(Cue Jurassic World – Chasing the Dragons)
At Ward 24's combat arena, this is the same place that the nine Bijuu tested their strength. Only this time, Nanba and his group are seen facing Nui Harime alone who gives a cheerful smile on her face. Makishima is part of the audience to see his new followers testing their abilities. On top of the arena, a Da'ath agent presses a button that on the arena, four gates are open in revealing four raptors: Achilles the Achillobator (Nanba's partner), Ajax the Atrociraptor (Sudou's), Aello the Acheroraptor (Ritsu's), and Atlanta the Bambiraptor (Miyabi's). They are the size of Jurassic Park/World's raptors, though Nanba's is slightly bigger like a Utahraptor's and the actual Achillobator, Sudou's is the second largest. These are the spirit partners that are splice from Jurassic World's raptor DNA.
Miyabi: (summons a scythe) So these are our partners, they are dromaeosaurid species.
Sudou: We call them like those raptors from that Jurassic Park movie. (smirks while summoning a cattle prod) I like it.
Ritsu: (summons an electrified dagger) I'm ready to wipe that smirk off that bitch (Nui).
Nanba: Easy to say it done. (to Achilles while Nanba summons gloves that sprout out wolverine claws) Now as your first command, sick your prey.
Achilles and Nanba charge at Nui, which the pink grand couturier easily evades their attacks. Miyabi swipes Nui with her scythe with Atlanta backing up, only for Nui to evade again.
Nui: Mon mignon, prêt-à-porter!
She then summons countless clones that surround the raptor pack, much to their surprise.
Sudou: What the hell?!
Ritsu: There's too many of her, which ones the real one?
Nanba: Don't just stand there you fools, tear them all apart!
The Tennouzu students and their raptor partners attack the Nui clones relentlessly. However, the Nuis evaded all their attacks. Between the raptors' slashes and the students' swinging of their weapons, the Nuis were fast enough to dodge and parry their attacks.
Makishima watches the training in session.
Makishima (smirks and sets aside his book): I think I found the perfect subjects most compatible with these raptors.
Mist enters and watches the training.
Mist: These children show such relentlessness. Who would've thought they've show up near headquarters by chance.
Makishima: Good fortune has smiled down on these four. And isn't the best way to mold killers when they're still young and naïve? With the power they've been bestowed, they will believe they're invincible.
Mist: That's the case with me. I was but a child when I was trained to kill.
Makishima: Trust me when I say these four will be merciless soldiers of war. They will hunt and pursue the ones that've ridiculed them. These kids will bring judgment on those foolish sheep. How they decide to use their powers to punish is up to them.
Mist: Sounds to me you have the utmost faith they'll use their powers creatively.
Makishima (chuckles): Quite the contrary, I expect them to be creative. After they make their first kills, they will find a new pleasurable sensation. The need to kill will keep gnawing at them. They'll have to control their urge to kill. Keep themselves in check. After all, it's what I had to do.
Mist: Well, for their sake, they best keep out of me and my Erinye sisters way.
Makishima: You needn't concern yourself with my four soldiers of war. They know who they must pursue.
The four Tennouzu students take a breather and call off their raptor partners. Calling back her clones, Nui stands unscathed and not the least concerned.
Nanba: Makishima, when is it time for us to go out and hunt?
Makishima: In due time, Nanba. You and your friends will enjoy good hunting in due time. Now, continue your training. (sits down and watches)
Tennouzu four: Yes, sir!
Nui (puts on innocent smile): Aww, you four wanna continue? Ok, but you and your cute raptor pets best keep up! And be sure to catch the real me!
Ritsu: Oh you can be sure we'll hit the real you!
Miyabi: Um, guys, we're completely out of her league.
Sudou: No, we can't give up. We have to make a first good impression for Mr. Makishima.
Nanba: Then, let's give this our all! No more rest periods.
Nui: You ready!?
The Tennouzu students and their raptors initiate attack on the Nui clones.
Makishima (grins): Yes, good show, my friends. You'll all be molded after me and become ruthless killers. You have to be willing to kill or be killed. That's the natural law of survival. Survival of the fittest.

