IT'S LITERALLY BEEN MONTHS SINCE I LAST UPDATED AGHHHH I'M SO SORRY! Fortunately the fall running season is coming to a close this week/next week/probably never BUT since I'm no longer competing for at least till winter (hopefully going to get in a half marathon February-March), I'll have a lot more time to hopefully write. It also doesn't help that Microsoft Office expired on my computer (why the h*ck does Microsoft expire it never did before 2013 WHAT A STUPID THING TO DO I HATE TECHNOLOGY!). So end of my apology.
