Welcome to Chapter 29! WARNING: Scenes of a sexual nature. If you are a tiny little one, please don't read this. You know what's probably going to happen by this warning, so leave it there… If you're old enough, I hope you enjoy.
Lucy had never had a date before, whether or not people found that to be a shock or not, didn't particularly bother her too much. Of course she had dreamed and conjured up moments of a date in her head, a kiss on the cheek at the door, or maybe even a passionate kiss if she liked him enough. Her dream man would've brought her flowers, and organised a very beautifully thought out date that would make her heart flutter. Quite often had Lucy perfected and modified the ideological view of her first real date, but that didn't mean that she was still almost peeing herself in worry about the whole thing.
The blonde maiden knew a few things that were the normality for girls going out on a date. Sweaty palms, hot flushes of frustration, having to shave their legs twice - just encase - and brushing their teeth so much that mint would probably be the only thing they tasted for a few days afterwards. Lucy realised that she'd ticked off all of those things, even though she'd brushed her teeth whilst Levy was here an hour before, she still found herself brushing them two more times after that.
The second thing the Celestial Mage knew about girls getting ready for dates, was that all the outfits they owned were suddenly not good enough, therefore the entirety of their wardrobe would be on her bed slash floor. Searching for that perfect outfit was essential, it wasn't only her first real date in general and with Loke, it was also New Year's Eve as well. She needed to look amazing, and at the moment, none of the following outfits in front of her seemed to cut it.
From a blue cotton dress that just went below the knee, with black tights and some black leather ballet pumps. Too a flower patterned long legged jump suit with some heels, and a red push up tailored long sleeved shirt, with black skinny jeans and some boots. Nothing seemed to look right at all. She'd tried everything on three times, her hair slightly messy from the static caused by taking shirts and dresses off and putting them back on. She wasn't happy with any outfit, which had made her mad.
She sighed heavily, sitting on her bed and pouted. "Nothing is going right," she mumbled to herself, feeling kind of deflated. She thought for a moment, and took a deep breath. She put away the clothes she most definitely did not like, and left out the outfits that were a 'possibly maybe.' It was then that she'd spotted the dress that Virgo had gotten her on Christmas. She widened her eyes, wondering why she hadn't thought of it beforehand.
She grabbed it and pulled it on, she straightened it out and looked into the mirror. She thought for a moment, grabbing some black stockings and her black leather boots. Though it looked lovely, something was missing. She looked behind her, and there was a black leather jacket hanging off her door. She grabbed it and put it on the bed for later, that was the missing piece. She sighed happily, now she just needed to get her hair sorted out and her makeup put on.
She summoned Cancer who styled her hair with a braid that started from two smaller braids, one on each side of her head. Connecting into a large braid that scaled down her back. She sighed happily, thanking Cancer before he went back to the Spirit World.
She put in new earrings, and washed and cleansed her face before moisturizing it. She put on some foundation and power and some eyeliner, she finally added lipstick and mascara before she was done. She didn't want to put on too much makeup. She finished getting ready by spraying on perfume, and putting on her leather jacket. Just in time, thankfully, for Loke to come through the Spirit World by his own Magic Energy into her apartment.
Loke hadn't counted on Lucy looking so beautiful that he was speechless, but sure enough, she was wearing that beautiful dress and he couldn't muster up any useful words. He drank in how she looked, enjoying to the sweet sense of pride that he was the one taking her out tonight. It was the primal side of him that made him feel like that, the lion side of him, and for once, he didn't mind himself feeling that way. Tonight was a big night for the both of them, Loke hadn't been on a date with a person he loved with all of his being before. With that on his mind, he wanted to make it perfect for his lover and soulmate as well.
He hadn't told Lucy the entire night's plans, sure enough he had mentioned a picnic. She thought straight away that South Gate Park was where he was most likely going to take her. It would've been a good choice, but Loke wanted intimacy tonight. He wanted romance, and a crowded park with a terrible oversight of fireworks wouldn't be very romantic. Especially when he knew Lucy wouldn't like to kiss their new years kiss in front of everyone. Which was acceptable to Loke, they didn't know whether what they were doing was actually legal to the human and celestial being laws yet.
Loke couldn't risk not seeing Lucy again, so he could easily be patient for the day he could kiss her in front of the entire guild. Marry her in front of them, and be smitten in the public eyes of Magnolia and the rest of the world they lived in.
