Alright, here is the next chapter. Now, just to let you guys know, this duel (which will be shown in the next chapter) is going to be different from the one in the anime. For one, this is going to be a tag-team duel. I thought it'd be more interesting to have Jaylin and Chazz team up, since all the other main characters got to team up with said rival, but Jaden never got that chance. Even though Chazz isn't Jaylin's rival in this, I feel it is fair to use that chance. I think it would've been a great teamup, if Jaden and Chazz went against Slade and Jagger. I know it wouldn't have been as epic, but it's still better than nothing. That being said, Jaden and Chazz did get their tag-team-up they rightfully deserved in the manga version, which is epic as hell and I highly advise you to check it out.

Oh, one more thing, I started noticing my error in the 160 duelists. It should have been 128, since, if you keep dividing that number by 2, you eventually get 1. 160, when kept divided, leads to 5. I'm so sorry about that. It was my fault on my part. Review please!

Jaylin woke up early in the morning on the day of the duel against Chazz's brothers. Chancellor Shepard gave the students the day off, since EVERYONE wanted to watch Jaylin and Chazz defeat the Princeton brothers. They were very aware that the Princeton's would officially own Kaiba Corp, if they won the duel, though it didn't really bother them. In the minds of the students, as long as the school wasn't shut down by the Princeton Brothers, they were okay with anyone being the new head. Some of them did worry and over-exaggerate about the school being shut down, if Jaylin and Chazz lost, though most of them believed they were just rumors and brushed the idea off.

Jaylin was sitting on the floor, rechecking her deck. She heard a knock on the door, then jerked her head up.

"Come in!" Jaylin called out as Chazz arrived. He did get an invite to Jaylin's dorm, since they were team-up in a tag-team duel.

"I was kinda expecting you to still be asleep," Chazz admitted, looking around and noticing that Carl was not in the room, meaning she was probably studying or something.

"Not when it comes to an epic duel like THIS."

"I was also expecting you to be a little more cocky," Chazz slightly teased, smirking.

"Well, I don't know what their skills are and sometimes newbies get a little lucky once in a while. Daddy always taught me to never underestimate your opponent, no matter how new they are to the game."

Chazz sighed, then said, "anyways, I actually came to ask you a favor."

"What is it?"

"Do you have a dueling outfit that you wore before coming to Duel Academy?"

"Yeah. Why do you ask?"

"Wear it," Chazz said as Jaylin rose her eyebrows. Chazz smirked. "See, when my brothers challenged you, it dawned on me that they didn't know you were from Slifer Red."

"I suppose, since they only saw my face I'm assuming, but I-"

"Hear me out! My brothers have been to Duel Academy at our age. Never once had they befriended ANYONE other than those from Obelisk Blue. Even the acquaintances, they've come across to, were a few Ra Yellow students. Usually, Slifer Red students and Obelisk Blue students hardly create any friendship, mostly because the Slifer Red's are jackasses and they think that us Obeliks are a bunch of stuck-ups. With that in mind, they're not going to expect you to be from Slifer Red, meaning they're going to expect you to be average in dueling."

"Huh... that's actually not a bad idea, Chazz," Jaylin thought, tapping her chin. "Though, I still have to have my ID with me."

"If you don't give the teachers any trouble, they'll let you go without an ID for the day. Just pretend you left it in your dorm room or something, and try avoiding finding yourself around Carl and Ronda when my brothers are around for just today," Chazz plotted, then a smirk grew even wider. "In fact, hang out with Zane and Alexis to make it look like you're an Obelisk student."

"Well, I haven't gotten in trouble yet this year. I suppose forgetting my ID won't be a huge blow for me," Jaylin decided, removing her ID from around her neck and placing it on top of her dresser. She also got out her phone to text her friends. "I'll let Carl and Ronda know the plan, so they can play along. I know they're going to want to see this."

"Yeah," Chazz smirked, chuckling. "Oh man, wait until they find out that they challenged a Slifer Red student!" Chazz laughed while walking out the door. Jaylin couldn't help, but chuckle at the thought.

Jaylin undressed from her Slifer Red uniform and dressed in the dueling outfit she would wear in a duel, if she ever entered one, before entering Duel Academy. She wore a pair of long khaki pants, a white long-sleeved top under a light pink vest, and a pair of white sneakers. She also wore a hot pink headband on her head, replacing her red nail polish with some dark pink nail polish to go with her skin tone and red lipstick.

