Barba closed the last file he needed for court, getting ready to head over to the courthouse for another grueling day of his friends' case. He was just about to grab his jacket when someone knocked on his door. "Come in." The door opened to reveal Langan, his briefcase clutched between his two hands. "Well, Mr. Langan, what can I do for you?"

Langan sighed before taking a step closer to the desk. "We want a deal."

Olivia grinned down at Jamie as she admired the new rock on her finger. She kissed the back of her head before taking another bite of her breakfast. "Mommy, will I ever get a ring like this?"

"Well, maybe someday. See, to get a ring like this, you need to find a guy who loves you for everything and will accept you for who you are." Olivia said as Jamie leaned back against her chest. She pushed her glasses up on her nose before Elliot walked out of their room in sweatpants, rubbing his eye with his fingers. "You have to find a guy that will love you the way Daddy loves me."

"You can't find a guy like that though. If you do, Daddy will be very sad that he has to share you." Elliot smiled before kissing his daughter's head.

Olivia rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Daddy is being silly." She let Jamie down onto the floor before she hurried off to play with the dogs. "How'd you sleep, babe?"

Elliot grinned at her as he sat down with a cup of coffee. "Wonderfully." He pecked her lips before grabbing the newspaper sitting on the table. "You said yes. Now, all we have to do is get this trial out of the way and done with."

"It scares me to think the jury may be sympathetic towards her and vote for a not guilty." Olivia sighed as she pulled her hair into a ponytail. "Jamie hasn't had a decent night's sleep since before this whole fiasco started. It pains me to see her so stressed. I can't imagine how she'd be if Kathy gets off and is allowed visiting rights."

Elliot shook his head, taking her hand into his. "That won't happen. After what happened yesterday, I'd be surprised if she wasn't convicted."

Olivia nodded her head once before her phone started ringing on the table. She grabbed it, looking at the screen to see who it was. "It's Barba." She stated before answering her phone. "Hey, what's up, Barba?"

"Liv, Langan was just in here. Kathy is pleading out today. Every charge is sticking and she is being sent away for seventy-five years." Barba rushed out as he hurried through the new paperwork to be sifted through.

"What? Hold on. He just came into your office?" Olivia asked furrowing her eyebrows.

Barba typed some things into his computer before answering. "Yeah, he came in twenty minutes ago. We worked everything out without argument or problems. It went very smoothly. It seems fishy for everything that has happened, but Langan gave me his word." He grabbed his jacket, swinging it around before slipping his arms into it. "I gotta get over to the courthouse to talk to Donally. I will see you there, Liv."

Olivia heard the click before she could even respond to him. She brought her phone away, staring at it as if it was a foreign object. "What did Barba have to say?" Elliot asked sipping his coffee.

"Langan stopped by to see him." Olivia breathed before looking up at him. "Kathy is pleading out."

Elliot sat down next to Olivia behind Barba in the courtroom. "Okay, my bladder is empty. Let's do this and get it done with."

Olivia chuckled softly at him before situating Jamie in her lap. "Good to know, El. Barba said they were going to get Kathy now. Donally should be out soon."

"I don't want to see Kathy." Jamie whined huddling closer into Olivia's side. Both parents looked at her tired eyes and knew that she was running on fear and adrenaline alone right now. She was paler than she usually was and the tip of her nose was red.

"We know you don't, princess. This is the last time you'll have to see her for a long time." Elliot said before kissing her forehead. He ran his thumb over her cheek, watching the bags under her eyes seem to get darker in color. "Once we leave, we can go home and get some sleep. Honey, didn't you sleep well last night."

Olivia rubbed her daughter's back. "She woke up around four from another nightmare. Baby Stabler was kicking up a storm so I stayed up with her." She explained before kissing the crown of her daughter's head. "Don't worry, baby. This will be all over soon."

They all stood up as Donally entered the courtroom in her long, black robe. She sat down before they brought Kathy in. She was again wearing the orange jumpsuit, now sporting a new pair of cuffs. They handcuffed her to the table with a chain so that she could stand and sit easily. Donally put on her glasses, leaning back in her chair, before she looked at the new papers brought to her that morning. "I understand that we have come to a plea bargain."

"We have, your honor." Langan said standing up with Kathy. Barba stayed seated and watched as the judge and attorney exchanged looks.

"Ms. Malone, as apart of your plea bargain. It says that you will confess to all the charges against you and that you have agreed to the sentence Mr. Barba has offered you." Donally said summarizing the document in front of her.

Kathy nodded. "Yes, your honor, I have done something legally wrong and I need to do the time for it."

Donally nodded her head. "And, the victim has agreed to the terms of which are set?"

Elliot and Olivia stood up and nodded their heads. "We do."

Barba walked out of the courtroom to find Elliot and Olivia standing there patiently waiting for him. Jamie was fast asleep in Olivia's arms. "You two do know that Kathy is being sent to prison. The trial is finished."

"Yes, but we are waiting for something more. There is no way she would let Jamie go that easily." Elliot explained running a hand down his face.

"She had a few more tricks up her sleeves, but she used all of them with trying to get a better plea bargain. She wanted you guys to bring Jamie to the prison to visit her. She wanted parental rights over her. She named off a list of things that she wanted, but when I told her that the jury was going to find her guilty on all charges... she started listening to my deal more and more. If it were up to the jury, she would never get out of prison. With the list of crimes on the indictment sheet, she would've never gotten out. Langan informed her of that." Barba stated while straightening his jacket. "I left all those details out earlier because you two were extremely stressed and Jamie obviously hasn't been doing well."

Olivia nodded her head before kissing Jamie's head. "This is the first time she's slept since she was kidnapped." She put a hand on his shoulder, smiling kindly at him. "Thanks for everything Barba."

"No problem. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. I'm your new ADA." Barba smirked before saying goodbye and hurrying off to his next hearing.

Elliot looked at Olivia and smiled at her. "You ready to go home?"

Olivia nodded her hand and thanked him when he took Jamie from her. She loved her daughter, but it wasn't comfortable carrying her with her baby bump all the time. He took her hand into his before kissing her head. "Hopefully we won't have to deal with any more forged signatures soon. If I ever see one again, it will be too soon." Elliot grinned at her before they stepped onto the elevator, ready to really start his new life with Olivia.
