life. Miyu took a long time to think, and even though it hurt in a way perhaps the friends' destiny was to be just that, friends for life and nothing more. Fox could read in between the lines and that's when he got to thinking. Miyu needed some comfort other than himself, and so he directed Wolf to try and regrow the bound they used to share. At first it was hard, she didn't believe him and was sarcastic and rude whenever he tried to give a nice gesture to her. Fox talked with Miyu to believe in him like she believed in the vulpine, and gave his word that he had changed for the better. It wasn't easy, but as time went by they were getting closer and closer almost back to how they were before. For the first time in a long while, Miyu could say she was happy, truly happy.

Krystal did not completely give up on the vulpine but was now wary after his accident that he miraculously survived. She understood the lesson first hand that dibbing in the future before it happens was a dangerous game, one that had pushed her to extreme ends that went beyond logical reasoning and judgment. Although the future was a tempting and seductive thing hovering in front of her. She wanted to try and make things up with Fox, but she had a hard time balancing out time with him and time away as well.

Falco & Katt's relationship was stronger yet not fully healed back to how they were. The two really just became friends, and they often thought of the other for something more. But they were having a hard time putting the pieces back together. In all honesty Katt thought it was for the best, to be on her own away from romance for a while and focused on herself for what the future would hold for them.

Luna now had a change of heart. Part of her really wanted to try and reconnect with the vulpine the way they used to be. However every time she thought about it Luna batted her head and buried those feelings deep in her heart. She cared about the vulpine, and she loved him as someone she held dear. But she couldn't say she was in love with him, and if you didn't have that then what did you have at all? She stayed neutral, but close.

Fara was perhaps the most confused of all the women after Fox's revival. She knew nothing of what the vulpine had seen and learned while he was on the other side, but what confused her the most is how Fox acted after what they had said to one another. They told each other they loved one another, and she thought after that it would all be so simple from there. But it wasn't, ever since then Fox had not actually spent much time with her, and her mind started to wander and wane, created doubt instead of hope. He spent time with his friends other than the three girls, and his persona was dramatically different. She started to think that Fox saw somebody else instead of her when he said those words to the fennec. It was believable, after all he had just came back to life when they met eye contact, and shared how they felt about one another…

That made the fennec sad as she sat away from her friends in English class. Today was the last day for seniors. After that they had their senior party, and the graduation ceremony and that would be it. The friends who had stayed together all these years, Fox, Slippy, Fara, Krystal, Falco, Luna, and all the others would disappear one by one to continue on in their own paths in life. She didn't know what she was going to do, truth be told she was a little down after nothing has happened that sparked between the two foxes despite the words they shared. She just sulked into her seat and waited for class to start, as she thought back to when the three cornered Fox to tell him everything.

The three girls came together and told the vulpine everything they had been plotting up until that time, yet surprisingly enough he wasn't mad. In all honesty he thought it was hilarious, how that the outcome of a talent show was somehow going to make him choose the winner of the three, and they all shared an awkward laugh and left it at that. They all noticed that Fox's personality had changed, not much but enough to be noticeable. Fox didn't care about excess attention anymore, he was always upbeat and happy. The people who were once admirers and attention grabbers were now considerate and sympathetic to the man. People stopped to talk to him, but they didn't ask him to go out with him or to try and spend time out of class with them, no when people stopped Fox McCloud in the hallway it was to ask him about his day and told him to have a nice life. He was happy, so perhaps that was the way it should be, happy without any of the three girls.

Fara looked over toward the top right of the classroom, in the second row as Luna took a seat one desk away from Krystal. She could make out their conversation as she stared at her notes and jotted down a few things from the board.

"Hey Krystal." Luna gave kindly as she put her things down, taking a seat as she dug around for her notebook. "How are you doing?"

"I'm pretty good." Krystal gave back in a monotone voice. It's not that she didn't care, it's just that she was distracted.

"Do you know what you're going to do after you graduate? You going to college or some kind of trade school?"

"I don't know to be honest. I thought about…Part of me wants to apply to the Corneria Planetary University."

