Okay. By indication of the reviews so far there seems to be some confusion as to where we now stand. If this was due to my wording or because I wasn't clear enough then I do apologize profusely. And as this is the ending of 'Certified' we're talking about, that will not do.

So basically, Soundwave double-crossed Alex. Transporting him not back to his Cape Town but merely to the one in the Prime universe. The date given was in line to the duration of Alex's stay in the universe, and not in line with the broadcast dates of episodes.

Now that's cleared up, I hope this has been an exciting run for you as it has been for me. Thank you all for reading, contributing, putting up with my amateur writings. I am also pleased to announce that Alex Matthews will be returning next year in the sequel to 'Certified.' There will be bigger time gaps between updates due to university life, but as I have assured you before, I do finish what I start.