Having witnessed Super-Reaper turning their friends into candy, the Victory Tamers and remaining Legendary Warriors fell into despair. Jeri turned away covering her face while Leomon and Felinismon comforted her. Likewise, Jaarin and Sam (YYGDM) were distraught seeing more of their friends get eaten. Most of all, Inumon was infuriated witnessing his friend, Seadramon, turned to chocolate and eaten.
"Damn it all!" Himura cursed while punching a table. "That monster still got the better of us?!"
"Kouji, Kouji, Dimitro... they're really gone..." Jaarin teared up as she hugged Sam (YYGDM).
"Takuya, what the hell were you thinking?" Sam (YYGDM) grumbled. "His petty vengeance is costing us our teammates!"
"Seadramon sacrificed himself for Kotori... no, to think that could've been Kotori being turned to chocolate!" Phillipe said.
"Look, everyone," Gennai addressed the YYGDM group. "I'm deeply sorry for your losses, but they still have a chance to stop that monster. And top of that, the Digicores... very soon should be active again."
"Even if we can revive our friends, I'm sure they won't forget that they died," Inumon replied to Gennai. "I swear this pink bastard isn't getting away with this!"
"Gennai, if I may ask, how long until the Digicores are reactivated?" Izzy asked.
"Can't say for certain. They should be reactivated anytime now. I haven't heard word from Lord Anubimon in Other World."
"With as many Digimon that were killed in by D-Reaper, he and his team must be really bogged down with a ton of paper work!" Tentomon stated.
"Yes, I doubt he was expecting an extinction-level event and over a billion Digimon souls to judge," Ken added.
"In any case, let's hope fate decides to grant us a reprieve," Joe said, sitting down while Gomamon gave him some water. "I'm getting too old to be worrying so much."
"You kidding, Joe? I'm older than you. Besides, we can't give up now," Jim rebuked his younger brother.
"Wow, so that guy is half-Davis?" Jun eyed WarUltima X on the viewing orb.
Sonja answered. "Half-Davis, half-TK. The other one is half-Tike, half-David."
"And what do you know? They're both Ascendant 3!" Palmon shouted.
"Keke, Dimitri... I'm so glad you're ok," Mimi watched her two kids banding together with their allies.
"Sam..." Yolei murmured, watching her future son getting up despite being put through the wringer.
"Good thing Falcomon protected Sora and Biyomon the way he did, but where are they?" Izzy looked around for the aforementioned trio. "I hope they weren't caught by D-Reaper's transmutation beam."
"Somehow, I don't they did. I didn't see them get turned to chocolate, Izzy," Tentomon reassured his partner. "
"With two Ascendant 3s, D-Reaper's luck just might run out," Himura declared. "And this gives our friends some time to recover. Namely Henry..." C'mon, buddy, what the hell are you waiting for? Why haven't you used that Operation Doodlebug thing yet?!
"All I can say for certain, business is about to pick up," Tony said, painstakingly watching Daike and WarUltima X flying toward Super-Reaper. "Things are about to get crazy I tell ya, guys. And for some reason, I like that." As he said this, everyone else hung their head and sighed at his comments. "Umm, ok, what? Something I said?"

"NOW YOU'RE DEAD!" Daike hollered as he beelined straight for Super-Reaper.
"GET READY FOR PAIN!" WarUltima X shouted.
Super-Reaper's eyes shot open and grinned as he prepared to blast them. He fired two Deletion Beams, to which Daike teleported out of harm's reach and WarUltima X sidestepped the other beam. Daike got behind Super-Reaper and punched him so hard he sent him sailing across the sanctuary. Then, WarUltima X swooped down over Super-Reaper and punched him so hard he crashed through the platform tiles.
Boom!
Super-Reaper went plunging deep from one side of the platform and out another side. Super-Reaper flew out completely scathed and covered in debris. WarUltima X dove at Super-Reaper and unleashed a series of hard-hitting blows. WarUltima X unloaded a barrage of punches and one hard kick to Super-Reaper.
Each blows produced shockwaves that rattled the whole sanctuary. WarUltima X kicked Super-Reaper into the sanctuary's lower platform, causing it to tilt and lean on its right side.
"Hah, is that the best you can do?!" Super-Reaper taunted WarUltima X, trying to hide the fact he was reeling from the clubbing blows.
"You keep running that mouth! I'll knock that stupid grin off your face!" WarUltima X quickly unleashed a barrage of energy blasts that pounded the living hell out of the creature.
Super-Reaper's body jolted around from each blast. Daike slipped behind Super-Reaper and grabbed him by the head antennae. He tossed him around a few times before sending him crashing through another the sanctuary.
Everyone else clung onto the platform as it tilted back and forth.
"Hey, how about a little warning before tossing that jerk around like a ping pong ball!" Dai-Valkyrie Varuna shouted.
"Somehow, I doubt they can hear you, Varuna," sighed Dai-Valkyrie Ixion.
"Aw yeah! Show that pink bastard whose boss!" Kazu cheered the Meta-Fused Ascendants on.
"Whoa, watch out!" Angemon X warned the Kuipers, sensing Super-Reaper coming toward them.
Crash!
The Dai-Valkyrie Kuipers scattered when Super-Reaper crashed through the tiles under them. Super-Reaper was thrown up very high up he couldn't stop. Daike rematerialized above Super-Reaper and decked him with a punch, dropping him into the sanctuary where he crash landed.
"At this rate, they're gonna wreck this whole place!" Kara cried out.
"You're more worried about this silly place than our own lives?" Sheila shifted her eyes to Kara.
"No more worried than Pikkan and BanchoLeomon."
BanchoLeomon and Pikkan were distraught seeing the tremendous collateral damage being done to Azulongmon's sacred sanctuary.
"You two get over it! We have more pressing matters!" BW snapped them out of their shocked states.
BanchoLeomon shook his head. "He's right, Pikkan. C'mon, let's give them a hand."
"If they let us," the Alterian scoffed, joining BanchoLeomon in to help evacuate everyone from the sanctuary.

