"Let's move it people!" Jack called from the front as the kids ran along the rooftops. "How long have we got Donnie?"

"Around 4 hours." Donnie stated.

"Do we want to know how you managed to find out when Leo was taking the oath?"

Scarlett asked as she ran alongside him.

"Probably not, it's not what you'd call legal." Donnie replied, shaking his head.

"Legal? Let's face it Donnie, if you made one mistake, you'd be in jail for many years to come." April pointed out.

"Let's hope he didn't make a mistake then." Isabel said.

Jack had managed to get permission for the whole of Y unit to go out and try and get Leo back, provided that she led them and took full responsibility for anything that happened. As a result, she had been a bit on edge, and a lot more aggressive.

"Come on then, Leo's in room 35, and according to April that's 3rd floor.

Right?" Jack questioned.

"Yep. The building has 5 floors. The first floor is dojos, the second is for meetings and the rest are rooms." April explained. "But we've got to be careful, there's cameras everywhere."

"Do we want to know how you got your information?" Scarlett asked again.

"Umm….no." April replied.

Jack rolled her eyes as she kept her eyes on the building at the end of the street.

"Umm...Jacqueline-San?" Usagi questioned.

"Yeah Usagi?" By now Jack had gotten used to Usagi's use of her full name. She only let him say it though, when another boy teased her about her name, she had left a bruise so big it covered his whole shoulder.

"How are we going to get over the electrical fence?"

"Scarlett's got that covered." Jack replied.

"Whatever do you mean?" Usagi asked.

Scarlett smirked. "You're about to find out Usagi."

The group stopped at the edge of the building. Scarlett pulled out her Yumi and loaded it with an arrow, a think piece of rope tied to the end, the other piece of rope was tied to the roof they were stood on.

"Hey Scarlett, how do you-" One of the boys started.

"Harry, if I turn around to answer your question, you'll be leaving this mission with an arrow in your head." Scarlett pointed out. Harry kept quiet.

Scarlett closed her eyes. When she opened them, they were pure white. She fired the arrow. It flew silently through the air before penetrating the solid wall.

It had, however, landed in a place where interlocking their weapons, like they had before, would leave them stuck on the wall. Scarlett blinked a few times, returning her eyes back to normal.

"We're gonna have to walk across." Jack stated.

There was a murmur of disagreement at the idea.

"You're kiddin' me, right?" Raph questioned.

"You want me to go first?" Jack asked, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Fine with me, just don't scream on the way down." Raph retaliated.

Jack rolled her eyes. She walked up to the rope, took a deep breath, and placed a foot on it. She then placed the other one on, just in front of the first. She waited a few seconds to let her regain her balance, before starring to walk. Her single year of ninja training started to show in her skills. She walked until her was about halfway across, then slowly turned around. She jerked her head forward, implying for the rest of them to follow. They all looked to each other nervously, before Scarlett slowly stepped into the rope, followed by Raph, followed by Donnie, and so on until nearly the whole unit was standing on the rope. Had an innocent bystander walked past, they would've gotten the shock of their life, seeing fifty odd teens walk across a precariously placed tightrope.

The kids continued to walk across until they had all reached the other side.

"Cameras?" Mikey reminded them. Jack felt quite fortunate that they hadn't placed a camera in view of the rope.

"I think we've got the guy for that. Sharp?" Jack asked.

Samuel 'Sharp' Harrison stood up slowly. His jet black hair had been cut back to the point where it only covered his head in a thin layer. He had dark brown eyes, almost black if looked at from a distance. He pulled several shuriken out from his sash, holding them between his fingers. He angled himself where he could see all of the eight cameras. He pulled out a few more throwing stars to accommodate for then all, then took aim of the first. With a flick of his wrist he threw the four-pointed weapon towards the camera, smashing the screen as it shattered into hundreds of pieces of glass. With a second of recovery, he threw the next, followed by the next until every screen lay in pieces on the rooftop.

