Finally, some E/O action. I hope you enjoyed. Please keep the reviews coming…although this story might be winding down. I am itching to start a new one…and for me, the anticipation is half the fun. Once they're together…well, it takes some of the fun out of writing it.

The next few hours went by in a blur. Olivia climbed out of bed and walked into the kitchen to get a bottle of water. She looked at the clock and saw it was almost 1AM. She felt deliciously tired and sore all over and smiled. Elliot seemed to have forgotten his vow to restrain from having sex with her…and once that was blown to hell…he had forgotten the part about being gentle. She loved his passion…the way he devoured her with his mouth and his eyes and his hands. She shivered at the thought of it. She grabbed a bottle of water from the refrigerator and walked back into the bedroom. Elliot was lying on his back with the sheet pulled up to his waist. He had one arm flung over his eyes, and he didn't stir when Olivia walked back into the bedroom.

"You're not falling asleep on me, are you?" she asked, setting the bottle of water on the nightstand. Elliot moved his arm and looked over at her as she climbed onto the bed, crawling towards him on all fours.

"Yes. I am. You wore me out." he said, smiling at her. She didn't stop her advances until she had climbed over him, caging him with her body.

"Come on. Big strong Detective Stabler is worn out from a little sex?" She teased, leaning over and kissing him on the nose, brushing her breasts against his chest.

"A little sex? " He choked out. "Liv, it's been like the sex Olympics." He laughed, putting his hands on her shoulders and pushing her up, removing the contact between his chest and her. "You are insatiable."

"It's not usually the guys who are complaining." Olivia laughed. She flopped down on the bed next to Elliot. She threw her hand over her forehead dramatically. "I have a headache. Not tonight dear." she said playfully.

Elliot rolled over on his side and laid his hand on her stomach, massaging her skin. "Very funny. But it's not like I refused to have sex with you…we've been at it for hours. I just need a break. I'm doing all the work." He said, knowing that would get a rise out of her.

"What?!" she said, sitting up and looking over at Elliot. She saw the smile on his face and batted at his arm lightly. "Bastard." she said, smiling back at him. She climbed out of bed and walked towards the bathroom, swaying her hips and looking over her shoulder. "If you want a break, I'll give you a break…" she said. "But now I'm not sure when I'll be off break…" She laughed, closing the bathroom door behind her.

Elliot groaned. God, he loved making love to her but he was seriously drained of every ounce of energy. He would love to follow her into the bathroom…he even started to get up, but then fell back down on the bed. He was snoring 5 minutes later.

Olivia came out of the bathroom about 45 minutes later, having treated herself to a hot bath. At first, she had expected Elliot to follow her in, but once she was settled in the bathtub, she could hear him snoring. She had sunk down in the tub. As she climbed into bed she thought "God, she could get so used to this…having Elliot here with her was amazing."

Elliot woke up to an empty bed and Olivia reading in the living room once again. He shuffled up and kissed her on the forehead.

"Do you get up early every day?" he grumbled. "I know you're not a morning person, so…"

"I slept until 7." she said. "It's hard to sleep next to a freight train."

"I was snoring?" he asked.

"You could say that." she laughed. "I tried to wake you but I couldn't." She was about to make some snide remark about Kathy kicking him out for snoring, but thought better of it. "It's fine. I was awake anyway."

Elliot plopped down on the couch. "Hey, I know we wanted to spend the day together, but I have to run out to Queens. Kathy left a message; there are a few things that need to be repaired around the house. She told me about a week ago, and I was supposed to go yesterday…."

Olivia didn't say anything. She had really wanted to spend the day together, but she also knew that this stuff was going to happen. That she had to share him with his kids…and so by extension, Kathy.

"Liv."

"It's fine Elliot. I understand." Olivia said, turning back to her book.

"Hey, why don't you come with me?" he said.

Olivia looked over at him. "You're insane. I'm not coming with you."

"Why not? Everyone knows we're together." he said, liking the idea more and more.

"Knowing we're together and seeing us together are two very different things. Especially since Kathy, Lizzie and Dick are still getting used to the idea. If it was Maureen and Kathleen, then maybe…but…NO. I'm not coming with you. I have plenty to do right here." she said with finality. Elliot knew there was no point in arguing.

"OK, but I'm going to shower and go now, so hopefully I can be back by noon and we'll still have the afternoon."

Olivia nodded. "Sounds good."

Olivia still hadn't heard from Elliot by 1, and she was getting a little annoyed. She would have assumed that she at least have gotten a text from him by now, either telling her he was still tied up or that he was headed home. Her pride prevented her from picking up the phone and texting him. Instead, she dialed Casey to see what she was up to.

"Hey Liv. I'm just heading out to play softball. What's up?" Casey asked.

"Not much. Just hanging out and don't really have anything to do so I thought I would see what you were up to." Olivia said, sighing heavily.

"Where's lover boy?" Case asked.

"With his wife." Olivia stated, and Casey could hear the annoyance in her voice.

"You mean his ex-wife…" Casey corrected her.

"Yeah. He had to go over to do some stupid repair work or something. He's been gone for hours."

Casey could tell Olivia was annoyed and she knew she wasn't going to be able to talk to her about it.