"And why's that?" Luna asked curiously, but as she looked toward the vixen's guilty face did it all become clear. "It's because Fox applied there didn't he?"

"I know." Krystal hung her head in guilt as she let go of her breath. "It's stupid and doesn't make any logical sense as to why I would go there to follow Fox. But…"

"It's what you ultimately want in the end."

"Yes precisely." Krystal cracked a small smile as she locked gaze with her wolf friend. "I sound a lot like Miyu now don't I?"

"At least how she used to be." The two shared a laugh as they both turned their attention toward the vulpine who had walked in the room, and put on nice smiles. Fox turned his assignment into his white vixen teacher Mrs. Laister as he turned back around, and put on a nice smile for the two girls.

"This seat taken?"

"No not at all." Krystal gave a reply a little too quickly for her own good. Luna could tell she was in denial. The girls may have told everything to Fox, and may have forgiven then about what they hid. But in a way that's not what Krystal ultimately wanted. She wanted Fox to be hers and hers only. The future she saw was still tempting her, yet she tried to be diligent and remember Ceral's advice. The future was always in motion, and the future she once saw with her and Fox, standing together at the altar as they exchanged vows of life and love together may just be a fleeting dream now.

Fara only sighed as she started to scribble on her notes, she started to lose more and more hope that she and Fox would actually end up together in the end. As Mrs. Laister gather everyone's attention did she smile as she peered out into her student audience.

"My another class has come and gone. In all my years teaching at this school, I can say that this class of graduating seniors is very special. Class I have one last lesson to teach you before you go out your way into the world to make something of your own." She opened her lesson plan as she took a seat on top of the table in front of the class.

"Tell me class, which one of you can define the word Sacrifice?" The class just started to look at one another, some avoiding eye contact to keep from answering. After a moment of silence, Fox lifted up his hand.

"Yes Fox."

"Sacrifice is…giving up what you want in the end for the better wellbeing of someone or something."

"You're on the right track Fox, would you elaborate a bit more please."

"Well…There are all kinds of things we ultimately want in our lives. Some money, some to live comfortably, some to have kids. But you can't achieve everything in life or else we would all be labeled as greedy." Fara kept her steady stare on the vulpine as he continued on with his answer, his answer in particular came very close to her heart.

"We can't always have what we want in life, sometimes you have to give up, to sacrifice what you want to that everything will work out in the end for the greater good."

"Good job Fox." Mrs. Laister stood back up as she looked toward her class. "The reason I bring this lesson up on your last day students is to give you that little reality check as you enter the real life now. Up until this point, a lot of you have had the comforts of your parents taking care of many of the essential needs of your lives. But now that you are heading into the adult world, the business world you're going to have to learn and make personal sacrifices to get where you want in life as Fox had said." She gave a small pause as she walked to the front of her class behind the computer built into the tall desk.

"Some of you will pursue further education in college, go straight into the work force going from few hours a week to the forty hour a week normalcy. Some of you will get married young, and ultimately start your own family young. But how can any of these great feats in life be achieved if we don't sacrifice a little bit of ourselves in the end?" Fara only listened as she thought deep about her answer. "Just know that you will all make sacrifices in your life one day, some will be good, and some will be bad, some will be small, and some astronomically large. You will sacrifice your health, your wellbeing, for something or someone that you love. But that is alright, after all that's part of growing up is it not?" The class gave small mutters and nods of agreement as she paused once again.

Mrs. Laister closed her lesson plan as she looked to her students. "Just know one thing. Sacrifices are hard, but if it is meant to be your sacrifice always has a way of working out in your favor in the end. I have nothing left to teach you class. You are excused, have a good day and good luck in whatever path you pursue. Come visit sometime!"

Some of the students cheered, others went to go and thank the teacher, asking her to sign year books or to keep in touch online. Fox only continued on to talk to the two girls as they picked up their things and chatted in a small circle. Fara only looked to the three as she gathered her things, and stood there in her lonesome. As Fox excused himself did Krystal wrap her arms around her books, and chased him down right as he got out of the doorway.

