Now they just had to find Gemma. This was going to be difficult. They were going to have to do this without her knowing that they knew about Tara. She had played the part of the grieving mother in law very well and they hadn't suspected her of actually killing her. Jax had no idea and now Happy had to tell him. He was not going to like this at all. He already wanted her away from the boys for other reasons now he definitely wasn't going to want her around the boys. They hadn't seen her in months since the funeral. That was pretty much the last time. Happy was going to have to plan a visit up to see Jax without the two boys. He coudlnt' have them there when he told his brother what happened to his wife. He hadn't even told Dani what had happened and none of the guys were allowed to. He wanted to tell her himself because he knew she would break down. She hadn't always liked Tara but in the end the woman was the mother of two little boys that Dani absolutely loved. He kissed his wife before heading off to the prison.

"I love you," he told his wife.

"I love you too," she smiled.

He kissed all five of the kids and headed out the door. He drove the four hours to the prison to see Jax. He knew that Jax was expecting more than just him but he had no one else iwht him. He had made sure the guys were going to stay close to Dani and the kids. He didn't want Gemma finding any of them.

"What's up brother?" Jax asked.

"I have news for you." Happy told him.

"What?"

"I found Juice."

"Ok?"

"He spilled some pretty dark secrets about what he knows."

"To who?"

"Us."

"Knows about what?"

"Tara's murder."

"What about it?"

Jax was all ears now. He wanted to know what had happened to his wife.

"Your mother did it." Happy told him.

Jax was stunned. He shook his head.

"There's no way she did it." Jax said.

"She thought Tara was giving you up so she could take off with the boys," Happy told him.

"Jesus Christ, she did it?"

"Yeah, she would do anything to save you and not lose those boys. She killed your wife Jax."

Jax sat there in complete silence. He didn't know what to think about this. He also didn't know what to do about it. He was stuck in prison and he knew that his mother was capable of everything.

"She doesn't know where you guys live does she?" he asked.

"Not as far as we know. We left Charming but I know she isn't going to give up easily on finding them. She is constantly calling Chibs." Happy said.

"She won't give up until she finds them. You guys be careful. I know my mother is crazy."

Happy nodded. He was going to have to be extra cautious about what was done with the kids and when the guys had to go back and forth from Bakersfield to Charming. He knew that it was a matter of safety for not only Jax's two boys but for his own family. He was thinking of moving them elsewhere so they could go in case Gemma got wind of where they were. He was going to have to bring it up to Dani later on that day. He had to be two steps ahead of Gemma's every move which was going to be difficult when he refused to deal with her. She drove him up the wall and he didn't have time for her woe is me drama. He knew that Nero still saw her from time to time. He didn't know how that was going or if Nero was still hitting it. Gemma only had Unser left and that had to be simply because he had no idea what Gemma had done to Tara. He was going to have to eventually tell his wife but he wasn't going to do it now. He finished up his visit with Jax before heading back to the house. He saw the car out of the corner of his eye and ended up having to lose it before going home. He had randomly turned into a drive so the car would keep going. He was going to find out who the hell was following him. He was done with the bullshit and he was sick of it taking him an extra hour to get home to his family. He followed the car at a decent distance so they didn't know they were being followed. He followed it to Charming and watched the man get out of the car at Gemma's house. He wrote down the plate number and color and model of the vehicle. He was going to keep his guys on edge so that they would know what to watch for so they wouldn't lead them back to the house. He knew he had thrown the guy off by pulling into the random driveway. He hoped that nothing bad happened in the house he had gone to.

He went to the house and pulled all the guys out to the barn. He gave them all the information about the car and the guy following him. He told them all to keep an eye out and watch it.

"Don't bring that man back here unless you intend to end him," Happy said.

The guys all nodded. Happy went into the house to see his family. Dani smiled when she saw him. She had Sofia in her arms. He leaned down to kiss her before going to kick his boots off. He was glad to be home with the kids and Dani. The boys attacked him when they saw he was home. He played with them for a bit before going to relax with his daughter. Dani went to make dinner. He didn't talk about the visit with Jax. He didn't want the boys to know anything. He and Jax had decided to keep it from the two boys that their grandma had killed their mother. Juice's loose lips had actually helped them out because Jax had been talking about letting Gemma see the boys a few times a month. Now that was all out the window. Jax didn't want Gemma anywhere near those boys. He was going to abide by what Jax wanted. He didn't think it was a good idea in the first place. The boys were good but he didn't want Gemma being able to fill their heads with things.

"You ok?" Dani asked.

"Yeah, just tired, that was a long ride," he said.

She nodded. They all sat down to a family dinner. The boys were being silly at the table leading all the guys to just shake their heads. The boys were wild children. Dani went up to start baths for them all before they went to bed. Happy and the other guys were trying to decide what to do about all the information they had in their lives. Happy kept his daughter with him so that Dani could deal with the boys. She had gotten the hang of dealing with all four of them at the same time. She just needed someone to keep the baby so she could do it. She knew eventually dealing with all five of them was going to fall on her but she knew as long as Sofia was little that they could have her with them so that she doesn't have to deal with all of them.

"All right, so I'm going to let Dani know after the boys are in bed," Happy said.

"She is going to have to have someone with her all the time," Bobby replied.

"No shit, I can't have something happening to Dani. She's all I have."

The guys all nodded in agreement. They were going to have to come up with some kind of schedule so that someone was always with Dani and the kids. They also had to handle their other business ventures. Diosa didn't need much because Nero was running it. CaraCara needed someone there to make sure things were going the way it needed to go. They had to be at the sweets shop as well as rebuild TM. It was a lot but they had to make it work.

"Babe, kids are in bed," Dani said.

"Good, come here, I need to talk to you," Happy said.

"What?"

She walked into the room and stared at him. He shifted Sofia.

"Juice informed us of something," he said.

"What?" she asked.

"Gemma is responsible for Tara's death. She apparently attacked her with a barbecue fork. Juice shot Roosevelt."

"Jesus,"

"Yeah, so the DA is dealing with that but Gemma is still out and about. She has had someone following us when they see us. I don't want you out alone. I definitely don't want you out with all the kids,"

She nodded. He showed her what they were coming up with so that it was all dealt with. They were also going to start taking different routes home so they threw the guy off the trail of the house.

"I'm going to get baby girl into bed and hopefully someone will join me upstairs," she said.

"I'll be up in a few minutes," he told her.

She nodded. She took their daughter from him and went up the stairs. He finished up the schedule and headed up to bed. Sofia was asleep in the basinet next to their bed. He looked at his wife who was watching TV. She smiled. He shut and locked their door. He stripped his shirt off and dropped his pants. She was staring at him. He smiled and got into the bed next to her. He pulled her close to him and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around his neck to deepen the kiss. He loved the feeling of closeness with his wife. She sighed. She knew that it was something they didn't get very often but she was glad when they did.
