Haha…sooo six months…Sorry! I really haven't been in a writing mood I'm sorry! *throws myself at your mercy* I'll do better promise!
Juvia kept her head down as she went through the palace determined to be invisible she made it out the front doors and out the gate, she had to hold her slow the pace all the way through town before she could run, the sand flying behind her has she dug her feet into the ground. Warren spotted her first as look out followed by others before reaching Makarov.
"Gramps, we need to call off the ambush and disappear back into the town, Princess Levy won't be coming this way, after her wedding she's decided…"
"What?"
"Wedding?!"
"When the hell?!"
"Hold Up!" Juvia yells over the others who move out of their positions.
"Juvia will explain" she says more calmly and she does.
So, the last time I updated this and wrote the above paragraph was the 3rd of July 2016….it is now the 20th of August 2018…
I don't think I can really say sorry after all that time
But I've updated all previous chapters, so they look better? Yay!
Levy followed Grey under the palace, back tracking the way he and Juvia had come, she pulled him to a stop when they came across the Ancient Fiorian.
"This is strange" she whispered.
"What?" Grey asked.
"These letters they aren't Ancient Fiorian" she pointed to the offending symbols.
"What are they?"
"Phyroxian"
"Phyroxian?"
"The language was created in a very distant town…my mother came from that town"
"The Queen?"
"Yes" Levy hadn't thought about her mother in a very long time, but she remembered the beautiful regal woman, totally in love with her husband, in the same memory she remembered the jealous looks she know understood form her uncle, her mother's brother…her twin" Levy pressed the symbol and felt it move in, the wall suddenly opened and Levy entered. Grey provided light and helped them navigate their way in. they had found the vault. Levy immediately started translating the Phyroxian, her mother had to have had something to do with this vault, she was the one who had taught her Phyroxian. Levy started turning nobs.
"Are you sure about that Princess?"
"Yeah…my mother taught me" she continued until there was a deafening final click and the vault pushed open.
Grey pulled with Levy pushing the vault door open. Levy gasped at what was inside. Grey pulled over his torch. He saw the skeleton, a person who must have been trapped inside for years. Grey set about lighting the torches inside. Gold and jewel threw light everywhere, even over the books piled to the ceiling.
"This is where the Sultan has been hiding the books he had stolen…I bet this was once the royal tresurey"
"It isn't still?" Grey asked seeing all the gold and jewels everywhere"
"No its too small, its sort of like…a personal vault?" my mother must have had it reconstucted…for me
"Levy swallowed looking down again at the skellington and then back the vault door. There were dep scractch marks.
"They must have been locked inside" Levy nodded knelling down, she spied a gold necklace around its neck and gentley picked it up into her hand. A sob escaped her without warning.
"What do you know them?"
"Its…its my mother!" Grey was very quiet.
"They said the queen died of illness" Levy shook her head.
"She went missing, presumed kidnapped. My uncle made sure it remained a secret and supposedly went out looking for her, but when he returned…"
"He mutinied" Levy nodded tears falling, she gently removed the necklace.
"He locked her down here to die…why? She was his sister! Why…oh god" Levy wanted to be sick.
"What?" Grey asked leaning town and reassuringly touching her shoulder.
"Its like the old story…the one that actually happened…history repeated itself…only this time…he killed her first hand"
"Everyone knew the queen loved the king"
"I know…but my uncle loved her, and his love turned to hate when he couldn't have her" Levy wanted to just curl into a ball and die from illness but Grey still had his hand on her shoulder and she got to her feet.
"I have the proof, the proof he killed her and my father, the people wont stand for this, I certainly won't"
"What do you want princess?"
"Get fairy tail, bring them through the tunnels, I'm going to my uncle"
"You can't go alone"
"I won't be" she promised and raced away with all the fire in her blood on her bare feet on the cold stones she ran from the vault as fast as she could.
So about three years later you get a good two-page continuation…you're welcome, lets see how long the next chapter takes!