KaiserGreymon slowly rose, still grieving over his losses. He watched Daike trying to punch Super-Reaper, but the pink abomination elastically shifted his body back and forth to avoid said punches. Then, Super-Reaper grabbed Daike and tossed him through the sanctuary. Daike crashed through one side and out the other. The Ascendant child was sent plunging quickly into the Digital World below.
"DAIKE!" WarUltima X yelled, diving right after him.
"Hold on, you two!" BanchoLeomon shouted as he stopped near the edge and saw Super-Reaper going after them. "Damn it all."

WarUltima X sensed Super-Reaper quickly approaching him and scowled. "Right this way, big guy." He dove behind a large rock and suppressed his Ki. He watched Super-Reaper floating over a massive lake.
Super-Reaper surveyed the area and sensed no traces of Daike's presence.
I see what you're doing. You're trying to see if Daike's in that lake and waiting for him to spring out. If you're in there, Daike, please don't do anything stupid as to give yourself away! WarUltima X intently waited for Daike to pop out.
Just then, a pair of golden quills poked out of the water. Daike barely surfaced his golden hedgehog hair and his head. He noticed Super-Reaper with his back turned.
(Cue Dragonball Kai OST – A Battle of Rivalry (0:00-0:44))
"All right!" Daike shot out of the water and powered up. "Hey, you ordered something!"
"Yes, what?!" Super-Reaper asked, turning around.
"This! A knuckle sandwich!" Daike landed a powered punch into Super-Reaper's face, leaving a big black mark on the his face. "And! For dessert! A Splitting Ice Cream Headache!" He forged a big ball of golden light and dropped it on top of Super-Reaper's head.
The attack was so strong it did more than give Super-Reaper a splitting headache, it split his whole body vertically in two! Super-Reaper gagged out painfully while his two halves split and floated apart.
"Oh yeah! I did it! I did it!" Daike celebrated like no care in the world.
"Quit showboating already! Here's how it's done!" Yelled WarUltima X, who came up behind Super-Reaper and unleashed golden blasts that incinerated the Super-Reaper's halved body.
Ba-Boom!

WarUltima X then nodded and folded his arms. "And that's how you get the job done."
"Poser," Daike snorted.

"Wow, just look at them go!" Tai was impressed with the fight's outcome. "Those two are one wrecking team!"
"Maybe they can get the job done, Tai," Agumon said, feeling optimistic.
"Yes, but only if Daike gets his head outta his ass," X sighed. "Luckily TK and Davis are there to keep him from mucking things up."
Guilmon gleamed over the heated fighting. "They're awesome, aren't they, Takato? Maybe you and me can look as awesome as them?"
Snickering, Takato replied. "Let's keep dreaming, boy. But, who knows? Maybe one day."
Kari and Gatomon listened to the excited blabbering. While Kari couldn't make out clearly what they were discussing, Gatomon's ears allowed her to pry into the conversation.
"Well, Gatomon?"
"Looks like we're winning, Kari. Maybe we won't be needed?"
Kari was confused. "What? Are you serious?"
"My ears don't lie. Sounds like D-Reaper's getting one hell of a pounding."
Smiling, Kari was content hearing this. "That's good. Hope something good comes out of it."
"Well, speaking of hope, it's TK and Davis delivering the beating along with Tike and David."
"That's even better," she murmured, feeling better knowing her best friends are fighting what could've been her battle.
"Man, those Ascendant level 3 forms they're using is incredible! D-Reaper's in for a world of hurt!" Tai announced for all to hearing, including Kari and Gatomon.
"What?!" The girl and her feline Digimon shouted together.
"Hey, you two need to focus!" Gosenzomon beckoned Kari and Gatomon to face his direction. "Your training is not done yet. The more you stay unfocused, the longer this process will take. Did you forget?"
"Sorry, Lord Gosenzomon," Kari openly apologized. She closed her eyes and resumed her mental training with Homeostasis.
Gosenzomon kept his hands on the two while reading and flipping through a swimsuit magazine. "Heheh, now these spreads are splendid!"
Irked by his lecherous behavior, Gatomon couldn't help but refrain herself from using her claws. "...unbelievable."

Tai addressed Shinmon. "Lord Shinmon, what do you think of Ascendant 3?"
"Impressive, but it will take more than that to fully neutralize D-Reaper."
"What father says is true," Shintomon stated.
"Aw man, hope these two can pull out all the stops then," Tai turned facing the viewing orb.
"You speak for all of us, Tai," Simms said.
X intently focused on the yet to be determined battle. He kept to himself and waited for Super-Reaper to reappear, confirming Shinmon's suspicions.

Daike and WarUltima X found themselves surrounded by hundreds of pink globs hovering around them.

