Chapter 34: Packing for a Trip

Stiles stirred from her sleep, slowly she opens her eyes looking around the empty room. The memories of last night comes flooding back making her sigh in relief. She remember Christina shooting the werewolf and witch before knocking both of them out. Then Collin the werewolf about to attack them when Marco came to the rescue beating the wolf to a bloody pope. She remembers walking through the woods as the rain poured down on her, Christina, Samantha, and Marco, waiting on Danny and Malcolm, and Junior to get to get back to the car. When they were pulling up to the manor Lucille, Monica, and Malcolm had used their magic to clear the grounds of fallen werewolves and witches Nicholas had sent to attack the house. After that she had taken a well-deserved bath, when she had walked into the bed room she was meet by Junior and Amber in their PJs reminding her of when they were younger and would come into her room and get in the bed with her.

Getting out of the bed Stiles makes her way towards one of the dressers to grab a change of clothes before heading to the bathroom to get ready for today. So after taking a quick shower, and brushing her teeth Stiles makes her way back into the bedroom where she finds Derek pulling carrying two black roller luggage bags towards the door. "What are you doing?"

Turning around Derek eyes meet Stiles questioning look. "I told you when this Nicholas thing was over that you, the twins, and I would go on a little family trip." Derek had now made his way over to Stiles, his hands sliding up Stiles arms sending warmth through Stiles body. "Since today is Friday we can go this weekend just us four" One of the alpha hand moves to Stiles stomach before looking into his mate's eyes. ", the five of us."

Stiles hand lays on top of Derek's "That sounds perfect" She said with a smile. It did sound perfect just her, Derek, and the kids getting away from Beacon Hills. "So where are we going?"

"Yeah" Derek said pulling away from Stiles ", it's a surprise."

Stiles frowns. "Come on Derek tell me."

Derek shakes his head. "Stiles I'm not telling."

Stiles scuffs. "Well that's rude" Stiles pouts with her arms crossed. "Well what time are we leaving?"

"After the twins get here." Derek said. Junior and Amber had packed some of their clothes before they left for school this morning. Derek had promised to finish packing for them, but he would give them time to get whatever they need before they go. ", and after we come from the doctor."

Stiles meets Derek gaze across the room. "What? Why?" her voice sounding alarmed.

Rushing over to Stiles he pulls her into his arms. "I just want to make sure you and the baby are okay." Derek whispers in Stiles ear. He feels when Stiles body relaxes against his touch and pulls out of the hug, only to look up in the alpha's green eyes.

"Monica did that last night with a spell" Stiles told the wolf. After getting back to the manor last night Monica had taken Stiles in the bedroom and did a spell to see if the baby was okay. The spell confirmed that the baby was perfectly healthy. "The baby's okay."

Derek didn't doubt Monica power, but he had to make sure the baby was fine. He had to see it with his own eyes.

"I just need to see her" Derek said his hand back on Stiles belly.

"Derek-"

"Please Stiles!" Stiles sees the worry in the alpha's eyes.

"Okay" Stiles gives in. "Lets Go."

After getting back from the doctor's office and reassuring Derek that Stiles and the baby were perfectly health and developing perfectly normal for four month, they made themselves back to the manor only to see Malcolm, Lindsey, Marco, and Samantha waiting for them on the porch.

"To what do we owe this visit?" Derek said after he and Stiles got out of the car and made it up on the steps. Malcolm and Lindsey stood on the left side of Stiles, while Marco and Samantha stood on Derek's right side. Both sisters standing in front of their brothers who are glaring at each other. "Not that I don't appreciate your company" Derek said after Stiles nudges him in his side.

Malcolm was the first to speak. "I know you guys are going away this weekend" he laughs ", but I figured you would want to hear this" he then gesture with his hand to Marco "Please enlighten them on your great idea." The sarcasm wasn't missed in his voice.

When Derek and Stiles turned to look at the blonde werewolf they could see his body tense up by being put on the spot. He scratches the back of his neck feeling nervous and a little scared. "I…I…was wonder if we" he gesture with his hand between him and Sam "could join your pack."

"What!" Derek and Stiles asked at the same time, both wearing a shocked expression.

"Exactly the same reaction I had" Malcolm said arms crossed. "Now just tell him no and he can stay out of our lives for good." No way Derek or Stiles would consider letting him in the pack after everything, his sister yes she was innocent in all of this and already proofed to be a great ally.

