Forget about this story yet? Yeah...

So I sort of promised myself a long time ago that I was never going to do this, but I think it's time I put up an author's note to let you know whats going on...

I want to preface all this with an apology, because I honestly am sorry if you thought this was going to be a real chapter. I haven't updated in forever, verging on a month now, and it really sucks, I know, I'm kind of hating myself for it. For the longest time I didn't really know what I was doing with this story, I'd run my course and my big dramatic stuff was over and done with. And when I finally managed to think about what to do next, I realized that whenever I sat down to write, nothing would happen. And between a bad case of writers block and a hectic school schedule, I haven't had the time or motivation to write. i hope you can all understand that.

I recently hit 150 followers on this story, and honestly, that's insane and I really wish I could celebrate with a new chapter, but it just hasn't been working out. I can't even begin to tell you what it means to me, because as I've said before, this first attempt at writing was just a whim, something to occupy my time with during the summer.

But I wanted to let all you wonderful, insanely supportive readers know that I haven't abandoned this story, not by a long shot. Hopefully I'll be able to get some time this weekend to write, and hopefully I'll be able to get something in words that I think is good enough to put up on here.

Again, sorry if you thought this was going to be an actual chapter, and thanks for being so patient, it means a lot to me.

Thank you once more for all the support (172 reviews!), and hope to see you soon with a nice, new, funny, and explorative chapter where I hope to introduce Sherlock's next crisis to tackle. Any guesses as to what it might be?
