Hello~. I apologise guys, it's short and got a bunch of fluff and stuff. Thanks for the support and all, guys. I would really love it if you would check out my latest story; 'The Uzumaki Seal' and give me some feedback on it. Would love that.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the short chapter. We might be skipping to Shippuden next chapter.

We turned our heads towards the door, and I instantly felt my cheeks flush.

Basically everyone was there, looking at us.

That included Tsunade, Neji, Shikamaru, Sakura, Naruto and Kiba.

"If I'm not dead yet, I might die of embarrassment." I deadpanned, gently attempting to push the Uchiha off. Unfortunately, he only tightened his grip and stared fiercely at the crowd.

Kiba stepped forward, pushing the others out of the way and marching to my bed with a frown.

"Get off her, Uchiha! Stop hogging!" He growled, wrapping his arms around my waist above Sasuke's and pulling. I cringed at the discomfort of the two tugging.

"She's mine, dog. Back off!"

"Shut up! She's ours too!"

I remained limp as they tugged at me like they were fighting over a doll before both were suddenly removed from me and now hanging in the air by collar.

They glared at each other nonetheless.

I sighed as Tsunade shut the two up by smashing their heads together; Akamaru jumping to me seconds before safely.

Grinning, I greeted the growing dog. "Hey, Akamaru. It's been a while. Miss me?"

The dog barked in affirmation as the rest of the crowd filed into the room. I noticed that Kakashi was missing, as well as my parents.

"How is she meant to recover if you both keep treating her like a rag doll?!" The Hokage raged, chewing the two out.

Sakura placed her hands over me; green chakra emanating from her hands.

"It seems she's fully recovered, Hokage-sama." She informed the busty blonde formally. Tsunade dropped the two adolescents.

The blonde woman examined me, before looking at me with mild surprise.

"What have you been doing for the past two months?" She questioned me curiously.

I shrugged. "I went into a state of extreme meditation so I could balance out the mental and spiritual damage I gained." I explained, rubbing the back of my head when I noted that everyone was listening. "That was after I sort of had an all out battle with a certain spirit, and well; I won. What did you find?"

She frowned in thought. "Despite being out of commission for two months, and even sustaining considerable injuries, you seem to be in peak condition. Some training may just give your stiff muscles some exercise."

I stared blankly at her; registering the information.

"Are you saying that I'm perfectly fine to train right away?" I blinked; finding the information a surprise. People don't just wake up after being in a coma for two months and be all like; "Yeah, I'm ready for some training the second I wake up!"

"That's one way to put it, yeah." She agreed.

...

"Holy shit! I am badass!"

I earned myself a hit to the head, making Akamaru jump back to his owner.

Catching up with everyone was a lot of fun, seeing as how everyone here just for me. I felt loved, and that was a feeling I couldn't describe.

I just wanted to make sure nothing changed that. Jin gave me some serious hell, incapacitating me for a good two months.

At least dying had some benefits, I suppose. Sasuke gained the Mangekyou Sharingan, which was totally awesome. He also seemed to appreciate me much more, and his predicament with power struggles seemed to have disappeared. He'd been training with Kakashi on how to control it, apparently.

I was happy about that; it got his head straight again. I thought I was going to lose him back there. The strain between myself and Jin is unfortunate, but he is completely unstable around strong opponents, something that you definitely don't need when fighting. At least I felt a bit lighter, and as if the world was a bit brighter.

During my coma...Itachi visited me.

It was rather nostalgic, and painful that I wasn't able to do anything more than to fluctuate my chakra to let him know I knew.

He sounded tired...I wish I could've been awake to speak with him.

"By the way," I looked up to Tsunade, tilting my head curiously, "I wanted to inform you of your promotion face to face, Kuroki-san."

My eyes widened in surprise. "But...I barely showed anything at the tournament."

The blonde Sannin shook her head. "No, but you did show great strategic skill to the previous Hokage; earning yourself a recommendation. Thanks to your warning, the village is in better shape than it would be if we were uninformed." She explained, making me grin.

"So...I'm a chuunin, now?"

