Chapter XXXVI
Tadanori and Akuma flew towards each other then threw a punch at each other. The fists collided and the debris of the fight between Thoma and Wystan lifted up as if there was no gravity in the room. Then everything in the room, including Thoma, were sent flying backwards with great force. Tadanori and Akuma jumped back then yelled,
"Gravity Devil Rage!"
"Gravity Dragon Roar!"
The two attacks collided and the same thing happened. As the two attacks continued, both Akuma and Tadanori walked towards each other and when the were ten feet away from each other, the two breath attacks stop and,
"Gravity Devil's Quasar Destruction Fist!" Akuma yelled.
"Gravity Dragon Repulse Punch!" Tadanori yelled.
Once again the attacks collided and a huge shockwave of gravity was created. Thoma watched and thought,
'I want to help Tadanori, but I'd only get in the way.'
Akuma and Tadanori continued to trade blows and with each hit The Lab begun to collapse. Thoma was engrossed with the fight, he almost got crash by falling debris.
Tadanori gave Akuma an uppercut and Akuma was sent flying upwards. Tadanori went after him and both he and Akuma were outside The Lab. Thoma noticed that The Lab was falling apart. Thoma managed to escape The Lab, but nearly got crash by falling debris. Once Thoma got outside The Lab he saw Tadanori and Akuma unleashing attacks against each other in the air.
"Gravity Devil's Quasar Orbit Blade!" Akuma yelled.
Akuma held his left arm out and spun in a circle. As Akuma did so, he created a blade made of gravity and slashed at Tadanori.
"Gravity Dragon White Hole Shield!" Tadanori yelled.
A white dome then covered Tadanori and Akuma's attack just bounced off the dome and Akuma recoiled from the attack. Akuma laughed and said,
"I didn't know you could create white holes."
"White and Black Holes are a simple matter for me. I believe that you too have no trouble making them." Tadanori said.
"Yes, but I could make them while I was still a child. Let me show you." Akuma laughed.
Akuma raised his hands and said,
"Gravity Devil Quasar Black Hole Barrage!"
Then a number of Black Hole formed around Akuma then were sent towards Tadanori. Tadanori dodge the Black Holes, but Akuma just made the Black Hole chase Tadanori. Once one of the Black Hole, Akuma then closed his hand and yelled,
"Detoante!"
The Black Hole then turned into a White Hole. The sudden change of gravity caused an explosion. Tadanori was caught off guard and was caught in the explosion, but he didn't suffer much damage. Akuma then spotted Thoma down below watching them. Akuma smiled then sent one of his Black Holes towards Thoma. Thoma saw the Black Hole coming towards him and tried to run, but his legs gave out.
"Why are my legs not working?" Thoma asked himself.
Thoma looked to see the Black Hole coming towards him then Tadanori got between them yelling,
"Gravity Dragon White Hole Kick!"
Tadanori kicked the Black Hole, but once he kicked it, it turned into a White Hole and that caused another explosion. Thanks to the force of Tadanori's White Hole Kick, the force of the explosion was push away from Thoma.
"Thank you Tadanori." Thoma sighed.
"What are you still doing here? Your unable to fight and just in the way." Tadanori said.
Thoma sunk in disappointment because he knew Tadanori was right.
"I'm sorry, but my legs won't move." Thoma said.
"Ok. I'm going to get you out of here." Tadanori said.
"How are you going to do that?" Thoma asked.
Tadanori smiled and said,
"Good bye Thoma. Remember, your more then a clone. You are a person and I believe you will do great things in the future."
Tadanori raised his hand towards Thoma and then a Black Hole formed between the two.
"What are you doing?" Thoma questioned.
"Don't worry. You won't be hurt. This is going to take you away from here." Tadanori answered.
The Black Hole grew bigger and Thoma felt himself being pulling towards it. Thoma pulled into the Black Hole and the Black Hole vanished.
"Now that it is out of the way, shall we stop this warm up?" Akuma asked.
"I knew you weren't going all out." Tadanori said.
"You weren't either." Akuma pointed out.
"Because Thoma would be caught in the cross fire if I went to full power. Now I can so let's get started Akuma." Tadanori said.
Akuma begun to laugh and said,
"Now look upon my Etherious Form and despair."
Both Akuma's and Tadanori's body begun to change. Tadanori's body had grey scales cover his body, his hair grew longer and wilder. His teeth and nails became sharper. Then his body changed more, his whole body then became black and white scale pattern, he grew wings and a tail.
"Dragon Force Full Potential!" Tadanori exclaimed.
Akuma's body became a shadowy body, his fingers became razor sharp claws. He legs became sword like and there was a second blade coming out so he could stand on his legs also could hold someone down. Akuma's mouth and eyes became bright red and were very intimidating. He grew horns on his head and their were long that went up and out from his head. Finally Akuma grew a pair of shadowy feather wings.
Akuma looked at Tadanori and said,
"Now that this. Gravity Devil Quasar Impulsion Bomb."
