A/N: Sorry for the slow update once more! I totally got no control of my time currently with lots of night shifts and personal appointments. I'll try even harder to finish this faster than I hoped because you guys deserve it! I've started of consider writing for another thing, but I'll possibly need more time to consider. Hope you'll like this chapter as a mature highlight is awaiting you ;)
It was finally there. Graduation period for Anna, Elsa and Olaf's youth was finally there. Soon they would be able to call themselves college graduates as Kristoff did last year. She knew he was doing extremely well even if he didn't play as much as he hoped to do, he knew the reason as he was still learning and all.
Even though all that, Kristoff had still got time for Anna and he had also provided much thankful help towards her exam as he had done extremely on the same subject as she was missing: Philosophy.
She was so looking forward to finish school and get on and get a career. Anna had an instinct on helping people, so she started to consider a medical education or maybe being a nurse. Kristoff told her it was a lovely idea and that it fitted her personality perfectly.
Everyone was so extremely excited. Anna was especially as she sat one of the days just before it was all over day dreaming very deeply. It wasn't until after a few pushes on her shoulder that Elsa managed to get her out of her daily dream land and back into the real world where she was getting very curious on what was keeping her so distant and a bit of unfocused on what should be her main concern at the current moment: her close by graduating exam. Her starting step into the real world that she had to face soon.
"What is it Anna?" Anna tried to look innocent as if nothing was wrong and she was perfectly focused on whatever Elsa knew she wasn't at all.
"What do you mean Elsa? I'm totally fine. No problems at all. Why should there be any problems? I mean it's not like-" Elsa cut her off with a firm face and raised eyebrow to indicate to her roomie that she wasn't convinced at all and more likely thought she was avoiding the truth, as she was indeed.
"Okay. I'm just thinking about what's coming after graduation. I mean about life with Kristoff and things like that? Do you think he'd want to marry me sometime? Would I be good enough to be his wife? I just love him so much and hope to spend my life with him, Elsa" Elsa smiled and hugged her roomie as she thought of the idea of marriage, of course with Olaf, not Kristoff because that would be so weird and not right for any of them. It was a hard question for her to answer because she didn't really have much idea of what to think about marriage. Elsa may be a clever girl, but something as important to your life as romantic relationship or marriage wasn't her speciality.
"You're both still very young Anna. Just don't too pushy or desperate acting as you did with Hans that time. I'm certain he's may thinking about it, but he also in a very difficult time at his life starting all things up, but if he truly loves you, then he'll be wanting to marry you" Elsa tried to sound rational, but gently at the same time as well and Anna seemed to take it the right way as embraced Elsa even harder.
"Should we now focus on what lies 3 days ahead of us?" Anna nodded and the girls started to study for their finals and couldn't wait much longer before the long waited date finally was around the corner.
Meanwhile, Olaf was starting to get ready for his final exam that was 2 days before Elsa and Anna's, so that meant it was less than 24 hours before he'd be able to call himself a college grad. It was so exciting that he could barely contain himself and get on with study the final notes and be completely ready. It was going to be great no matter what if only he could keep himself above "F"; he'd feel great by the same time tomorrow.
The day finally arrived, at least for Olaf it did as he went inside the exam chamber 10.30AM while Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Sven awaited him and could take him out for a small lunch to celebrate him as Sven had promised and got Kristoff take this day off as well as he had promised Anna to do so when she was the one to receive the honour of graduating. And she couldn't wait to get out of this place to start a new life. She was so excited that it had been hard to sleep properly the last days.
What the girls didn't know was that the boys had decided to meet a bit before Olaf's final exam to make sure he had control of all his notes and ready to become a graduate. Also to talk about personal stuff that Olaf planned to do soon, but he needed a second opinion.
"Do you think she'll like it? I should maybe change it or wait a bit?" Olaf sounded nervous. It was very unlikely for a chill guy like he usually was. Kristoff and Sven put one hand on each of his shoulders and smiled down at him.
"If she really loves you, then she'll love your plan" Kristoff said trying to sound rational.