"Maybe we should take this inside?" Lindsey suggested. They all needed to be sitting down especially Malcolm if and when she was going to tell him about the vision from the vision quest of her and Marco being married, and their children.

"Yeah" Stiles said her voice light "let's do that."

Derek unlocks the door with his keys allowing Stiles in the house first while everyone else follows behind and heading to the living room. "Does anybody want anything to drink or a snack?" Derek asked. Everyone, but Stiles and Sam decline his offer.

"Okay coming right up" Derek said backing out of the room. Only for him to yell that they can start talking he could hear them from the kitchen.

Breathing deep Marco turning in the adjacent chair next to Stiles to meet her eyes. If he was going to talk to anyone beside Derek why not the alpha's mate. "Okay I know I've done some unforgivable things." That got a scoff from Malcolm. ", and even if you don't accepted me in your pack, accepted Samantha." He glances over at his sister whose sitting across from him.

"No!" Sam and Lindsey protest. Stiles and Malcolm look at the red head witch in shock. Derek also walks back into the living room with a soda for Sam and Stiles who wanted a bowl of vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookies.

"Thanks" Stiles says when Derek sits next to her on the coach.

"Lindsey how could you not want him away from here?" Malcolm asked wondering what it is about Marco that makes his sister forgive him so easily. "He helped kill our family." Malcolm voice comes out more like a whisper, but everyone and the room could see the pained look flash across his face.

Derek felt for Malcolm being that they both trusted someone and that person ended up destroying their world. Leaving an empty void in their hearts for the family they lost, but the only different Derek void was now starting to be filled by Stiles, Amber, Junior, and the pack.

"I know" Lindsey said glancing at her brother. She took a deep breath because it was now or never and if she wanted that future she know she had to tell them of her vision. ", but Marco can't leave, not if what I saw in that vision quest was true."

"What did you see?" Stiles asked. The pack had not bother to push her to tell them what she had seen before she woke up out of the vision quest, thinking she would tell them when she's ready and it seems like they were right.

"I seen my future" She said a smile spreading across her face. "Our future" Her eyes lock with Marco's eyes. "We were here for a pack gathering I guess" She shrugs. "Then I saw Lilly" She turned her head to see Malcolm looking at her with surprise. "My daughter…Your niece" She look back over at Marco "Our daughter"

"You name her after mom" Malcolm voice made Lindsey to look back at her brother to see a tear fall down his face.

She nods. "Yeah" she reaches out to wipe the tear off of his face. "She was beautifully just like mom." She could feel the tears starting to gather in her eyes but she wouldn't let them fall, because if she started to cry now she probably wouldn't stop. "There was also Brian my son. He was the oldest and a witch." The little blonde boy with soulful blue eyes flash through her mind.

"Brian was my Dad's name" Marco said. He couldn't believe what he was hearing, he and Lindsey where going to have two children and be a part of the pack. He wanted to get up from the chair he was sitting in and grab her and give her the most mind-blowing kiss she has ever had, but he doesn't think Malcolm would appreciate that very much.

"What else did you see?" Derek asked.

"I saw Jessica" She hesitated "Your Daughter" she turning to see her brother looking at her like she had two heads.

"I'm gay Lindsey" Malcolm reminds his sister "meaning I don't have sex with women."

Rolling her eyes at her brother "No shit Einstein. She was yours and Danny daughter she has your blonde hair and Danny brown eyes she's going to be beautiful."

"How's that going to happen?" Malcolm asked because last time he checked he and Danny both were born with a penis. The ideal of asking Lindsey for her egg or one of Danny sister for their eggs seemed weird.

"I don't know, but were some pretty powerful witches now I think we'll figure it out." Lindsey said reassuring her brother. She wanted that future she seen and that included the niece she saw. "Oh yeah" She said as she remembered something else from the vision. "I was pregnant in this vision."

"Yah hit it, but can't quitted huh" Stiles jokes making them all laugh.

After listening to Lindsey whole vision Derek had decided to let Malcolm make the decision, but he had to at least give it a real thought. Even though Derek still didn't trust the blonde werewolf he could tell Marco liked Lindsey and probably regrets helping Nicholas kill their family. So he told them after Stiles, the kids, and he get back from the weekend trip they all will discuss this as a pack.