"Fox." He turned around with the calling of his name. "Are you doing anything this evening?"

"Well tonight is the senior go away party at the fun center isn't it?" Fox asked in a questioning voice, everybody should have known that was tonight and planned on going. "I'm going to that, are you not going?"

"Oh no I am…Sorry I guess it just slipped my mind."

"It's okay." He gave her a nice smile as he started to walk away. "I'll see you there."

"Okay." Krystal didn't know what was wrong, why she just let him go without asking to go with her, she didn't know. As she turned around Fara stood in her way slightly startling her. And although the two held small smiles for one another, they weren't oblivious of the awkward atmosphere that hung around their friendship still.

"Hey there."

"Hi." Fara gave back kindly. "So…You still really care about him don't you?"

"I could say the same for you right?" The two shared an awkward laugh as Fara broke the eye contact, rubbing her arm as she contemplated the thought.

"Yea, well…" She looked back to the blue vixen, her smile not changed but the tone of her voice quitter. "I don't know anymore."

"I don't either." Krystal gave back quietly, the two walked together down toward their lockers as the halls were empty of most of the students. Mrs. Laister had let them out much earlier than the schedule release. As Krystal and Fara walk together side by side did they continue their awkward conversation.

"Do you think it's for the best?"

"Honestly I don't know." Fara could only give back. He had changed, and not necessarily in a bad way, just a way that wasn't close to them in that light anymore. "Maybe it is. I mean…We were responsible for his near death weren't we?"

"You're right." Krystal agreed. The two gathered their things in silence, it was eating away at Krystal. As they turned to face one another, she asked something that was out of line.

"Did he say he loved you?" The sudden question caught the fennec off-guard, as her eyes widened and her cheeks flushed as she looked away. She didn't know how to answer her friend, it was simple yet complicated at the same time.

"He did." She finally spoke, as she turned to look at Krystal with a small smile. "But I don't what to think of it. It was directed to me, but I don't know if it was meant for me. Maybe he thought I was you or Miyu…"

"But Miyu is involved with Wolf now so…" Krystal leaned against the cold gray lockers as she chuckled. "Not sure how that would work out."

"Wouldn't it be funny if Fox actually loved Miyu and he and Wolf competed for Miyu's affection?"

"Quite the role reversal huh?" The two shared a laugh, the mood lightened and happier than it had been this entire time. As the laugh faded Fara's face became serious once again, as she looked into the eyes of her dearest friend.

"Look Krystal. I just want you to be happy. Whether that's with Fox, or somebody else…Or even if you went back home. I don't want something to ever dismantle our friendship again."

"I agree." The two smiled as they embraced one another. Fara held her friend tight, this contest costed more from than then they would ever expect it would. She missed having Krystal always by her side, her partner in crime, a friend you could have for life. Krystal felt the exact same way. Whether she were to be with Fox, or he to be with Fara it didn't matter anymore…All that mattered in the end was that they stayed friends, the best of friends from here on out.

"Very suspicious." The two turned the sly smirk of Falco as he was accompanied by Katt, Wolf, and Miyu. The two broke away as they gave him evil glares. "Oh come on it's all in good fun. After all you two were very close…"

"And that's what you have to think about that? What the hell is wrong with you Falco?"

"Hey I don't judge." He put his hands up defensively as the four laughed.

"Nothing to be ashamed of." Wolf said as he smiled jokingly. "We're all free beings after all."

Krystal only batted her head as she gave a look of disbelief. "Shut up Wolf." She was not amused as she walked away in the opposite direction.

"What did I say?"

"I thought it was funny Wolf." Falco and the lupine shared a laugh as they all walked away from the fennec. As the groups departed from one another Fara saw Wolf trying to catch up with Fox as they greeted one another and shared some laughs. Fara was still deep in thought as she grabbed her book and headed on her way home. Hopefully tonight would be fun.