Lucy blushed, realising that was looking at her with a type of stare that a person in deep love would only give. She giggled nervously, shuffling from her right foot to left. Smiling up at her date, she walked up to him. "Am I over dressed?"
He smiled, lifting his hand to her face, stroking her soft powdered cheek with his index finger lightly. "No, you're utterly perfect."
She found herself holding back another nervous giggle, she sighed deeply, relaxing herself. Resting her cheek against his warm hand, opening her eyes from closing them to calm herself down, she stared adoringly at the man who meant the most to her in her life. "Thank you, Loke."
He traced her braids and winked, "No problem, beautiful."
She held out her arm and grabbed her handbag, "So Sir Loke, my Knight in shining armor, where are we to be headed?"
Loke found himself smiling, she remembered what he had said all that time ago. He was smiling because after all that time, not much has changed. Not really. He would still show up whenever she needed him to help her in times of dire desperation. He would help her in anything, even if it is just to carry her grocery bags as she wondrously stares at clothes she couldn't afford. He was the Knight, and she was the Princess. His jewel. His red string of life, she kept him alive, and that would never change. Even when she got to the time of passing, she would still be the reason he would continue to live.
Linking his arm through hers, he pulled her closer to his side. He buttoned up his jacket and smirked to himself, "Its a secret, m'lady."
She pouted for a moment, "Fine, but give me a clue!" She grinned as they walked out of her front door in a steady pace, she locked up behind her. She looked over her shoulder at him, her eyes telling him that it wasn't a question but rather an order. She wanted a clue.
He rolled his eyes, "A classic romance, brought to life." He winked playfully, pulling her next to him again. He covered her eyes, "And to not spoil said surprise and clue, you won't see it till the last moment. Got it?"
"Fine," she sighed dismissively, "But don't let me fall, Loke."
He chuckled into her cold ear, "Don't you trust me, my love?"
She shivered as his hot breath trailed to her neck, gulping she mumbled, "Yes."
He held back a laugh at how flustered she easily became, it was amusing in the innocent sense of how much she loved his touch enough to easily submit to it. He had to admit, he was also the same way with her touch. He melted at the feeling of it, that first touch, that first time their nerves collide, it is something that could only be described as aesthetic. "Then, I shall gallantly take you to the first destination of our date tonight."
She nodded happily, and whilst behind her with his hands covering her eyes, he led her across the bridge. They walked for a good twenty minutes, he took some different roots so that she couldn't guess where they were going. She soon got a little flustered, but luckily by then, they were at the first destination of the night with twenty minutes to spare.
"Ready?" He asked in her ear.
"Always," She said challengingly.
He laughed and uncovered her eyes, she looked up and gasped. He had taken her to the newly reopened Magnolia theatre. That night, they were showing a before dinner show of; A Midsummer Night's Dream. Lucy put her hand to her mouth, letting out a little 'oh.' Of surprise.
"Loke...How'd you know that this was one of my favourites growing up?" She asked him.
"You adore literature, it didn't take much to realise that you would most likely enjoy classics almost as much, if not more, than you do modern greats." He smirked, "And everyone loves a bit of Shakespeare."
Lucy jumped up and down happily, "Oh my goodness, this is amazing! I've wanted to see this live in years! No one ever wanted to see it with me!" She was completely shocked, and it made her body tremble as she asked. "Won't you be bored?"
He rolled his eyes, "My love, nothing is ever boring when it is loved by you."
She giggled, "You're only being poetic because you're about to endure a few hours of boredom for yourself."
Loke shook his head and held her face softly, making her look at him. "I'll follow thee and make a heaven of hell, to die upon the hand I love so well." He winked down at her, smirking widely. "The three years of being human left me enough time to read hundreds of books, I like to learn new things, especially the language of love."
Lucy couldn't help but stare at him with full admiration. The man in front of him had made such an effort for her, he made her so fulfilled. Life seemed perfect for where it was at that moment of time. Life to Lucy, when she looked into those hazel eyes, was exquisite.
She rested the palm of her hand on his soft cheek, smiling up at him. "Thank you, Loke."
