Hi, there! Here for a new chapter? Me too!

I'm very sad to say this chapter is the last one :(

Please read the A/N at the bottom!

Enjoy! :)

"OW!" I cry out as Trish pokes once again my eyeball with the eyeliner.

"Sorry!"

I sigh. "Why can't I just do my make-up?"

"Because I want to do it!"

"This is the third time you poked my eyeball! I'll go blind if you keep doing that!"

Trish sighs. "Fine." She hands me the eyeliner.

"Thank you."

"So, are you excited?" Trish asks me as I start doing my make-up.

"Yeah, who wouldn't be?"

"Good point." She pauses. "Are you nervous people are going to judge? Or at least stare?"

"Why would they judge or stare?"

"Oh, let me see..." She puts on a thinking face. "Oh, right. A few months ago, Austin was glaring at everyone who ever tried to talk to him. He was an outcast for several years. Then, you came in the story and became some sort of plot twist in this school. You didn't let Austin shut you out, no matter how many people told you to give up, myself included. You kept insisting and proved all of us wrong by getting him to let you in. You stood up to the school's queen bee, and to a jock. You became friends with two weirdos who people never gave a second glance to. You gave Austin, Dez, and I a chance to not be judged for who we were exposed to be but for who we really were. We'll never thank you enough for that."

I stop doing my make-up and look up at Trish through teary eyes. "You really think of me that way?"

She nods. "Of course I do. And so does everyone else. Ally, you're were a second chance for Austin, Dez, and I. If you hadn't moved, Austin would still be an outcast who talked to no one, and Dez and I would still be each other's only friend. You were like our savior."

I smile through my tears and hug her tightly. "Thanks, Trish. I didn't know I meant that much to you guys."

"Don't thank me. I'm just stating the truth." She says, breaking the hug. She wipes away her own tears with a small chuckle. "Let's stop crying, we're going to ruin our make-up."

I laugh, wiping away my tears. "You're right." I tell her just as my phone beeps. I pick it up to see a new text from Austin. "Austin and Dez will be picking us up in ten minutes."

"Ten minutes?! Let's hurry, then!" Trish shrieks. I giggle and we quickly finish doing our make-up. We're done just as the bell rings.

"Just in time." I say. We both grab our phones, and place them in our respective purse.

"Ally! Trish! Austin and Dez are here!" My mom calls.

"We know." Trish and I call back in sinc. We quickly put on our shoes, then walk down the stairs. Trish is wearing a purple, and quite fluffy dress. The top is full of silver and purple sparkles, then the skirt part of her dress is all, well, fluffy. She has on silver shoes and earrings to match. As for myself, I'm wearing a pretty simple dress. Nothing too extravagant, unlike Trish. The top part of my dress is red, and the bottom is black. I have on red shoes and earrings to match. I decided to wear my hair straight, while Trish went with some complicated but beautiful hairstyle. (A/N: As you can see, I suck at describing stuff :P)

When we reach the last stair, Dez lets out a low whistle, while Austin just stands there, jaw dropped, staring at me. I bite my lower lip and blush, walking over him while trying to ignore my dad staring at us.

"Hi." I greet him shyly.

He clears his throat, then blinks a few times. "H-Hi. Erm... You look... You look amazing."

I blush a little deeper. "Thank you. So do you." And he does. He's wearing a black tux with a red tie to match my dress. Him and Dez are dressed pretty much the same, except Dez has a purple tie to match Trish's dress.

"Why, thank you." He smirks and leans down to kiss me.

My dad clears his throat, making us quickly jump appart.

"Dad!" I whine, slightly embarrassed.

He rolls his eyes, ignoring me. "I believe we have some pictures to take, is that right?"

I sigh as Trish, Dez, Austin, and I get into different positions. After taking about three pictures of fifty different pauses, he finally lets us go.

"Sorry about that, guys." I apologize as we walk towards Austin and Dez's trucks.

Dez chuckles. "It's fine. You should've seen Austin's grandmother. She was way worst than that."

Austin groans. "Don't remind me." He tells Dez, then turns to Trish and I. "She took like thousands of pictures. I'm not even kidding." He says, Dez quickly nodding in agreement. "And she'll probably ask your dad for a few pictures of us as well." He then tells me.

I nod. "Probably."

"After you." He says, opening the passenger door of his truck.

"Thank you." I say, getting in. He shuts the door behind me, circles the vehicle, then gets in himself.

"Ready to party with the most awesome guy ever?" He asks me with a smirk, slipping my hand in his.

"No. But with you, yes." I tease him.

He pouts, driving out of my driveway. "You're mean."

I lean over him and pecks his cheek. "I'm sorry." I tell him, pouting as well. "Will you forgive me?"

His pout turns into a teasing grin as he squeezes my hand. "I don't know... Should I?"

"Yes. Yes, you should."

"Hmm... Alright. I guess I forgive you. But only 'cause I love you."

I laugh. "Awesome."