"Yep. Same as Shikamaru-san here." She gestured to the Nara who wore the standard vest. "You two were the only ones to get promoted."

"I was close to being promoted too!" Naruto interjected, making look at him in mild surprise. "They said that I was creative with my strategies, but I lacked some certain requirements." He looked down, a little disappointed; before jumping up determinedly. "But I'll be a chuunin one day! Believe in me!"

"Anyways," Kiba pushed the blonde out of the way as he grinned in my face. I swear I heard a low growl from beside me. "we should celebrate for Kuro-chan's recovery and her promotion!"

"Yes, we should." Sakura agreed, grasping her hands together in excitement. She turned to Neji and Shikamaru. "Would you be joining us?"

Tsunade waved me goodbye before leaving to check on other patients.

Neji glanced at me, I blinked at the different expression before a small smile formed on his lips. "I will."

"Ah, sorry." Shikamaru rubbed the back of his head apologetically. "I already have plans with my team."

Kiba, Naruto and Sakura looked disappointed, but understood. Sasuke remained silent for most of the time, but he was the only one who sat next to me the entire time.

"By the way," I began, curious, "where are my parents and Kakashi?"

Sasuke frowned in thought. "No idea."

I sighed. "Oh, well. I suppose I can surprise them. Now, I'd really like to get out of these horrible clothes." I cringed at the bland, white hospital gown I was wearing. My weights were still on, luckily. I suppose they didn't need to remove them, or they did and put them back on later.

My eyes didn't fail to notice the smirks of my fellow ninja. "Neji or Sasuke can help you with that." Sakura grinned.

I looked at her; horrified. "Wait, Neji?" My eyes darted to the Uchiha and the Hyuuga, who were stuck in a death staring match.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up, hormonal males!" I smacked Sasuke over the head and threw a glass from the stand at Neji; who caught it with ease, but looked at me curiously. "No one's undressing me except me! Damn!"

The rest snickered as I threw the sheets off me and onto Sasuke, walking over to the white desk that had my casual clothes waiting for me. "Now, get out."

After they left, Sasuke lingered behind, shutting the window and closing the curtains just to be cautious. Since it was him, I didn't find it that unusual to get dressed around him, but apparently he did.

"W-What are you doing?" He demanded, going red and turning away like a good boy.

"Getting dressed, obviously. Come on, Sasuke. It's not like it's the first time you've seen me naked." I grinned mischievously, knowing that by his red ears; he remembered the damn bathroom scene. Serves him right, the bastard.

"It was payback for making me kiss that toad." He defended, turning out just as I had wrapped the bandages around my breasts once. His face took on a whole new level of red. I had already put on my underwear and comfortable baggy pants.

Sighing, I continued to bind my breasts as he stared; frozen. Hormones were probably going haywire, huh.

I was surprised to hear a low growl that was a lot closer than a second ago. Glancing to my left, I saw the Uchiha glare at me despite his red colouring. I struggled to hide my grin at his cuteness.

"Why is it so easy for you to undress in front of me like this?" He muttered childishly, but I was simply confused as I put on the black tank top.

"What do you mean? It's you, that's why I'm comfortable with this." I replied, looking at him curiously.

"Does that mean you don't see me as someone who's capable of jumping you?" He accused, surprising me as he stepped forward. "You should know that we're both hormonal teenagers, and undressing in front of me is making things really hard."

I couldn't help but grin at the unintentional innuendo, but I looked away so he couldn't see. Though, I had a feeling he already knew. "I'm sorry, Sasuke." I started after regaining my composure. "I guess I sort of thought that your age meant you weren't thinking of that, but then I remember you're a really perverted thirteen-year-old. As well as the fact that you were avoiding me for a certain amount of time."

I turned around to face him, but was pleasantly surprised when he placed a soft kiss against my lips; his hand caressing my neck until he pulled back.

"I suppose that's my fault..." He looked down guiltily, causing my to tilt my head. "I've been treating you like crap because of my own jealousy."

"Damn right, you have." I responded immediately, his eyes half-heartedly glaring at me before leaning forward and resting his forehead against my own. I was slightly surprised by how I now had to look up at him.

He's grown.

