Hi! This is epilogue I Six months later.

"Oh my God! Felix look how thin she looks!"

"And her clothes are mismatched. She really needed the competition to care about her looks." Felix said smiling.

We've been here in Denali for the last six months, since our change. No one in the family trusted us near humans, though they brought from time to time a sweater or a hoodie with human smell just to try us. The first time I ran in a frenzy to where I perceived the yummy odor... but I stopped when I realized it was from a human.

Carlisle said he never knew a vampire who could stop like that, but we were expecting something like that from me. My change was different. Instead of the painful flames bursting in my veins, I got a horrible itch through my whole body. Carlisle thinks that somehow I shielded myself from the pain. Considering I shielded Edward and me from the events that day... Anyway, Carlisle and Eleazar were determined to test all the ways I could use my shield, but they were waiting 'til I was more adapted to my new abilities.

But today, they left to watch how the bureau finally closed the investigation about our disappearing. And we were watching in the laptop. Felix hacked into the office security cameras. In this particular moment we were criticising everything in Jessica, and I think he was right. Now Jessica was the only woman to work on our floor, and she got the attention of all the male agents. But today she looked very unkempt.

"How are we going to get the complete gossip about her? Maybe she has a new man in her life, or the flu."

"Or her period."

"You're such a man."

"Hey! You've been there, you know how it feels."

Seth came last week and explained to us that the official story was that one of our earlier cases got out of jail and got his revenge. Supposedly he trapped us in Felix mancave and he killed us with the explosion that the Volturi's guards staged. Unfortunately, this plan made Angela look like a hero. Edward told me it was necessary, this way her husband had the chance to get triple indemnization from the insurance company, and then told me how desperately he needed the money to pay his mother hospital bills. It was the reason why Angela betrayed us.

Jacob quitted, and blamed it on his inability to catch the bad guy. In reality he wanted to start again in a new place now that he was aware of his shapeshifting heritage. He moved to the Quileutte reservation, a place full of people who would understand him. We found out that Charlie killed William, well, he left him without the proper medical care and William had a heart attack. He didn't survive. And now Jacob was alone. He tried to apologize to me before leaving; but Edward didn't let him come close to me. He said that Jacob deep inside was longing for my attention, even now that I was mated to someone else. So his chances to ask for forgiveness were slim to none.

Felix tapped my shoulder and pointed to the screen. A really dapper man came to Jessica's desk and gave her a chaste kiss on the lips. Then he gave her some kind of rag... wait a minute.

"Is that what I think?"

"Yes. He's giving Jessica her panties back. Not so discretely by the way."

"Oh my God! Jessica finally has a boyfriend!" I high-fived Felix. "We got to find a way to keep this cameras hacked."

"Bella Cullen! You're so nosy."

Oh right. My married name.

After three days of agonizing itch, I was changed. Now, they say that everybody jumps and wants to quench their thirst the minute they wake up. That wasn't me. I woke up in the horniest state I've ever been, and Edward was right by my side. I jumped him. I think I craved for him since he gave me the first kiss, but my new vampiric urges forced me to act. Our first time together was full of passion and desire. And a few wolf-whistles from the peanut gallery who were in the living room but heard everything.

We got married a week later. Emmett officiated the ceremony.

"What are you watching guys?" Tanya came back and seated between Felix and me. "Isn't that the receptionist at your floor? Jessica Something?"

"Yes. And now she has a boyfriend."

"Who has a boyfriend?" Alice plopped on the floor.

Felix shrugged his shoulders and stood to connect the laptop to the 70' flat screen.

"Jessica the receptionist." I said, looking for my beloved husband. He came and lifted me to sit on his lap. The rest of the family came when they noticed what we were watching.

Rosalie smiled and said "That woman was so ridiculous! The way she pushed her breasts out to make Edward notice her."

Edward shook his head. "And you have no idea how vile and dirty were her thoughts."

"Oh look it's Joseph. Do you think he really is going to quit?" Esme said.

"Yeah, he said they convinced him to wait 'til the case was closed. I think there's going to be a lot of changes in that office." Carlisle added while he took Esme's hand.

Seth quitted they day we came back, and returned to the reservation. He said that now his father was back, he wanted to spend time with him. Joseph tried to do the same, but realized it was better if he waited and supervised the case concerning our disappearance. He erased any trace or clue that could lead to the truth.

Felix changed the view to the camera inside Joseph's office. He was standing in front of his desk, four agents seated around him.

"Sound please Felix!" Emmett clapped to rush Felix.

"I was waiting for all of you. I wanted to tell you what a pleasure was working with such an amazing team." Joseph was explaining to his audience.

"Uh oh. He's really quitting." Alice said in a whisper.

"Do you realize they can't hear you?" Emmett asked her, but Jasper threw him a pillow.

"Boys! I want to hear." Esme admonished them.

"So it's time for me to go and start a new path on my life. I'm going back to my family. This jobs fulfilled my professional goals and gave me the chance to meet extraordinary people, but I miss them."

"Are you sure boss?"

I smiled, his old nickname remained.

"Yes, I'm sure."

In that moment the director came inside the office.

"I see you already told them. Boys, we're going to have dinner as a farewell to Joseph Clearwater. if you want tp join us, we're going to Vinny's around the corner."

All the guys stood up and went to hug Joseph. I knew he wasn't too close to any of them, but I guess it was still sad to say goodbye.

"Oh, they're leaving." Alice said, disappointed for the very minutes of the show.

"You want to watch something more interesting?" Felix winked at Alice.

He redirected to Jessica's desk. Now that she didn't have an audience, she called someone. The man she kissed before came back, and taking her hand, took her away.

"Wow. She really has a boyfriend." Alice said smiling.

Emmett's phone rang and he smiled. We were waiting for this call.

"Hellooo Vicky!"

"Hi! Do you miss me?"

Emmett smiled. He was the one who had a hard time letting Vicky going backpacking through Europe. We all understood that after so long trapped she wanted to see the world, but Emmett's protective side wanted to keep Vicky hidden from anything bad in the world.

"How is Vienna?"

"We are in Volterra. James is teaching me how to break some codes."

Turned out that Laurent, James and his wife moved to Volterra. Marcus changed them, and Aro received them gladly. Their abilities and knowledge awarded them with a place in the palace. Now Garrett and Kate were showing Vicky the other side of Europe, and James was teaching Vicky and Garrett how to break codes and building some gadgets. Win-win for little Vicky.

"Oh. How long are you going to stay there?"

"Who knows Emmy. I'm having fun." I totally pictured her pouting.

"But you said that only for three months..." Emmett was acting like a whiny three-year old.

Rosalie took the phone.

"Hey Vicky, I have a deal for you."

"Ok?"

"How about I get Emmett to act like an adult and you promise to call us at least twice a week?"

"Deal! Now, tell me. Did Bella kicked Emmy's ass in armwrestling like she promised to do?"

Oh if only Emmett could blush now!