(Cue Dragonball Z: Battle of Gods OST – Beerus and His Overwhelming Power)
The globs started moving on their own and willfully amassed together; then the pink mass stretched like taffy and wrapped itself around the two Ascendants. Super-Reaper fully reformed, entangling Daike and WarUltima X in a tight grip.
"Hey, let us go, asshole!" Daike cursed, struggling to break loose.
Super-Reaper dove toward the rock formation and sprung both warriors into the rock face. WarUltima X hit the top of the rock formation while Daike smashed facefirst into the actual rock.
(End theme)
Daike promptly pulled his face out of the rock face and shook his head. He spun around and saw Super-Reaper unwinding his body.
"Ok, you want some more this, ya pink piece of shit?!" Daike crossed his arms over his chest. "Super Ghost Suicide Attack!" This time though, he expelled a golden orb and sent it over Super-Reaper's head.
Super-Reaper looked up and watched the golden orb explode, throwing him off his guard.
Ba-Boom!
There were now eight Daike phantoms. Each one sported the Ascendant 3 hairdo. The childish ghosts gave various spooky faces and snickered together like devious gremlins.
"Oooo, aren't they scary, Dee?!" The youngster teased the pink demon while moving his arms like a ghost. "These aren't your friendly ghosts, so don't expect any mercy like last time! Now, ghosts, converge and blow his ass to bits!"
(Cue Dragonball Kai OST – Scampering Battle)
The ghost doppelgangers swarmed all over the place while throwing off Super-Reaper's guard. One ghost slammed headfirst into Super-Reaper's face and exploded.
Boom!
This led to the other seven to slam all over Super-Reaper. The ghosts exploded and battered Super-Reaper whilst smoke covered him.
"Yeah! Way to go! Make him hurt big time!" Daike encouraged his ghastly doppelgangers.
As the smoke cleared, Super-Reaper's body was once again twisted and distorted. He almost looked beyond recognition with his bottom jaw hanging loose and his body twisted like a pretzel. His eyes were just about to bulge open and his tongue came hanging out.
Daike shot up and kicked Super-Reaper down, sending him falling.
"How do you like that, eh, Dee?!"
As Super-Reaper repaired his body good as new, WarUltima X came up behind the beast and charged up a Ki blade. It made the sound of a lightsaber being drawn, to which drew Super-Reaper's attention away.
"My turn!" WarUltima X whipped out his Ki blade and sliced Super-Reaper up into pieces. He then unleashed an immense beam that incinerated these tiny pieces. "There, didn't need a fancy attack name!"
"What?! All the cool attacks need names!"
"More like you need to get serious, son," WarUltima X scoffed. Just then, he sensed Super-Reaper's power return and flew up next to Daike.
Having regenerated from his own particles, Super-Reaper flew up to meet his Meta-Fused adversaries. Growing incensed with their behavior and flashy attacks, Super-Reaper yelled at them.
"Man, is that all you can do? Cry like a bitch 'cause you're getting your butt whooped by the kid?!"
"Um, more like he's pissed at us both."
"Right, I forget you're here."
WarUltima X rolled his eyes. "Now, I know that's you being a dick, Tike."
Super-Reaper took advantage of their bickering and launched at them. WarUltima X and Daike hopped over Super-Reaper, sending him crashing into a rock face. Daike pulled open his cheeks and stuck a big tongue out at the pink beast.
"Nyah! Nyah! Ok, time to cast the area and find him!" Daike shot across to find Super-Reaper.
"Wait, he's probably gone underground!" WarUltima X warned him. And sure enough, he spotted a big hole inside the rock formation. "Looks like I just jinxed him."

As he covered most of the area, Daike looked down and saw Super-Reaper flying out of a crevice.
"Heheh, right this way, you pink jerk," Daike muttered. He flew forward and lured Super-Reaper after him."At this pace, you ain't gonna catch up to me now that I'm an Ascendant 3!" He turned and saw Super-Reaper was nowhere to be found. "Huh? Hey, did you burrow underground or what?!"
"Right here."
(Cue Dragonball Kai (Buu) 2014 OST – Crisis)
Alarmed, Daike turned and got grabbed by Super-Reaper. Super-Reaper easily hoisted the boy overhead. He grinned fiendishly and put his right hand in the boy's face.
Forming a pink ball of light, Super-Reaper chuckled. "Bye-bye!"
Daike blanched at the sight of the pink ball right in his face. "W-Wait, let's talk this out for a minute...!"
Boom!
Super-Reaper shoved the blast right in Daike's face and sent him soaring back to the heights of Azulongmon's sanctuary.
"Whoa, Daike! Hang on!" WarUltima X jetted up after him. "Probably mouthed him off before you blasted you away." He barely glanced over his rear and saw Super-Reaper following them. "What's it going to take to beat him?