"I won't do that anymore," The Uchiha announced, wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me close, "...after what happened, I found out that I was blaming you for my own weaknesses, and that was a weakness in its self. I thought you were a weakness at one point..."

I looked down, but Sasuke nudged my forehead to make me look up again. "But you're what makes me strong. As cliche as that sounds..." He cringed at the sappy comment; but nonetheless I beamed.

"Well, I'm happy you think that now. Because I'd rather it if you didn't leave me and go to that snake bastard and be all emo." I smiled, wrapping my arms around his neck. "I find it incredibly cute when you blush, and you would've become devoid of emotion if you went to him."

I laughed as his eyes narrowed at me, but showered me with affection soon after. I had to push him off so I could put my sweater and fingerless gloves on. I felt naked without the material covering my palms. Moving around without shoes was alright, though.

As I was discharged from the hospital, Naruto and Sasuke seemed to bicker as they usually did; I has also heard that they've been sparring since Naruto got back with Jiraiya.

Neji and I made conversation as our group walked around the village. Shikamaru split off whilst Kiba and Sakura also bickered. We were standing in pairs, basically.

"Don't you have training to do, Hyuuga?" I asked with a small smirk. He glanced at me, reciprocating the movement.

"I'm not so much of a training freak that I would miss visiting you when you woke up." He retorted.

My smirk changed into a grin. "Thanks. I'm going to train tomorrow, I bet. I can't stand it if I'm out of shape." I automatically grabbed the wrist that darted towards my neck, eyes widening at the fingers brushing against my skin. I looked back to the smug-looking Neji.

"Your reflexes are still good."

My eyes narrowed in suspicion after letting go of his hand. I felt the heated stare of Sasuke, and well; took that as a sign to walk to him. It wouldn't do us any good if he got insanely jealous.

Kiba barked something at the Hyuuga as I went to the end of the little informal group formation. Something about touching the angsty Uchiha's girl and the Inuzuka's best friend.

"You let him touch you too much." The Uchiha immediately stated after I approached him, placing his hand territorially on my waist as continued our walk to find a place to eat.

I snorted unceremoniously. "It was barely a touch, you jealous boyfriend, you."

His cheeks coloured a bright pink, contrasting with the hard frown he was pulling. "I hope you haven't forgotten that I was already rather possessive from the beginning."

I sighed with a smile, leaning slightly into him as we walked. "Of course not. I'll try my best not to flirt with the other boys for your sake."

"So you were flirting with them." He muttered darkly. I snickered when his grip on my hip tightened.

"But I loooove you, Sasuke~~." I announced in a dramatic tone, but low enough not to cause much of a scene. The Uchiha smirked at me.

"Of course you do."

I scoffed. "You conceited ass. I don't even get a-"

Surprise kiss alert. The dog.

"I love you too." He whispered after pulling back. I frowned at his adamant display of affection.

"Will you two love birds hurry up!?" Kiba growled loudly.

"Teme! When are you going to stop molesting Kuroki-chan?!"

Sasuke snarled. "Molest her, my ass you bastard! I can kiss her if I want to!"

I body flickered to Sakura and Neji's side as the two rival butted heads in the middle of the street.

"We don't know them?" Sakura suggested.

"We don't know them." Neji and I agreed in unison, the rest of us turning around to walk off as if we didn't know them.

"If Kuro-chan weren't here, I'd have a feeling those two would be banging like rabbits." Kiba muttered, placing his arms behind his head.

I doubled over immediately. "Pfft! You're probably right!"

Kuroi, Aonami and Kakashi sat in the living room of the couple's home; a comfortable atmosphere surrounding them.

"It would seem that team seven are all made of close-combat ninjas." Aonami spoke with a calm expression.

Kakashi and Kuroi nodded, both emitting a lazy air. Aonami smiled, they were a lot more similar than they liked.

"I suppose that even though Kuroki and Sasuke's abilities have improved, they still have a lot to learn." Kuroi yawned.

"Jiraiya will be taking Naruto for around two years, which would mean most of our time would be for Kuroki-chan and Sasuke-kun." Kakashi informed the couple.

