Why does summer make me wanna be so lazy? *snuggles with Drift* Don't ask which continuity as I love every Drift… Including BayVerse… And RID… And MTMTE… Huh… I thought there was four of em… oh well.
To Rocker on: *stares at the comments* Uh… I don't know where to begin on replying. Although, seeing how most of these are positive and just general feedback… thanks a lot! I swear, I read through all of em. *gives you apology cake*
Sidenote: Guys, sometimes I honestly forget to reply to some of y'all and I swear I'll stop being a forgetful Frankie and reply as soon as you post.
Enjoy the show, folks.
"Whoo! How cool is this?" Whooped the vigorous Smokescreen, back on his feet that are balanced on a zooming hoverboard. "Man, I haven't felt this alive in days!"
"If you keep going at that speed, that might change in a second." Wheeljack watches the kid dash past obstacles and taking sharp turns around trees. He then looks aside at the human Bulkhead. "Bulkhead, that kid was on bedrest dying from a virus. What's your excuse for not being able to balance on that?"
"I think my hoverboard is defective…" Bulkhead was warbling worst that a plane experiencing turbulence. It was Wheeljack's idea that the Autobots having better transportation than wearing down their shoes (Ratchet didn't admit Wheeljack actually came up with a decent solution by suggesting as such). So, hoverboards are now created and issued to each techno-organic Autobot on the team.
"Shouldn't be. Unless it needs to be recalibrated for your unique balance." grinned the sword wielding mech in jest knowing Bulkhead has terrible balance.
"Woah," Bulkhead ultimately loses his balance. Luckly, a giant hand caught him and his board. "Thanks. I think I rather be on foot. How close are we to the signal's destination?"
"Still a ways to go." replies Wheeljack as he lets his little buddy rest on his shoulder plates. He then catches Smokescreen doing hoverboard stunts. "Seriously, Smoke, if you break that, neither me or Ratch is gonna fix it." Lies. Wheeljack would fix it and equip it with rockets if he could. He puts away Bulkhead's hoverboard in his subspace.
"I'm not gonna break it. Besides, if I were to crash into something, like that tree," Smokescreen actives the phase shifter on his back. Why it's on his back is because it was way too big to fit normally on his wrist. "I'll go right through it." Smokescreen went through the tall plant like nothing. He wasn't only harboring the phase shifter, but also the invisibility ceinture around his waist.
"He reminds me of you," Bulkhead turns to Wheeljack's face. "Reckless, but not without a failsafe. For the most part."
"For a minute, I thought you were going to talk about our paintjobs." It is true that Wheeljack and Smokescreen share likeness in paint scheme.
"Maybe it's a trend that white and multicolored race cars have similar traits in personality."
"I'll be sure to conduct a scientific research about that later. Speaking of, where did the independent variable go?"
"Huh?" Bulkhead doesn't understand science lingo.
"Smokescreen." Wheeljack clarified. The young recruit disappeared from sight already. "Take an optic off that kid for one second with a hoverboard…"

Why did Megatron have to torture poor Breakdown and Knock Out to tag along with Soundwave out of all mechs? They are following behind a former gladiator in a secluded forestry area of the world… At least it's not dark, however that was the least of their worries considering the type of mood the TIC is in.
Soundwave is… morbidly quietly, different from his usual quiet. It was because of this, Breakdown and Knock Out wouldn't dare to speak directly to Soundwave nor have the courage to whisper to each other.
A snapped twig broke the silence, collectively the mechs turned around. They saw a squirrel scurrying about mindlessly.
"Just a rodent." Knock Out had to say something during the tense silence.
"Yeah.." Looks like Breakdown was dying to get a word in edgewise as well.
Soundwave simply resumes the course as the other two Decepticons follows his lead again.
When the group walked away, Smokescreen peeks his head literally out of a nearby tree. "Wheeljack, Bulkhead," he talks into the comm, "I ran into the Decepticons. There's three of them, including Knock Out."
:: Did they see you? :: Bulkhead responds first, concerned. .
"No. I doubt they know we're here. I think I could take 'em by surprise." Despite being stealthy is not in his name… Well, he did stepped on a twig, but he is very much invisible being cleverly phased in a tree's bark.