He closed his eyes, "The pleasure is mine, beautiful." He felt the warmth of her gloved hands warm up his icy cheek. He opened his eyes smiling, feeling like he was glowing on the inside. "Let's go inside, I got pretty good seats." He held up the tickets, holding her hand as he walked to the ticket booth to put hem through.
As they sat inside the theatre, Loke comfortably put his arm around her the introducing scene started. He smirked to himself, from the corner of his eye he saw Lucy sit forward excitedly as the man in front of them said his lines pristinely. Her mouth was hung open slightly, her eyes wide, and there was a strand of hair that fell on her cheek. He wanted to kiss her then and there, but he held back, because the Princess in front of him was too perfect to ruin.
After three hours of beautiful dialogue and unblemished acting abilities, the lights of the theatre came back on. Claps and cheers for the actors sounded the room, Loke clapped his amount of praise, but other wise kept his eye on Lucy who jumped slightly on the spot whilst she clapped and whistled.
The actors exited stage right, the theatre started to steadily empty. Loke let Lucy look over the stage and grab one of the scrips from the people who whispered a line to an actor if they forget their lines. Loke raised a brow, "You're stealing a script?"
"No! I am captivating unused artistic brilliance," she said back with a wink, "let's go!"
She grabbed his hand and they walked out of the theatre, giggling to each other about the stealing of Shakespeare's work. It was just as they reached the stairs to the ground floor of the building, that a person called them out. Calling out thief. Lucy widened her eyes and giggling, "Run, Loke!"
And sure enough they ran. Loke picked up Lucy into his arms and slung her over his shoulder and ran, laughing along with her as they got outside safely. They ran for a good five minutes before they got to the canal. Lucy giggled little uncontrollable giggles to her whilst still on Loke's shoulder.
"We just stole Shakespeare, and ran away from the scene of the crime." She looked up at Loke who moved her so that he could set her on her feet again. "This date is amazing so far, I'm really enjoying tonight."
Loke's breath caught, he looked into those chocolate pools of severe beauty and held her blushed cheek. "I'm glad I can make you happy, Lucy." He whispered, "Apart from protecting you, my main goal in life since you saved me, was to make you as happy as you made me that night when you talked sense into the Celestial Spirit King." He smirked in remembrance, "You're the only person I know who can communicate with Spirits with love and respect, but with still being as firm as a strong tree."
"My mother taught me to love Spirits, because they are there to defend you whenever you call on them. It is only right to respect them in return," she smiled. "But you, you were always my Spirit in friendship, in love, in knowing how to gain strength. I wouldn't have been able to defeat the people I have, without your strength guiding me. I wouldn't have been able to believe in myself, without you." She slipped her arms around his waist. "I love you, Loke."
Loke felt tears sting his eyes, he closed his eyes for a moment and cleared his throat. "I love you too, my Lucy." He said, his voice sounding strained.
She looked up at happily, "So what's next on the dating agenda?"
He let out a sigh, smiling down on her just as happily. "A Picnic, in one of the best spots in Magnolia."
He stood behind her again, covering her eyes with a smirk. "Hey!" She complained, "Not this again."
"I'm sorry, beautiful. One more time, I promise."
She huffed, but a smile was faint on her lips. "Fine, take me to the food." She said.
It took thirty minutes and eighteen-seconds to get to the spot that Loke picked specifically for that night. On top of the only cliff in Magnolia, was a beautiful private spot that not a lot of people knew about. There was an opening that was surrounded by beautiful smelling flowers, and shading trees. Loke smirked, pleased that Virgo had already done her part of tonight. She had lit lanterns, putting some in trees, and some on the ground around a picnic blanket, and a picnic basket. It was beautiful to be surrounded by twinkling lanterns and the stars that glowed above them.
"We're here." He whispered to her, uncovering her eyes.
A gasp left her mouth, Lucy felt tears rise to her eyes. She tried not to ruin her mascara, she fanned the tears away a little. Turning to Loke and choking out, "Its beautiful!"
"Yeah," he grinned. "I'm glad you like it, my love."
"You did this all for me?" She asked, her voice still sore with tear threatening her.
Loke brushed the hair that was still on her cheek earlier, away. He hissed that cheek and mumbled into her cold ear, with his hot breath causing her to shiver again. "Only the best for my Lucy, now, let's eat shall we?" He grinned, standing straighter. "We'll get a great view of the fireworks and the park from here."