Aonami gushed. "Oh, they're so cute! The way they look at each other and cling to each other is adorable!"

The two men in the room cringed slightly. "Despite the unbelievably scary event of Kuroki's apparent death, at least he gained the Mangekyou and she was alive in the end. I have a feeling that she is quite literally his entire reason for living at this moment." Kuroi drawled, leaning back against the chair.

"It's probably both ways," His wife interjected, "Kuroki would quite literally kill for him. We all know that she did during the Chuunin Exams."

Kuroi sighed. "I'm still surprised that the council seemed to overlook that little mishap and still promote her. She'll focus more on her taijutsu, speed, stamina and strength rather than her ninjutsu and genjutsu."

Kakashi nodded. "Doesn't she still wear those weights?"

"She's already fast now." Aonami gasped. "She'll probably have you beat as the fastest shinobi if she takes them off, Kakashi-chan."

Kuroi smirked proudly at that, whilst his colleague frowned slightly. "Still, we shouldn't just ignore the spirit that she's bonded to."

The atmosphere in the air changed.

"Satsujin is the reason she even 'died' in the first place." Kuroi closed his eyes. "It wasn't uncommon for those in my clan to be bonded to certain spirits and have them enhance certain aspects like chakra reserves and muscle refinement. But I never expected my daughter to attract one."

Kakashi's eye glinted at the male Taidana. "Didn't you have something like that in your younger days, Kuroi?"

"I did." He confirmed. "She's gone now. It's possible for a bond between human and spirit to be broken. In order to coexist when they bond, they need to be balanced mentally and spiritually. If the spirit forces their way to control the human's body, it's a major strain on the human physically as well as the other two; which is why Kuroki's body stopped functioning for a few minutes. If she wanted to, she could force Satsujin to leave; although that would take a toll on both of them since they're used to each other now."

"Is that why she's been in a coma for this long?" His wife questioned curiously.

"There's the possibility that she just limited the amount of contact she has with him. But anyway, how's Sasuke's training been going?" The Taidana couple looked to the silver-haired ninja.

"He's better than I am with it. He's faster and can read my movements almost perfectly, but I've told him not to use it too much. I suggest we make them learn the duo lightning techniques you and I used to do in our ANBU days." Kakashi suggested, his eye crinkling.

"Those were the days, huh?"

"Get your claws off my meat, bitch!"

"Fuck off! It's mine, mutt! I'll knock you out!"

"You don't scare m-" I punched the Inuzuka in the face, knocking him off of the area they all sat at.

"Bitch, please. You don't get in the way of my meat." I huffed, eating the precious morsel of meat.

Sasuke and Kiba sat on either side of me, which Naruto at the end near Sasuke and Sakura and Neji across from us. It was amusing, to say the least. Naruto and Sasuke bickered whilst Kiba and Sakura conversed in a reserved manner.

I was fighting with my mutt of a best friend before I knocked him out.

"Here, have the vegetables, teme." Naruto cringed at the damn things and placed them on Sasuke's plate. Onyx eyes glared at the blonde.

"You eat them, you're deprived of vegetables." He ordered, eyes narrowing as Kuroki shrunk away from him.

"But Kuroki-chan doesn't eat them either~." He whined, making me glare at him.

"It's Kuroki." Neji deadpanned, his violet eyes glancing to the Uzumaki boy. "She's worse than you when it comes to them."

I sighed as everyone conscious nodded in agreement.

"I love you all, now shut up and love me." I announced dramatically, earning myself chuckles from my friends.

"We all love you, Kuroki-chan." Sakura giggled, eating a mushroom and causing me to flinch away from her. "Especially these two." She glanced to Neji, who looked away suspiciously.

"Why...is it that you always add Neji...?" I muttered, scrutinizing the Hyuuga with my eyes who seemed to feel awkward.

"I suppose you wouldn't know, but I'll let Neji-kun tell you himself." The pinkette giggled again, glancing at the Uchiha beside me. His mood dropped like rocks.

"Calm down, my dear Uchiha. The food will rot under your mood." I sighed, picking up a bit of meat and preparing to eat it. My eyes narrowed as it was stolen from me. "You put that in your mouth, I will force you to spit it out."