A small Black Hole form in front of Tadanori then exploded, but Tadanori managed to block the attack by making a Black Hole over the other one.
"Nice work Tadanori, but I'm just getting started." Akuma said then charged towards Tadanori.
Akuma's right arm grew bigger and bigger as he charged towards Tadanori.
"Gravity Devil Quasar Galactic Impact!"
Tadanori raised both hand towards Akuma and yelled
"Gravity Dragon Universal Repulse!"
A massive blast of gravity shoot out from Tadanori's hand towards Akuma. When Akuma's punch hit the blast, Akuma was sent backwards and Tadanori closed the distance and punch Akuma in the face before Akuma could recover. As Akuma flew back, he shot his legs at Tadanori yelling,
"Gravity Devil Quasar Orbital Pull!"
Akuma's leg wrapped around Tadanori and pulled him towards Akuma. Akuma tilted his head down so his horns would impale Tadanori.
"Gravity Dragon Core Repulse!" Tadanori yelled as a small burst of gravity came from his body and caused Akuma to let Tadanori go.
Akuma was surprised, but he reacted too quickly for Tadanori to counter.
"Gravity Devil Quasar Galactic Impact!" Akuma yelled and punched Tadanori.
Tadanori was sent fly down towards the ground, but he recovered before he could hit the ground. Tadanori noticed Akuma charging towards him and managed to block Akuma's attack.
"Gravity Dragon Roar!" Tadanori yelled as he shot his breath attack at Akuma.
Akuma took the full force of the attack and was sent back into the air. Back in the air Akuma held his right hand down towards Tadanori and a great spikes made of heavily concentrated gravity.
"Gravity Devil Quasar Solar Shower!"
The spikes then flew down at Tadanori. Tadanori flew out of the way of the spikes, but when the spikes hit the ground, they exploded causing the land where they were fighting to be destroyed and now the was a huge creator. Tadanori the flew up towards Akuma, Akuma flew down towards Tadanori.
"Gravity Devil Quasar Spinning Ring Blades!" Akuma yelled as he begun to spin at high speeds and having one leg out.
"Gravity Dragon Black White Hole Blade!" Tadanori yelled as he form his right arm into a blade.
Tadanori and Akuma collided once again and a massive shockwave was sent out in all directions. Both Tadanori and Akuma were sent backwards and once Akuma recovered he let a shout of anger,
"I'm getting bored of this. So I'm going to put all my strength into this attack."
Akuma held his hands out front of him and he made the shape of triangle. Then the gravity around Akuma was being pulled towards the space between Akuma's hands.
"What is he doing?!" Tadanori asked himself as he could feel the gravity around him being pulled towards Akuma.
The space between Akuma's hand became a deep black and Akuma shot it at Tadanori yelling,
"Devil Slayer Secret Art: Big Bang!"
As the small Black Hole flew at Tadanori, Tadanori could feel the gravity being pulled towards it.
'I have a very bad feeling about this. I have to do something.' Tadanori thought..
The small Black Hole came closer to Tadanori, Akuma covered himself with his wings then the Black Hole got smaller and smaller until it was as big a marble then it suddenly became big. A massive shockwave was sent out in all directions and it caused the trees in the surrounding area to get destroyed and uprooted. Tadanori acted quickly enough to minimalize the damage.
"Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Black Hole Entombment!"
Tadanori made a Black Hole around Akuma's Black Hole, hoping to trap the attack. The two pulling forces of the Black Holes acted against each other, Tadanori put everything he has into making his Black Hole stronger, which caused a massive strain on his body. After a few moments of intense struggle, Tadanori's body begun to bleed as the veins in his body bursted, but Tadanori managed to entomb Akuma's attack. Tadanori was breathing heavily while Akuma was laughing,
"You wasted all strength trying to stop my attack. You don't look so good Tadanori, I wonder how long you can keep going."
Akuma charged at Tadanori and both his arms grew bigger. Tadanori couldn't dodge or block Akuma's claw attack. Tadanori was sent flying down to the ground, and Akuma followed up with a kick.
When Tadanori it the ground shortly after both of Akuma blade legs pierced Tadanori's body. Tadanori let out a a painful scream.
"Hurts doesn't it?" Akuma asked as he laughed and twisted his legs in Tadanori's body.
"Gravity Dragon Roar!" Tadanori yelled.
Akuma jumped out of the way and freeing Tadanori. Tadanori slowly got back up and looked at Akuma and walked towards him as he yelled,
"Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Galaxy Force!"
A white wave of energy begun to swirl around him. Tadanori formed a Black Hole in front of himself, which caused the white wave of energy to swirl heavily. Akuma begun to be pulled a swirl around Tadanori, getting closer and closer to the Black Hole. Akuma tried to break free from Tadanori's spell, but he was unable to break completely free. Tadanori then detoanted his Black Hole, which a massive wave of superheated of gravity shot in all directions. What every parts of the surrounding land wasn't damage, the whole surrounding area has now been completely destroyed and burnt to ash. Akuma was caught in the blast, taking massive damage and fell to the ground. After the spell Tadanori fell to the ground and only managed to get to one knee. Akuma took a bit before he managed to get to his feet.
