Chapter 29

"Hi Honey how are you?" He asked the woman sitting in the hospital bed, who was looking terribly pale and sickly, her usually beautiful black hair was tangled and her yellow eyes were fearful.

The man who just came in, had fairy pale skin due to his medical conditions, short red hair with mostly dark shades of red making up his hair and shining silver eyes that were as bright as the moon on a clear night, he wore a blue leather zip up jacket with a clean white underneath, long baggy jeans with flat black things,

"I'm scared Ben." She whimpered, "I never thought it would happen this early." She rubbed her hands over her swollen belly, feeling more pain coming into her body, knowing that something was terribly wrong with what ever was inside of her at the moment.

"Rosalyn. Don't worry. The doctor is coming. He told me he's going to have to perform the processor if we ever have a chance of this."

"Ben please no. I don't want my baby to die." She spoke of the fact she was six months pregnant and she had some how started labour three months early, which she knew was a bad thing since the baby might not be able to survive in the world being born this early.

"The baby will die if the doctor doesn't get it out and onto a machine." Ben reasoned with his wife. Trying to reassure the safety of their unborn child, he wasn't aware of what the baby was doing let alone how she came into labour this early unlike with their first born who was born only two days after the doctor said that she was due to start labour.

"I'm six months Ben. You don't understand what that means or what damage it is. The Baby will die. And Finn will never have his baby brother or sister."

"Rosalyn don't say that. If the baby dies. I'll stand by you. I love you. But if the baby survives, we'll have another family member."

"I don't want to have this baby if I know that it will die. Please promise me. Once the baby is gone. We'll go back to America on the first flight back."

"Rosalyn we can't leave Greece until the doctors says we can." Ben held her hand, "And what if the baby lives?"

"Don't fill me with false hope like you always do Ben." Rosalyn shook her head.

"Rosalyn-"

"Please just leave me alone. Let me sulk in quiet."

"Okay I'll leave you alone honey." Ben said leaving her hospital room with heavy regret, knowing that this whole starting labour early thing and what the doctors had told her was causing her rejective behaviour towards him and everything else. He saw several doctors and nurses go pass him into his wife's room, getting her prepared for surgery, but he ignored them all because he knew that his wife was angry, upset and confused by her feelings. He walked down into the waiting room near the front of the hospital and saw his greek in laws.

Rosalyn's Father, Antonius Ischyrí Michanikós was a nice man, he was a mechanic and understood english greatly. At first when Ben met him, Antonius only knew how to say Hello in english, if he said anything else his daughter would have to translate, since then Ben had him study the same book he was reading about how to speak Greek to teach the man in his early 40s to speak english. He had Red hair with faint tints of dark and light shades, shining honey coloured eyes like his daughter's eyes, he wore a grey shirt with a green jacket, baggy black pants, flats shoes and a flat hat on his head.

Rosalyn's bright mother was none other than Margareta, a friendly lady who made beautiful crystal shapes such as flowers, animals and even some times people. She had caramel coloured hair that had tints of golden blonde at her tips, her eyes were a light silver, she wore a purple dress with a green belt and green socks with slippers. In her lap was her favourite two-year-old grandson.

Finn Sullivan.

"Any news from the doctor?" Antonius asked his son in law.

"Well they say that this early labour might have started because of the plane flight. But I told them that we should be save to fly, that's what the people at the airport in america told us at lease." Ben explained.

"What about The baby? Is it okay?" Margareta looked at him worried about the state of her unborn grandchild.

"Rosalyn's going into surgery now. But she doesn't want me there because she thinks I'm giving her false hope." Ben shook his head, "She thinks the baby will die."

"There's a high chance. Not that many babies who are born early at six months will live long enough to leave hospital and have a normal life." Antonius said, "I've never heard of a baby being born at 29 weeks."

"Antonius I feel like this is my fault." Ben sat down in a chair, "If I hadn't agreed to Rosalyn's idea about meeting you, then she'd be back in america and she wouldn't be in a hospital."

