Callie kissed Arizona back. She moved her hand up meet Arizona's face. She pulled back and her face turned red. Both of them missed that, even if it had only been a week. They both just wanted things to be back to normal but Callie wanted to know why still, even if it was an illogical reason. She knew that their marriage hadn't been the greatest recently or any time since after the accident really but they were both glad that the other wanted to work things out.

"Callie, I'm sor..."

"Don't be. It's okay Arizona." Callie said. She went to check Arizona's stump. She checked the bruises and they looked almost healed. "Tell me if this hurts." Callie said before applying some pressure to one of the bruises.

"No, actually that kinda feels good." Arizona said. The bruises just looked black and blue still then, which was a good thing and meant things were healing quite well. Callie checked out the cuts and they seemed to be healing fine. Callie started kneading and massaging Arizona's leg. It felt good.

"Doesn't hurt does it?" Callie asked as she applied a little bit more pressure.

"No, it feels really good." Arizona smiled. "So do you want to go to the mall with me today?" Arizona asked again.

"Sure." Callie said stopping massaging and climbing back up to the top of the bed. Arizona looked at Callie and then Callie looked back. There was that initial spark that they had before. They say that love never dies. In this case it didn't. This time it was Callie that kissed Arizona. Callie lifted her hand to the base of Arizona's neck and deepened the kiss. "We could always go to the mall another day." Callie and Arizona moved together fluidly, another example of being compatible and things being easier together. Callie straddled Arizona.

Callie and Arizona lay together in bed and Callie had the sheets clutched to her chest and Arizona was doing the same.

"Wow. That was, uhh..." Arizona said not knowing how to finish her sentence.

"Yeah. We should probably get dressed if we are still going to the mall."

"Yeah. What are we going to do about this? I mean, i don't know if sex was exactly a part of the whole therapy thing. I think she probably would have had us save that for later." Arizona said sitting up and holding the sheets to her chest.

"We don't really have to tell her do we?" Callie asked laughing sitting up as well.

"I kinda think we do." Arizona laughed. "Would you mind grabbing me a shirt out of the top drawer in the dresser? You threw mine somewhere." Arizona asked Callie.

"No problem. And we won't mention it unless she asks." Callie got up and threw her clothes back on real quick. She went to the dresser and tossed Arizona one of her blouses. It was a long sleeved purple one and had some ruffle things around the chest area.

"That's the one you got me for Christmas last year." Arizona said when she saw Callie looking at it. Arizona put the shirt on and sort of posed. They both laughed then Callie wheeled the wheelchair toward the edge of the bed and helped Arizona put on a pair of shorts. She helped Arizona into the wheelchair and they finished getting ready. Callie grabbed her purse and keys and she grabbed Arizona's for her.

They walked out the door together and Callie helped Arizona get into the car. They were headed to the mall.

"Um, so can I ask you something?" Callie asked Arizona.

"Anything." Arizona said. Callie sighed.

"Well, um, when we get through this would you want to go on a vacation somewhere nice with Sofia? Maybe we can go and get sangrias on the beach." Callie asked. "I don't know, it might be a stupid idea but you said that you might want to a while ago, when we were fighting about kids a while back." Callie informed Arizona.

"I think that is a great idea." Arizona replied. "Okay, um, would we have to go on a plane though?" Arizona asked.

"Shit. Probably, we could always drive though. We could come back to L.A. or something, or we could drive elsewhere but it would be a long drive." Callie said.

"We will think about that later." Arizona grabbed Callie's hand. They sat in silence for a few minutes before Arizona spoke up again. She sighed before she started. "I still remember everything Callie. The feeling of bone chilling air, the sounds that no one knew, the paralyzing fear of the unknown. All of it seems like it was just yesterday and I still have nightmares about it but then I go and sit in the bathroom with a mirror for the rest of the night and try to remember how things were before the crash." Callie pulled into a handicapped parking spot and turned off the car taking a deep breath. Both her and Arizona had tears in their eyes and Arizona had hers running down her face.

"Is that why you are always in the bathroom when i wake up?" Callie asked.

"Yeah. Anyway, let's go inside. I'm getting hungry." Arizona unbuckled her seat belt and so did Callie. Callie walked around to help Arizona get out. There was a car parked next to them and there was a group of teenagers inside. They pointed at Arizona when they saw Callie helping her into the wheelchair. Arizona and Callie both saw them. "Callie don't say anything, I'm used to being looked at and talked about and pointed at."

"No, this is not okay!" Callie said. After getting Arizona situated she walked over to the car and opened the door. "Okay look, I don't look at you and your saggy pants and backwards hats and make fun of you so why are you making fun of my wife?" Calile yelled. Arizona had wheeled herself over to Callie.

"Callie, stop. It's fine. Lets go." Arizona pleaded not wanting to start anything. The one guy leaned back and said something to his buddy.

"And their lesbians too." They boys chuckled. Callie turned back toward them before Arizona grabbed her arm and pulled her away. They went inside together and headed to the food court. They got Chinese and then found a seat.

"So what do you want to do?" Callie asked.

"I don't know. I just thought we could shop around and what not. We haven't been to the mall in a while and it was something to do together." Arizona said taking a bite of her Lo Mein.

"Okay that sounds good." Callie said with a smile. They quickly finished eating and Callie ran to the restrooms. Arizona thought that it was now or never. She headed off toward the jewelry store.
