Chapter 36: Another Baby !

*Third Person POV*

Sebastian stared in cold disbelief, he didn't think that there could be a possibility for another child, especially in this situation. Leona's body wouldn't be able to handle another birth in such short notice.

Leona gently rocked her baby, Leonardo, to a silent melody. The baby was slowly beginning to fall asleep. He was wrapped in the blanket Sebastian provided for him. Leonardo's eyes were lowered , he moved his tiny lips as he struggled to fight against the slumber. His plump cheeks made this sight all the more adorable. Leona smiled as she gazed at her baby, unfortunately she was beginning to feel some contractions. She cringed, which startled the baby a bit. Sebastian must have been cognizant when he notice her sudden movements. He took the baby from her hand and rested Leonardo in the middle of Leona's bed. Leonardo reached his hands out for his father. Sebastian tucked the baby in bundle of sheets, where there he fell fast asleep.

Meanwhile Leona arched her back in pain and coughed more blood, which dripped onto her clothes. Sebastian slung open the door of Leona's closet and scrambled to find a piece of fabric worth staining. Sebastian noticed by Leona's consistent wails that time was slim. Sebastian took off his coat , revealing his long sleeve shirt and vest. He rushed back to deliver the last child. Leona was very dialated and the baby's head was peeking through. Without hesitation, Leona gave a hard push. She gritted her teeth as blood seeped through the spaces of her mouth. She banged her fist repetitively, this excruciating pain made her insides feel like they were on fire.

One more push was all she can handle, Leona's entire body went numb as she finally pushed out the child's entire body. Sebastian told Leona to close her eyes, for a mother shouldn't see her child in this state. She was more than willing, to do so.

Sebastian wrapped the baby in his coat. This baby had just a gruesome appearance as its brother. Sebastian smirked at the demon's true form, for it reminded him much of his own, " Such a beauty. " he said.

The infant's black eyes flared a bright pink. It was ready to cry, Sebastian, however pressed his index finger on the baby's lips. He silenced it, preventing any noise. " I am surprised you manage to stay low for awhile, hiding until the appropriate time to strike. "

The infant slowly opened its eyes to see its father, it gave a familiar wicked smile. The baby's appearance began to transform and replicate its father's. It had beautiful big crimson eyes with a few thin strands of black hair laying on its head. It had pale, soft skin that had no flaw whatsoever.

Sebastian gave a short laugh, " It seems that you are a little lady."

" A-A girl ? " Leona slowly sat up, she overheard Sebastian speaking. She leaned forward to take the baby from Sebastian, " I wasn't expecting a girl... "

Leona began to show sorrow, as her face turned gloomy, " I have no name for her. "

Just as Sebastian was about to speak, he was interupted by the turning of a doorknob. His finger touched his chin as he thought for a brief moment . An idea came into his mind in under a second. Sebastian reached into his pocket and pulled out a card. He placed it in Leona's lap. She was caught off guard by his actions, she must not have heard the sound of the door opening. Her eyes followed Sebastian as he spoke quickly, " I must be going. I cannot be seen. " Sebastian caressed the baby's cheek before dashing. to the window were he jumped off the balcony.

The door slammed against the wall as it was forced open, there stood Ciel. His eyes still dull and he looked even more sickly. His thin legs made his way to Leona where he sat on his knees and spoke. His voice seemed harsh as if his throat needed water, " I was sent here to keep my eyes on you-"

Ciel caught a glimpse of the baby girl, who stuck two of her chubby fingers into its mouth. Leona noticed Ciel's moment of weakness as he leaned closer to get a closer look at the baby. He crawled next Leona and stared at the baby with interest, his zombie-like characteristics slightly faded. The baby surely caught his attention.

While he was distracted Leona used a free hand to pick up the card from her lap. She reread the words quietly in her mind. She didn't understand what the hell she was reading. She flipped the card around to see if there was a translation of some sort. When she saw the other side was blank she turned the card back to the front. She whispered the words from the card, " Sapphyre Erus Shate Imphourus "

Leona realized the words seemed familiar to her. She remembered reading it in a book. However, she couldn't remember what the book's name was. Ciel covered both his ears, his eyes opened wide, and he shrieked in pain. This certainly scared the baby because she began to cry. Leona rested the baby on her chest as she patted her back in efforts to calm her down. Ciel began to roll on the floor from side to side , while he kicked his legs.

He finally jerked his body up and screamed , " Sebastian ! Come here NOW ! " His eye finally returning to the normal deep blue color, while the other furiously glowed the contract.

This sudden reaction really made Leona's body tremble. Her weak heart couldn't take this surprise. Leona's eyes rolled back as her torso fell unconscious onto the floor. The baby luckily was unharmed, but cried louder than ever.

Ciel snapped to his senses and reached over to grab the baby, he tried to calm her down. He was beginning to panic, he struggled to carry the baby with one arm because he was trying to use one arm to shake Leona. She wasn't waking up.

Sebastian jumped over the balcony and landed on the floors of the room. He made his way to Ciel where he rested on one knee and held his hand out to him.

" Young Master ! "

Smack!

Ciel slapped the enthusiasm from Sebastian's face, " Don't worry about me you idiot ! Do something about Leona ! She isn't responding ! "

Sebastian turned to Leona's unconscious body, he tried numerous tactics to wake her up, as he notice his efforts weren't working he turned to Ciel, " I am sorry, but I have fa- "

" Don't say that Sebastian ! " Ciel raised his voice as he craddled the baby. The baby had no idea what exactly was going on, but stopped crying when she saw her father. " I don't care what you do or how it's done ... I order you , Don't let her die ! Whatever it is you need to do ! Do it ! "

" Yes, my lord. "

Sebastian raised Leona from off the ground, he rested her torso on his chest as he effortlessly ripped off the piece of clothing covering her back. Leona's mark was shown, Sebastian touched the mark as her entire body glowed. He layed her on her back as the glowing dimmed down. He used his thumb to part her lips.

With a free hand Sebastian bit his wrist and let the blood drip into Leona's mouth. He closed her mouth so that the blood can trickle down her throat.

He took a step back from her body, and gazed at her, Ciel frantically turned his head to Sebastian, " Nothing is happening ! "

" Wait... " Sebastian said sternly. Ciel turned his head back Leona.

Her finger twitched, which made Ciel swallow the air in his throat. Her eyes began to flutter even though they were still closed. As they opened you can see the color of her eyes return to their rich brown color. Even her skin was beginning to turn back into it's vibrant beige color. Ciel took a second to ask himself whether he should speak to took the baby from his hands. Sebastian walked to the corner of the room where he rocked the baby to sleep. Ciel scooted closer to Leona, she slowly sat up.

She touched her head, " Master Ciel ! " Leona rested her hands on Ciel's shoulders, " You are okay ! "

Leona's irises flashed a different color, it made Ciel's heart skip a deathly beat. Leona smiled unknowningly . She used one hand to ruffle his already messy hair. Ciel turned his head to look at the other hand that was still on his shoulder. He saw something that sent shivers down his spine.

Her nails were black.

AN: Yes, who would've thought it would be twins huh ? Lol the girl's name will be announced the next chapter ! Stay tuned !

Btw...

I am thinking of making a one-shot story including Sebastian, Leona, and Ciel . It will be about Christmas, featuring them in modern day times !

Should i do it ? It would be a present to you guys for Christmas. I need your help tho , should it include a SebastianxLeona moment ? A funny moment between the three of them ?
