Episode 14: Gamble and Lose
Part 1: Donovan went over to see Henry about the situation he's in. Henry's kitchen has a small island with stools on the side. Henry looked up and took out his ear buds as Donovan took a stool and sat down.
"Okay real talk…you told me that I could come to you if I had something on my mind right?" he asked him.
"Yeah, what is it?" asked Henry eagerly. "Let me guess…"
"There's this…guy that…really likes me and he's slowly warming up to me after pushing him away. The problem is that there's another guy who's the biggest jerk ever and used my friendship for his own gain by wanting to take me out on a date," Donovan explained. "But, the guy that really likes me also wants to take me out on a date."
"If this guys really likes you and you like him then forget the jerk and go out with him, duh."
"Yeah umm…tad bit complicated than that," mumbled Donovan.
"OH MY GOD, you actually like that douchebag," said Henry, leaning back a little.
"How dare you, Nick is a really…presentence guy, the real douchebag threaten to physically hurt him," Donovan defended.
"Nick doesn't strike me as a person who can't take care of himself," said Henry. He was about to explain further when his cell phone beeped from a text message. He dug through his pocket and pulled it out, reading it. "Thanks Henry," he said with a smile.
"Anytime…"