"No No my boy. These things happen." He ensured him.

"You're right. Finn. Come to Daddy for a minute." He said to his son, who climbed down onto the ground and dashed towards him, naturally Finn had always been a fast mover, even when he first started walking at the age of 11 months. He remembered how it happened. He was mowing the lawn while Rosalyn was inside making a apple pie for him, Finn was outside on the lawn in his little chair with his toys. When the Next door's neighbour's broke out of it's chains and out of the yard and came towards Ben and Finn. Finn freaked out at the large dog, he managed to slip out of his seat and run towards his daddy tumbling over a few times. Of course he was frighten because that dog was well known for being very aggressive, but proud that Finn walked his first steps to him. Then it ended in Ben having to get a shot after being bitten by the mutt.

"Hey Buddy." Ben lifted him up and placed him into his lap.

"Where's Mommy?" He asked his father.

"Mommy's just getting help from the nice doctor 's be here in a minute. Until then, how about we watch Fredbear and Friends on TV?" He sparked child's excitement, he looked up to the TV on the table in the middle of the room where his favourite childhood cartoon was playing.

Rosalyn breathed heavily watching the doctors and nurses around her walk around her, coming and going with bloody gloves, tools, towels and blankets.

"Is my baby alright?" She asked with teary eyes, she was unaware that the doctors had just pulled out the lifeless baby boy from her body, who was very limp and weak.

"He's very blue." One of the doctors said, "Get one of the machines ready and on stand by."

"No!" She loudly sobbed hearing those words, knowing that her prematurely born baby boy was in serious danger of dying.

"Είναι πολύ μικρό." A nurse said speaking in the greek language, "Κοιτάζει μίσθωσης να είναι το μικρότερο μωρό που είχαμε εδώ Γιατρός."

"I know nurse he is very small. Just get Mrs Sullivan patched up while I take her baby away." He told her and he left the room, almost desperate to get the baby to breath and show signs of living, he dashed down the hallway, holding the baby in a towel. Cleaning the blood from his body while trying to open up his very under developed airways if he ever had a chance of living.

"C'mon On please." The Doctor spoke beginning to talk in greek, hoping the baby would some how respond to the outside world with the bright lights outside and the loud noises coming from other wards in the hospital.

He began to lose hope that the baby was alive until he heard the small boy began to harshly cough then wail loudly.

"Oh thank god. You're alright for now." He smiled, "Let's help you out as much as we can."

Ben stressfully waited for news, he heard a distant wail and stood up, carrying Finn over his shoulder, he followed the wails of the baby. He saw Rosalyn's doctor go into another room holding a small object.

His baby.

"Is that my baby?" Ben asked worried seeing how blue the baby was now, the doctor stressed too when he noticed the baby went very quiet again, he had stopped wailing because he had stopped breathing again-

"No!" The Doctor yelled holding the baby, he began to curse in greek quietly as he entered the room.

"You have to tell me doc! Is my baby?"

"Sadly yes." The doctor answered him leaving the room, knowing now that the baby was under the care of the nurses who had been waiting for him to arrive.

"What is that meant to mean?" Margareta asked walking towards him with her husband.

"That is your child Ben Sullivan. But is very premature, and very small. Which very well could mean that some of his organs might not even be developed yet. Which is bad news. He might even not survive the night. But If he does. I'll be very surprised."

"This can't be true. It can't be true!" Ben yelled at him.

"Calm down Boy!" Margareta hushed.

And so the days went on, Rosalyn left Hospital, leaving her premature baby there who had to be placed on a breathing machine and had to have nurses on hand at all times. She couldn't bare to face her baby knowing that it could be the first and last time she ever see it. Ben managed to convince her to stay in Greece a little longer just in case the baby survived and needed to be taken home to america with them. During that time, Finn watched Fredbear and Friend Episodes, while his father gravely worried for the state of his second born son.