:: Not all three. We still have the element of surprise as an advocate. Do you know which direction they are heading? :: Wheeljack asked.
"Uh, northeast from my position."
:: Great, we can intercept them there. Smokescreen, don't follow close to them. I need you to keep your distance on this. :: warned the Wrecker, sounding like a stern parent.
When the conversation on the comm ends, Bulkhead gives Wheeljack a look. "You have a plan?"
"Always."
… … … … … … … … … … ...
"I should have brought an umbrella if it was going to be this sunny out." Knock Out waves a breeze onto his face with a hand. Maybe he should have put on some sun block before leaving the ship. Soundwave was smart enough to have his trench coat tied around his waist while Breakdown always wear short sleeves.
"It's not that bad out here. Hot weather is great."
"Not for sensitive skin like mine," To be fair, Knock Out's pale body seems as if it never met the sun before. Eventually, a shadow cast over. "Finally, a cloud." came a brief of relief.
Although, judging by the shadow looming on the ground, it appeared to be expanding rather quickly...
Breakdown was the first to raise his chin at the strange anomaly. "That's not a cloud," Breakdown alerts and readies his war hammer after looking up to a massive boulder (in human standards) coming down fast on the group. "I got this." And with a powerful swing, the giant mass of rock smashed into smaller chunks that decorated the ground. "Good thing our weapons are detachable."
Knock Out knew that couldn't have been a normal rockslide. "If that was an Autobot trick, they need to do better than barbaric means than dropping a rock on us."
Beep beep beep…
"...Soundwave? Is that you making that noise?" Knock Out feared the answer, 'no', otherwise, that beeping would indicate a bomb. Simultaneously and quickly, the same conclusion swepted throughout the Decepticons' mind. Their immediate response was to scatter, however, the beep accelerated and detonation occurred.
The Autobots, Wheeljack and Bulkhead, from the top of the ledge where the boulder was dropped off, watched their tiny foes get blown away by the shockwave of the blast. "Having the Cons as humans doesn't make this as enjoyable as I thought." Wheeljack admits.
"It still worked." Bulkhead shrugs. He then brings a finger to his own ear. "Smokescreen, are you okay down there?"
:: Didn't get too close to it like you said. But man, that was so epic! I wish I could have seen the looks on their faces.::
"Well, time to go in for the kill. Ready for the next part, Bulk?"
Breakdown grunts, getting back on his feet after recovering from the blast. "I'm getting sick and tired of nearly being blown up to bits."
"You don't say." Knock Out dusts off his clothes, scanning the area for anything suspicious.
"There better not be anything more surprises from the sky, or I'm gonna lose it." Breakdown was caught off by another launched rock by the name of Bulkhead. The bruiser mech didn't have enough time to defend himself very effectively from a powerful swing of Bulkhead's mace from high speed. The blow from the blunt instrument caused Breakdown to fly backwards and eventually crash into the ground.
"Waiting to do that for a long time." Bulkhead had a smug grin on his face. While in a moment of brief celebration, the Wrecker didn't notice Knock Out with his energon prod in hand.
"Take this!"
"No, take that!" And, unfortunately for Knock Out, he didn't see the visible Smokescreen before receiving a punch to the face. "Got your back, Bulk." He gave a thumbs up.
"You… you punched me in the face!" Growled the redhead. "If I have a bruise you're DEAD!"
From the top of the plateau side, Wheeljack views the fight. He was about to slide down and join the fray, however, he spots someone fleeing the scene.
… … … … … … … … … ...
It's not ill-fated for the Autobots to be here, Soundwave knew this as a possibility and even calculated the slight chance of an ambush. Although, a bomb on a falling boulder? Someone must of have a deviously creative mind to think of that plan… It couldn't have been Bulkhead or Smokescreen for that reason, and the only Autobot with that mindset is...
The ground shakes from a tremendous impact of Wheeljack landing right in front of the spymaster. "You think I didn't see you escape into the shadows back there?"
Soundwave didn't say a word. Not like Wheeljack expected a word from Soundwave out of all mechs.
"We still have a score to settle," Wheeljack gets in battle formation, withdrawing his katanas, "and I think the odds are going to be in my favor."