Samuel's impressive aim, which surpassed many older than him, gave him his nickname.

"Nice one." Jack praised once he crouched back down. "Ok, we still have to be careful. There could be pressure plates or hidden cameras."

The rest of the team nodded. Slowly they began to make their way across the rooftop.

Leo lay awake in his bed. He couldn't sleep, who could when they knew they were in the same bed that an enemy had slept in before himself.

"The guys better get here quickly." He mumbled to himself. He felt quite annoyed that he couldn't escape himself, but there was nothing in the matter. It was impossible.

There was a small tap. Leo sat up and looked around at first, wondering where it could have come from, before spotting a figure outside his window. Even though he was upside down, Leo could see that it was indeed Raphael. He jumped up and pried the window open slightly.

"Raph?" He questioned.

" 'ey fearless, someone need a rescue?" Raph asked.

"How are you...?" Leo muttered. He opened the window more until it was just big enough for him to lean his head out of. He could now see that Raph's feet were tied to something on the roof.

"Umm Leo, if ya not too busy, the bloods rushin' to my 'ead." Raph pointed out.

Leo looked back at his brother. Even in the darkness he could see that his face was turning red. "Sorry Raph, what do you want me to do?"

"Jus' grab my 'ands." Raph stated.

Leo raised an eyebrow, but opened the window fully. He was just able to climb out. He grabbed onto Raph's hands firmly, but stayed on the short ledge. Raph jerked his right foot down a couple times, and soon they were being lifted into the air. Leo grasped tighter as they went higher above the ground.

~Scarlett~

"1, 2, 3, pull!" Jack stated. She and the rest of the unit that were holding onto the rope slowly took a few steps backwards.

"They're almost there." Tommy, the boy standing at the ledge, informed them.

"Ok guys, let's do it once more. 1, 2, 3, pull!" Jack repeated.

They all staggered back a few more steps. Slowly, Raph's feet became visible.

"Someone pull him up." She ordered but, feeling it come harder to hold onto the rope, quickly added. "If you're not currently occupied!"

A few people left to the side ran forwards and pulled Raph and Leo up. The two boys sat on the rooftop, one still recovering from the shock, the other looking like he was about to faint while having his feet untied.

"You two ok?" Jack asked as Donnie and April checked them over.

"We're fine." Leo said, brushing Donnie's hand away from his face.

"We better get out of here." Scarlett advised. "There could be foot ninjas anywhere."

"We're not going back over the rope, are we?" One of the youngest boys asked.

"No, it's too visible." Jack stated shaking her head.

Leo looked around, standing up as his eyes met with a building to the west that didn't have to far of a jump.

"Let's try that." He said, retaking his position as leader. "We'll go down a bit before backing on ourselves and going down the row of houses across the street."

"Hai." The team replied, nodding slightly.

They ran to the edge and jumped the gap before continuing down the stretch of buildings. Suddenly April, who was near the front, stopped.

"April?" Donnie questioned.

April closed her eyes. "We're being followed." Her ears twitched ever so slightly before her eyes snapped open. She was about to inform her friends of the wear-bouts, before the ninja made itself known. It jumped down, flipping once in the matter. They ran towards the group, or more specifically-Jack. She was stood at the back of the group, making sure no one got lost of left behind.

Before she could react, the ninja had attacked. It kicked Jack in the back, causing her to fall to the ground. She rolled over in shock, just to have the ninja place a knee on her throat. They raised a fist-but stopped.

"Jacqualine García?" It asked.

"What's it to you?" Jack questioned desperately trying to get free while the ninja was distracted.

The ninja rose to its feet, giving Jack the much needed opportunity to get to her own. Then, so add to everyone's shock, they removed their mask.

Jack gasped. The girl stood in front of her had short blonde hair, cut down to the bottom of her ear, with one red streak at the front. She had amber eyes which flickered gold in the moonlight.

"Monica Hassleway?" She questioned, only half believing what she was seeing.