"They're coming back!" BanchoLeomon announced to everyone.
As Daike went flying and crashing through the sanctuary, he flew out one side and out the other again. WarUltima X hastily jetted over and caught Daike.
"Finally got you, little man."
"Like I needed you to rescue me," the youngster scoffed irritably.
The sanctuary was practically a heap of a mess and split nearly in two. The once majestic palace was reduced to debris.
BW looked around, witnessing the total annihilation of the sanctuary. "At this rate, there won't be a platform for us to fight on anymore."
"And those who can't fly have to hitch a ride somehow," Keke observed Kazu riding HiAndromon.
"Hey, Takuya!" Donarmon called to the Warrior of Fire. "I know you're down about what's happened to our friends, but c'mon we gotta stay in the game!"
"Yeah, you're the one who always tells us that!" Wildentmon reminded him. "Remember?"
Looking, the seething Warrior of Fire witnessed Valkyrie Brunhilde sending blue flames directly toward Super-Reaper. Super-Reaper dodged the scorching blue flames and tossed a pink ball at her. Seeing the ball coming, Brunhilde made an evasive counter, but couldn't stop it from exploding behind her.
"AUGH!" The Valkyrie cried out as the explosion's shockwave sent him crashing to the sanctuary.
Dai-Valkyrie Eris flew up and caught her.
"Got ya, darling," Eris said, easily carrying Brunhilde like she were lightweight.
"Thanks..."
(Cue Digimon Xros Wars OST – Kyouteki Arawaru!)
Dai-Valkyrie Sedna watched Super-Reaper floating around and seemingly examining the sanctuary. Super-Reaper seethed and was visibly shaking.
"ROOOWR!" Super-Reaper bellowed so loud that it got everyone's attention again.
"What are you planning now, monster?" The Ice Senshi wondered, mulling over what his counterpart would've done by now. Then, she remembered. "Guys, he's about to cannonball himself through the sanctuary! Stay alert and move!"
WarUltima X dropped into a fighting stance. "You heard her, little man."
Daike scoffed. "Feh, we made him mad. What does she mean by cannonball?"
Suddenly, Super-Reaper curled himself up into a ball and spun himself around.
"You were saying?"
Daike snickered to WarUltima X. "Um, whoops?"
Super-Reaper snickered devilishly and launched himself toward the Meta-Fused Ascendants head first. They dodged and so did everyone else close by. Super-Reaper shot out of the tiles and came right back crashing behind the Legendary Warriors. KaiserGreymon grabbed Donarmon and Wildentmon as he flew up with them.
"Hey, I can fly, remember?" Donarmon said while he opened his wings and floated out of KaiserGreymon's reach.
Super-Reaper crashed right behind Keke, Sam, and BW. BW grabbed the two and dodged the monster's cannonball reach. Likewise, when he came for Sheila and Kara, Daike dove down to grab Kara. BanchoLeomon grabbed Sheila.
"Whew, that was too close!" Kara sighed with relief. She looked at her savior with eyes full of hearts. "My hero... wait, you're still half-Tike! Oh, but you're still David! Oh, who the hell am I supposed to thank?!" She ended up with conflicted emotions.
"How about both of us?" Daike sweatdropped. "Not that hard to decide."
Sheila patted BanchoLeomon's chest. "You saved me? What do you take me for, a damsel?"
"You should've dodged when you had the chance..."
"That stupid little girl wouldn't move, so I had to stay and wake her ass up. Not like I needed you to come sweep me off my feet."
BanchoLeomon shifted his eyes away and coughed. "Sure, you did."
"But, I'm still grateful. Next time, let me save your furry ass, kitty cat."
"Ok, can y'all pay attention, because we still have a pink bubblegum monster wanting to make target practice out of us!" Pikkan shouted to the D3 group.

BW nodded as Keke and Sam floated out of his arms.
"We're ready!" BW exclaimed.
"Don't let your guard down, everyone!" Keke said.

The Dai-Valkyrie Kuipers and Angemon X spread out to keep Super-Reaper from further damaging the sanctuary.
Super-Reaper swerved away several hundred feet into the air and swooped down for a suicide-like dive toward the sanctuary again. This time the D3s and their cohorts were there to intercept him. Keke, Sam, BW, BanchoLeomon, Pikkan, and Sheila launched a barrage of their attacks on Super-Reaper. Keke tossed her Rosemary's Discs. Sam and Kara unleashed energy beams. BW threw his Terra Destroyer. BanchoLeomon quickly shifted into Burst Mode, and now sporting an intensely powerful orange aura. The lion warrior unleashed his Burning Bancho Punch. Pikkan sent Thunder Flash Attack. Sheila threw her paralysis threads to catch and subdue Super-Reaper.
Despite their efforts, Super-Reaper swerved around their attacks and rocketed forward, pushing past them all. He made a quick u-turned and shot straight for Keke. But, Angemon X quickly intercepted Super-Reaper and kicked him away like a soccer ball.
"Nice kick, Dimitri!" Kara shouted.
"Tai would be proud of that one," BW said.
Keke hugged Angemon X. "Thanks, brother."
"Sure, but let's keep vigilant."
"Right. Oh great, here he comes again!"
Super-Reaper came back around to hit Angemon X. As he powered up to Ascendant 2, Angemon X flew up and booted Super-Reaper away. Super-Reaper bounced around laughing.
"Oh, this is getting very annoying!" Kazu said while riding on HiAndromon's back.
Having turned into Henbu, Henry rode on MegaGargomon's right shoulder.
"Don't you think this makes you a bigger target, MegaGargomon?"
"Yeah, but I can better catch that guy before he makes us target practice!"
"Soccer?! Did someone say soccer?!" WarUltima X's Davis side immediately got enthused with the idea of a soccer game.
"I like soccer as much as the next person, but now isn't the time for..." Sedna then paused and thought of an idea. "Hey, speaking of play ball, instead of soccer, why not volleyball?!"
"Volleyball?" Daike overheard the Ice Senshi. "Oh, I get it! Make him into our own volleyball!"
"Exactly, but we have to catch him first," Sedna replied, watching Super-Reaper shooting up several hundred feet into the air.