"Of course she will" Sven reassured as Olaf looked at him for his opinion. Olaf seemed more confident as he got a smile twisting on his lips. Kristoff and Sven smiled at each other feeling they may had knocked him the next step into his own plan which they hoped to succeed for him. It would be terrible for him if it didn't.
Shortly after, the boys walked over to the door where exams were held and as Anna and Elsa showed up, he was called in. Elsa gave him a kiss for good luck and he walked in with a smile and a thumps up before Kristoff crossed him arms and rolled his eyes at his attitude knowing how he was just 10 minutes ago. Anna looked curiously at him. Kristoff just shrugged it off.
"It is nothing feisty pants" Anna let it be and just grabbed him arm and rested her head on his broad shoulder. Sven and Elsa had decided to just sit down and wait for him.
Shortly after that, Olaf came out from the room and he was wearing a glamorous grin on his face while everyone waited for him to speak. This exam had been the worst feared one by Olaf himself and everyone hoped the best until he said.
"I got a B+" Olaf announced with pride as Elsa ran to him and kissed him while Anna grabbed Kristoff and jumped around enthusiastic while Sven went over to congratulate his friend.
After all that, they got into Kristoff's new car that he had earned from one of the sponsors at Arendelle Ice Hockey. Anna stood in awe as she hadn't heard anything about it. it was a brand new Ford Mustang in the colour of dark red, pretty much like Anna's hair. Anna and Elsa looked at the car and then at Kristoff.
"It was a surprise. A sponsor I fell into talk with offered me this car for a very low price and I got it fresh painted to make it resemble you feisty pants. Do you like it?" Anna kissed him with passion and ran over to the car as she couldn't wait to get going. The others just grinned and got into the back as Kristoff drove them towards the central town to celebrate Olaf's graduation. They had lunch and talked for some hours until it got a bit late and the girls needed to finish their final preparations for exam and all before they could walk into the footsteps of Olaf and start a new chapter of their lives.
Kristoff walked the girls to their dorm while Olaf waited with Sven to go celebrate with the guys afterwards. He had kissed Elsa good night and was hoping to have a good night so he could be fresh for her final exam and celebrate with her after that.
"Good night girls. I'll see you by yours finals the day after tomorrow"
"Sleep well Kristoff"
"You too Anna" She tiptoed so she could manage his height better and kiss him more properly and then he hugged Elsa before joining the guys. Kristoff had promised to drive because he had to be fresh for training tomorrow, so he wouldn't drink or go home too late. Sven said they'd take a cap if it too late understanding the importance of Kristoff's seriousness for his new started career.
It was feeling like forever before the big day for Anna and Elsa finally arrived. Elsa was the first of the girls to enter and she felt like a nervous wreck like she was about to made president or queen or something like that. Anna tried to calm her down as much as possible and as she was called in, Anna hugged her one last time whispering in her ear: "you'll do great". Elsa went in turning back and nodding at Anna before the door finally closed and it was start for her exam.
All of them waited for her as they did with Olaf two days ago and as Elsa came out, she was creeping a smile before she couldn't contain her happiness anymore.
"So?" Anna and Olaf asked at the same time.
"A+!" Anna squealed and Olaf ran to her enthusiastically and hugged before their lips collided with each other. Kristoff and Sven then joined them as Anna was called in next. Anna hugged Elsa and Kristoff as Elsa whispered the same she did before and Kristoff peeked her cheek before she walked into the exam room.
It felt like forever before Anna finally came out and Elsa ran to her as fast as she could.
"A-" Elsa was now the one unable to contain her enthusiasm. Kristoff was the one who ran over to her next and kissed her hard and yet gently with lots of passion. Olaf and Kristoff told the girls to join them for some "couple-time" as Sven told them he'd pick them all up within a few hours.
Kristoff and Anna walked around campus sucking in those surroundings that was almost coming to its end before a new chapter was about to be written into their personal book of life. Meanwhile Olaf and Elsa walked into the central town and spend some time just the two of them buying frozen yoghurts with frosting on top.