She squeezed his hand and nodded, "Yeah! I'm starving, actually."
He chuckled, leading her to the picnic blanket and sat her down. He got out from the basket, champagne. The good stuff, curtsy of Virgo and Aries's guidance. He got out two glasses and grinned, "Make a wish when it pops!"
"Why?" Lucy giggled.
"Because, people in some countries call Champaign 'stars' so basically the cork is a shooting star, making it lucky." He explained, "Now, make a wish!" He flicked the cork from the bottle, it flew in the air. Lucy squeezed her eyes shut, mouthing quickly a wish that Loke couldn't read.
He made sure none of the foam from the Champaign didn't mess up the blanket, he then poured out two glasses of the beautiful golden liquid and passed one to the blonde mage. She took it and cradled it in the palms of her hands, she smiled as he took out the food, plating her food as she picked out the stuff she wanted from the selection. "Ooo! Garlic Olives, if I eat those you won't want to kiss me later." She joked.
He smirked cockily, picking up an olive and popped it in his mouth. "Now we both have garlic breath." He plated her some olives and some crusty bread. Honey roasted lamb salad and chili mushrooms. They ate and talked whilst observing the land below them.
The festivals music was sweet and flowing, people's laughter also drifted upwards. Lucy tried to pick out some of the people in the park, among the food stands and such other festival based things. It was when she heard a familiar laugh, she spotted Gajeel and Levy playing in the baseball booth. Levy in the arena and shooting baseballs into the fake dummy person in front of her. Gajeel's smile could possibly be seen from Space, let alone up a cliff. He watched her with deep adoration, his eyes never leaving her tiny frame.
"That's is Small Fry! Beat the shit out that dummy!" Gajeel cheered. Loke smirked by how loud the Dragon Slayer was, people looked in his direction grudgingly, but he didn't care at all.
It was when Gajeel pulled Levy into a kiss when she came out of the baseball arena, that made Lucy really smile. It seems that finally, things were going the Solid Script Mage's way. "Gajeel wouldn't be the guy to let Levy down, especially he knows that she could kick his ass." Lucy joked with a giggle. She then rolled her eyes, "Next thing we know, they'll have blue haired dragon slayer babies running around the guild hall."
Loke went quite and swallowed his food, Lucy chuckled, catching his attention again. She pointed down to the park, "Look, Lisanna got Natsu on the Farris Wheel!" She laughed worryingly, "Oh dear, not a good move."
Loke smirked, "I hope he ate before going up there, throwing up on an empty stomach sucks."
Lucy put a bite of Lamb into her mouth and chewed, looking at her date and smiling. "Its delicious, by the way, the food."
He sighed in relief, "Thank God!" He grinned, "I had to ask Levy if I could use her kitchen, I used her many cook books to make it perfect, and asked Virgo to keep it up here and safe for us." He chuckled, "Good to know it worked out."
Lucy smiled and put a finger to her lip, "You cooked this, all of it?"
"Yep, took a few attempts, but I got there."
She smiled widely to him, "Yeah, you really did. Thank you, Loke. Again."
After they finished the main meal, Loke got out strawberries and laid down on the blanket. Lucy poured them both more Champaign. She laid down with him, handing him back his glass. They watched the stars above them, eating the sweet strawberries that tasted wonderful as the juice burst against their tongues.
Loke watched Lucy calmly watch the stars, reaching out and taking her hand. She looked over to him and smiled lightly, "What's wrong?"
"Nothing is wrong," he promised. "Just thoughts leading to questions."
She raised a brow questionably, "Oh? Like what?"
"I was thinking, whether or not it was possible to give you the one thing that you want in this life. A child." He sighed, "Then my thoughts led me to a sad life where you leave me because I can't."
She squeezed his hand, "Like I've most likely mentioned a few times, Loke. If we can't have child naturally, I'll adopt. But all I want, Leo the Lion, is you." She smiled happily. "I cannot fathom constellations, but I can fathom the love I have within myself that projects whenever I'm around it. My own love is a constellation, it will last till the end of time. It can't break." She rolled to her side, putting her glass to the side. Wrapping an arm around his chest and looking up at him, "I love you, my sweet lion."
"Lucy," he choked. Feeling a tear slide down his cheek. He gulped, "You would give up having something you could easily have with someone else, for me?"