Little they were aware of Antonius and His wife going to the hospital every day to see their grandson. Sure they knew it could be the last time they could see him if he died from being so premature. On the cold days, Margareta would bring blankets for the baby boy, while they both kept track off his status. When it was reported the baby survived longer than the doctor first excepted, they kept visiting the baby.

"I have great news!" Antonius suddenly bursted in their hotel room, he did his little happy dance and walked inside smiling.

"What?" Ben asked holding Finn in his lap as he watched Fredbear and Friends.

"I've just been to the hospital! It's a miracle!" He shouted happily shaking his shoulders.

"What's a miracle?! What's happened?!"

"It's my grandson! He's survived! He's been alive for over three weeks since you left the hospital! They've been trying to tell you that he is alright now!"

"What? Our boy survived?" Ben asked standing up with Finn in his grasp.

"Yes. He did. Your little bundle of happiness is waiting to met his daddy."

"Rosalyn! Rosalyn come here! Get over here now! It's great news!"

Soon enough the whole family was at the hospital, Rosalyn had her breath taken away when she saw the small baby was now playing with his feet, munching on them with his bare gums. He no longer had a tube down his throat but he still had tubes up his nose, he even looked a little bigger and less boney than when he was born.

They saw what short black hair he had like his mother, bright silver eyes like his father and a happy expression

"Oh my god. He's so adorable." Rosalyn spoke.

"It's a miracle he managed to survive one night let alone this long." The doctor told them, "we were worried he was going to die." The Baby rolled onto his stomach, lying on his back, he stared at his two year old brother who was standing on his tippy-toes trying to get a glimpse of his little brother.

Eventually Ben lifted the toddler up from the floor and he got a better look at his little brother.

"He's small." Finn commented watching the small infant stare up at his whole family.

"Well Yes. He would still be small. But we've been keeping track of his weight. When he was born, he was the smallest baby we have seen, weighting at only 3.5 pounds, he was struggling to survive." The Doctor remembered he had to carry the lifeless baby when he was first born into the world to be weighted, he was shocked to see how small he was.

"What about now?" Margareta asked.

"We weighted him yesterday after he was seen to be a bit bigger. He's still only 5.3 pounds, which is only just a few off the lowest avenge 5.5"

"But can we take him home?" Rosalyn asked desperately wanting to know if she could leave for america with her Baby.

"I would recommend waiting for a little while at lease until he weights around 6 pounds. Which may take a while considering he hasn't had been feed yet."

"Oh okay then." Rosalyn looked down at her baby, she saw he had a rattle which he shook around then lost interest in and pulled on hands (which were covered in small socks).

"Don't be disappointed Mrs Sullivan. Is he making a excellent recovery and he will be able travel back to america with you. I mean after all. He doesn't have a name yet!"

"You're right!" Ben nodded, "Our boy doesn't have a name!"

"Oh I forgot about a name." Rosalyn said, "I guess I was so panicked about him that I forgot all about it."

Antonius looked down at his grandson, seeing how small he was. He reached down his large hand. Making the infant's interest become focused on the giant hand, he pulled down his finger and began to suck it on like a pacifier.

He didn't complain while his daughter was trying to figure out a name, he remembered his daughter use to bite his fingers when she was teething and even Finn suckled on his fingers a few times. Maybe they could taste all the sweet cinnamon rolls covered in greek yoghurt that he loved to eat when he worked hard. His favourite work time treat to have at his desk anytime he repaired cars.

He tilted his hand and he saw the boy smile and giggle at him, Antonius's head sparked with the perfect name for his grandson.

"Felix." Antonius said to him waving his hand, "Hello little Felix." He watched his small silver eyes follow his hands.

"You have to name him Felix." Antonius announced proudly smiling.

"What?" Rosalyn asked questioning what her father said.