"What, you don't love me too?" He asks, placing a hand on his chest. "Hurtful, Alls. Very hurtful."

I roll my eyes. "You're crazy, you know that?"

"For you? Of course."

I look out the window to hide my blush, even though it's getting dark and he's driving, so he probably wouldn't see it. You're never too safe, you know. "Stop being so cheesy."

"What, you don't like my flirting?"

"You flirt very badly, did you know that?"

He chuckles. "So do you, Miss Dawson. So do you."

"So, how's tonight supposed to go?" I ask Austin as we walk toward the school. Trish and Dez are walking a few feet infront of us, in their own conversation.

"Hmm..." He shrugs. "I don't know. I never really went to a dance before."

I gasp dramatically. "You never went to a dance?! What is wrong with you?!"

He rolls his eyes. "Alls. Remember what I was like before I met you? There's no way that guy would've went to a dance."

"Right. Sorry, didn't think of that."

He smiles and wraps an arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him. "It's fine."

I nod as we walk inside our school. I can already hear music coming from the gym, which is where the homecoming is being held.

I turn to Austin. "Ready for the biggest headache of your life?"

He chuckles. "Bring it on."

"Alright, then." I say and we walk in direction of the gym. When we walk in, heat is the first thing that hits me. Next is a body I collide into. I quickly apologize to the guy and follow Austin, whose grip on my hand is tighter than ever, probably scared to lose me through the crowd.

"Do you see Trish and Dez anywhere?" He asks me loudly. "I think we lost them."

I try searching through the large crowd, but since I can barely see people's heads due to my short height, I quickly give up. "Can't see them." I shout at him, then shrug. "Eh, we'll probably see them sometime later."

He nods. "Probably. Well, I'm gonna go get myself a drink. Want anything?"

I shake my head. "No, thanks, I think I'm good."

"Alright. You stay right here. I wouldn't want to lose you."

I nod. "Okay."

He shoots me a small smile before disappearing somewhere in the crowded gym.

"I can't believe you actually got the freak to come to homecoming." I hear a familiar annoying voice behind me about five minutes later.

I roll my eyes and turn around to face the queen bee and her, 'like', friend.

"Cassidy." I nod at her. "Kira."

"So, like, are you and the freak a, like, thing?" Kira, 'like', asks. Argh, damn, this thing is contagious.

"A thing? If you mean a couple, then yes." I answer.

Cassidy giggles fakely. "With her two other friends, the four of them make their own freak group. How cute."

I mock her fake laugh. "Well, at least we're not a group of fakes!" I say, imitating her high-pitched voice.

She huffs. "Are you mocking me?!"

"Oh, you noticed! Tell me, was it the high-pitched voice, or the imitation of your fake giggles?"

She huffs, stomps her foot and walks away, Kira quickly following.

"Wow, I'm impressed." I hear behind me. I turn around to see Austin, Trish, and Dez standing there with impressed looks on their faces. Austin is the one that spoke. "Found them." He tells me, nodding towards Trish and Dez.

"How long were you guys standing there?" I ask them.

"Since Cassidy told you we formed a freak group." Trish responds.

Austin shrugs, a smirk on his face. "I don't know about you guys, but I don't think her insult was that good. I feel pretty great with us being considered a freak group."

Dez nods. "Yeah. Who cares what everyone else think? We're us. Freaks and proud of it."

"Yeah!" Austin smiles and fist pumps with Dez.

I grin proudly, watching my friends. "Is this seriously what I did?" I ask Trish.

She nods. "Yup. We're now proud to be freaks." She giggles. "Guys, it's true that Ally changed us for the better, right?" She asks Austin and Dez, who both nod.

"Yeah. Because of you, I have my best friend back." Dez tells me.

"And because of you, I have everything back. My life finally makes sense to me, and I'll forever be grateful to you for that." Austin tells me, taking my hands in his.

"So... you believe me, now? When I tell you that love exists?"

He nods and leans down, pressing his lips onto mine. I immediately kiss him back and wrap an arm around his neck, ignoring our friends' teasing. We slowly pull away a few seconds later, slightly out of breath. He keeps his forehead on mine as he looks into my eyes.

"I believe you, Ally Dawson. And I love you."

I smile, hugging him tightly. "I love you too."

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is not only the story of how I got Austin Moon to believe in love. It's also how I learned lessons that I will forever remember. You don't need a great past to live a great future. And when you're ready to give up and drop everything, remember the reason why you held on for so long. Remember that there's always someone that cares. And behind the people exposed as 'freaks' hide the greatest friends you could ever have.

Don't judge people for who they seem to be. You probably don't know a single thing about what went on, or is still going on, in their life.

But, yes, ladies and gentlemen, there is also something else I'm proud of. What is it, you may ask?

I GOT AUSTIN MOON TO BELIEVE IN LOVE!

BAM! Done!

And that, everybody, concludes Believe Me. Although, I will be writing this story in Austin's P.O.V. so look out for that! It'll be called I Don't Believe You.