Dai-Valkyrie Orcus was in on the scheme. "Actually, volleyball doesn't sound like a bad idea. I know a certain Senshi of Love pal of ours back home would love the sound of this."
"Hey, he's coming back down!" Dai-Valkyrie Quaoar pointed to Super-Reaper swooping down and smashing through the sanctuary several more times.
As Super-Reaper made a quick u-turn, he swung back around and aimed for another section. But, Dai-Valkyrie Varuna rocketed forward and landed a kick so hard she sent him sailing far back. Dai-Valkyrie Eris materialized on the other end and landed a harder kick, sending Super-Reaper back to Varuna.
"You wanna play it that way?!" Varuna's competitive spirit kicked in as she nailed a punch and sent Super-Reaper right back at the Texan.
"I'm game, Varuna!" Eris responded, accepting Varuna's challenge. She channeled power into her foot and kicked the ball back to her.
Varuna flash-stepped her way over and kicked the beastly ball back.
Eris kicked Super-Reaper back and sent him sailing over Varuna's head. However, Varuna jumped up and punched the ball down. Eris hopped up and kicked it right into Varuna. Varuna prepared to catch it, but Eris hastily flew up so fast she kicked it out of Varuna's reach.
"Son of a...!"
Eris winked to Varuna. "Did you forget? We're playing soccer. Using hands, even once, is a penalty. Therefore, I win."
"How the hell was I supposed to know we were playing soccer?! I call a redo!"
However, Eris had other plans and kicked the Super-Reaper ball to Sedna, who surprised her friends with efficient soccer skills and kicked him up on her knees.
Sedna passed him over to Angemon X, who passed him over to WarUltima X. The Meta-Fused Ascendant kicked him up a few times and kicked him straight up into the air. He waited and then as the Super-Reaper ball fell, he jumped up and shot for a straight pass to Daike. Daike kicked then kicked the ball toward a piece of floating debris.
"YEAH! GOAL!" Daike hollered, dancing a victory dance.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK THIS IS?! RECESS?!" Pikkan snapped at them all. "WE'RE TRYING TO SAVE THE DIGIVERSE!"
Suddenly, Super-Reaper's laughter got Pikkan to stop yelling. The Super-Reaper ball zoomed right back toward the group.
"Great, he wants some more!" Donarmon exclaimed. Should've joined in the soccer game when I had the chance!
"I'll handle this...!" However, before WarUltima X could initiate his attack, Daike stopped him.
"No, let me!" Daike formed a circle with his hands. "Let's switch things up! Soccer season's done!" He fired five small rings of energy at the creature, surrounded the very back part of him, and shot more rings to completely seal him up in a yellow cocoon-like ball. He caught the ball and put on a proud grin. "Hah, what do y'all think of me now?!"

