A/N: Thanks for the reviews so far. I have had so much fun writing this one. I just finished the book and will try to post every day if possible. A lot is going to happen that has to lead up to the next few months in the story. Her destiny is going to start to become more clear as time goes on. Enjoy dreamers!
Ten Years Later…
Luna had finished her degree a year later in 2003, why taking cancer treatment. Hunters run with Evolution was the hardest time she had ever experienced. Seeing Hunter with other women on the show almost killed her. She had been going through chemo and it made things even harder for her. Even knowing it was just a show didn't make it any easier. After two years of treatment, she went into remission. After she recovered she worked for a few TV shows in the writing department as a low-level writer for a few years. Finally, eight years after her experience she finished the book "Dreamer". Once her book went on sale it went straight to the top seller list. She was on cloud nine and her dreams of being a writer had finally made a success. It was now 2012 and the memory of Hunter and the Kliq still seemed like yesterday.
Dee and Grey had two children now and Luna had moved into her own place after her treatments were over. Occasionally she would get a glimpse of a wolf but, never approached them. After many years, she had finally got a clean bill of health but she still felt something wasn't right. Luna kept her promise to never marry and love another man. In her heart, she was a married woman. Even if the love of her life didn't remember her she would always be true to him.
Luna was at a book signing and fans of her book were begging for a sequel. They wanted the girl in the book to get her happy ending. She smiled and signed book after book. There were a few people in line at the bookstore and a woman dropped a book down in front of her. Luna was getting tired and didn't even look up from the book. She just opened it getting ready to sign it. "Who can I make this out too?" She flipped it open to see two ripped pages that looked to be from an old book. She saw her own face in the drawings of the loose pages. "The Oracle missing pages?" She looked up at the woman.
"You can make it out to the gypsy guardian of the Alpha Dreamer." Luna looked up to see Roma and Mischa smiling at her. "Hello, printsessa. We have been waiting for this moment."
Luna was in shock, "Excuse me. Do you know who I am? Roma? Mischa? Do you…" Luna teared up.
"Yes, printsessa. We remember. I told you I would always watch over you. Do you have time to talk?"
Luna looked behind them seeing they were last in line. She yelled over to her agent. "Damon, could you finish up here. I want to catch up with some old friends."
"Sure Luna. I'll see you tomorrow." The man walked away.
Luna got up hugging Roma and her brother. "I missed you."
Mischa smiled at her, "Let's go grab some food. We have a lot to talk about."
At the restaurant, Luna was so glad to see them. Someone after ten years remembered her.
Roma took her hand, "Luna. We want to thank you. My grandmother passed away not long after the ritual was complete. She was a woman of the old way and walked out into the wilderness to pass. She died happily and at peace knowing the Lycan fever was cured."
"That's great. I'm glad she found peace." She looked a little sad and rubbed the scar on her head. "I guess this was worth it."
"Your cancer."
"The ritual is what made the tumor appear in the test wasn't it."
"Yes. I am sorry you still had to take treatment. That must have been very hard. But, it was how things had to be." Roma looked like she could cry.
"Why didn't you come to see me if you have known about me all this time?"
"It was not written for us to do so until you finished the book. It's time for a sequel Luna." Roma reached in her purse and handed her a necklace.
"Oh my gosh. The wolf heart necklace Hunter gave me. Where did you find it?"
"Australia. It was laying under the bed where you bonded. I have kept it for ten years."
Luna put it on holding it close to her heart. "He doesn't remember me. None of them do. I tried for a while to go to shows and autograph things to talk to them. Shawn seems to sometimes act as if he might remember then it slips away."
Someone walked up behind them. "I remember." Luna looked up seeing Shawn standing behind her. She jumped up wrapping her arms around him. "I remembered after you touched me that night at Summerslam. When you shocked me. Roma found me and told me you had to finish your book and I couldn't interfere with the prophecy."
"And, Hunter?"
"He doesn't know. None of our pack do. I'm sorry Luna. I wanted to tell you so you wouldn't be alone but I just couldn't."
"Someone paid for my treatments and Grey says it wasn't him. Was it you Shawn?"
"Yes. You're my Alpha. My family. I take care of the family."
Luna sat back down. "So. Will, he ever remember me?"
Roma looked at Shawn. "Now the book is finished there is a chance. You have to start dreaming again and start the sequel to the book."
"How? I don't have my dreams anymore."
"That's up to you. If he ever truly loved you, you will be together. He told you once love was a powerful thing. Did he not? This is all for a greater purpose printsessa."
"What purpose? My life has been turned upside down and I have spent ten years without the love of my life. I still had cancer. It seems the only one who had to sacrifice for anything was me. I lost everything I ever loved."
"The last two pages of The Oracle tells your future. I removed them because you could not know your future before it's time. The last page is empty and will only fill in when you fulfill your own destiny. If you were the true white wolf you will reconnect with your betrothed and everything will be as they should be. When you do connect...you will…" Roma was almost ready to cry. "It will mean you and Hunter, are the King and Queen of the Lycans. The ones we have searched for, for centuries."
"What? King and Queen?" Luna looked at Shawn who was just as shocked.
"All you have done lead to this moment. If he learns to love you again it means your love is eternal. The Oracle prophecy will be compete. You will live your lives together as you choose from then on. The Kliq Wolfpack will be the royal protectors of The Oracle and the rightful leaders of our kind. It will mean your bloodline was the direct descendant of Queen Esra of the middle ages."
Luna was in shock. She sat back trying to catch her breath. "How am I going to get him to want me. Last time I saw him he didn't even seem to care I was there."
Shawn chuckled, "Yeah right. He talked about how hot you are for days. And your pure white hair was sooo sexy. OH! Wait. What happened to your white hair? I liked it."
"After my cancer treatments, I lost my hair. It grew back in as my normal brown except for the stripe. I color it."
Shawn snarled, "I like the stripe."
"You want me to grow it back?"
He pouted, "Yes."
"So. Mischa. Are you a wrestler yet?"
"No. I was for a while. I went into MMA and then became a trainer. I work at WWE."
Shawn rubbed his head, "Speaking of such."
Roma smirked, "Maybe we should tell her our plan."
"What plan?"
"Well, Luna. Even destiny needs a little push." Roma smirked, "Are you still wanting to write for WWE? I know you mentioned it to me once."
Shawn sat back smiling with his arms crossed. Luna knew what they had in mind and was ready to get her man back.
"Ok. Give me the plan…"