Later that night, they went out pretty much like before Olaf and Sven crashed town with Kristoff since neither Anna nor Elsa were much fond for alcoholic drinks, they just cuddled and listened to music and such at the girls dorm until it was too late and besides they had official graduation ceremony within a few hours and after that, they'd all be free to do whatever they wanted and what they didn't know was that something big was about to happen.
The stood in a line awaiting their name to be announced, awaiting to get their diploma. To get out of school, for good. Elsa, Anna and Olaf waited for it to be their turn and they stood in their graduation dresses wearing their hats while it was finally getting there.
"Elsa Goodman" she heard and stepped forward to shake hands with the VC and as she got her diploma in her hand, she felt a feeling of relief and happiness. She ran down and met up with Sven and Kristoff who waited for the three of them.
"Olaf Johansson" Olaf walked cheerfully up holding his hands to his mouth to not shout too much happiness out at the VC and the other teachers. He got the diploma and ran into Elsa's arms as their lips collided from all the happiness. And after a few more student it was finally there, that moment she'd been waiting for:
"Anna Kingston" Anna tried to hide the enormous enthusiasm, but it was hard until she got her diploma that she sprinted into the arms of her boyfriend who collided her lips with his own as she felt joy, freedom and, yeah, all that sort of things.
When they separated, Kristoff could see the glimmer in her eyes and he knew that now would be the time for him to do his "performance".
In the meanwhile Elsa and Olaf had walked outside to the back yards that wasn't occupied at the moment to get some time alone.
"Elsa, we need to talk about something" Olaf tried to sound not too serious so he wouldn't scare Elsa or make her think she was going to face him break up with her.
"What is it Olaf?"
"We've been together through almost all college and I'm as in love with you as ever! I therefore hope you'll answer a special question I've wanted to ask you for some time and now I have the perfect chance to let me do so" Elsa looked at him with awe as he kneeled down on his right knee and looked up at her.
"Elsa, will you marry me?" he pulled out a ring. It wasn't the most sparkling one, but it was still a bit fancy, as Kristoff had given him a small pay check to use for it. Elsa stood with water in her eyes not quite understanding what was going on at the moment, but feeling so much joy and love running through her. She collided herself on top of her new called finance, kissed him hard and separated with the biggest smile durable.
"Yes. Of course I'll marry you" Olaf smiled and placed the ring on her 4th finger on the left hand. They kissed again and went back to show the others. When they got back, only Sven was to see and they were told Kristoff had taken Anna away for a short moment and as Elsa thought curiously what was going on, the guys knew what was going to happen and they exchanged glances trying to hide it from Elsa.
Kristoff had taken Anna out on the main entrance where they met the first time. Thankfully there wasn't anybody there at the moment. Even if it didn't seem like him, it was to him the perfect place to put his plan to life.
"Anna, I know this may sound cheeky, but this is where my love seemed to start when I ran into you the first time even if it wasn't love at 1st sight. I developed to love you when I saw wonderful person. You're the most important and wonderful thing ever happened to me and I don't to ever let you go. I hope to see you as the first when I wake up in the morning and the last before I go to sleep at night. What I'm trying to say is: Anna Kingston, will you marry me?" He took out the ring which was a bit expensive one, but that was an advantage being a well-paid sportsman.
Anna literally threw herself on top of him and kissed him as he slipped the ring on her finger. She watched it with awe when they broke apart and kissed him again.
"I love you so much Kristoff. Of course I'll marry you" Kristoff smiled at her as he rise to get her up as well and they walked towards the rest of their friends and then girls were shocked when they saw both of them had got engaged. Not only would they celebrate graduation, but future marriages as well tonight. What a great night it'd be for them! Nothing could go wrong now.
Sorry for the long wait. This was the 2nd last chapter. Hopefully the last will be out soon. It'll be very soon and you can imagine what's going to happen and I'll say it'll be like an epilogue. Thanks for your support. I'm proud to see this becoming my most reviewed story at all time.
