Hello.
So, I'm not completely happy with this chapter, but it's really needed to bridge to the next.
As always thanks for reading.
The month seemed to fly by. John and Dean watched with pride as Sam graduated from college. Hannah had opted to get hers quietly, she wanted to be in the audience and watch Sam. The next week was Logan and Kaden's last day of school. They were going on a last class outing to the nearby zoo. Hannah went along as a volunteer. Sam and Kathy was at home packing while Dean and John drove out to take care of a last minute hunt. They were on their way home when Dean's phone rang. He was surprised to see it was Hannah.
"Hey beautiful everything okay?"
"Please tell me that you're close to home?" Dean heard slight panic in her voice.
"In fact we'll be pulling up in about five minutes why what's wrong?"
"I'm really not sure but can you meet us at the school. We should be there in about ten minutes or so. I already called Sam and he's going to be there.
"Sure thing Hann we'll be there."
"And Dean if you see a read mustang there, watch it."
"Okay, random, but okay." Dean hung up and glanced at his father. "Small change of plans Hannah needs us at the school."

Hannah looked out the window as best she could. After they had left the zoo's parking lot she had lost sight of the red mustang, but she knew it was not far behind them. As the bus got closer to the school Hannah tried to piece together what had happened at the zoo. Things had been going fine. The kids had been having a blast running around outside looking at the animals. It wasn't until Logan had run up to her, panic on his face. When she looked around Kaden was cowering behind a trash can. She had rushed to him her hand instinctively going into her pocket and wrapping around the gun that rested there. Kaden was terrified of someone or something. He couldn't talk he just pointed. When Hannah looked she saw a man standing a few feet from them. He had cold black hair long and pulled back. He was wearing tight jeans and a t-shirt. Hannah could see his muscles flexing under the shirt.
"Do you know who that is baby?" Hannah had asked not taking her eyes off the man.
"He's a monster." Kaden had answered, shaking.
Before Hannah could do anything the teacher had called out that it was time to leave. Once Hannah had gotten the two boys safely on the bus she watched as the man walked over and got in his car. When the bus pulled out of the parking lot and the car followed, Hannah called Sam, then Dean. The bus pulled into the parking lot. The teacher stood and gave a small speech. Hannah was too busy looking out the window for her family. When she saw the mustang turn into the parking lot her heart speed up. Looking back at the boys she mouthed 'stay on the bus.' Logan and Kaden nodded. Hannah waited until everyone else was off the bus before she stepped off. Looking around she saw the man get out and scanned the kids. When his eyes landed on her he smiled and her blood went cold. He started walking toward her. He was just a few feet from her when he stopped and someone touched her shoulder. She turned and complete relief washed over her. Standing beside her was John and Dean.
"Who's dark and spooky?" Dean asked looking at the man.
"I'm not sure but he scares Kaden. To be honest he scares me too." Hannah answered.
More kids and parents were coming out of the school. Hannah noticed the man step closer. John also noticed and stepped toward the man. Dean looked around. "Where's my boys?"
"I told them to stay on the bus."
Dean stepped around Hannah and looked up into the bus. Logan poked his head around, Dean smiled at him. "Hey sport you two have a good day at the zoo?"
"Yeah until creepy guy came up." Logan said, as he stood and walked down the stairs. "We didn't even get to go to the gift shop."
"Well we'll take care of that later." Dean said. "Where's Kaden?" Logan pointed behind him where Kaden stood. Dean smiled. "Everything's going to be okay kiddo come on out."
Kaden went to leave the bus but when he saw the man he froze. Dean looked over at the man and didn't like his smile. Dean sized up the scene before him. There were too many kids and adults around. "Where's Sam?"
"He should be here any second." Hannah said. Never taking her eyes from the man she got the strange feeling that he could hear every word they were saying.
Dean also saw this, he slipped keys into Hannah's hand. "Hannah Impala" His voice so low she barely heard it. But she nodded pushing the boys ahead of her they disappeared around the front of the bus. Dean heard the Impala start just as his father's truck came into the parking lot. The man turned and ran to the mustang. Dean locked eyes with his brother and pointed at the car. Sam pulled the truck in front of the car blocking it.
"Their gone." John said watching the Impala drive away.
"Now let's find out what dark and spooky wants." As the two hunters walked toward the car they were surprised when it backed up, turned and speed off going the wrong way, almost hitting another car. Dean jumped into the back seat while John got in the passenger.
"I take it we're following?" Sam asked as he put the truck in gear.
"You take right." Dean said pulling out his phone. He quickly dialed Kathy's number.
"Are you going to tell me what the hell is going on?" Kathy almost screamed answering the phone.
"I'll tell you everything later." Dean said keeping his eyes open for the red mustang. "Just keep an eye out for a red mustang. Hannah should be there soon."
"Okay just be careful"
Dean smiled. "Always"
