Hey so this is the continuation of The Great Merchandising War! I hope you all enjoy it!
Stark had been gloating for the last two days, he was so sure that he was winning and while it was insufferable to watch him parade around like the fat peacock he was it would all be worth it.
I had not been idle after he had made his initial move and while the kid had been delighted with his fancy Iron Man scrubs, this would be better and she'd get more use out of it.
So here I was sitting at the table in the penthouse, waiting for the bomb to hit as I watched it all unfold.
I had planned it all perfectly too, it was Anna's day off and everyone was here in the tower aside from Thor who had business off world; so I knew it would a be a public victory over Stark.
Speak of the devil…
Here he came wandering into the kitchen area looking for coffee I'm sure going off of the zombie like look on his face. He nodded at me blearily as I was the only other one in the kitchen at the moment.
This morning it would be something else entirely that woke him up though.

Right on time, the elevator opened and I found I'd never seen a more beautiful thing as the double take I saw Stark do when he caught sight of his sister.
Said sister was decked out in purple and white workout gear, purple leggings with white arrows running down the side, a nice sweat wicking tank top with the cleverly – a stroke of genius on my part I think – designed logo proudly saying, 'Hawk Life' with wings and a bow around it.
It was something I'd sketched in my spare time and if I do say so myself it was really cool looking.
Stark wasn't the only one with ideas or a marketable brand.
Her sparkling eyes roved over the kitchen until they landed on me and a wide grin grew on her face as she said, "Clint, this is amazing! I had no idea there was Hawkeye stuff like this out there!"
Trying to keep my smirk at bay, I pushed off of the wall where I'd been leaning.
"Well that would be because there isn't, you're wearing the prototype. What do you think, would it make a good active wear line?"
"It absolutely would! I know several of my friends would love this, and the jacket is super cool too," she said excitedly.
A strangled gasp from the bar distracted her as she looked over at her open-mouthed brother, as he managed, "There's a jacket?"
Nodding she walked closer doing a spin around, perfectly showing off the outfit.
This was better than I had expected it would be, the look on Stark's face was priceless.
"Yeah, there is! It looks a lot like Clint's tactical vest but vented and made of a really nice material. It'll be perfect for going jogging in the park."
Now ignoring her brother, she walked over to me a big smile on her face.
"Thank you so much, I love it Clint," a slight laugh in her voice now she continued, "Hey maybe it'll be good luck in the gym, Tasha said we were sparring today and goodness knows I could use it."
Then she wrapped her arms around me in a hug, and reaching around and flicked her ponytail with a grin.
"Who knows maybe it will," shooting a sly glance at Stark, I said, "and you've not even seen the rest of the line yet."
Her eyes widened as she pulled away.
"There's more?"
Stark was now glaring at me from behind her, and I couldn't help but smirk openly.
"Of course, there is. Hawk Life, Kid, Hawk Life."
Now while this was a game with Stark, I couldn't help but enjoy the look on her face a bit more than the one on her brother. It was always fun to make her smile like that, and getting one over on Tony was just an added perk.
Before anyone could say anything else, the elevator opened again to reveal a half dead looking Banner. Dashing over to catch it before it closed, Anna gave us all a parting smile and hugged Banner before getting back in the elevator, going to the gym most likely.
Shaking his head, a confused gleam in his eyes, Banner asked, "Was Anna wearing a shirt that said Hawk Life or was I just imagining it?"
Before I could tell him she absolutely was, Stark spoke up, still glaring at me.
"Oh you weren't imagining anything buddy, feathers for brains over here has just made a poor choice that's all. This has only just begun, mark my words."
Sighing deeply, Banner ignored everyone and went towards the coffee machine muttering, "It's too early for this."
Smirking at Tony I made a checkmark in the air with my finger, saying, "I believe I won this round."
Begrudgingly he nodded, sipping his coffee with narrowed eyes.
"For now, but this is far from over Susan."
Shaking my head, I bit back a grin.
"I look forward to it."
Nat may think we're idiots but this is just too much fun to stop.
So I've got several more of these planned, one from almost everyone's perspective. If you've got ideas I'd love to hear them!
Let me know what you guys think, thanks for reading! ^~^