The girl smiled. "Jackie, I haven't seen you in two years."

"Yeah, I know." Jack mumbled, rubbing her arm self-consciously.

"Jack, what's going on?" Johnathan asked.

"Are ya friends with this girl?" Raph questioned accusingly.

"No." Jack replied almost immediately. "Well, not anymore."

"I knew Jack even before we were in-" Monica started.

Jack quickly drew her hand back at forth across her throat, signalling for her old friend to cease talking.

The kunoichi raised an eyebrow before laughing. "You haven't told them, have you?"

"Told us what?" Leo asked, though he had the feeling he already knew.

"Let me enlighten you." Monica said with a sickening smirk. She took a step forward and folded her arms over her chest. "Jacqueline and I were roommates in juvie."

The unit, spare Leo, gasped simultaneously. Jack closed her eyes and sighed lightly. She never intended for them to find out her secret. She told Leo because she trusted him, she never knew why-until recently.

"Yeah," Jack said. "I went to juvie."

"And we were in that gang, the black venom." Monica stated.

All eyes turned to Jack. She had forgotten about the black venom gang. She hadn't contacted any of them since juvie.

"I left that gang four years ago." Jack defended.

"No, you got caught." Monica corrected.

"So did you." Jack pointed out.

"Look, we were both caught with the diamond necklace, we both went down." Monica stated.

"You stole a diamond necklace?!" Mikey asked.

Jack ignored him. "It was your idea."

"You carried it out." Monica reminded her.

"I was a ten year old orphan that got into fights regularly, had no patience and a temper the size of Spain-let's face it, yo era un idiota!" Jack shouted. She knew she was getting angry because she was starting to speak Spanish.

The unit looked to Leo, who sighed. "She said she was an idiot." They nodded in understanding and looked back to the argument.

"You may have been an idiot, but you still got four years, like I did." Monica said.

"I got out in two." Jack spat.

"Only 'cause that guy came and took you to that orphan school." Monica persisted. Everyone there knew she meant T.M.N.T.

"That school has turned my life around." Jack defended.

"Oh sure, like Joder Jack could ever amount to anything." Monica insulted.

Jack didn't say anything for a bit but slowly unfolded her arms, letting then drop to her sides. "No one's called me Joder Jack in two years." She took a step towards Monica. "Look, I left that life behind, and I'm not gonna let it ruin this one."

"Then what are you going to do Jackie?" Monica asked spitefully. "Wait for your team here to help you? They won't want to even know you after they hear about our gang adventures, or perhaps the fun we had in juvie?"

Jack knew she wasn't kidding. She couldn't let that happen. She threw the first punch to Monica's face, sending the girl to the cold concrete. She got up and tried to kick us Jack's legs from underneath her, but she jumped over the leg, kicking the former friend in the stomach while she was at it. Once again she fell to the ground. Jack placed her knee to her throat as it had been done to her.

"I don't want to see you ever again. And if that means that you lose yourself in the mass of dishonourable ninjas training here, so be it." She growled. She turned to the ground and silently walked to the front. "Are we gonna go or what?"

Without another word, the ground continued along the rooftops.

"Hey Jack, about juvie-" One of the other girls began.

Jack stopped suddenly and turned sharply so she met the group. "Look, if I ever hear any talk on anything that just happened, I will not hesitate to hurt you.

Got it?"

The ground nodded in return. They silently made their way back to their home.

"Successful?" Karai asked as she walked up to Monica as the latter walked into the building.

"You tell me." Monica replied. She rolled up her sleeve, revealing a mark that would turn into a nasty bruise.

"Perfect." Danny replied, walking into view. "We'll contact the police tomorrow."

"I can't believe Leo thought that ridiculous disguise would work." Karai commented with a laugh. "Now they have a fake disaster to distract them, we can continue with phase two." She and Daniel left the room.

Monica laughed to herself. "Jack thought her previous life was bad. Oh just you wait, Jackie. Just you wait."