"I would rather die, than be with anyone else." She said firmly, "I made up my mind when you did something for me, like take me to the theatre tonight. You did that for me, you knew it was something I'd love. With that simple gesture, I realised, you treat me like this jewel. A jewel that you would die to protect. With that, I also realised, that I see you the same way. You are my golden jewel, and I can't give that up Loke."
Loke sat up a little, resting on his elbows. Their faces close, they slowly kissed. Their lip warm against each others, Loke was welcomed by her tongue that deepened the kiss to a splendid place. He laid on his back as she straddled him, his hands grabbing her backside to support her. They broke away from the kiss for a moment, Loke in that moment, blurted out another thought he had that night. A thought that turned to one of the biggest question he could muster.
"Marry me, Lucy." His voice was strong, but he was even shocked by how quickly he asked it.
The blonde maiden's eyes widened, she sat up and stood up. "Why would you ask that? When we both know that..."
He stood, "Its fine, if you don't want too!" He mumbled quickly, "I dunno, I just thought if I'd ask, then if we find out that we can actually...you know, marry and be together for the rest of our days, then it is already there that we would marry as soon as possible." He stuttered, "But, I can understand. I can understand if you don't want too."
Just as he said that, the fireworks started, signaling the new year. The blonde mage gulped and shakily said, "Yes."
"...What?" He said shocked.
"I will marry you, I will be engaged to you. Even if it turns out we can't marry, I still want to be yours no matter what." She looked at him, suddenly with firm eyes. "I want to be your lioness, Loke." She walked up to him, "Happy new year, my love."
The kiss was soft and passionate, it grew quickly as to where it was before. Hot and heavy, his hands roamed her body. Mine, this means...I got my flower!
Lucy moaned against his lips as they broke away by an inch at the lips. "Take me home, Loke. I'm ready... make love to me."
Loke picked her up and grinned, "No need to ask that twice, my love."
He ran home with her in his arms, she seemed quiet on the way back to her warm apartment. She opened the apartment door and let him inside, she locked the door and turned on some lights. Loke looked to her and asked softly, pulling her into his arms. "Are you okay? You seem...quiet."
She gulped, "A little...eh... nervous." Her cheeks went crimson, "I don't really know what to do..."
Loke smirked, pulling her brain apart, soft curls falling past her face. He marveled at her beauty as he ran his fingers through her hair. "Well, we could take a bath, ease the tension with warm water...I could give you a massage, if you like."
Lucy nodded, "Okay, that sounds nice."
He kissed her softly, "Run a bath, I'll get some wine."
She nodded again, walking inside the bathroom. Loke let out a gasp of breath, he was finally going to have her in his arms. Show her how much he loved her in true motion, in true movement. He felt himself flush, nervously pondering about what to do. He then shook his head to himself, it was best not to think what to do too much. It made it too structured, and not that enjoyable. He needed to make it as natural and calming as possible. He didn't want to hurt her, he wanted to make sure her first time was with no mess and no pain.
He went to the kitchen, pouring some wine for both of them and going into the bathroom. Lucy was in the bath of bubbles and hot water, she was sitting on the little ledge of the bath, waiting for him. He was a little star struck, she looked so perfect. Makeup off, hair slightly damp and still wavy from the braids. She looked so beautiful, he could help but feel like he couldn't breathe.
Lucy blushed, "Well, don't just stand there. Come over here and join me," her smile was so loving, he smiled back to her in the same manner. He put the wine beside the bath ledge. Slowly pulling his tie, he threw it to the side. Un buttoning his shirt and taking off his jacket. Throwing his clothes to the side till he was full nude. Lucy admired his torso and other parts of his body. Though she was suddenly nervous, she could never quite comprehend how something that was easily and inch and half thick, and several inches over the average size of a man's manhood could fit inside of her. But she had to trust Loke, obviously the other women he once had in his life managed, so could she.
He stepped into the war and lifted her to sit on his lap, "You still okay about this? You look nervous still, I don't want you to feel like you have too..."
"No, I want too." She smiled, "I just don't really know what to expect."
He shrugged, "I'll be as gentle as possible," he mumbled. "If I hurt you, tell me, okay?"
She nodded, "I promise. But, a massage does sound nice." She winked.