"Kinky." He smirked, before shoving it down.

"You asked for it!"

"I'm hooooome!" I declared, slamming open the door dramatically.

It wasn't even a moment later when I heard the thundering steps of my beloved.

"Oh, my baby! Shiruba! Darling!" I laughed as he and I collided in a mess on the floor, excitement everywhere as I hugged the large silver dog.

"Why is it that you're more enthusiastic to see him than me?" The Uchiha muttered, stepping inside and closing the door.

"You shouldn't be jealous of a dog, Sasuke-kun." Kakashi chided lazily, startling the boy. "Welcome home, Shiru-chan."

"MY BABY! Shiruba, get your ass off her now!" The dog immediately whimpered and got off me, before I was abruptly grabbed and forced into a bear hug. "Oh, my baby girl! My little girl! I was so worried!" She sobbed, grabbing me by the shoulders and pulling me back. The face she was making made everyone in the room freeze. "You ever do shit like that again, I swear I'll burn all the bacon we have, you got it!?"

"Oh, my god! You cruel mother! That's...that's just! You evil woman!" I sobbed, before the two of us snickered whilst the men watched with exasperated expressions.

"That's my girlfriend." Sasuke muttered, probably face-palming...yeah. He was.

"Yeah, well. She may be your wife if you're together for that long." Kuroi smirked, rustling his surrogate son's hair.

"It's not an 'if'. We will be together for that long." The Uchiha stated with a resolute tone, the two lazy jounins glancing at each other knowingly.

I wiggled around in my bed, taking in the lovely feeling of my pillows and the blanket and everything. I had a shower; which was heavenly, and was now waiting for the Uchiha to finish his.

Shiruba barked as he jumped on the foot of the bed, getting himself comfortable before laying down.

The silence gave me some time to think.

"This'll be the first time in a while since he's slept with me, right Shiruba?" I grinned down at my loyal bed who barked in affirmation.

I was such a dork, for feeling this happy.

When the door opened, I glanced up to see Sasuke immediately smirk at me; his hair still damp but he wore a blue shirt and trousers.

"You look happy." He noted, using the towel on his shoulder to wipe his hair. That was somehow attractive.

"I am happy. Aren't you?" I replied, hugging my pillow as I stared at him with the moonlight illuminating his form.

"...You're alive..." He muttered, crawling into bed and pulling the pillow I was hugging off me. I frowned at him, but he refused to give it back. "I can't describe how happy I am." I was shocked to see the glistening of tears, which were threatening to fall.

I nearly began to panic, but he cupped my face and pulled it closer so our forehead's touched. "You make me so emotional. God..."

"You're so cute, though. Like, really cute and attractive and-" I laughed when he attempted to tickle me. "I was really scared that you were going to leave me before my apparent death."

Sasuke frowned. "If...if you hadn't of 'died'...I probably would have. I was so selfish, and hateful that I wasn't strong enough to protect you...I'm such an idiot."

"You are." I deadpanned, earning myself another half-hearted glare. "But I love you anyway. Annoyingly. Like, these feels are a bitch. A real bitch."

He smirked, before burying his face in the crook of my neck and wrapping his hands around my waist. "Aren't they?" He responded, his voice a little muffled and the vibration tickled my throat.

"Does this mean you'll be sleeping with me again?" I grinned, knowing my innuendo. I gasped as he randomly bit me. "Ow! What the fuck, you bastard!"

"Shut up."

"You're blushing."

"I am not."

"You adorable thing-ah! Stop biting me, you little shit! I will bite you!"

"No."

"Shiruba! Sic him!"

"Ah! Shiruba! Ow! Stop it! I'm sorry! Spare me!"

"Yes! Suffer, Uchiha! Suffer! AHAHAHA-Fuck!"

"Shhh..."

"You tackled me, bitch. So that's how shit's going to go. Prepare yourself. This isn't even my final form."

"What?"

"Fool!"

I'm such an adorable author. I'm violent and destructive and yet I can create such adorable scenes. What is wrong with me? Anyways, sorry it wasn't long. I do hope you enjoyed. Review! Love you.