"Felix." He repeated to her, "It means Happy. And look at that little smile on his face. It's perfect." He tapped Felix's cute little nose.

"Felix huh?" Rosalyn asked, "Do you like it Ben?"

"I think I love Felix." Ben nodded, "He's our little happy child."

"Felix. Kyle. Sullivan. Our sweet little baby boy.."

"Oh! I have a present for you Felix!" Antonius reached into his bag, rustling things around, he surprised everyone when he yanked out a long slim puppet with strings.

"Oh Dad!" Rosalyn gasped.

"Scary!" Finn said turning his head away

"What?" Antonius asked, "It's a puppet."

"A little grim looking one." Ben nodded.

"Oh Rosalyn! Your Father spend Months making this thing! He always wanted to make it for your baby!" Margareta

"I Call it The Marionette Sweetie." Antonius told her, he grabbed the wooden pegs which controlled the Puppet. He started to make it's long slender arms and legs move around like it was walking.

The Marionette actually made Rosalyn concerned about if it would frighten Felix. The Marionette had completely black slender appearances with long pointed feet and long arms that had a three fingered hand, its face was a gleaming white mask with rosy red cheeks and thick purple tears coming from its black eyes.

"Why does it look like that?" Rosalyn asked.

"Meh. I just wanted to give it that look of a magical figure."

"Why Dad?"

"Just because." He lifted up the Marionette's legs and showed it to Felix, who looked at it then reached his hands to drool on its hands.

"Ben. Rosalyn. We need you to fill out some birth details." The doctor told them, Ben and Rosalyn followed them out of the room.

"Margareta. I accidentally left my medicine in the car." He clenched his chest, telling his wife he needed his special heart medication to keep his heart in an even rhythm, "Can you go get it?"

"Certainly hon." She nodded to him walking away, he smiled a little.

"You can wake up now My Puppet." Antonius whispered, Marionette's lifeless eyes suddenly grew with a small white pupil.

"Why didn't you show me to your Daughter and Wife?" Marionette asked getting onto the floor.

"I just can't yet. They can't know that I used Magic to make you a real Magical Marionette that could talk and use powers." Antonius explained the fact he created the Marionette with real magic. The tale was is that he was worried for the safety of his family after a greek lady told him bad things were going to happen to them. So he decided to create a guardian, then he used magic from a spell book to make him real so he could be loyal to his family and protect them.

"But your grandson can see me." Marionette told him confused about the fact his creator had let a toddler see him.

"Finn is busy looking at a TV and Felix is too young to even care about you. When he is older he won't remember seeing you."

"Speaking off which. Can I see the Child?" Marionette asked.

"Certainly. You are designed to protect my grand children and the many generations that come after."

Marionette looked over to Felix, who looked at him again, this time Laughing a little. Marionette tucked his three fingered hand under Felix and lifted him up carefully, making him curious about the holder.

"Bright Child." Marionette nodded sounding pleased despite his condition, "Let's see what your future contains." He placed his another hand on his forehead making him fuss a little, he gasped when he saw what awful horrors his future held, flashing by rapidly seeing the baby in his arms much older as an adult suffering from lost, heartbreak, deaths, murder and dark magic, shocked him of what his future was predicted to be very soon.

The baby in his arms rapidly aged into a broken man who was full of under answered questions and being all alone in the bad human world full of crime, criminals and bad people who would hurt him.

But he saw a lot of blood included. Which told him bad things would happen. Too many of them too soon.

"Well?" Antonius asked curious of what His Grandson's Future had in store for him.

"I don't know." Marionette lied, knowing that his future would be one of the most darkest futures. He couldn't believe how such an Innocent cute looking baby, would come lose everything he loved when he was an adult. He refused to tell his master the truth because of the fact if this child's future was to come true and he revealed it, Antonius might cause it to be worse. Which what Marionette not wanted to do.

Interfere with the future.

"Marionette. I want you to do something for me."

"Yes?"

