Okay first of all- haven't been updating this much lately. Sorry about that. I was running a fever for the past few days and now that i'm better i'm so stressed that I want to take up smoking. I have two new born infant cousin's both of which are still in the hospital thanks entirely to the fact that both of their lungs collapsed. A great uncle died. And my little Siamese cat ate poison. So yeah...stress.

Anyways here's the update for tonight. Enjoy!

(***********************************************************************************************************************)

Sighing, Don stared at his computer screen for a full second or so longer before letting himself lean back in his chair. Making the piece of furniture creak under his shifting weight. Human weddings as it turned out- varied from couple to couple. Culture to culture. Ethnic backgrounds, religion... All of these things had to be taken into consideration when a couple married.

Which was good to know, Don supposed. Since he'd rather get things right the first time than not at all.

But then Don didn't really know much of those things about Arrien. He knew she was a twenty something caucasian. But he had no damn clue about the religion and culture things. After all some people kept in touch with their roots and others didn't. He however may be American born, but he and his brothers had been raised with by a Japanese father with certain cultural customs and such.

Which was why when he married Arrien, he needed to make sure that a Japanese style wedding was something she could live with. Because not only would she be consenting to his families customs- but she would be consenting to everything that came with them. Including their wedding night.

Oh god... He thought in an almost panic as he broke out in a cold sweat. Their wedding night. He'd almost completely forgotten about that. He knew that he and his brothers had enough human DNA in them to be somewhat compatible with humans as far as sex went. But there were other issues to consider. His size- not just down low although that was one problem, he supposed- but his whole body. Not to mention his weight.

Fuck. One wrong move on his end during his wedding night could injure or possibly even kill Arrien.

And then there was the fact that he was a trained ninja. He doubted that he would be able to let Arrien take the lead- though some part of him was kind of dying to know if she would step up and do so if he let her- however as a trained fighter/killer he had been taught from childhood that he must always be in control of himself. He worried about how he might react if Arrien did try to take control with out his consent.

Would he hurt her as a warning? Even if his mind was wholly against the concept of harming his mate- he wasn't sure he could fully trust his body to stay with him here. He felt like he was being pulled in separate directions.

His mind one way, his body the other. And he didn't always realize what he was doing until it was done. For example; Mikey had jumped out at him in the dark once as a prank, and Don had reacted so quickly that he hadn't even been aware that he was doing anything until he heard his master yelling at him and was put in a choke hold by Raph and Leo who had had to wrestle him off of Mikey before he could cause more serious injury.

Mikey had gotten away with his arm just being pulled out of it's socket. Which had been easy enough to fix. But it had taken a while for him to make things up to his little brother completely due to the fact that Mikey had started avoiding him. Sometimes he still did. But for the most part everything between them seemed fine now. His brother was just more consciences of the things that could trigger such a reaction and did his best to steer clear of them.

Still Don couldn't help but wonder if perhaps those same reactions would come into play during his wedding night. Maybe he should talk to someone about it? Maybe tell Arrien about his fears so that the choice would be hers. Sighing again his mind shift a bit to other things.

As in things like Arrien-and-Donny-sitting-in-a-tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g, then with the love and marriage and next was...a baby carriage? Oh god a baby- Or babies as the case may be due to my species. He gulped slightly already knowing that he and his brothers were compatible enough with humans due to their mixed DNA to possible sire children with them. Which was nerve wracking to say the least since he wasn't sure if he wanted kids much less Arrien.

She was an international star. Someone who was in the public eye a lot due to her work. Her pregnancy (if she even got pregnant) could cause more problems for them all than her job could. For starters if she did wind up pregnant there was no way in hell he was letting her out of his sight for any reason. She would be vulnerable. Even more so than she was already and with her dad gunning for her- he wouldn't take any chances.

He'd want her surrounded by fucking bubble wrap. A shit full of armed bodyguards. A security system to rival the pentagon's and of course, himself and his brothers- 24/7.

Fuck being a mutant.

Fuck being a secret.

Fuck the world. It's people and their reaction to him and his family's existance.

Anyone tried to lay a hand on Arrein while she carried his young and he'd rip their arms off and leave them to bleed out in the street.