"Yeah, he got him!" Sam exclaimed.
"Whoo-hoo!" Kara cheered.
"Nice move, kid. You got him trapped!" Sheila commended his creativity.
"Ok, since we got him trapped we can destroy him the way he is!" Brunhilde said as she poked the yellow ball. "Or, maybe we don't need to?"
"Nah, he'll get outta this. We just need to weaken him," Daike glanced to everyone. "Any suggestions?"
"Who's up for some volleyball?!" Orcus declared.
"NO!" Daike stopped her. He gripped the ball and grinned. "How about Ultra Dee-Dee Volleyball?!"
Orcus replied with a dumbfounded look. "Um, ok, whatever floats your vote."
"I think you meant, 'whatever floats your boat," Ixion corrected her.
"Oh, gosh, her influence is rubbing on me!"
"Anyway, who's up for some Ultra Dee-Dee Volleyball then?!" Daike asked everyone. "We better hurry or he'll break loose!"
"You two going to help out?" Sheila turned, snicking at the straight-faced duo – BanchoLeomon and Pikkan.
"Fine, let's get this over with," the Alterian sucked up his pride.
"Here's an idea! Girls on one side and the guys on the other!" Daike declared.
MegaGargomon snickered, leaning over to Henbu. "What do ya say, Henry? Looks like we won't be needing that Operation Doodlething anymore."
"I wouldn't be too sure, he can still break out of that ball."
"C'mon, Henry! Lighten up and let's play ball!" Kazu said, using HiAndromon to fly him over and grab Henbu off MegaGargomon's shoulder.
Henbu cried out. "Hey, wait a second!"
When it was said and done, Daike, WarUltima X, Angemon X, Pikkan, BanchoLeomon, BW, Sam, KaiserGreymon, Donarmon, Wildentmon, Henbu, Kazu, MegaGargomon, and HiAndromon on one side. On the opposing team were the Kuipers, Brunhilde, Keke, Kara, and Sheila.
Daike spun the Dee-Dee Volleyball on his finger. "Ok since I trapped him, I call dibs on first serve."
"Fair enough," Sedna complied.
"Are y'all ready?" Daike grinned. "C'mon, let's hear it! Fer Shur!"
Everyone on the girls' side shouted. "Fer Shur!"
The majority of the men didn't bother.
Daike called out to the men's side. "Time out! Some of y'all didn't even say it! We're playing like real volleyball here!" He turned a glance to the culprits. "You three! C'mon, get into the spirit!"
Pikkan and BanchoLeomon look flustered as all hell, finding themselves in an embarrassing spot.
"We shouldn't even be playing around like this," KaiserGreymon protested. "Yeah, I could've played soccer and volleyball, but my friends got killed, y'know! How do you think they're feeling watching this now?! And top of that, all the Digimon that got killed..."
"Look, man, we'll make this monster pay. Your friends are probably cheering us to beat this jerk," Daike said. "But, don't you want this chance to smack this asshole while he's trapped inside the ball. You'll probably never another chance."
"Daike, let's just get this over with," WarUltima X demanded. "Takuya has a point. We shouldn't be playing games... but... I doubt any of us wants to be denied the chance to smack this guy around while he's still trapped in there."
"Now you're talking my game! All right, here goes!" Daike said. "And you two better yell out Fer Shur!"
BanchoLeomon and Pikkan both sucked up their prides.
"Fer Shur!" They yelled out in unison.
"Let's just get this over with!" BanchoLeomon snapped.
"Let's do this! Ultra Dee-Dee Volleyball now commences! First serve!" Daike bunt the ball over the net to the girls' side.
Sedna jumped up, bunting the ball and passing it to Quaoar. Quaoar bunted with one hand and passed it to Varuna. Varuna jumped up and punched it over to the men's side.
"Pass!" WarUltima X bunt the ball and passed it to Kazu.
"Right here! The wind up punch!" Kazu used his Light of Victory rhino strength to send the ball sailing high into the air.
"Ya-hoo!" Daike jumped up and punched the ball down to the girls', but Keke dove in and hit the ball up. Kara got the ball and passed it to Brunhilde.
"Hell yeah! This one's for Seadramon!" Brunhilde hit the ball so hard it went flying into the air.
"Pass!" Pikkan caught and pushed the ball away, sending it over to BanchoLeomon.
"Over here!" BanchoLeomon passed it to Donarmon.
"I got it!" Donarmon bunt it over to Wildentmon, who sent it flying over the net. Eris used her immense strength to send the over the net.
Daike batted the ball back and sent it back to the ladies' side. The ball narrowly hit the ground, but Sheila caught it with one hand and bunt it over the net. WarUltima X hit the ball hard.
"Yo, we can't waste time!" WarUltima X exclaimed.
"Yeah, me and him can't stay in these forms for long! So, let's end it here!" Daike said, catching the ball and spiking the ball past the girls. "Here he goes!"
Daike spiked the Dee-Dee Volleyball so hard he sent it plummeting past the clouds and toward the Digital World below.
"Whoops, might've overdone it," the Ascendant child chuckled, scratching the bottom of his nose.
"Ok, game over! Let's follow where it landed!" Sedna declared as she, the Kuipers, and Angemon X descended toward the Digital World.

"Wait for us!" Daike exclaimed.
Daike and WarUltima X hastily dove following the Kuiper team. Brunhilde followed as well.
Both BanchoLeomon and Pikkan exchanged awkward but straight-faced glares. Sheila floated over to tease them.
"C'mon, admit it. That was a fun, wasn't it?" Sheila managed a snicker while poking BanchoLeomon's sides. "C'mon, laugh it up! It was fun, right?!"
Pikkan grumbled his frustrations. "Never again..."
"Hey, Takuya..." Wildentmon approached the Warrior of Fire, but KaiserGreymon quickly descended to catch up with the others searching for Super-Reaper. "Ok...?"
"He's still not gotten over our friends dying. Not that I say I blame him..." Donarmon sighed. "But, we gotta stop him from doing something stupid."
"Yeah, good point. Ain't no way we're gonna lose our fearless leader," the Warrior of Wood said with sarcasm.
Henbu quickly hopped on MegaGargomon's shoulder. "Ok, we're heading down there. One way or another, there's no way that didn't finish him."
"Kinda expected that. All right, Henry, hang on!"

