Lorca doesn't often touch Michael. It's too dangerous a game to play. When he does finally put his hands on her, he wants her to realize everything it means. To them. For them.
But Michael—logical, ruthless, controlled—is tearing at the seams. Her reckoning, almost more than Lorca's, is at hand. She's going to face down a dead woman, a woman she killed, and not let that rip her apart.
So he touches her. A fatherly touch on the hand, accompanied by advice. Good advice. He means it.
He'll always guide her true.