Little by little the graduating senior class entered the family fun center the school rented out for the evening that was their celebration. The group of friends came in little by little as they all eventually got together all debating what they wanted to do. Some wanted to dance, some wanted to go play laser tag or go into the arcade, and some just wanted to eat. As Wolf became more and more a member of their group, so did Panther and Leon as they had all been together at some point or another before. Although it was hard to welcome others, at the same time it was time to let go of what pasts were conflicted, and look to a new horizon that was the future.

In the end the large group decided to head toward the rock climbing wall as they noticed all the loud commotion coming from there. As they got close they could tell it was a sort of contest, one man and one woman for every team. One of the men finally reached the top just barely before the rest of the competitors, and a loud siren went off as the crowd cheered.

"We have our winners!" The announcer running the rock climbing wall yelled out as the couple embraced and shared a small kiss. They all went to commemorate and congratulate one another. "If anybody would like to enter the contest please come see me and sign a waiver form!" Fox smiled as he looked across the large group of friends, many of them held smiles amongst the men.

"You guys ready to lose?'

"You're funny Fox." Wolf smiled as he and Miyu looked toward one another, and shared a nod as they headed for the official. Krystal looked toward Fara as she gave an approving nod, her arms wrapped around her chest.

"Go ahead."

"Thank you." Krystal gave back quietly as she and Fox went to go sign up. Along the competitor pairs were Fox and Krystal, Wolf and Miyu, Falco and Katt, and Bill and Fay. They all signed a waiver excusing the company of all liability should anyone become injured, as they put on their harnesses and secured one another with the rope. The ladies started first as Krystal looked up the long wall, nearly fifty feet up she thought as the competition was whichever pair could reach the top first were the winners.

She looked back toward her vulpine partner with a nervous smile.

"You can do it Krystal, I believe in you." She only gave a nod as she shook her nerves, and prepared for the siren.

"Go!" The supervisor announced as the siren went off, and the four ladies competing in friendly manners as they climbed for the top. Krystal went a bit slower than the other girls as she had to make sure her footing was in proper place, it was all good fun until somebody got hurt. She picked up the pace as Katt and Fay were near the top and Miyu not far behind. Krystal expended a great deal of energy to reach the top just as the other girls did to their surprise, and the four competed going back down as fast as they could. Krystal breathed heavy as she looked back down, not purposely meeting eyes with her vulpine partner as she still had about another 30 feet to go. The other girls were climbing faster than herself as she continued back down the way. She looked toward Fox with a frightened smile as she made the decision in her mind after seeing his comforting gaze. Krystal purposely let go as she descended for the ground as the audience went into shock. The strong vulpine awaited her at the bottom as he caught her with little effort.

"I got you." Fox smiled as he set her down gently, and swapped places as he started to climb. That wasn't allowed but the official couldn't tell if Krystal let go on accident or if she slipped on purpose, so he waived it off as it didn't really give the vulpine pair an advantage. Fox climbed competing with Falco and Wolf mostly as they weren't far behind. Wolf didn't like to lose, and he climbed faster as he actually got ahead of Fox near the 40 feet marker. But as he went to place his foot he slipped, and his body weight was a bit too much to Miyu's surprise. The support system failed as Wolf was falling for the ground.

"Wolf!" Fox grabbed his arm as he descended, somehow strong enough to support his leaning body and the freefalling lupine's as well. They nodded toward one another as the vulpine began to swing his friend and then let go of him at the last moment to where Wolf could take grab of some of the space holders. He looked down as he had only fallen about five feet before Fox caught him, though was relieved he didn't fall all the way down.

"Thanks man."

"Sure." The two exchanged smiles as they continued to head for the top, though at this point the competition was between Falco and Bill as they were both descending downwards. Falco beat Bill by just a second as he touched the ground first, letting out his cocky laugh as he cheered.

"Winner!" The announcer gave out as the crowd cheered the avian's name. And although he and his partner smiled toward one another, Katt broke away the eye contact and began to walk away to his shock. Fox and Wolf touched the ground at the same time, as they were forgotten while the crowd encircled Falco.