She slid off his lap, and turn around. Her back to him, that splendidly shaped back. It dripped with bubbles and water, causing him to want to kiss her soft skin, starting there. He resisted for now, standing behind her and started to use his thumbs to massage the lower of her back. Her head leant backwards slightly, a small moan of easing pleasure escaping her lips. He kissed her shoulders, running his hands upwards to the middle of her back, using his palms to make sure the tension in her spine relaxed.
She moaned again, he held back a growl. That sweet sound of pleasure coursed through his veins, causing him to feel like he was about to burst. Grabbing the soap, he lathered up his hands, slowly he massaged the tender back tissue of his lover's back. Lucy's breath hitched, leaning against him and whimpering in bliss. He growled into her ear, reaching his hands up to her breasts, massaging them slowly. Her nipples hardening under his palms, he smirked into her hair, pinching them lightly causing her to gasp loudly.
"Loke..." She whispered his name, "Don't tease me, please." He chuckled into her ear, washing her off. Massaging her scalp as he washed her hair, causing her to sigh happily. She took her turn after that, he sat between her legs. She wrapped them around him, causing him to chuckle.
She washed his hair slowly, doing the same as he did to her. Massaging his scalp, his eyes fluttering close. He moaned loudly after she had rinsed his hair, as her hands stroked his shaft playfully. "Now look who's teasing." He groaned. She giggled lightly, standing up, he looked up at her. She took a big gulp of wine and smiled down on him.
"What're you staring at?" She asked, her smile almost dreamy looking.
He tilted his head to one side, "Just admiring the love of my life, beautiful." He smiled, his smile showing the same sign as her. He was in pure bliss.
She blushed a shade of pink, it reminded him of light pink roses. He stood up and pulled her close to him, his hand tangling into her hair as he kissed her with full intent. His lips were warm from the bath, but her lips were cold from the wine. He licked them before deepening the kiss with his tongue. His hands roamed to her breasts, circling her areola. Her breathing shallowed a little, her body seemed to ease into his.
Sliding one of his hands to her groin, he bit her lip, almost as a sign of permission. She moaned, it was a yes. He slid his hand, his fingers finding the moist folds of Lucy's womanhood. He found the spot he had not difficulty in ever finding, he rubbed her slowly, teasing her partly, but otherwise was just slowly giving her time to adjust to being pleasured. Her sigh of satisfaction made his inner lion growl with even more need for Lucy, more than there had ever been.
He had never entered her, never wanting to make her feel as though he was rushing her. But now, he could use it as a passage of easing her into her first full sexual exploit. He circled the small entrance of her, her breath seemed to stop for a moment, he slid a finger into her, slowly and softly. She was wet, apart from the bath water she was ready for him. He moaned, thankful that he could do this. That he could finally do the things that he had been wanting to do for a long time now.
He pulled away for a moment, picking her up and stepping out the bath. "Would you be more comfortable in your bed, my love?"
She nodded, blushing. "Yes, that would be wonderful."
He smiled lovingly down on her, "Yes?" He whispered against her lips.
"Yes," said happily with a firmness that caused him to shudder in return.
He straightened up, carrying her back to the living room/bedroom. That night, Loke made sure he was gentle, making love to her properly. Every sigh and every moan was full of love and need for more. Every thrust was met with a small whimper of begging for more. He caused her no pain, she was relaxed and wanted him. He whispered sweet nothings into her ear, whispering how much he loved her when their pleasures met together and melted away slowly with sensations that caused them both to lay beside each other and stare into each other's eyes for a long time.
Lucy grinned up at her Spirit, leaning up for a kiss which was met with a warm hand on her cheek. She sighed contently against his lips, mumbling softly "My lion, I love you."
"And I you, my love." He mumbled back, letting her rest on his chest out of exhaustion. He stroked her naked back until he fell asleep along with her. A smile not missing from both of their faces as in their dreams, the nights events replayed through their subconscious minds.
THEY FINALLY DID THE SEXY THING! I apologise formally for my lack of updates, and for that a few people didn't enjoy the last chapter… But I liked it, which is why I updated it. I like my OC's, they're my imagination. And yes, this is a Fairy Tail fic, but a fan fiction is taking your favourite characters and making a storyline that holds whatever you want within it. Even if that means OC's right? At least that's how I perceive it.
Anyway, long AN done and dusted, see ya next time! REVIEW! x)
