A/N: Time jump. And some nice family bonding time. It's mostly just a filler chapter but hopefully you'll like it anyway. You guys are so sweet that I'm gonna work my ass off and try to update twice a week. Hopefully it'll work.

Tim watched his sister and her girlfriend chase around the with water guns. "I have no idea how they got into a good med school," he said as he shook his head. They were all invited to a little outdoor picnic at Callie's enormous house. Callie and Arizona were finished with college for ever so they took their time to enjoy it. They really did.

"Torres, my military skills have nothing on you," Arizona yelled and pressed the trigger making water splash at Callie. Luckily they were all wearing swimming suits and were gathered around the pool.

"Calliope no running around the pool," Carlos said sternly. He has been saying those words since Callie was old enough to know how to swim. He gave up every time though.

Arizona might be faster but Callie had the advantages because it was her home. "You're going down Robbins," she said with a smirk. She splashed Arizona with her stronger water gun but Arizona dodged by hiding behind the wall. So Callie splashed the wall instead and she took a quick look at her parents. Her mom was sitting in a hot tub reading a magazine but her dad was sending her a sharp look. "I'm sorry," she apologized and shrugged.

Arizona stepped away. She knew Callie ran out of water so she splashed her and Callie dramatically fell on the ground making her giggle. "Ha, I won. Now I get a nice hot bath and a massage."

Callie stood up. "I might change my mind." She watched Arizona glare at her as she jumped in the pool. She looked around and smiled. Her mom was talking to Barbara, her dad was being showed how to use the grill by Daniel even if they had a chef sitting in the kitchen. Her sister was randomly chatting with Tim and Addison. Her eyes stopped on Arizona who was looking back at her with her head slightly tilted to the side. Callie raised her hand and made a 'come here' motion with her finger.

Arizona slipped in the pool and swam to Callie. "What got you looking all dreamy?"

"This," she said and pointed around. Arizona was still confused. "My family and your family. Having a picnic together."

"Ooh," Arizona said and laughed. "Yea, I'm a little surprised myself. And my mom is sitting in a hut tub. Her dreams are coming true."

Callie laughed and placed a kiss on Arizona's temple. "And your dad is teaching my dad how to grill. I can't believe Carlos Torres is accepting help. And the fact that we have a chef in the kitchen just sitting makes it even more interesting."

Arizona snorted. "My dad just loves showing off his barbecue skills." She looked at her girlfriend. She looked like a goddess. The water droplets running down her caramel skin, that was only getting darker under Miami sun, were driving her crazy.

Callie was thinking the same thing. Arizona's blonde hair got lighter, her skin deliciously tanner and her blue eyes glowed in the reflection of sun. She saw Arizona lick her lips. Callie let out a shaky breath. Their parents were okay with them being a couple but they tried to keep their affection on the minimal. At least in front of them. "Wanna get some tan before we start eating?"

"Oh yeah," Arizona said and pulled herself out of the pool. She offered Callie a hand and help her out of the pool. She grabbed her towel and laid down next to Tim with a heavy sigh.

"Tired already? I see the Colonel stopped doing the morning routine with you," Tim said with a smirk playing on his lips.

Arizona huffed. "You gained like 10 pounds since you came home from your last tour. Addison has been feeding you way too much," she argued back. And it was true. Tim was home for three weeks so far and they were all on edge waiting for him to be called back.

"She keeps me in shape too so she might as well feed me," Tim said and chuckled at the cringe that appeared on Arizona's face.

"Ew, ew, ew," Arizona chanted quietly. "Never in my life and I mean never repeat that to me please. Gross." She cringed again. Just the thought of it made her want to puke.

Tim laughed. "Oh please like you're being innocent. When we went to the vacation house together you're not as quiet as you think you are."

Arizona's eyes widened and she felt her mom's gaze on her back. She didn't dare to look for the confirmation though. "You're a pig." She huffed and turned on her stomach and faced Callie who was laughing quietly. "Don't laugh at me. It's embarrassing enough that my mom heard him."