"You haven't won yet Tadanori! Gravity Devil Quasar Orbital Bullet! " Akuma shouted.
Akuma shot a small bullet of gravity at Thoma, which went through his chest, just below his left lung. Just shortly after that Tadanori fell onto his back on the ground. Akuma begun to laugh loudly and maniacally.
"Now to finish this." Akuma said.
Before Akuma could move towards Tadanori, someone came shooting out from the ground. It is Wystan and he grabbed onto Akuma.
"What the!?... Wystan! Your still alive!?" Akuma exclaimed in complete confusion.
"Did you forget about my Dragon Force Full Potential? As long as I'm on the ground, I can't be defeated. It just took awhile to heal the damage what you did to me." Wystan laughed.
"You still no match for me Wystan." Akuma pointed out.
"That might be true, but at this point he don't have enough strength to break free from my grapple. Dragon Slayer Secret Art: Gate to the Core!" Wystan yelled and slammed his foot on the ground.
As Wystan did that, the ground split open and far below them was a bright red orange color.
"What are you doing!?" Akuma yelled.
Wystan jumped down the crevice, so he and Akuma were falling down towards the red orange color that is far below them. Akuma looked up and saw that where Wystan jump as closed up. There was no way for Akuma to get out and he tried to break free from Wystan, but fail to break free.
"What are you doing!?" Akuma demanded.
"We are falling into the core of the earth. A sure fire way to kill you." Wystan laughed.
"How dare you!" Akuma shouted.
Both Wystan and Akuma fell down towards the core of the earth.
Back above ground Tadanori was looking up at the sky as he turned back into his normal form. Blood begun to drain out of his body and Tadanori said out loud,
"I'm sorry Thoma. I won't be able to join you. I know your future is a bright one."
Shortly after Tadanori closed his eyes then smile as he said with his last breath,
"If I have any regrets, it would be that I didn't spend more time with you Thoma."
And with that Tadanori passed away.
Thoma fell out of a White Hole and he had no idea where he was. He looked around to figure out where he is and saw a cloaked figure sitting on a tree stump.
"Excuse me, but where am I?" Thoma asked the cloaked figure.
Thoma could see that the cloaked figure had a hooded that covered his face. The figure's right arm was completely cover by bandages that had some kind of black lines on it, and Thoma could see that figure's cloak revealed what he was wearing and the figure wasn't wearing a shirt and black shorts with a white sash. The figure was bare foot and he had a fist size scar on his chest.
"Your just a few miles away from Magnolia, which is to the west of here." The figure answered.
"Great. I can go home." Thoma said with a smile.
"But would that be a good thing?" The figure asked.
"What do you mean?" Thoma asked back.
"If I were to take a guess by how just showed up, you were too weak to be of any help." The figure said.
Thoma looked sad when the figure said that and replied with,
"But I can get stronger when I get back home."
"That may be true, but it is not the right answer." The figure said.
"What do you mean?" Thoma asked.
"You could go home and be reunited with your friends and family then try to get stronger. The other choice is leave Fairy Tail and go to a place called Alakitasia and train and will become stronger." The figure said.
"Alakitasia? How would you know that if I go there I'll get stronger better then if I go home to Fairy Tail. Speaking of which, how did you know I was a member of Fairy Tail?" Thoma asked.
"I know who you are every well Thoma. I also know that if you go home, you won't be as strong as if you go to Alakitasia." The figure answered.
"How do you know that going to Alakitasia will make me stronger rather then going home?" Thoma questioned.
"I know what is in Alakitasia and I know there are strong people there. There is also a temple in Alakitasia where you can learn how to control and use that Red Aura you have." The figure said.
Thoma became more confused on who this figure is and know he knows so much.
"Don't worry, I'm not a bad guy. I was once weak and unable to protect my friends, but I overcame that and I know that you can do the same." The figure said.
Thoma thought about it for several minutes before answering,
"...Alright. I'll go to Alakitasia, but before I go, I'm going to say good bye to my friends and family back at Magnolia."
"Good idea, but I suggest that you make it a quick good bye or else it would be harder to leave." The figure said.
"Ok. I'll make it a quick good bye." Thoma said.
"Alright, once you finish that meet me here and we'll go to Alakitasia." The figure said handing Thoma a map of Fiore.
Thoma looked at the map and saw that he would meet the figure in a port town in the north.
"Are we going to be taking a boat to Alakitasia?" Thoma asked with a worried tone in his voice.
"Yes. It is the only way." The figure answered.
"If it is the only way then I'll still go. By the way what is your name?" Thoma asked.
"You may call me, Red." Red said.
"Alright Red, I'll meet you after I say good bye to my friends and family." Thoma said.
Thoma then left to go back to Magnolia to say good bye and begin his new adventure.
