Like Stars "Gerry?" Strickland called from one of the booths in the bar.

"Hi sir. I'm just going to go her a drink in. Want anything?"

"No, I still have half a pint." Gerry looked around the bar as he waited for his pint to be given to him and was relieved to that Dan was yet to arrive.

"Gerry? Where's Sandra?" As soon as Gerry turned back round to pick his pint up he heard Dan call him.

"Ah mate, Strickland's over there why don't you go and join him and I'll get you a drink in?"

"I'm here to see Sandra though." Dan pointed out.

"I'll explain everything when I come back over."

"What's going on?" Strickland asked as Dan sat down opposite him.

"That's my question to!" Dan replied.

"I'm supposed to be meeting Sandra."

"So am I."

"Have you seen her?"

"No, have you?"

"No. Gerry said he'd explain when he brought the drinks over."

"Well here he comes." Gerry lay a pint down in front of Dan and another down in front of where he was about to sit.

"Gerry, what's this about? Where's Sandra?" Dan asked again.

"Erm she's not here..."

"I can see that, where is she?"

"She's gone back to France."

"So why did you bring us here to met her?" Strickland finally spoke.

"I needed to get both of you here and I couldn't see any other way to do."

"She's gone without actually sorting anything?! Well she'll be hearing from my lawyer." Dan snarled at no one in particular.

"No, don't do that mate. She couldn't do this, it was messing her up so she asked me to sort the rest out. Would you both be willing to take a DNA test? See the thing is, and I don't know whether you know this, but either one of you could be Olivia's father, Sandra doesn't know which one of you it is and neither do I and looking at Liv yourself you couldn't guess. She's the spitting image of Sandra and Sandra alone."

"I told her the other day that I'd take one, we can run it at the office if you like." Strickland replied calmly.

"No, she's already sorted someone to do it. I just need you to provide a bit of you hair." Gerry said as he passed Strickland a clear bag with his name on. Strickland immediately pulled a couple of strands of his hair out and placed them in the clear bag before handing it back to Gerry.

"Mate?" Gerry addressed Dan.

"Of course I will, I want to know one way or another. I just can't get my head around the fact that she's gone." Dan sighed as Gerry passed him a clear bag and he did the same as Strickland did.

"Sandra might not be physically here but it'll be all that's in her head. She's like a star, although you can't see her, she's here."