"If I ever am Unable to protect my grandchildren. I want you to do anything. I repeat. Anything you can. To protect them. Keep them alive. Loved and feeling wanted. And never keep Finn and Felix apart. If they shall ever be apart. I want you to bring them back together in any way possible."

"Yes sir."

Foxy snapped his eyes open again and shot up sweating, he remembered the dream like memory he just had of the baby who had been born premature and his parents being worried. But yet he survived.

Not only that... His little brother's name was for sure Felix... Which could only mean-

"Oh God. What have I done?" Foxy asked grabbing his head, he felt tears come down his yellow eyes, he even started to lightly sob placing his head down in his lap.

Soon enough Mike was at Freddy, he sneaked towards the end of the hall knowing there was a mass murderer inside the pizzeria who might take a chance to make Mike dead if he knew he was there , and opened the parts and service, he turned on the light, nothing was there…

Mike looked around, he then spotted a light, he walked towards it, then it hit him, an awful rotting smell, it was familiar… too familiar not to ignore...

"Hello?" He asked

He looked around, the light got closer, and more brighter, it started to annoy Mike about how bright it was.

"Murderer. This is your end. You killed us and now your dead..." A cold voice spoke.

"Who is that?!" Mike asked

"Why are you here? Who are you?"

"I asked first." Mike snapped. "But if you have to know My name is Mike"

"Michael Schmidt?"

"Yes. How do you know my full name?" He asked

"Because. We use to play together..."

"What?"

"You don't know?"

"Ghosts… you're the children aren't you?" He finally saw them in his face, it the fourth Child that had posed Foxy, Finn, he could tell because he looked like foxy, he had red hair, and yellow eyes just like Foxy did.

"Yes…" Finn said

"You're not gonna kill me right?!" Mike asked

"No… we have no need. The murderer is dead now."

"Wat?" He asked

"The one who killed us is no more."

"You… He's dead?"

"We tricked him into putting on a suit without making sure it was safe, it killed him."

"That's the smell?" Mike asked trying to get past him.

"Do not stare upon him Mikey, he might attack."

"Okay…"

"Goodbye Mikey, We'll play again someday, just not today, But we can wait." Finn said disappearing, "And Tell Felix His Big Brother will return to him. In one form or another. And tell him I'm very sorry for that day."

"Mike? Did you find anything?" Freddy asked from outside.

"No…"

"Good. It had me worried for a minute." Freddy nodded. "Now get home and get some sleep! We're opening again tomorrow! I can't wait!"

"I'll be there..."

"So Freddy's opening tomorrow. You coming?"

"No Rita. I just can't. I'm sorry. I think I've gotten a stomach flu."

"Okay... Goodnight."

Felix hung up his phone, he walked over to the special cabinet he dubbed:"The Cabinet of Keepsakes." The cabinet was against the wall in his living room next to his TV. He looked at the things on it, containing Photos from his childhood of his parents and brother. Including very valuable stuff to him such as His Grandfather's favourite Hat, His Mother's wedding ring from when she married Ben, A tooth from his father which fell out of his mouth when he fell down the stairs and died and a halloween outfit Finn wore before he vanished which was a pirate outfit with a black hat and an eye patch.

But the most valuable thing there... Was a music box at the very front where a christmas photo was behind it, Felix took the Music Box, he slowly wound it up hearing the peaceful music as he lit Candles around the Family photo, he bowed his head down in the candle lit light, saying.

"May The Children sleep peacefully on the eve they died... Please Zeus keep them feeling loved up there... They need it... Especially My Brother... Finn Sullivan. Keep on Resting in Peace. Where ever you are... I know I will find you again one day... I just haven't come to terms... We will see each other again..." He said to the photo, hopeful when he died his Brother would be waiting for him up there and they would reunite, hugging with the rest of their dead family where they would just be happy forever...

"Why was I the only one who survived?" He questioned himself again.