"I'm sorry Fox." Wolf gave to his friend as they began to take off their harnesses. "You could have won if I hadn't slipped."

"It's alright man." The two shared a laugh as the eight of them joined the rest of the group. Though the circle of friends encircled Falco in his victory, Fara kept distant as she watched at how happy her blue vixen friend made the vulpine. She swallowed hard as she began to accept the reality of the situation. After the excitement of the rock wall the group started to break up doing different activities. The girls went to the dance floor while the men went to the arcade. Fox and Wolf talked side by side going into the arcade a bit slower than their friends. Fara found herself alone as she didn't want to do either, and headed for the food court to maybe take in some comfort foods.

X

Fara found herself alone as she just looked at her meal, not as hungry as she first thought. She only sipped at her soft drink as she was still lost deep in thought. She looked around her as everybody had someone to talk to but her. She wondered where everyone still was, the fennec hadn't seen any of her friends so perhaps they were still busy. Fara began to wonder why she cared so much about what had happened days prior. They all said they would put this behind them, and just move on with their lives. So why couldn't she do that and be happy about it? She was the one who told Krystal that they would be friends no matter what, no matter if Krystal and Fox did become involved again. Why did it make her feel so down? This was her last night as a high school senior, she should have been enjoying this time with her friends for it may have been the last time they were all together again. She felt so down, and over nothing she thought. As Fara broke a fry in two did she drop it and sigh. The competition for Fox's heart was over, but in a way it felt as though it wasn't over for her.

"Wow, you're still alone. I guess you didn't win the contest." She turned to a familiar voice with an annoyed look, to see three girls who were as rude as ever, who had yet to learn anything about these years growing up. "It's alright love, it happens."

"I didn't lose anything Narine." The female jungle cat only cracked a sly smile as Fara turned toward her. "Unless you're talking about the fight I had with Jessie, that I'm pretty sure I won."

"I don't know about that."

"Well let's put it this way, I'm not the one expelled now am I?"

"You should be. You're the one who started it."

"As if you girls have never started anything with my friends and I." Narine only gave the fennec a glare as she turned back around, Fara noticed the mega bitch Jessie wasn't with her friends due to the aftermath of the fight. Jessie was permanently expelled from Shooting Star High, right before the graduation ceremony. If nothing else Fara had a small victory with that. Fara policed her trash and excused herself. Not really planning on going anywhere in particular, just to be alone for a while. She didn't know why this was bugging her so much. If Fox wanted to be just Jamie and himself than she had no right to complain. If he wanted to end up with Krystal she should support her friend's happiness…Shouldn't she?

Fara went up to the balcony of the second floor where students could get pictures and caricatures taken to remember them by. The night had come but the night was still young for these maturing adults, as a nice breeze came in and she breathed easy.

"Having fun Fox?" Fara eavesdropped as she looked over the edge, to see Fox and Katt walking out into the dark airy night on the ground floor as they looked to the shining moonlight. She thought it was suspicious…Since when was Fox and Katt ever close?

"I'm having a good time." He looked over toward the pink feline with a nice smile, one that matched her own. "How about yourself Katt?"

"It's going good." She gave back quietly as she looked up to the moon.

"And things with Falco?"

"They're…going." Katt swallowed as she looked toward the vulpine to meet eye contact again. "I don't know Fox. I don't know if I want to get as close to Falco as we used to be."

"That's understandable Katt." Fox comforted his friend. "Just know that he cares about you."

"I know, and I care about him. But after everything that has happened…Part of me feels like its better if we just stayed as friends."

"You have to trust your heart."

"And what does your heart tell you Fox?" Katt asked rather curiously as he only smiled and gave a shy laugh.

"My heart tells me that only I will know the answer."

"Surely you've thought about Krystal." Katt paused as she looked up with her eyes and not her head, to see just a small glimpse of the fennec as she tried to hide. "Or Fara."

"And again Katt." Fox leaned up against the balcony as he got closer to his friend. "That's something that only I have figured out and not need share with the world, in time I will."