Jaylin heard her cell phone ring and picked it up, noticing it was from Yugi.

"Hey Daddy!" Jaylin answered.

"How are you, Princess? I got your text," Yugi replied.

"Yep! Do you know if the duel is going to be airing in your area?"

"Not on television, but Kaiba Land has a website and, judging by the advertisement, my guess is that the duel is going to be posted there on Kaiba Land Television... I swear, if the world were to be invaded by aliens, Kaiba could just easily wipe them out with his ego."

Jaylin burst into laughter, replying, "THAT'S GREAT!"

Yugi laughed, saying, "With that aside, I wish I could be there with you just to see the look on their faces when they discover WHOM they challenged to a duel."

"Oh my god Daddy, you're terrible!" Jaylin laughed, covering her face, while showing blush on her cheeks.

"Oh, am I?"

"Chazz and I also made a plan for me to dress up in my old dueling outfit, so they'll underestimate my skills."

"Ah, good idea. I did talk with Kaiba about the duel, since I was trying to find out where to watch the duel all the way over here, and he burst into laughter when he found out the Princeton's challenged you too. I think this challenge just put him in a good mood, and that's very rare it happens."

"Go figure!"

"Yeah. Also, just a heads up, Kaiba's going to be watching the duel too. Remember what I said about him being in a good mood?"

"Pff, figures! I swear, he's only there just to watch their misery. I think I might give them a good start before I kick their asses."

"Don't get too cocky, Princess. Remember what I told you."

"I'm not! I'm just enjoying myself until the duel. You gotta admit, those guys probably are more cocky by comparison, even if I was being cocky."

"Not as much as Kaiba."

Jaylin chuckled, saying, "true."

"Have fun and I'll be watching. Hugs and kisses."

"You too! Bye!" Jaylin replied, then hug up the phone before running out the door.

The two teachers Dr. Crowler and Chancellor Shepard were waiting at the main docks for the ship to arrive with Slade and Jagger Princeton. Dr. Crowler was anxiously nervous about the brothers' arrival. He clasped his hands together, fingers laced, while tapping his feet. He wasn't ready to start airing a duel live yet, especially since the tournament was now in the middle of Round 3. The times of the duels were also set at 5:30 PM per duel, starting at the third round, since the number of duels to get through were now 16.

"Dad, dude, you gotta relax. I think it's obvious Jaylin is going to win this one," Belowski said, which scared the living daylights out of Dr. Crowler.

"YAH! Son, you gotta stop sneaking up on me! Also, I'm not nervous. I just haven't gone tinkle in a while," Dr. Crowler denied pridefully.

"Uh-huh."

"Okay, maybe a little, but only because Seto Kaiba is coming and I want to make an excellent appearance."

"I'm sure everything will be just fine!" Chancellor Shepard assured with a huge smile on his face. Then, he looked at Belowski. "So, how is it with you and Jaylin?"

"We like broke up two months ago. Didn't you get the memo?"

"Oh... um... sorry about that."

"Eh, it's cool."

"Wait, you and Jaylin were dating and never bothered telling me!?" Dr. Crowler glared at Belowski.

"Eh," Belowski shrugged. He smiled ahead, across the docks. "That's one tight looking ship."

"I guess those are the Princeton's," Dr. Crowler said, still feeling anxious.

"And there's the man," Belowski said, pointing to a helicopter flying over on top of the Duel Academy building. "I wish I had a helicopter, man."

The ship arrived and stopped right near the main docks. Dr. Crowler and Chancellor Shepard got out a rolling ladder for Slade and Jagger to step onto from the ship. They arrived and Dr. Crowler smiled nervously, bowing respectfully to the two.

"Good to see you both. Welcome to Duel Academy!" Dr. Crowler greeted.

"Yo dudes," Belowski greeted, waving his peace sign.

"Ah, Dr. Crowler. I don't think I remember you wearing makeup or... cross-dressing when we last met," Slade greeted, furrowing his eyebrows slightly.

"Whatever are you talking about?" Dr. Crowler asked nervously.

"He's been like this since Mom died," Belowski mentioned as Dr. Crowler shot his son a disapproval glare. "Sorry."