Aria groaned. "This is way too much sex conversation for me. I'll be where the food is," she said and stood up. Being the youngest sucked.

"Honey, she knows you're not a virgin," Callie replied simply. "But I'll stop laughing if it will make you feel better."

"Thank you," Arizona said and closed her eyes. They popped open a minute later though when she felt soft yet very cold hands on her back. "What are you doing?"

Callie laughed. "Applying sun screen because you might be a little tanner than usually but you burn like a chicken."

"I do not," Arizona argued back and tried to roll over but Callie was stronger and she couldn't budge.

"Yes you do Arizona," Barbara chirped in from her position in the hot tub. Seeing the kids happy and seeing her husband going along so well with Carlos made her happy. Two very different families were going along so well. "I give them a year until we get a call about them being engaged," she said to Lucia as she took a sip of her margarita.

Lucia smirked. "Wanna make it interesting? I give them 7 months."

"What does the winner get?" Barbara asked with an amused smile. Never in her life she would imagine sitting in a hot tub with a fancy margarita and talking to her daughter's girlfriend's mother about marriage.

"Getting involved in the wedding as much as possible," Lucia said with a wink. When Callie was younger she loved playing wedding. But it was very different from the traditional wedding. The bride, Callie, never wore a white dress, always red. And ever since then she knew she wanted to help her daughter plan the wedding and she could only assume Barbara wanted to do the same.

"Oh it's on," Barbara said politely shaking Lucia's hand. "Just don't be mad when you lose."

"A Torres never loses," Lucia said and closed her eyes as she let the hot bubbles surround her body.

Barbara placed down the glass. "Neither does Robbins," she quietly replied.

After Callie was done rubbing the sunscreen on her back Arizona sat up and stretched her limbs. "Adds how's med school?" she asked Addison. She was slightly, well, very scared of it. She had a whole month of summer vacation left but she wanted to be really prepared.

"First year's the worst. New school, new people, new teachers and there's so much work to do and a lot to study but since you have me I think it'll make everything easier. I can borrow you my old notes," she offered. Medical school wasn't really that terrible but if you wanted a social life too you needed all the help you could get.

Arizona smiled and bounced excitedly. "Yes, please."

Callie smiled and nuzzled her nose in Arizona's neck. Even though she smelled a little bit like chlorine she still thought she smells delicious. "Did you just sniff me?" Arizona asked. She giggled letting Callie know she was just kidding.

"You smell good," Callie replied with a soft kiss on the neck. She didn't care what Tim and Addison think.

Arizona sniffed her hair. It smelled like pool water and sun screen to her. "I don't but okay," she replied and moved so she was sitting on Callie's lap. Running her hand along Callie's smooth thigh she smiled sweetly at her girlfriend. "I love you."

"You're such a dork," came Callie's reply. "But I love you too."

"You guys are sickening adorable," commented Tim and got a glare from both girls and Addison.

"They're cute. Beside you should be more romantic," Addison said and casually shrugged her shoulders. "The last time you took me on a date was before you left the last time. And only because you felt bad."

Tim rolled his eyes. "I promise I'll take you on a nice date. How about tomorrow at 5 pm?"

"Since you insist," Addison said and laughed when Tim glared at her.

Arizona sighed happily and leaned back in Callie's body. Her content didn't last long though because her dad and Carlos were calling everyone to get some food. Arizona stood up and put on a bright summer dress. She didn't feel comfortable to eat in bikini. She wasn't the only one thinking that as Addison and Callie did the same. She walked towards her dad and peaked over his shoulder to see how good the food looked. "This looks so good. You never work this hard when it's just us," she complained.

"That's not true buttercup," Daniel said using Arizona's old nickname. But he knew it was just a little true. He didn't want to seem like a snob in front of such important people.

"It is dad," Tim said with a wink.

