Series 3 Episode 1: Bloom Dracula Goes To Alfea

Bloom's eyes snapped open instantly turning crimson, she couldn't believe how much power she could sense, she stared up at the underside of her friends bed, she looked to the side and saw sunlight surrounding the bed, incredibly strong sunlight, she then remembered what Stella had told her about her home and she hated the fact of it having two suns, she then pulled out a make up mirror and looked directly at it and began to chant one of the darkest of spells she new "I call upon the powers of all that is dark and evil, curse thy foe with the curse to be born of darkness, when the skies turn dark so shall the soul of thy enemy, thow shall be cursed to be a vampire when light vanishes from the sky" as soon as Bloom finished the spell a black orb shot out of her and struck the mirror and reflected back at her, turning her human.

The change thundered through her body, her heart started causing pain to thunder through her body which only grew as her blood began to heat and be pumped through out her body, she felt her fangs push against her upper mouth, shrinking away causing incredible pain, she suddenly felt weak and vulnerable. "The transformation never caused that much pain before…then again I was rarely remotely conscious" Bloom whispered to herself before rolling out from under the bed.

She was met with the sight of Stella packing several cases and her children running around the large room. "Oh hi Bloom finally up huh…and I thought I slept all day" Stella muttered after greeting her friend.

"I heard that" Bloom responded as she headed to Stella's shower, loving the feeling of sunlight on her skin.

Stella then let out a slight giggle "You know you could of slipped into my bed, you didn't have to sleep on the floor, it's the least I could do to thank you for your hospitality" Stella replied.

"No it's okay…so when do we go to Alfea?" Bloom asked as she came out of Stella's on suite, fully refreshed and dressed, speeding things up with a little magic, realizing that in her current form her fairy magic was a lot stronger.

"Today actually, that's why I'm packing" Stella replied.

"Oh" Bloom sighed before using a small teleportation spell to transport her stuff from home, before placing them in some suitcases she had conjured before doing as Stella did, shrinking them and pocketing them.

Bloom then turned to her children who were still running around "Calm down you two" Bloom sighed. Soon the two began to calm down not wanting to anger their mother, especially after yesterdays events.

"Oh and Bloom I asked my dad to get some books for you, to help with your studies at Alfea, as a thank you for giving me a place to stay, oh and you may want to pay attention to chapters 3 through 10 in the second book, Griselda likes to focus on that area" Stella said as she pointed to a pile of books on the dresser.

Bloom picked up the second book and flipped through to chapter three and was surprised by what she saw 'The She-Devil' she then flicked through the next several chapters and found out they all were about the She-Devil, focusing on different areas of her.

"So Griselda likes to focus on the supposed worst vampire of all time?" Bloom asked feeling slightly agitated at the fact the book portrayed her as the She-Devil, back in her day, she thought back to what Daphne told her, about the worst of all vampires, only rivalled by The Grand High Vampire and The Chosen One and that every hundred years she would be reborn and her rain of terror would rise again, however, when Bloom was forced into Magda's womb to be reborn she was chosen to be the She-Devil and they merged and now the She-Devil is Bloom's dark side and is waiting to be released, the only thing stopping her was Bloom's pure heart and the dragon fire which was why fragments escaped when her anger reached it's limit or when she became too protective, each time showing more of the She-Devil from before and Bloom knew soon she would no longer be able to contain it.

Bloom then packed her books away, Stella then opened a portal and teleported them to the alfea gates and approached Griselda who held the register and she wasn't too happy about seeing her again after last year when she blew up the potions lab by trying to create a new shade of pink, Bloom could barely contain her amusement at hearing that.

"And who's your friend princess Stella?" Griselda asked as she glared at Bloom and her children, who hid behind their mother.

"I am Bloom Count from earth" Bloom said as she outstretched her hand to the teacher, Griselda went wide eyed at what Bloom had said.

"E…E…Earth" she stuttered.

"Yeah, why?" Bloom asked, knowing full well why the queen of detention was surprised and would be too embarrassed to say why she was surprised as she would look like a fool. Griselda then smirked before casting a temporary truth spell on Bloom.

"Are you really from Earth?" she asked.

"In a manner yeas" Bloom replied, Griselda then let her in making a mental note to do a background check on Bloom, knowing that losing Bloom to another school could cause problems with how many faeries wanted to go to Alfea.

Dorm Room…

Bloom, Stella, Angel and Talon entered the dorm room, Stella instantly went to her private room and Bloom headed to a room which had a spare bed and was more than surprised by how many plants decorated the room, the predatory plants instantly began to edge away from Bloom, sensing her true nature.

"Hi I'm Flora, I'm sorry but I didn't know I was going to have a roommate" a girl introduced as Flora said as she outstretched her hand to Bloom, which Bloom took and shook.

"Bloom Count, nice too meet you" Bloom greeted, not liking the fact that the plants continued to edge away from her.

"Nice to meet you too…strange I've never seen plants try to move away before yet alone succeed" Flora stated confused as she turned and looked at her plants.

"Yeah, animals and plants tend to avoid me, I don't really want to talk about it" Bloom replied trying to stop her roommate from prying into her past and finding out who and what she really is.

"Okay, so where are you from? I'm from Linfea" Flora then asked.

"Earth, I know there's not suppose to be any magic there but I am to my knowledge the only fairy and magical being" Bloom replied, stopping Flora's next question before she could ask it. Flora then noticed Bloom's children playing with the vines that covered the ground, walls and roof, Bloom let out a tired sigh.

"Will you two behave, Flora these are my children Angel and Talon" Bloom introduced, Flora grew a joyful smile.

"Aww they're so cute" Flora cooed. Bloom the conjured two more small beds beside hers.

"Why don't you two have a nap and calm down" Bloom sighed, her children then climbed into bed seeing their mother's patience wearing thin.

An Hour Later…

The Winx had all met each other and had even decided on a group name just for fun, they then decided to go to magix for some pizza, Bloom was fairly eager having never had pizza before, thanks to her upbringing in a family of vampires.

Magix…

The Winx found a place and split a large pizza, Bloom's taste buds were brought to life by the taste of the pizza, all the winx were shocked by the fact she had never had pizza before, it was then Bloom realized just how affective her little brother's mid wipe was, it had even wiped Stella's mind of the knowledge that Bloom was a vampire, Bloom then grew worried as the sun began to set, she could already feel her body begin to change into that of a vampire, she made a quick excuse and told the Winx back at the dorm.

Bloom made a quick escape, once she rounded a corner she ran into and alley, when she spotted three witches and the ogre she had, had a run in with back on earth and quickly hid behind a large dumpster and felt her teeth slowly become fangs and her muscles grow slightly, her heart begin to slowly stop, she felt as though she was having a heart attack, she knew why, a side affect of the curse is that every night she would die and awaken a vampire and then have her heart painfully start up again when the sun rose.