Digital World
The exact location the Dee-Dee Volleyball landed was in the middle of a wasteland. The impact in which the volleyball landed caused an immense crater the size of a soccer field. Normally a big meteor would've made a hole this exact size. The crater's hole was so deep it seemed bottomless from first glance.
The Kuipers, Angemon X, Daike, WarUltima X, and Brunhilde were the first to arrive. They were flabbergasted that a volleyball plunging from the heavens caused this big of a hole. But, to be fair, the ball was already spiked by a bunch of super-powered beings and Daike's last spike packed enough power to do earthly damage.
"Man, this is crazy..." Brunhilde muttered. Seadramon, really wish you were here to see this. Right, no more playing around! "Hey, D-Reaper's still in that crater somewhere!"
"Yeah, I wouldn't get too close if I were you, guys," Sedna warned them.
"Was there any doubt he'd still be alive?" WarUltima X added, shifting over to Daike, who was floating around bragging.
"Bwahaha! Man, just like a meteor! Ain't I scary?!" Daike bragged his own strength to everyone.
"Now wouldn't be the time to be celebrating, Daike," WarUltima X rolled his eyes. "Get over here!"
"Ok, ok, sheesh, trying lightening up," the boy scoffed. He checked over the crater. "Eh, so he might be alive? That sucks I wanted to beat him in front of everyone some more and then let everyone get a shot on him."
"Your noble enough to let all of us get a free shot in, but your fusion's not going to last, kid," Angemon X said. "We need to finish this monster quickly. Don't forget he can regenerate."
"Right..." Daike shifted his eyes back and forth. He casted his view toward the crater and yelled out for Super-Reaper. "C'mon, Dee! Get outta there! We know that didn't kill you!"
(Cue Dragonball Z: Resurrection F OST – Impending Fear)
There was no response, causing everyone to remain alert.
"Hurry up! Me and my friend here can only stay in these forms for 30 minutes! It'll take us a full hour just to before we fuse again and beat the living snot outta ya!"
"Daike, did you really need to tell him all that?!" WarUltima X chided him.
As he heard all this, Super-Reaper barely poked his head from beneath the pile of earth burying him.
BanchoLeomon, Pikkan, Sheila, KaiserGreymon, and Henbu & MegaGargomon were amongst the next line of warriors to arrive. Some others, namely Donarmon and Wildentmon, were not too far behind and a few others stayed behind to search for Sora and Biyomon.
"Where is he?!" KaiserGreymon demanded, quickly brandishing his blade.
Daike shook his head. "...could he really be dead then?"
"Don't get comfortable, Daike, and stay alert," Sedna said.
"Hah, really?! Because I think I got too strong! Maybe I was too strong that I ended up killing him?!" Daike boasted and laughed out loud.
Damn, what an ego. Varuna thought, amazed by Daike's utter lack of empathy for his own actions.
"Get serious here!" Pikkan yelled out at Daike. "I seriously doubt its over. I'm sensing life energy."
"But, it's not D-Reaper's," BanchoLeomon said.
"Hey, look! Isn't that Sora and Biyomon?!" Sheila pointed everyone to the shocking presence of Sora, Biyomon, and Falcomon. "And... Falcomon?! Falcomon's with them, too!"

"Sora!" Sedna called out to the Bearer of Love. She became relieved to see her old childhood friend along with the avian Digimon safe from Super-Reaper's wrath. "Thank goodness!" She flew down to meet them. "Tai will be glad you're ok."
"Karin, thanks," Sora said, hugging Sedna. "We barely escaped the sanctuary before being turned to chocolate."
"Luckily most of us protected ourselves from D-Reaper's powers, but a few unfortunately didn't make it," the Ice Senshi sighed, grieving for the slain Legendary Warriors and Seadramon. "Brunhilde and Takuya are definitely taking it hard, but they haven't given up the fight."
"Yes, I was able to get these two out," Falcomon said. "Thankfully, I stayed behind. I wanted to my healing powers to be some use to you."
"You'll get your chance," Sedna nodded, patting Falcomon's head. "So, how did you guys down here?"
"Well, when the sanctuary started to tip over, we fell and I turned into Birdramon. Sora and Falcomon hitched a ride on me."
"Good to hear..." However, Sedna stopped mid-sentence when the ground started to shake.
Boom!
(Cue Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children OST – Black Water)
Suddenly, a massive column of pink light shot out of the crater and shook the earth around the heroes. The column slowly tore through the surrounding earth, carving around the crater and making it bigger. The shockwaves from the immense force swept nearly everyone back. Those who could fly took to the air and avoided the blast radius. Biyomon evolved into Phoenixmon while scooping both Sora and Falcomon up.
"Everyone get back!" BanchoLeomon warned everyone as the column closed in on them.
The beam was so immense it shot right out of the Digital World's orbit and hurtled into the farthest reaches of space.
As the column of pink light lost power, it regressed and thinned.
"Whew, that was close!" Daike sighted the planetary destructive blast vanish into space like a star twinkling in the sky.
"Could've been the end for us if he fired that blast the opposite way," WarUltima X stated rather grimly.
"Hey, don't remind us of a worst case scenario!" Kazu snapped at WarUltima X.
"For sure, a blast that size would've wiped us all out and taken the planet with it," BanchoLeomon simply said.
As the beam vanished, everyone approached the crater and sighted Super-Reaper with his right hand raised. He floated out seething mad and setting his sights on the heroes, bit namely Daike and WarUltima X.
"Tell me, how long you have left?" Sora asked the Meta-Fused warriors.
Both deduced. "Five minutes." They pivoted their focus on Super-Reaper.
"What do you say? Round three is a go?" Daike asked WarUltima X.
Drawing out his Ki sword, WarUltima X replied earnestly. "Let's end this."

A/N: Ok, so we got soccer and volleyball. Wanted to do something a little different with the soccer addition, but keep the volleyball part.
Falcomon, Sora, and Biyomon are confirmed to be alive. Good for them. The heroes get their shots and licks in on Super-Reaper (namely Daike and WarUltima X).
Next time, WarUltima X and Daike vs. Super-Reaper Round 3. The other heroes will help in some way or form in the fight. Kari and Gatomon's training is clearly done judging by the next chapter's title. Yep, Mystic Celesta X is forthcoming.