They sat outside on the wooden bench Torres family had when they had a large group of people coming over. Barbara chuckled when the younger generation practically dove in. "If you save some of it for us, old people, I promise you a delicious ice cream."

Arizona squinted at the food. She did some calculating on how much food she can get in herself and still have space for a large portion of ice cream. "Are you doing your food math again?" Callie asked with a smile. Her girlfriend really was a dork.

"Maybe," Arizona replied sheepishly.

Callie smiled and they started eating. Her mother was an arrogant woman yet she was joking and sharing secrets with Barbara. She never felt happier. Or more in love. College was a lot of hard work but med school was about to be even worse so she wanted to cherish every moment like this. Feeling a gaze on her face she smiled at Arizona who was looking at her with a questioning expression. "I'm fine," she answered the unspoken question.

"Kids do you want to have a movie night later?" Lucia asked and quickly shook her head. "I can't even call you kids anymore. Not even you Aria. My precious babies growing up." She placed her hand over her heart as she struggled with emotions.

Callie rolled her eyes. "Drama queen." Apparently she was louder than she thought as her dad sent her a quick glare. "But I wouldn't love her any other way," she said to save herself. "And to answer your question yeah, we can watch a few movies later if you guys are up for it." Addison, Tim and Arizona all nodded while Aria huffed.

"How come they get to stay together and I can't even invite my boyfriend to my room?" she asked.

Carlos chuckled. "I told you you can invite him to the picnic if you want. Beside I trust that none of them will get each other accidentally pregnant." He winked at Callie to let her know he was just kidding.

"It's not like condoms don't exist," Aria mumbled with a glass in her mouth.

Lucia coughed but pretended she didn't hear Aria for her own sake and Carlos just continued eating. "Do you actually have a boyfriend?" Callie asked with raised eyebrows. She honestly didn't know.

"Of course I do!" Aria almost yelled back. "And he would be here if dad wouldn't be so rude to him."

"I said you could invite him," Carlos said and shrugged his shoulders. He was glad she didn't though. Aria was the youngest and even she was about to start college.

Aria rolled her eyes. "Whatever," she muttered under her breath.

After they ate they cleaned up and dipped in the pool some more but soon they were getting bored of just sitting there. "How about we make popcorn and start movies now and each gets to pick one?" Callie offered. She knew the adults were getting tired of being out on the sun and frankly she wasn't feeling like being out there for much long either.

"Do we popcorn?" Tim asked.

"What kind of movie night without popcorn would that be?" Callie replied with a grin on her face. "Hey, we gonna head inside and start on those movies," she told her mom.

Lucia nodded. "Okay honey. We'll head in soon too but we will be in the dining room." She didn't want to interrupt their time together.

Arizona ran after Callie. "I'll help you with popcorn." She heard Tim snicker in the back but could hardly care. She wanted to spend some alone time with her gorgeous girlfriend that wore really tiny bikini underneath her dress. Jumping on the counter like usually she watched Callie move around.

Smirking, Callie stepped closer and felt Arizona's legs lock around her ass. "This awfully reminds me of some other time we were here." She kissed Arizona and placed her hands on Arizona's thighs. The dress hiked up Arizona's legs so she touched nothing but soft skin. Deepening the kiss she brushed her tongue against Arizona's lips and moaned quietly when Arizona's tongue tangled against hers. She felt Arizona's hands move from her hips and suddenly they were palming her breasts. Pulling away she pecked pink lips and move Arizona's hands. "I see you're trying to refresh your memory."

"I can't help myself," Arizona replied. "You're just so delicious. And that bikini you wore. It was kind of rude to put a dress over it."

"I'll wear a bikini specially for you once and I won't put any other clothes on. Deal?" Honestly Callie didn't mean bikini. She meant lingerie. But Arizona didn't know that.

"Deal."

Callie laughed as the timer on the microwave went off and she went to take out the popcorn. She used two bags and the biggest bowl she could find in their kitchen that was still small enough to fit in their microwave. "Ready?"