"I see." Katt looked back down as she rubbed one arm with the other and crossed her chest. Fara hid for a second longer before peaking back out to continue listening in on their private conversation. Katt stepped up to her handsome vulpine friend as she smiled.

"Fox, have I ever told you that you have beautiful eyes?"

"Maybe once or twice." Fox flirted with the feline as Fara only batted her head. She had never even considered Fox and Katt to be a pairing, however maybe Katt was done being with somebody who was as inflated as Falco.

"They look so lovely in the dark. Like two emerald orbs guiding any who loses themselves in them through the night." She got closer as Katt wrapped her arms around his strong neck, and although Fox was playing around in her game, Fara didn't know any better. Part of her wanted to leave, but she was just too interested in the conversation to go. She wanted to, had to hear more.

"Fox…I'm aware of your love square, but I don't suppose I should try and make it a love pentagon should I?" Fox only laughed as he gave his feline friend a playful smirk. He set one hand on her hip rubbing it lovingly as it only enticed the feline further. Fara was about to give up hope until she heard the vulpine speak.

"There's no need Katt. I've made a decision, I'm just hiding it until I'm ready to tell her."

"Or perhaps she will tell you, if she were to ever care about how you feel." Fara listened to the feline's words carefully, decoding the message as it sounded like she was calling out to the fennec to make her move while she still could. Fara peaked over the balcony as Katt only placed a warm one on Fox's cheek, and she let her grasp around him go.

"You know your answer Fox." Katt paused as she looked up to the sky and more precisely the balcony above them. "Perhaps somebody up above knows as well." Katt gave Fara her final hint as she hid from the two. Fox looked up to the balcony to see nobody as Katt walked away heading back into the celebrating class. Fox stayed there a moment longer, but as he was about to head back into the room he looked up to the balcony once more as he held his gaze for just a moment. Fox went back into the building to try and find his friends to enjoy the night. Fara got up as she breathed easy, it was clear now at least in her mind that her chances to end up with Fox were minimal at best.

"So that's it then." Fara only spoke to herself barely above a whisper, although she shed a single tear she couldn't hold it against him. Fara quickly wiped it away and breathed easy, brushing off her emotions as she went back into the party to enjoy the night. It was the last night they would ever be together as friends again. Her heart may have been crushed, but she would go on strong. She learned about sacrifice today, that for his happiness Fara had to sacrifice what she wanted most, and had to let the vulpine go. The night was still young, and so were they. There would be plenty of time to find another to love, but not much time to enjoy being together for the last few days of their high school lives.

As the night went by and came to an end, the last thing on the agenda was the senior film. It took pictures from many students of that graduating senior class and put them together in a filmed collage in chronological order as they grew and matured throughout school. They saw pictures of Fox being quarterback for the football team back in his senior year, Falco being the track star of his senior year. They saw many pictures of their sophomore year as Fox and Fara we're homecoming king and queen, and Fox training for Youth Slayer's Court. Many pictures from their junior year had come and go, and there was a nice posing picture with Luna and Fox with Bill and Fay. Falco and Katt stood with Slippy and Amanda in science class, yet the first couple looked incredibly confused. Finally their senior year had come. They saw photos of everything that happened that year. Jamie even made a small debut in the album as she and Fox posed for the camera. Pictures of the island trip and the girls playing volleyball against Jessie and her friends had so much action. Finally it ended with one final moment that would forever be embedded in their minds, the group photo they took at prom as they all stood there happy and together. As the film came to an end, Fara had to admit that after everything of what happened in the past, the future would be an even greater adventure. With or without the vulpine she loved, and one day may forget.

Today was the big day, the biggest celebration of these students' young lives. They were all dressed in long scholarly gowns in their school colors of black and gold trim. The auditorium was absolutely packed with parents, siblings, and family alike as they all wanted to be there for their graduating high school family members. They were all completely excited, and yet a bit nervous at the same time.

"Let's get one last group picture together." Fox said aloud as he gathered all his friends together, amongst all of them he was the most calm. Little did they know he should be the most nervous today. A giant picture was taken that would surely be framed.