Then Stiles and Derek was left alone. Looking at the time on his cell Derek realized they had only thirty minutes before Amber and Junior get home. "I'll go finish pack for the trip." Derek said standing from the couch.

"I'll help" said Stiles as she began to stand up too, only for Derek stops her for getting up.

"Just rest Stiles I got this" The alpha said wanting his mate to just rest her feet.

"You know I'm not one to sit still Der." Stiles said standing up from the couch.

"Fine" Derek sighs knowing he's not going to win against a hormonal pregnant Stiles. Snaking his arms around her waist pulling her closer to her. He couldn't help the smile that spread across his face when Stiles let out a small gasp. "How about you prepare the snacks for the road."

Looking up into Derek green eyes Stiles throws her arm around the wolf neck "I can do that" She said as Derek leans in to capture her lips in a sweet, tender kiss. "Now how much snacks are talking…How many hours are we going to be on the road?" Stiles asked her arms still around Derek's neck giving Derek an innocent smile.

"I'm not telling you where we're going?" Derek said giving Stiles another quick kiss before deciding to go and get Junior and Amber bags from upstairs. Stiles watched as her boyfriend walked away. "And stop starring at my ass" said Derek looking over his shoulder back at an open mouth Stiles.

When Stiles meets Derek eyes she sees the wolfish grin on the Alpha face. "Well can you blame me" Stiles said her eyes falling down to Derek's backside. "I can bounce a quarter off that thing." Derek raises an eyebrow at that little statement turning to face Stiles. "No literally I've done it why you were sleep in bed." Stiles said and Derek listen to her heartbeat and heard no blimp or flutter letting him know she was telling him the truth.

Shaking his head Derek smiles at Stiles. "What am I going to do with you?"

Making her way towards Derek Stiles snakes her around Derek around his waist like he had did her just a few seconds ago. A mischievous grin playing on her lips as she looks up at Derek through her dark lashes. "I have a couple ideas." Her voice teasing and seductive as her hand find their way on Derek butt giving it a firm squeeze.

"Stiles no," Derek said the scent of Stiles arousal hitting him hard. His wolf on the other hand wanted to take Stiles in the bed room and make love to her for the rest of the day. The wolf wanted to taste, lick, and bite Stiles all over her body, to hear her moans of passion through the manor. The clawing and growling of the wolf was almost unbearable for Derek that he almost gave in. "The kids will be here in twenty minutes. I doubt they would want to walk in on us, or God forbid Christina gets a glimpse of us." Said Derek after pushing his wolf down.

"Fine" Stiles gives up, pulling free from Derek and walking around him towards the kitchen ", but tonight your all mine mister" she didn't have to turn around she could feel Derek walking behind her.

"Yes Ma'am" Derek said before heading up the stairs to Junior and Amber room. He wouldn't to leave as soon as the twins got home so that they could make it to where he was taking them before sunset, which would be in about six hours.

Derek was putting the last bag of luggage in the back of the truck when Allison pulled up with the twins, Scotty, Christina, and Lucas. Parking the van that her and Scott brought a few years back next to Derek's Toyota.

"Hi Derek" The huntress said giving the Alpha a smile as she made her way towards the house.

"Hey Allison" He gives her a smile. He then turns his attention to the five teens gathering their backpacks and things "Hi guys."

"Hey" Christina, Scotty, and Lucas said at the same time. "Hi Dad" The twins replies.

"If you guys have homework you can just throw your bags in the car. We're going to be leaving in a few minutes so go grab anything I might have missed when getting your things." Derek said. The twins nod before giving their things to Derek and going off into the house to check to see if they need anything else.

"Thank you for the extra sandwiches" Derek heard Scotty voice from the porch of the house. Closing the trunk of the Toyota and walking around the car he could see Scotty carrying a red cooler down the stairs Stiles following behind him?

"Of Course I can't have you guys starving before we leave?" Stiles said to the tanned colored teen. "Plus you take after your dad and when Scott and I used to get home from school he would almost empty out the fridge and that was before the bite." Stiles laughs remembering those days. The days before the supernatural entered their lives.

"I got that Scotty" Derek said taking the cooler from the teen wolf who happily give over the cooler. "Thanks"

"No Problem Alpha D" Scotty said missing the glare Derek sent his way, because at the same time Amber came out of the house and Stiles watched as Scotty face breaks out into a wide dopey grin, reminding her of when teenage Scott use to see Allison walk into the room.