Arizona opened the fridge and grabbed five water bottles and she closed it with her elbow. "Yup."

They carried popcorn and drinks in the family room. Aria already pulled out the couches so now it looked like two massive beds and a love seat. Placing the popcorn down Callie jumped on the pulled out couch she knew was the most comfortable. "Dips," she yelled.

"Hey, that's not fair. I pulled it out," Aria argued and tried to shove Callie aways.

"Uhm hello I've got a girlfriend to cuddle so you can take the love seat," Callie said with a smirk and pulled Arizona down on the couch by gently yanking on her hand.

Addison flopped down on the other couch and sighed with content. She was Tim looking at her with amused smile. "What? Callie's right. Couples first. Beside you and your bear belly take up a lot of space."

Arizona laughed. "I love Addison," she said not really to anyone.

"So should I be worried?" Callie asked in a sing song voice. She knew she had nothing to worry about. For now anyway. She loved Arizona and Arizona loved her.

Arizona laughed. "Oh you totally should. I might run off and get married with Addison in Las Vegas."

Callie swatted her butt. "You ever say that again and you're in huge trouble Arizona Grace Robbins." Arizona placed a chaste kiss on her lips as if she was saying she would never do that. "Aria since you're the youngest you can pick the first movie. That way we can finish it before your bed time."

"You're such an ass," Aria grumbled out and moved from her love seat to set a movie. "What movie do you want?"

"Eh whatever you want. We all get to pick one anyway," Callie said and turned on her side. She spooned Arizona from behind and focused on the movie. "Oh seriously that's not even a movie." Aria put in the dvd with Walking Dead first season.

"I like it," Arizona said simply. She couldn't care what movie or TV shows or whatever they were watching as long as there was popcorn in front of her and the warmth of her girlfriend's body surrounding her.

Callie leaned over to grab some popcorn out of the bowl and shoved some of it in her mouth and the rest in Arizona's mouth. "I wish we had a pet here," Callie said with a sigh and it made Arizona immediately think of someone.

"I miss Parker," she said.

Tim sent her sister a sad smile. "He's a military dog Arizona. He's serving the country." Though Parker spent most time with Tim as he was attached to him the most he helped other men too.

"But still. He was my puppy and I insist that he should be with me," Arizona argued.

"Is that your way of telling me that you want to enroll in the marines? Because I'm strongly against that," Callie said seriously. "No offense Tim. I find it brave and all but I would never let her do it."

Tim smiled. "She's my baby sister so I wouldn't let her do it either."

After watching 4 episodes of Walking Dead the credits rolled and the DVD returned to the menu. Callie gently nudged Arizona. "It's your turn sweetie," she whispered trying to get Arizona to stand up. Arizona moved her head so it was buried in Callie's arm and mumbled something along the lines "let someone else change it". Callie chuckled as she saw Aria was asleep as well.. "Tim? Addison?"

Addison smirked and stood up. "I saw you have a great collection of chick flick movies." She picked In Her Shoes and and placed it in the player. She wasn't a fan of chick flicks but they were all so tired they won't last till the end of the movie.

"I love Cameron Diaz," Arizona whispered and then cuddled closer to Callie. "I'm cold."

Callie moved away and grabbed a blanket that was laying on the floor and covered Arizona. She passed another blanket to Addison for her and Tim and used the third one to cover her sister. She laid back down to Arizona and moved under the warm blanket.

Couple of hours later Barbara and Daniel said goodnight and called for their kids but none of them showed. Lucia and Carlos went in the family room to check if they were even there and saw them all asleep. Arizona and Callie were cuddled together in a mess of limbs, Aria was curled on a love seat with a massive pillow under her head and Tim and Addison were touching with their backs only. "They're so happy," Lucia said with a smile.

"Yes, they are," Carlos confirmed and turned the dim lights off so they wouldn't disturb the sleeping young adults.