"I'm sorry to hear that. We give our humble respects. It's good to see you again, Dr. Crowler," Slade said, then him and Jagger made their way inside the school building.

"Y-Yes... oh dear, I do need to get myself cleaned up!" Dr. Crowler realized, rushing into the teacher's dorm.

"Think I might've said too much?" Belowski asked Chancellor Shepard.

"I'm sure he'll be fine, though I wouldn't spout out something like that again, if I were you," Chancellor Shepard suggested. He sighed, looking down at the ground. "Six years and he still hasn't gotten over it."

Slade and Jagger made their way to the auditorium, which was being set up for the duel. The first thing they came across, while walking down the hallway, was Yugi's deck being displayed behind unbreakable glass. Chancellor Shepard happened to catch up with the two, Belowski following behind. The brothers stared at the display, then back at the chancellor.

"I didn't know Yugi decided to display his deck here," Jagger said.

"Oh yes! He came here and had his deck displayed for his daughter to inherit, after she graduates from this school!" Chancellor Shepard explained.

"Oh really!? I almost forgot he adopted a kid!" Slade smirked, shrugging.

"You heard?"

"Oh yes! It was on the News in our day, Newspapers flying about on the court case against her parents. Can't remember who the kid's name was, though. It was huge!"

"Of course, we were young during the time and Chazz was five. I kinda feel sorry for that poor girl. She probably doesn't even remember her parents and probably thinks Yugi is her real father. Heh, who knows? Let's just hope Yugi's as good of a father as he is a duelist and a kidnapper," Jagger smirked.

"That's cold, man. You don't even know what happened. For all you know, dude's parents could've been bad, but you don't know that," Belowski replied, showing a slight glare.

"I suppose you have a point. Though, we don't know if Yugi is a good person either. They say that you can't judge a book by its cover."

"HEY!" Dr. Crowler called, running to the group sweating. "Sorry. Had to clean up. Do you need me to show you to the auditorium?"

"I think we can take care of it from here. We were just looking at Yugi's displayed deck. Let's make our way to the auditorium," Slade smirked as him and Jagger walked on their way to the auditorium. Belowski, on the other hand, went the opposite direction until he reached a turn, then faced toward that turn.

"You okay?" Belowski asked.

"I'm fine," Jaylin sighed, shuffling her deck, then placing it in her deck pocket. "I guess not everyone's forgotten about it."

"Good luck on the duel, man."

"Thanks," Jaylin replied, showing a smile, before walking inside the auditorium.

The seats were mostly filled and everyone was applauding loudly. Seto Kaiba was watching from inside a private room at the top of the auditorium, where he watched behind the glass window. There were different set cameras all around the arena to record the entire duel on live TV. The announcer, hired by the Princeton's, announcing the duel.

Chazz and Jaylin rechecked their decks and strategies before standing at the bottom of the steps of the duel stage. Chazz was more than ready to take his brothers on and Jaylin looked and felt ready as well.

"And here are our duelists, ladies and gentlemen!" The announcer cried out as Jaylin and Chazz finally stepped up to the dueling stage, seeing their opponents across from them. "Slade and Jagger Princeton versus Chazz Princeton and Jaylin Yuki!" Everyone applauded aloud as Jaylin and Chazz waved to the audience.

"Jaylin Yuki? Do you find that name familiar?" Jagger asked Slade quietly.

"Yeah, now that I think about it, there's something oddly familiar about that Jaylin girl," Slade realized, furrowing his eyebrows. "It's probably nothing."

"Perhaps we'll remember later," Jagger decided, then showed a smirk, looking directly at his opponents. "So, Jaylin Yuki, you must be Chazz's girlfriend."

"She's not my GIRLFRIEND!" Chazz shouted. "Seriously, she won't go with me on a date to save her life!"

"OW! My ears," Jaylin complained, covering her ears.

"Sorry."

"Whatever! Let's get this duel started, shall we, little brother?" Slade smirked.

"It's time to get your game on!" Jaylin smirked.

Everyone cheered aloud for the duel, Ronda and Carl excitedly watching the duel at the very front of the auditorium. Ronda was at the very front, smiling as she watched how this duel was going to play.

"Crap! Ronda, you HAVE to check out what I got from Twitter!" Carl cried out as Ronda ran over to her side, then her eyes widened at what she saw on Carl's android phone.
