"Not the cleanest work Doc, but, an untrained eye would have actually thought these satellite dishes were professionally taken off the roof." Happy says after examining the outlets on top of Kolvesky's. "Shall we get to work?" She asks as she put downs her tools.

"Definitely. Once we get this done we can officially clock out for the day." Toby says enthusiastically. "We've done a lot of crazy things but being almost-dead accessories to Merrick's treason takes the cake." Toby continues as he hands her a screwdriver.

Happy looks up at him with a look of realization on her face and says," I saw a man fall to his death. I was too busy trying to run for my life when it happened to think about it. Cabe punched him and Merrick fell down three storeys onto hard concrete. He was probably killed instantly. And, if he wasn't dead instantly, I guarantee the heat from the blast finished the job." As she says all this Happy realizes that she likes living. As a child and teenager bouncing through the foster care system and the streets, being alive meant being a survivor and Happy had enjoyed being a survivor. However, as she looks to her left to see Toby indelicately handle a Phillip's screwdriver, Happy admits begrudgingly to herself that being alive now is not just about her pride but about wanting to be with the family she had found and about the man on her left.

"I can't say that Merrick deserved the death he received, but double crossing your country and deliberately putting a girl's life in danger to bait us is just wrong. He asks us to help NASA knowing full well he could use some person to manipulate us. If he hadn't seen Walter on that date, he would taken someone else to threaten us, probably someone else we know." Toby says, pauses and then continues. "I hope he never considered Ralph, he's just a kid. Massing the impact on the bomb the way we did with Linda may not have worked with a child's body."

"I hope he never considered Ralph too even if Ralph would have been a logical choice. I guess Walt with his social experiment and dates meant Ralph's life wasn't put in immediate danger." Happy responds as she tightens the screw.

"Do I detect a hint of disapproval at our fearless leader's recent social choices?" Toby asks, looking down from the satellite he was holding steady at Happy's upturned face.

"I know out of the four of us, you're the social butterfly, but the way I see it, it's a lot of work for people like us to be in relationships. I think it's pointless of Walt to waste time trying to make it with girls he doesn't even like as much as Paige, if he did like a girl more than he likes Paige, I wouldn't be think this way. Don't look at me that way Doc. We all know they like each other. She didn't kiss him in a hospital room and he didn't hack the footage to see it because they didn't like each other." Happy challenges.

"Hap, we all know they both have special feelings for each other and have chosen to put other things first. I think for Paige, Ralph's well being is definitely more important. And for Walter, I think Scorpion is more important. But, who is to say that Paige isn't the end game for Walt? Maybe all these girls are just giving him opportunities to learn and so he won't mess up when he's ready for Paige." Toby conjures.

"A living girl isn't a cadeva you practice on till you're ready to do the real thing." Happy counters.

"That's true. Walter would never be that callous. That was me just making up stuff. Honestly, I think all these and social activity is because Walter is lonely." Toby says as they finish putting the satellites on the roof.

"Lonely?" Happy clarifies as she packs her tools.

"Megan, the first friend he ever has passes away. But, before she does, she springs on him that she has fallen in love. Which, in both the legal and emotional sense had meant that although they were siblings, Slyvester's power of attorney superseded Walt's. Then, you have Paige, who no matter what, has Ralph. Ralph and Walt are great friends but, Ralph will always be Paige's child kid first. Lastly, there is you and me." Toby concludes quietly as his last sentence sticks in his throat. He hadn't wanted to say it even if he knew it was true. Even though they had share a kiss on a beach, body heat in the South Pole and a tent on the roof, Toby was still afraid to pressure Happy into anything. Toby was afraid to be presumptuous and scare Happy away.

"I guess you can say there is an "us."."Happy says as they start climbing down Kolvesky's roof. As Happy descends she is reminded of the conflicting feelings she had when Toby asked her to go to Kolvesky's. Even though he had really just been requesting her help, there was a part of her that had hoped he had been thinking of a date because she did want to see what a date would be like. However, there was also a part of her that just wanted to let things unfold.

"Wanna go to Harry's across the street to get a bite to eat and a drink?"Toby asks when they reach the ground, catching Happy unaware.

"You buying?" She asks, mirroring her previous question. Toby looks at her and pauses for a beat before responding.

"Sure." Toby says with a slight smile as they walk towards Harry's.

"You know me buying doesn't make this date." Toby says, addressing their unspoken thought as they settle into a booth.

"It doesn't?" Happy says, trying to keep their conversation light even as she wasn't sure where the conversation was heading.

"Yeah. I have bought Sylvester burgers on many occasion and Walter has bought me food many times, especially when I'm broke. All not dates" Toby replies.

"Ok." Happy says.

"It's not that I haven't been thinking about asking you on a date." Toby says as he reaches across the table to hold her hand. " It's just with your whole idea of doing things in reverse, I figured since this time I kissed you, maybe you want to be the one asking about a date." Toby finishes.

"That make sense." Happy says as she tries to hold back the grin that was forming. Toby had a way of making her feel goofy.

"Given everything, I really just.."Toby starts.

"Want to have dinner with me tomorrow night?" Happy asks, interrupting him." I was thinking greek or maybe texmex." Happy finishes asking as Tobias M. Curtis face splits into the biggest grin.

"I'd love to. Can I pick you up at seven?" Toby responds.