"Why don't you come over and watch us play? There are some hotties on the other team. Easy on the eyes and fun to watch in those tight pants. Might take your mind off Elliot for a while." she said.

"You know what? That sounds like fun. I've never watched you play." Olivia said. She got the address of the ball park. "See you in 30 minutes."

Olivia went into the bedroom and took off the sundress she was wearing. She put on some white shorts and a light blue sleeveless shirt and slipped into some sandals. She put some money in the pocket of her shorts, placed on sunglasses on top of her head and headed out the door. As she was about to lock the door, she remembered her phone. She went in and grabbed it and headed out to the ball park.

Elliot finished mowing the lawn and went inside. Kathy had made some lemonade and handed him a glass.
"Remind me why Dick can't mow the lawn?" he asked.

"He's in a baseball tournament all weekend." Kathy said.

"Still, I came over here for a few repairs and I feel like I've just done a bunch of chores the kids should do." Elliot said.

"El, this house takes a lot of upkeep. And your kids live here. I can't do it all by myself." Kathy said, annoyed that he was annoyed. "I know you want to spend time with your new girlfriend but…"

"Hey" said Elliot. "Leave her out of it." Kathy looked up at his sharp tone. "Besides, when you were giving me the sob story the other day, you didn't tell me you were seeing someone. You made it sound like you would be alone forever and that I was horrible for moving on."

Kathy just looked at him. "It's not serious. It isn't the same."

"What do you mean it isn't the same? You're dating. I'm dating. It's the same."

Kathy let out a choked laugh. "You honestly think that me dating some guy for a month is the same as you dating Olivia? That's a laugh and you know it."

Elliot shrugged his shoulders. He knew she was right. "All I'm trying to say is that you won't be alone. Things might work out with this guy. And if they don't, you'll find someone. You're a beautiful woman Kath. And I want us to be friends. I want to meet whatshisname. And I want to feel like I can bring Liv over here."

Kathy looked up again sharply. "I don't know if that's a good idea."

"Maybe not right now. I know it's going to take some adjustment. But soon. Liv's going to be a part of my life." He walked over and gave Kathy a hug. "It's all going to work out."

Kathy put her arms around Elliot and hugged him back. "I know."

Elliot pulled back and leaned against the counter, finishing his lemonade. He looked at his watch. "Holy shit! It's 2 already?" He pulled out his phone and checked his messages. He didn't have any. He looked up at Kathy. "I'm going to get going." he said. He gave her a kiss on the cheek and headed out to the car. As soon as he was inside, he thumbed open the phone and dialed Olivia's number. The phone rang three times and then went to voicemail. Elliot left a message, apologizing profusely and letting her know he would be home by 3. He started the car, and pulled out, hoping traffic wasn't bad on the way back into Manhattan.

Olivia took the subway, and only had to walk about three blocks to get to the ball park. It was a large space with four different fields on it, so it took her a while to find Casey's team. When she walked up, the game had already started, but Casey's team was batting, so she was on the bench, waiting her turn. She walked up and tapped Casey on the shoulder. Casey turned and gave her friend a big smile.

"Hey Liv! I'm so glad you came." Casey introduced her to some of the other players; everyone on the team worked in sex crimes across the five boroughs. Olivia was surprised to see that Chester was on the team and she smiled. She knew Chester had a crush on Casey.

"Who are you playing?" asked Olivia.

"Homicide." Casey said. "They're tough." Olivia laughed. Casey took all of this very seriously. "What? They are!"

"I'm sure." said Olivia. "Where should I sit?" Casey pointed to the bleachers and Olivia headed that way. "After the game, we're going out for drinks…so don't go too far." she yelled after her.

Olivia made her way over to the bleachers. There were a dozen or so people on the Sex Crimes side. Some husbands and boyfriends. Some wives with kids. Olivia didn't know anyone so she found a seat at the end. As she sat down, she heard her phone ring. She pulled it out and saw it was Elliot. She knew she shouldn't be annoyed but she was, so she didn't answer. A few minutes later, she felt her phone buzz again, signaling that she had a voicemail. She didn't check it; instead she focused on the game, cheering as Casey went to bat.

Elliot made good time and got to Olivia's apartment by 2:45. He rushed up to the apartment and knocked quickly before he let himself in.

"Liv. I'm so sorry." he said as he walked into the apartment. She wasn't in the living room, so he walked into the bedroom. "Liv. I'm so sorry" he started again, but stopped when he realized she wasn't in there either. He poked his head in the bathroom, but he could tell the apartment was empty. He walked back out to the kitchen and looked for a note. He pulled out his phone to see if she had called or texted, but she hadn't. A little bit of worry niggled in the back of his brain, but he told himself not to overreact. Just because she had been attacked last Sunday didn't mean anything had happened to her… Suddenly, that's all he could think of. He thumbed open his phone and called her number again. Same story. Three rings and voicemail.

"Liv. I'm at your apartment and you're not here. I'm a little worried because I haven't heard from you and I don't know where you are. Call me back ASAP." He hung up. Then he opened his phone again and sent a similar text message, just in case her ringer was off and she hadn't heard his call. He stood there for a minute, trying to decide what to do.
