Seconds
In 10 seconds, Shiki would panic. People all around her were disappearing...
After 20 seconds, she would start running, because now the Noise hunted her too.
Give her 30 seconds and she would trip over. The Noise springing towards her flew right over her head.
Counting down from 40 seconds - she would already be on her feet again, running desperately towards Hachiko.
50 seconds to go; she sees him, the Player Pin on his shirt, her beacon of hope.
Only 60 seconds more until they form their Pact - their destinies intertwined for all the seconds that would follow.
A/N: Tadaa! This is me trying to be creative. And failing. Ahem. Well, it was worth a shot, anyway xD In compensation for this chapter, I've got another recommendation for you. It's by I'll Break Your Heart again :D It's called 'Approval' this time. I think it's one of my favourites from her so far *O* Check it out 3 and for anyone who's reading Sanctuary too, I'll be posting the next chapter in one or two days :3