The last time they fought, Wheeljacks voice was filled with unshaken arrogance, and this time he speaks he already won the fight. Soundwave, remaining cool and collective in front of his mechanical foe.
Wheeljack takes the first move and charges at his opponent with a battle cry. Soundwave waits for the first attack which aimed to slice him in half, but slides away from the sharp katana. The second time, he jumps on the flat surface of it, almost as if taunting the Wrecker by standing on his weapon. In a flash, he dashes to the giant's hand and shocks it with his tendrils. The shock wasn't powerful enough to stun, but enough force Wheeljack to lose his grip.
The Wrecker tries to fling off his tiny foe, however, Soundwave swung behind the Autobot and powerfully strikes a very sensitive back area.
Wheeljack recovered and jumps a distance away from Soundwave and spots the spymaster holding his other katana. Shoot, he forgot to pick it up. "Hands off my weapon!"
Soundwave looks at the comically large sword, looks up at the ledge Wheeljack had jumped down from earlier, and launches it up there.
Wheeljack's jaw drops in disbelief. Did he really launched his sword up there? "You dirty son of a…"
… … … … … … … … … … … ...
Smokescreen is living up to his name using the invisibility ceinture to conceal himself. Knock Out couldn't land an attack blind. Spinning his energon prod, energon crackling like electricity delays impending attacks from the teen. "I expected a fair fight out of you."
"And I also expected a fair dance competition." Came a voice from some direction.
"Don't tell me you're still sore about losing?" Knock Out scoffs.
"Not as sore as your face looks!" Immature, but effective of angering a narcissistic medic
Oh my primus, is there really a bruise on his face? "Well then, you're not the only one with tricks up their selves." Smokescreen may be invisible, but his energon isn't cloaked. The medic took out an energon detecting device from his pocket with his free hand.
"Nope," The second the device beeped, signaling what direction Smokescreen was in, the white haired teen immediately throws a rock, knocking it out of Knock Out's hand. "You don't need that!"
Knock Out lets out a frustrated growl, reaching his end with this boy. "Do you ever stop talking!?"
"What's the matter? Don't hate because I'm invincible- oof!" Smokescreen felt a bow to the stomach, and then the burning sensation of electricity runnin through his nervous systems.
"I asked that because I can hear you. Invisibility doesn't equal silence." The attack from Knock Out's prod shorted out the inviability ceinture, revealing the unconscious rookie. "And this doesn't go with what you have one." Knock Out tries on the relic for himself, realizing he looks no better than Smokescreen wearing it. He wasn't going to admit it, but better on his waist than Smokescreen anyday. "Would you look at that, it fits."
… … … … … … … … ...
"You know, bolts for processor," Breakdown was at a standoff with his arch nemesis, tightly gripping the giant hammer, "it is very easy to pose as humans. Do you know how that works out with me?"
Bulkhead had no idea, but plays along while clashing weapons. "You can show off your softer side?"
"Nice guess. But it means that I can search for your little human a little bit better now." Breakdown's golden optics reflected a scowl.
"You stay away from her!" "If I ever see you near her, I'm going to shove that hammer so far down your throat!" Bulkhead shoves back his rival.
Breakdown keeps his balance, shaking it off with a laugh. "Ha! It's so pathetic how much you care about your pet. I'd be embarrassed if she was here to watch you get your aft beat."
Charging with anger in his eyes, Bulkhead raised his mace to with the intent of shutting Breakdown up once and for all. His attack misses at swung at the bark of a tree when his target dodges and returns a powerful swing of his massive hammer. "You're aim is getting worse by the cycle." He laughs after sending Bulk flying into the ground.
The green Autobot struggles to get up due to the pain inflicted on his right side, but remain confident as ever. "You sure about that?"
The sound of crackling tree bark caught Breakdown's attention as he turned around only to be greeted by a very affectionate thick tree branch that tackled his body to the ground.
"You ain't being so smug now," It is now Bulkhead's time to be the smug one, standing up and rubbing his aching side. "Ouch… That stung."
"Did someone call for a doctor?"
Bulkhead blinks at the sudden appearance of the mad doc. "Wh-what?" Confused by not processing the event quick enough, Knock Out used that as an opportunity to shock the Autobot. "Erk!"