Amanda and Slippy stood at the far left, next to them was Bill and Fay, and more toward the center was Falco on the right hand side. Krystal came next followed by Katt. In the dead center was Fara standing next to the vulpine who stood in the middle. To his left came Luna, Miyu and Wolf. While Panther and Leon stood on the very far left. They all wore happy smiles as they couldn't be more excited yet fearful at the same time.

"It's hard to believe, we aren't kids anymore." Fox said a loud as many turned toward him.

"Yea…" Luna gave sadly as she tried not to cry, gaining concerned eyes from all her friends. "No it's nothing sad…It's just that I'm going to miss seeing you all every day in the halls."

"I know what you mean." Fara and Luna embraced as she just let a few years fall and quickly wiped them away.

"Be sure to keep in touch." Fox smiled as they all headed for the main building. They all stood in their appropriate spots in alphabetical order from their last name. As they were saying a little bit about the student did many people earn large a applause from the audience. A student would come after the calling of their name, followed by the receiving of their diploma and a reading of what was in store for the student. Some sought higher education while others went into some kind of active duty in the military, and others simply couldn't decide.

It would soon be Fara's turn as she breathed deeply and tried to shake the sweat from her hands. She looked to the audience as she could spot her father sitting next to Fox's parents as Vixy held Jamie close to her. Allen looked to his daughter who had grown so much, if only Stephanie was here to see her as she graduated from high school. Fara was incredibly excited as she was next to be called, however as the principal of the school Mrs. Warren reached for her diploma did things get so exhilarating yet confusing at the same time.

"Fara McCloud." She was stunned as the calling of her first name was correct but not her last name. She looked to the audience as they were all looking around each other just as confused as she was. She looked to the group of parents as they didn't know what to say either, all their eyes opening a bit wider. Fara's cheeks heated as she looked to the rabbit principal, who only kept on smiling. Fara only slowly walked to receive her diploma as the principal went on to read a little bit about Fara.

"Fara's most embarrassing moment is probably right now. Although Fara does not have any children as of yet, she often plays the role of a mother to the child of the man she loves, which one day may be her own. She met the love of her life in her sophomore year at Shooting Star High. Although she could never have known she would meet her future husband at such a young age, it's no secret that she loves him with all her heart." As the principal paused did she hand Fara her diploma, however it said Phoenix and only confused her more. But she was starting to put it all together as the tears streamed down. Fox came from behind the podium as he stood before her earning a very loud applause from the audience, she was so focused and excited on herself she didn't even notice Fox was absent when it was his turn. Although they continued Mrs. Warren began reading Fox's description.

"Fox McCloud has a beautiful baby daughter that he and the love of his life often take care of together. He met the love of his life his sophomore year, and the two easily bonded and grew close. Fox said his favorite memory would have been the first kiss the two shared together, however over the years he couldn't' count all the good times they've both shared. The memory created here today would be the one he will remember forever as his favorite memory.

The crowd practically exploded as Fox traditionally got down onto a single knee, and took a small black box from his pocket. Fara began to realize the significance of this reading and started shedding tears of joy. Everyone was in absolute shock as he opened the box and presented the sparking engagement ring to his love.

"Will you marry me?" He earned another thunderous roar from the audience as they all heard from the microphone attached to the side of his mouth. Although Fara had no mike of her own, the audience took her tears of joy and the bobbing of her head as a 'Yes.' He slid the ring onto her delicate finger as the two shared a loving kiss on the stage in front of everyone. There was unending clapping as Allen and Fox's parents all embraced one another, new in-laws. Their large group of friends clapped excitedly, Luna happy that her friend would be happy with the one she loves. Krystal and Miyu looked toward one another at first clapping half-heartedly and with dull expressions. However over a few seconds they smiled at one another, and clapped more excitedly for their fennec friend. As Fara and Fox broke away from one another did she wipe away her tears of joy, only to be replaced by more a moment later. She was so close to her face that the microphone picked up the one word the whole audience wanted to hear out loud even though they knew the answer.

"Yes!"