"Okay" Amber said coming down the stairs "I'm ready" the raven haired wolf said coming to stand by Scotty. Scotty wraps his arm around Amber waist pulling her closer to him. His wolf not wanting to be away from Amber, but knowing she's going with her family and she would be safe Scotty is able to contain the wolf.

"So am I" Junior said coming down the steps of the porch. "God dude she'll be back Sunday" he said patting Scotty on the shoulder as he pass him before heading to the car.

"Come on" Derek said "We have to go"

Derek walks Stiles around to the passenger side of the Toyota opening the door for her, with 'Thank You' from Stiles and making sure she in before closing the door and walking around to the driver side. Starting the car Derek, Stiles, and Junior wait on Amber.

"I'll be back Sunday" Amber said looking up into Scotty brown eyes. She honesty felt like her heart was being pulled into two different direction. One half wanted to stay with the curly haired boy that had her heart from the first moment she lied her eyes on him, but the other part wanted to hang with her Mom, Dad, and brother something she and Junior both wanted since they were little and now they were getting the chance now.

"I know, but-" Scotty started to said when was Amber lips met his mid-sentence.

Scotty eyes widen in surprise at what Amber had just done, but that surprise state only lasted a few second be he closed his eyes and kissed Amber back.

To be honest Amber didn't mean to kiss Scotty. She was going in for a hug when somehow she ended up leaning in to kiss him. This wasn't how she plan on her first kiss happening. She thought Scotty was going to pull away when she felt the boy body tense up, before she felt the wolf started to kiss her back.

One of Scotty hands cupped Amber face while the other one found its way on Amber's back, bring her closer to him. Running his tongue along Amber's lips asking for entrance. Opening her mouth Amber lets Scotty tongue slide into her mouth as the fought for dominance, which the curly haired wolf wins.

When they do pull apart so that oxygen can circulate through their lungs they both catch each other gaze noticing that both of them have glowing eyes and can hear the horn of Derek's Toyota being honked by a pissed off looking Alpha. How long has he been blowing the horn? They also her the wolf whistle coming from off the porch where Allison, Christina, and Lucas are now standing. Allison and Christina are smiling at the two lovesick wolfs, while Lucas does the wolf whistles again. Both teens are blushing now from being seen making out while their parents watch.

"That was" Amber started to say, but what could she say her body was still tingling from head to toe. It was no words of how she felt right now.

"Yeah" Scotty agreed. That was the most mind-blowing kiss he's ever had. And yes that was his first kiss and it didn't happen how he had planned on it happening, but he's not complaining at all. He definitely wanted to do that again and soon. He wonder if that's how all their kisses would feel or be like that.

After their eyes both faded back to the normal color Amber knew it was time to go and if the murderous glare Derek was sending to Scotty through the windshield was an indication that she need to hurry up she didn't know what was. So with a quick peck on Scotty lips and a goodbye wave to the pack member there the raven haired girl made her way to the Toyota, and getting in the back next to her twin who looked like he was trying not to laugh.

After driving away from the manor Amber finally asked. "What's so funny?" she snapped at her brother who just bust out laughing.

"Mom had to stop dad from getting out of the car from ripping Scotty apart" Junior manage to say before the laughter started again. "You should have seen his face."

"You are not allowed to do that ever again young lady" Derek said catching Amber gaze in the rearview mirror.

"Dad" Amber said shockingly.

"Derek" Stiles said at the same time.

"What?" Derek said with a raised brow "She too young to be doing that?"

"I'm thirteen…fourteen in a few days" Amber protest.

"See to young" Derek said seeing Amber answer is a valid reason for her to never kiss Scotty again. Scotty and he would need to have a conversation about the kiss when they get back to Beacon Hills, maybe no, he will sit some ground rules regarding Scotty and Amber.

Seeing that this wasn't a battle she was going to win Amber sits back and looks out the window thinking about the kiss that would be forever embedded in her mind as the best first kiss ever. Junior plugs his earphones up to his IPod before but them in his ear and turn his music on and wondering where they are being taking.

Up in the front Stiles has one hand intertwined with Derek's free hand, while her other one absentmindedly rubs her stomach. Derek hopes that everything goes well this weekend because if so just maybe in a few weeks he could get up the nerves to do what he wanted to do fourteen years ago.