Partially weakened by the burst of electricity, Bulkhead still has the stamina to tolerate it as he grabs the prod and throws it with the short wielder on the other end of it.
Knock Out tumbles on the ground. When he looked up, the Wrecker was already approaching him as gets to his feet quickly in a defense position. However, by the time Bulkhead could reach Knock Out, a tree slams down on the unsuspecting Bulkhead.
"Whoo. That was kinda heavy." Breakdown dust off his hands after giving Bulkhead a taste of his own medicine. "Didn't see you there, Red."
"Neither did he. I got a brand new concealer." Knock Out motions to the invisibility ceinture. "And I think it ran out of juice."
"Well, don't use it often. I like seeing your face."
"I'll keep that in mind. Time to get what we came for before the Autobots recover." And before his face gets any redder.
… … … … … … … … … ...
Some of the forested set up around the battle of Wheeljack and Soundwave were damaged; trees cracked and bent in unnatural directions and the ground disturbed by heavy pedes and katana slices.
From a glance, it appears that Wheeljack has the upper hand due to his many advantages over Soundwave. The TIC had to be more careful with his dodging without protective plating to shield him. In addition of having to move out of the way more, it expended more energy. Unfortunately, the Wrecker isn't going to allow any breaks, so when Soundwave was a second too slow, a oversized pede smacked him like a soccer ball.
Even though Soundwave had time to raise his arms in defence, that didn't save him from flying through three relatively thick tree barks. The last one broke the impact, but the sensitivity of the human nervous system made him believe something else was broken.
"Is that all you got? I'm surprised you haven't called in your little bird for help. Or is it not here to see you fail?"
The amount of angry and grief the spymaster was suppressing for the sake as of his duty as a loyal Decepticon snapped off its leash. The furious emotions seeped out, blocking sensories of physical pain when he snapped because of the taunt.
In a flash, the downed mech gets to his feet and sprints. He dodges a sword swing from the left and right, finds an opening to bounce off of Wheeljack's pede to his right arm that had swung at him. He quickly runs up the arm, heading for the mech's face. A concentrated punch in the faceplate sent Wheeljack in a brief daze, followed by blinding darkness when Soundwave purposely snagged his trenchcoat over his face when the techno-organic flipped himself above Wheeljack's helm.
When Wheeljack's sight restored, Soundwave himself was nowhere to be seen. "Where did he…" the sentence ends with a surprised cry after being struck from behind. It felt like a cannonball blasted into his back, which in reality was Soundwave who gathered enough momentum for the powerful bow by quickly scaling the cliff side and dropping down for an intense kick on the Wrecker's backside.
While he was up there, he snagged the katana that was launched on top. Now on the fallen Autobot's back, he raises the blade high and then pierces through the Autobot's wiring. Wheeljack yells in pain, and then it intensified into electrified warbles when one of Soundwave's tendrils electrified the blade. That went on for a few seconds. It would have gone off longer and Soundwave would have ended it all with a clean cut to the spark, but he receives a comm from Knock out:
:: Soundwave, device is secured. We need rendezvous and report back to Megatron. ::
Looks like Wheeljacks life is spared again due to convenience. Although, taking another glance, how much life remains inside of him?
… … … … …
After the Decepticons left and got what they were looking for, it was around that time Smokescreen and Bulkhead regained consciousness and began to search for Wheeljack when he wasn't responding to his comms.
They found him.
Welp. It looks like Soundwave gave Wheeljack a bad time. It happens to everybody, especiallytodirtybrotherkillers *cough cough*. And Wheeljack can't reset his way out of this, so let's hope his determination pulls through will work out in the end.
Oh, frisk, I really want to write that FNAF chapter, but I have no idea how I'm gonna fit it unless I make another crack chapter. Do you peeps like little random shenanigans every now and then? Send a message to send me your thoughts, please? And one of them includes watching Disney movies before everything goes south. I just need to figure out with movies and then remind myself to write a disclaimer… Might as well do it now.
*ahem* I do not own Transformers, Five Night's at Freddy's, any Disney movie, Slenderman… This is all for amusement. Okay, am I done?
Next chapter, either one or two villains are gonna show up. Technically, maybe three, but at most two.
